Miralon

So we stayed in one of these beautiful homes for a week and I have a few observations about the construction. First, the windows already had strips of flexible moldings separating from the installed frame from the extreme sunlight and heat. Not a good omen for how these will age as they are only 5 months old. Additionally the construction of thin plywood and a thin layer on stucco made to look like masonry seems frail. The interior walls are knockdown so not drywall smooth finished.

We have been several times to view the models and ended up purchasing an aura model #2. The price is very resonance for being a new build, open concept w a pool home. I can’t wait to see inside the clubhouse. I am glad that we purchased when we did because when word spreads about the quality of these homes for the price the wait list is going to triple. Also, the standard items that come with your purchase are great in style and in quality. Hope to meet many of you if you purchase and move into this great community

I’m so excited for this community. I love how they turned a golf course into Olive Groves! Majority of the trees are pretty small but the entrance, past the gate, gives you an idea of what it will look like when the trees are a little more mature. The concept is unique and the renderings of the amenities currently being built are beautiful.

Just visited for the first time and I'm so impressed and amazed with what they've created. It has a totally different feel than other parts of PS. There's still construction but looks like the model homes will be done soon.

We had cocktails at the Miralon bar before heading out to dinner. Our stay at Miralon with our friends was just perfect.

Finally it's coming alive. I live in the Condo's right beside it and they are getting a lot done. It's going to look great very soon!

Miralon is gorgeous. Happy to call it home.
