Mira Place

It's one of my favorite malls in the Tsim Sha Tsui area. It's not massive, but it has a great selection of interesting shops, cafes, and restaurants. It's also fun that its two centers are connected by a walk bridge. There is a nice atmosphere here, and always something to look at or enjoy.

Mira Place is a solid shopping destination right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui — perfect if you want a break from the busy streets of Nathan Road. The mall spans multiple levels with a good mix of fashion brands, lifestyle shops, and plenty of dining options, including casual restaurants, cafés, and dessert spots. There’s even a branch of iconic Japanese retailer Don Don Donki and plenty of familiar names like Uniqlo, making it easy to find something for everyone. I really appreciated the location — it’s super convenient to get to via public transport, and being right across from Kowloon Park makes for a nice stroll before or after shopping. The mall feels more relaxed than some of the bigger nearby centres, so it’s nice for a slower pace if you’re wandering around Tsim Sha Tsui. The layout can be a bit confusing at first with Mira Place 1 and 2 connected by a skybridge, but once you get your bearings it’s easy to explore. While it’s not the flashiest or most upscale mall in the area, it’s a very decent option for a few hours of shopping and eating — especially if you want to try a variety of cuisines or pick up some unique items. Would recommend if you’re nearby and want a relaxed shopping experience with lots of food choices!

Your average mall with a pretty decked out Uniqlo and GU!

The Mira Place (formerly known as Miramar Shopping Centre) is one of many shopping malls in TST. It is located along Nathan Road just across from Kowloon Park. This is a complex with a shopping mall, hotel and commercial office space as well. The mall section of The Mira Place includes around 500,000 sq. feet of floor space spread out over 7-8 floors. There are around 150 retail shops and 40 casual eateries, dessert houses and coffee shops. Shops include mostly a mix of boutique and mid-range retail brands with a few higher-end names scattered about. You can review the mall layout and shop directory on their website if helpful. Overall, not a bad complement to the cluster of shopping centres and malls around Nathan Road in TST. You can combine with visits to The One, K11 Art Concept Mall, SOGO and iSquare (on the other side of Nathan Road) as well as numerous street level arcades and independent shops that fills the streets in this area of the city.

This is one of the modern malls in the Tsimshatsui tourist district. A store famous in Japan has a branch here and so is a Taiwanese restaurant. Both the shopping and eating ambience are very good! Postscript On 16 Aug 2024, my wife, our younger daughter came here again primarily to use its excellent toilet facilities. Then, we shopping around and I found the stores and the management had maintained its high quality. I didn’t not if parking is user-friendly, as I managed to park at the roadside metered car park nearby.
