Miranda Cuisine and Bar

The service at Miranda Cuisine is truly five-star! The servers were attentive and made us feel genuinely welcomed—they clearly wanted us to enjoy every moment. The food was good, though not mind-blowing. My date raved about his leg of lamb. It was falling off the bone. My branzino was cooked to perfection, but the risotto didn’t quite hit the mark for me. We also prefer our octopus a bit crispier, but overall, everything was good and well-prepared.

We stayed at the EB Hotel and decided to check this place out. We had a blast here. Yankiel was a phenomenal waiter. He was very attentive and took out time to explain each of our options. I would definitely recommend this place to all who are staying here or even stopping by. Side note: the Side Salad is THE BOMB!!

Gustavo was amazing & so attentive! Couldnt ask for a better server. The food was 10/10! Highly recommended the sautéed mushrooms & spinach, brisket burger, AND the smoked Mahi fish dip was too die for! Sooo good! 🥂

The food was very tasty. Excellent service. I would go here again. Their lunch special where you get a small app, small entree and small desert at 1st looked like it wasn't enough but after the 3 servings... it was a great idea to try more of their food.

Yuri is great! He is friendly and brings good vibes. He welcomed us to Miami with some drinks after a long flight from St Lucia! My husband and I agree he is a great bartender! Our server Olga was outstanding and made great recommendations for our entrees. We love this place!

The service here is outstanding. Greeted with a smile and enthusiasm that is dearly missed in business today. Everyone was attentive and joyful. The food was quick and 5 stars as well. A go to for late night dinner when traveling.

Truly disappointed!! Once we arrived the waitress just looked at us as we made our way to the service area. The waitress seemed to be preoccupied chatting with her colleague, while we were looking for a table. When she finally noticed us, she guided us to a table then 10 to 15 mins go by we still haven’t even received a glass of water. She takes our order, two Atlantic grilled salmon and a burger. The tables who arrived after us received their orders before us. We waited over an hour for our order, the place was only serving two tables at the time we arrived, the bar area wasn’t even packed. The quality is good but the flavor wasn’t really there unfortunately for us. Very bland !! The food was mediocre, not the worst but definitely not worth the experience or the tab.

Great location great service Viviana was attentive, patient and extremely helpful. The staff along with Viviana made out dining experience exceptional along with the tasty food. The Miranda Mule is fantastic.

Guys, do not sleep on this restaurant just because it is tucked next to a hotel next to the Miami airport. The too long didn't read version here is that this restaurant is absolutely delicious and the customer service is amazing. I had a flight canceled and was put up by the airline in the hotel, which is one that I had not heard of before but I'm so glad that I ended up here. Feeling quite peckish, but not having the energy to go out and look for food, I decided to just eat dinner at the hotel restaurant and hope for the best, however, I am so glad that I did. I was immediately sat in a gorgeous dining room area that was incredibly clean and modern. The menu was expensive with both hot entrées that felt elevated along with other handheld items for those who may not be up for a full course meal. For my appetizer, I started with the pork belly chicharron which was grilled to perfection. For my entrée, I got the risotto with a side piece of salmon and a wedge salad, both of which were absolutely delicious. The risotto had barley in it and was extra creamy, but didn't feel heavy while the side piece of salmon was cooked perfection. The wedge salad was comprised of such a beautiful bowl of buttery, delicious leaves, generous pieces of prosciutto, and the most divine salad dressing I've ever had in my life talk with some spicy goodness that just rocked my world and candidly is probably going to be the most memorable wedge salad that I'm going to have in a long time. My partner had a Caesar salad with a burger that was reminiscent of a burger, get growing up with one of the fattest patties I've ever seen in my life that tasted like something you get at a backyard barbecue that fills you up and leaves you feeling so good. From start to finish the customer service was absolutely impeccable and so professional. I can't say enough wonderful things about this restaurant I look forward to coming back here and dining here again in the future on purpose, and would highly recommend anyone to have a nice meal here whether you are passing through or local. A perfect place to pass the evening, 14/10.

Yury! Fantastic bartender, host, and server all in one. He managed to meet the needs of a full bar of patrons while he seated and served guests in the restaurant. The service was outstanding, even as my party lounged in the lobby chairs until bar seats opened up. Yury came from behind the bar to greet us and offer menus in the lounge area. The drink selections were great. The food options were very enticing. If we hadn't just come from dinner, we'd have tried everything. Instead we enjoyed the smoked tuna dip with our cocktails. The group had a tequila and cranberry, one Long Island Iced Tea, and a couple old fashioneds. Okay, there were only 2 of us in group. The old fashioneds were mine and the maple syrup was a nice touch. Orange essence came through well. Yury and the bar are just one reason I'd return to the hotel when in town again.

I wish I could do 2 separate reviews, but I have to do them both here. Dinner last night was fantastic. the servers were amazing, sweet, interactive, and attentive. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Naturally after such a great experience, we returned for breakfast. Breakfast was an incredible disappointment. Do not trust the Google menu. There is no Latin twist to this subpar breakfast. It is buffet style, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bagels. Nothing special or different than a breakfast buffet at any mediocre hotel. Their parfeits were not sweet and warm. Warm yogurt is disgusting. There was absolutely no service, the waitresses huddled around the entrance and did not check on any table. I had to walk over and ask for a spoon that fit in the little parfeit cup. You would be better off walking over to Burger King for breakfast.

My first time trying this dish. It was amazing. It's a cheesy pancake that tastes like fresh popcorn. It also has a slight sweet taste that added to its deliciousness. I would highly recommend. The ambience and service were great too.

Dinner on Sun. March 17th. They only had 1 person seating and serving all customers. This is a management problem. After we left I noticed an 18% automatic gratuity had been added even though there were only 2 of us dining. The server didn't tell us gratuity was automatic and it was not written on the menu; so I'd left another tip on top of that. I was also overcharged for 2 glasses of wine. Food was OK but service is very deceptive. Just look at your bill before you pay.

Miranda "the Excellent" Cuisine & Bar. The food is delicious, fresh and savory. The service is fantastic and caring. I've dined here several times this week. Do put this restaurant on your must-try list when visiting Miami or heading to or from the Miami Airport.

This place is simply amazing, a hidden gem. My husband and I had a reservation at 7pm. Who greeted us was Bannel and he was our server. He was super sweet and very attentive from start to finish. He laughed with us and checked on us constantly. Now the food OMG, what can I say, top of the line. We had the Valentines Dinner with wine pairing experience and simply wow. The Chef came out many times and explained what we were eating and why he chose the specific wine per plate. The chef was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt as if I was in another country eating. This is my second Valentine Day dinner with my husband here and we plan on making this a tradition. We've came for other occasions and will continue coming. Must visit!

We came here on a valentines night, this is located at EB hotel close to the Miami international Airport. Parking is easy to find as it's located behind the hotel. The hotel it self is gorgeous, clean and classy. The restaurant is beautiful itself as well and the manager Alberto was so kind. We had the pleasure of having chef Adriana and every course was paired and very delicious. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef donio who was there to explain all the meals and the pairings also with Alberto. FIRST COURSE Roasted butternut squash cream & artisan pumpkin seeds crostini La Estancia 100% Chardonnay SECOND COURSE Stuffed mediterranean smoked salmon roll with mango and greek cottage cheese napado in mango and champagne reduction La Estancia 100% Pinot Grigio THIRD COURSE Grilled black angus tenderloin over a mushroom Barley Risotto. Covered with steak Bourbon sauce Clos du Val 100% Merlot FOURTH COURSE Pink 3 leches Prosecco Chardonnay & Pinot Blanc During dinner time they had a live violinist playing and it was just so peaceful and an enjoyable time. We will be back to try more menu items soon!

We were in Miami on 12/30/23 and searched Yelp for "Cuban Restaurants". This was in the top 5 with a very high rating so we ubered there ... such a mistake. We had a party of 12. The food was terrible across the whole table. The service was poor. Everything was overpriced. This restaurant is in a hotel. This is NOT remotely a Cuban Restaurant.

Great service, great food. We started with the chicharrón and it was a it chewy but great flavor. I got the burger and it was quite good but their fries, no flavor. Great presentation though. My sister got the salmon and she really enjoyed it. We finished with the tres leches and the chocolate cake to share and so yum. Nice restaurant in a hotel lobby and I recommend

The food and service at Miranda are exceptional! Anytime we are visiting Miami and have a chance to stay here we do. Yuri, the bartender was amazing, friendly and attentive. He recommended delicious dishes to go with our drinks. The ambiance of the restaurant, although inside a hotel, can be great for date night or special events. Can't wait to come back to visit :)

This place was as advertised. Very classy and a nice ambiance. The food was tip-top. The lamb was fall off the bone good and the Gnocci was incredible. Definitely recommended.

Words do not explain how good this place is! Food, drinks and service is top notch. Good price for what you get. The coffee is the best and the flan is to die for. The only thing I will say is that they do take a bit long so come with out being in a rush. Other than that super good! Definitely recommend. It's inside of a hotel and the ambient is great.

We stayed one night in the beautiful EB hotel at Miami Airport and had dinner at what turned out to be an exceptional restaurant right in the hotel! The offerings were beautifully prepared and presented with incredible flavor. Highly recommended.

My visit to Miami to cruise, got off of the plane and wanted some local cuisine. Based off of location and ratings, I chose Miranda's. The lobby is beautiful and the adjacent restaurant is equally so. Unfortunately I didn't get to sit in the restaurant and have the full experience But they had a limited menu at the bar which worked well. I had the Salmon Ceviche and Mushroom Risotto. Both were perfectly plated, taste delicious and good portion size. I could tell the chefs knew exactly what they were doing. Great start to my trip.

We've gotten into the habit of trying upscale hotel restaurants when we stay at lower scale airport hotels the night before departure. The Miranda restaurant at EB Hotel was a spectacular find! Beautifully appointed, the food and the service were the stars. The lamb shank braised for 4 hr with Chilean Cabernet was served with gnocchi in basil Alfredo sauce - a superb pairing and an excellent value. My partner loved the mushroom barley risotto and we shared a couple of Miranda mules, with muddled blueberries and cucumber instead of lime. Attentive, thoughtful and personal table service from Yanet and a lovely table visit by the chef (Andrea? Alejandro? I'm sooo sorry - we got carried away talking about the meal preparation!). If you live in the Miami area, add this to your rotation without reservation - airport hotel lodgers, you have a gem to enjoy before you fly out the next day. We'll be back!!!!

I had the Lamb, tempura shrimp and chocolate cake. All amazing! Best lamb I think I've had.

If you grew up in Miami, you remember that this location was once a bank building. It was recently converted to a hotel, along with a nice restaurant in the lobby. I was near by for Labor Day weekend, and decided to take advantage of Miami Spice to check out a new spot. Needless to say, I can see myself coming back here again. The restaurant is dimly lit, and the bar is decorated with a large display of bottles. Since I was dining solo, I ate there. The tables in the main dining room have a view toward NW 36 Street and the back area of the airport. The vibe is great whether dining solo, and definitely with a date! Their menu is basically your latin comfort classics stepped up. For example, my pork belly (chicarrones, broder :) were served with a sweetly aromatic tonkatsu sauce, red onions and fresh greens on thin grilled corn tortilla. Barring an unsurpassable special circumstance, I will always love cows medium well and with chimichurri on plate. The churrasco main course - I think it was almost regular (and not Miami Spice) size - was very juicy and had a light but flavorful chimichurri. Sides were a fried egg ("a caballo") over moros and sweet plantains. All were flavorful without being greasy. Besides the well-prepared, presented and strong mojito I enjoyed, the bread pudding with a Ron Anniversario Creme Anglais was lightly sweet and heavy on a deliciously smooth rum - an excellent pre-closing, as I also received complementary prosecco as an after dinner drink. Though it has an 18% automatic gratuity, service was very attentive and all courses were brought on time.

We arrived late enough and I am so used to not getting a drink let alone a meal so late and let alone a great hotel mins from the airport (we travel again in the morning) Miranda Cuisine at EB Miami will certainly squash these empty expectations. From the amazing craft cocktails mixed by Brian Estrada and his band of merry barmen to the cuisine that is expertly prepared by Chef Audrina EB and its amazing staff will have you relaxed, elixed and properly fed all whilst dawning warm smiles and exceptional service. Can't wait to return

Place is very good, though a little pricey. Most things very good, but the octopus, which is a chef's special? Was $19 for 3 small pieces which were very chewy. Probably 3.5-4 stars without the octopus

Girls night was a success, thanks to the hospitality of Dunio and everyone else who served us and took their time to explain all about our dishes and drinks. Presentation was also on point, food was very good and so were the wines we had paired with our dishes. Already planned our next visit.

I had to update this review because I finally got to experience their brunch which is absolutely outstanding! My family and I were a group of 20 and we participated in their Father's Day brunch which does not disappoint. Unlimited beer and Mimosas, an omelet station, all types of cheeses and meats, pasta salads, so many delicious desserts, and many types of breakfast foods. It's a little mix of several Latin flavors so there is something for everyone! The service, as is usual here, was excellent and on-point! There was never a dirty dish at our table and the mimosas were flowing! This little gem has really rivaled other more popular locations when it comes to their brunch. I can see why they only do it once a month, because it is quite a production! I will definitely be going back to enjoy their brunch again.

Convenient restaurant /bar in EB Hotel Miami Airport. We had fun, well-made drinks from their bartender Alberto. He shook his cocktails with the energy of someone whom likes his job! We liked the atmosphere in this bar and my husband enjoyed his football playoff game while sitting at the bar too. Alberto made a few suggestions for menu choices and we ate slowly, savoring wonderful new foods staying seated at the bar. We loved the Venezuelan appetizers he suggested especially the Pork Belly Chicharron and the Venezuelan Tequenos served with the sweet and spicy chili sauce. The kale beet salad was delicious and better than any kale salad we've eaten before. I must add that their Tres Leches dessert was absolutely one of the best or maybe THE BEST dessert that I have ever enjoyed anywhere in the world! This incredible dessert is worth coming to Miranda Cuisine and Bar in itself! Service was perfect and we will definitely come back again whenever in Miami. This was a fun experience with staff that spent time making sure you were enjoying yourselves!

I am sooo impressed with this place. I attended their once a month buffet style/bottomless brunch yesterday and I loved it. The brunch had a large variety of foods, omelette station, taco station, and dessert station. Everything I had was tasty and the service was also good. I cant say enough good things about especially for the $40 price (excluding tax and gratuity) I am ready to go next month again! They also had a spanish music band that was a lot of fun :)

This restaurant is within the EB Hotel Miami a beautiful hotel might I add but this is about the resturant. Appearance: beautifully designed and elegant. Theres booth death and table seating. Service: our waiter was very attentive. He offered suggestion regarding the menu. Checking in with Yelp you receive a complimentary glass of wine. When I asked about the wine he seemed to be a bit confused. I was going to wait and ask the manager when he came back and said I went to the front and received your card for your wine. Food: the menu is a mixture of dishes, appetizers, small plates & entrees. We had the shrimp tempura for an appetizer, my husband had the snapper and I ordered the burger. For desert we had the cheesecake Price: our total was $119- and a 15% gratuity was added automatically. It's expected to have inflated cost at hotel restaurants so the price didn't surprise us

Tucked inside the EB Hotel is a hidden gem of a restaurant! I have come here several times for breakfast dinner and happy hour. It is quiet elegant with delicious latin fusion menu and staff that go above and beyond!! Our last visit was for a day date - we met up for lunch took advantage of the executive lunch offering. It was perfect! They even created a special dessert as we were celebrating an anniversary! Come here for qadate for a get together with friend or to have a glass alone...

I would select zero but it's not an option. These MUST be paid reviews as we've been here twice and both times the service absolutely sucked, the food was cold, and disgusting. It took 45 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich which was raw (we were the only people in the restaurant). Drinks were never refilled in the hour and 15 minutes we were there. All of our group had completely messed up orders. Extremely disappointed in this place as the decor is nice. Breakfast was equally as bad with cold, flavorless "food". Avoid this place.

I had lunch here since I'm staying at the hotel. The restaurant is beautiful and modern. I sat at the bar which was spacious and had a nice view of the lobby and all their drink selections. I had an executive lunch special for $15.00. I received half a portion of a flatbread and a chicken breast with fries and veggies. The food was delicious and it was good sized portions. I went on a Wednesday, so I was able to enjoy their $5 dollar special for a glass of wine. They have music playing in the background which is awesome but at a low volume which allowed me to do some work too after finishing my meal while enjoying another couples of glasses of wine when my husband joined me later and we stayed until the night conversing. It was a win win for me. The staff was friendly and attentive. Ada and Juan were the staff members that helped me. Ada had a continuous smile and Juan was very attentive, fast, and provided great service. I will be definitely eating here again during my stay and in the future when I go back home as well since I'm a local.

Wow Chef knows something. Octopus app is smoky, and not tough, parts crispy, cooked perfectly. Greens on it have something goin on with blood orange and peas and tasty vinaigrette The snapper is crisp, and sits on a light curry sause with veg. So good Look at the attention to detail on that barely 1" carrot!

Cool menu, yummy food and pretty and intimate ambiance. Our server was great and also made nice recommendatjons! No complaints!

Being there for Breakfast. They told me the kitchen is open but we can't seat in the Restaurant area, and we need to take our breakfast in the lobby. My wife and I scratch our heads, and went out immediately. If any of you had taken food sitting in those lower sofas in lobby rooms, you know how uncomfortable is. For a fancy and expensive place, to mistreat clients like this, is not an option. Would not come back

Recently stopped by to have the lunch express special. My server was so nice and knew the menu well. I had the avocado toast with the red pepper soup as a starter. I then had the salmon with zucchini which was really great and full of taste. I topped it off with the passion fruit dessert which was way better than I expected!! I love this place already. Can't wait to try the brunch.

I stayed at the hotel for two days and ate at the hotel restaurant multiple times, mostly for convenience. The burger, steak and eggs, and churrasco were good. The fish dip comes with store bought tortilla chips and the tequenos comes with a store bought sweet and sour sauce that I'm not a fan of. The octopus was tasty but greasy and the pork belly was tough. It's a restaurant in a hotel and that's where your expectations should be. On one evening the bartender even told me they ran out of all wines. It was only 5:30pm. You know how many people are not doing their job correctly for the bartender to have to inform the few patrons that there is no more wine of any type? From the top on down. The rooms are spectacular but I won't be staying here again.

The food was honestly not the greatest.. but the service was incredible!!!!!! The servers and bartenders were unbelievably kind. They were super attentive & made sure we felt accommodated. Nelson was the best bartender!!! And Rosa was a super sweet server!

I highly recomend Miranda restaurant. I had two business meetings over there this month one during dinner and another one at lunch time. The service and food were great. Dennis and Alberto were very attentive.

I went here for my Christmas dinner and I really recomend it. I had a very good tonkatsu pork belly as my appetizer. It was very good in presentation and it had a very good flavor and the pork belly itself was very juicy and flavorful. Next, I had lamb and gnocchi as my mane dish. The lamb was so tender that it literally FELL OF THE BONE!!! It was very good and juicy too. The gnocchi very good too. The gnocchi were served in some good carbonara sauce and it tasted very good, ate all of it. Last, for dessert I had a very good chocolate cake that was made out of a chocolate that was made in New York. The sponge layers weren't dry at all. The chocolate in the cake was like a chocolate moose. The dessert was very good I loved it! The service is also very good every time that we needed more water they were always there to refill our cups and when we needed something they would immediately come over to us and attend us I would give this service a 10/10. All in all I give this place a 10/10. The location of this place was in a hotel that is named EB. I also recommend the hotel too because en has very good and comfortable rooms. The EB hotel has a rating of 5 diamonds. I really like both the hotel and this restaurant. really recomend both!

Fabulous dining experience! Leonor was quite possibly the best waitress we've ever had! She was so friendly and knew the menu and was quick to make helpful recommendations. We are planning an overnight stay on our way home to experience the restaurant - and Leonor - again!

What a marvelous Brunch. For free - for medium fare - for expensive; it's worth each and every bite. Love coming here for food - drink - and fantastic times. The servers work extremely hard to please everyone. The staff in charge are on top of their game. The management overlooking it all gave a comfortable sense of closeness and reliability. Can't wait to come back.

Expectation was possibly a so so meal. Surprise! The snapper was amazing and fresh and served with only veggies also perfect portion size. The chicken breast my husband had was very hardy great taste and he opted spinach instead of rise. We had a French Pinot noir *2 cheers!

The food was so delicious I would recommend to anyone!!! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat the staff was courteous and our waitress Yanet provided excellent customer service, she was humorous and even helped my friend pick her dish! Pink panther was GREAT! I LOVE GOOD COFFEE and that was GOOOOOOD COOFFEE!!! I will definitely be going back!

This was one of the most unexpectedly pleasant dining experiences I've ever had. Tip: yelp check in gets your a free appetizer - get the octopus! So good. Comes with a size frisbee salad that's to die for. I went with the steak and subbed out the rice for greens. Sooo good!!! But really, what's to rave about is the customer service. So kind and generally the waiter was so sweet, thoughtful and nice. My waiter was Joe and he was just so friendly! Note that gratuity was included at 18%

Service was excellent and food was great. The decor is incredibly classy and it's a great place for a date night that's away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, Brickell, and the beach.
