Extremely Dishonest Service — Do Not Recommend
I had a truly awful experience with this company. They initially told me I could return several items and even sent me a prepaid return label. I returned all items exactly as agreed — only for them to later lie and claim they never received the package.
Months later, after the dispute was closed, they suddenly attempted to resend the same items back to me — the very items they told the credit card company they never received. This proves they received everything and knowingly misled both me and American Express.
This level of dishonesty and unprofessional behavior is shocking.
I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before dealing with them.
Karma always comes around.

I appreciate your response, but I need to clarify my experience from my side because the way this unfolded was very different from what you are describing.
When I originally reached out, I explained that I am a recent cancer survivor and that several items did not fit me due to changes in my body. I was told clearly over the phone that I could return them. Based on that conversation, I returned all the items exactly as instructed using the prepaid label provided.
When no refund was issued, I contacted American Express for guidance. They told me that since I had returned the items and did not receive credit, I should open a dispute — so I followed their instructions.
During the investigation, AMEX informed me that your company stated you had never received any of the items. That was extremely confusing, as I had shipped everything back using the label your team supplied.
Now, five months after my original order on July 3rd — and after the dispute window has closed — you are attempting to send the items back to me. These are the same items I was originally told I could return, and the same items you told AMEX were never received.
From my perspective, this is exactly what I am dealing with and why this situation has been so upsetting. I’m simply sharing my experience so others understand how it played out on my end.
I also want to be clear that I do not have the items and I do not want items that do not fit me. I am simply looking for fairness, not merchandise I cannot use.
I would genuinely like to resolve this situation. At this time, I do not have the items that were returned nor the credit due for those items. I am more than willing to work together to find a fair resolution.
