"Following the openings of Parlour last year and noodle bar Shiki in June, Jester Concepts is back with a third restaurant in the same Downtown Excelsior building. Mirabelle offers traditional American fare such as prime rib, roasted chicken, and grilled salmon to go along with rotating specials like meatloaf and fried chicken.
