Absolutely unacceptable. This experience is advertised as a “micro pig” encounter, complete with images of tiny piglets. What we walked into were clearly much larger pigs that behaved aggressively. This was not cute, not fun, and not what was sold. We left after approximately six minutes because it felt unsafe and completely misrepresented. The size and behaviour of the animals were nothing like the promotional material. Had the listing been honest, we would never have booked. What has followed has been nearly two weeks of exhausting back and forth trying to obtain a refund for what is, in my view, clear misrepresentation. The refusal to take responsibility has been as disappointing as the experience itself. If you are expecting small, gentle “micro pigs” as advertised, be aware that this was not our experience at all.

Had such a great experience today! It was a cuteness overload. This café combines cozy vibes, coffee, and the undeniable charm of pint-sized piggies. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making sure both humans and pigs are happy. The pigs are well cared for and incredibly social. Definitely recommend.

Just amazing!! So many adorable little piggies and you can tell they are really well looked after. They are super happy and the staff are great :D highly recommend

Pigs were super cute and it’s a great experience. Just be wary of bringing elderly or disabled. There is no couch like in their website photos so you must sit on the ground and there are a steep flight of straits to get up stairs

The mini pigs are very cute and very friendly. They were also curious and came to us very easily. It seems like they are very well treated and appreciate customers petting them. During nap time they also fell asleep on our laps. I recommend 100%

Visited here with my 10 yr old daughter who really wanted to come to see and touch piggies. It’s a really cool place. Piggies were so cute and friendly so were the shop employees. They have multiple locations and I do recommend this Meguro branch as it wasn’t too busy whereas you might need to wait for hours if you try to visit their Harajuku branch.

The pigs are so funny and cute! Was a nice time to just hang with the pigs, they’re very sociable and come straight to you.
