Laid back family run cafe in Gaia district with amazing views over river and both sides of city. Food simple but good. Kind of place you feel at home, and slightly removed from the masses. Friendly and kind people.

A stunning view, friendly owner and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the view, a glass of wine and the ‘little puppy’ sandwich (ham sausage roll!) and a serve of fries. It’s not gourmet but it’s all about the location!

Closest bar to our apartment. Had not even noticed it over last 3 days. Serves a beer I have never heard of, Nortada. Guess it is a craft brewery. Great view down the river. 18.10€ for 2 small craft beers and 2 small rose Ports.

A great cafe to watch the world go by, away from the busy areas and amazing views. Food was just what we needed for lunch and staff were very friendly and helpful.

sitting here as I write, with the love of my life and a glass of this wonderful wine, they call it a green wine, very sparkly and fresh. Looking at the view sparks up more feelings :)

I ordered the farancisne. The best you will find in Porto. The staff polite and happy, and the best price you will find by the river.

I wanted this place to be good. We were looking for a snack before dinner, so I ordered a francesinha and cachorrinho for take-away. I don’t mind that I waited 15-20 minutes. What caused the review is: 1. Those two things cost 23.50, way more than the market price for something like that - the menu I was shown didn’t have prices, which I assume was intentional. 2. The food itself was not good. The best part about it was the bottle of sauce provided alongside. Everything else was the worst parts of fast food - soggy, greasy, chewy. Avoid this place. Just spend the extra minutes to find food that actually satisfies.
