The minute i walked i could smell the food, and it smelled AMAZING. I was so excited because i saw a tiktoker talk about it! The waitress was wonderful and patient:) went with a friend and my sister! We got the strawberry daiquiri and my sister said it was amazing! We also got the spicy noodle stir fry, creamy garlic pasta, shami kabab burger! ALL OF IT WAS AMAZING SAVORED EVERY BITE. The garlic pasta had just enough sauce, not alot, not a little! Amazing service, food, and atmosphere. 5 stars would go again and again:)

Checked out the Fremont location after previously visiting the Dublin one. Same great menu, but I still prefer the Dublin spot for its ambiance and outdoor seating. I got the aloo tiki burger with spicy ranch fries. The burger was flavorful but the aloo tiki was a bit cold but still had a crisp. The fries had a nice tang. Everything feels like an add-on here, extra for cheese, extra for flavored fries, so the price creeps up. Also got the malai garlic noodles but swapped chicken for paneer. The CTM sauce was rich and creamy, and the dish was very filling and definitely worth trying. Tiramisu for dessert was just okay, nothing special, but not bad either. Service was friendly, the place was clean, and parking was easy. Casual vibe overall. Portions are huge, so while it’s a bit pricey, you get your money’s worth. I’d come back, but probably would visit the Dublin location.

This is a nice Halal restaurant with very good food, excellent customer service, and interesting artwork reflecting their culture. Everything we ordered was delicious! From the spicy fries to the stir fry noodles with chicken. Our waiter was attentive, and the wait for our food wasn't too long. There's also ample parking for customer's convenience. I'm so glad I found this quant little Cafe! I would definitely dine here again.

Food was average, nothing too special. The black pepper steak was cooked to the right temperature but the sauce was too liquidy. Average steak... The lasagna pasta's serving size was good and filling. I liked it better than the steak.

You can just tell all the food is made with love. I like how the owners are so passionate about the dishes they serve. The staff are so incredibly friendly. I would most definitely be back!

Mirchis is a mom and pop staple in Fremont! They have quite a few desi and fusion halal options. We have always had great experiences at Mirchis that we catered their indo Chinese dishes for our Aqiqah. When dining in, I would always order their spicy creamy pastas and they even have a butter chicken style pasta 😋 Their mango sprites and faloodas are super refreshing and I always finish the meal with their tiramisu as it’s difficult to find halal tiramisu (alcohol free).

The food is good and halal. The space is small for an event Most of the food are spicy

Best Indian food I ever had. The manger/owner was so kind to us. I plan on many more visits. Thank you for the warm atmosphere.

Yelp
Originally we came to try their version of an English breakfast, but surprisingly it was my least favorite thing here. The chickpeas were a little bit too salty for my liking and the chicken sausage did not have enough season and was a bit too tough to chew. However, everything else we tried we loved! I forgot what the fries were called but it was part of their season fall menu but they were incredible and fried to perfection! On the Nashta platter, I really enjoyed how well seasoned the eggs were. I loved the chai and how tasty the cookies went along with it! It was a small cute restaurant with very nice staff. I'd love to come back here and try their other items.

Yelp
The best Middle Eastern fired chicken I ever had! I have visited this place 3 times. Never disappointed They have the best and largest portion of fires ever. My all time favorite of family-owned businesses Will visit again soon !

Yelp
I'm so disappointed in Mirchi's lately. Yesterday I got a chicken tikka salad to-go and I was so excited. Three of the listed ingredients were missing - it was basically lettuce and chicken tikka with ranch dressing. I need Mirchi to make this right. There needs to be some level of quality control. Previously they served me old rice that had gone bad. And if you're having it with gravy, its hard to tell but I kept feeling like there is a smell. When I gently told them - either they didn't hear it or they ignored the feedback. At this point I'm waiting for a reply.

Yelp
This was first time trying Mirchi Cafe and I was impressed! This is a small restaurant located in a small plaza. Super easy to find with plenty of parking spaces. Service was quick and efficient. Very friendly as well! The flavors of the dishes were a balanced blend of Italian and Pakistani spices. My favorites were the creamy garlic noodles and the tandoori wings. Both had a good amount of spice and a nice kick to it! The CTM fries were good as well! My friend and I were so full with just the three dishes- we couldn't finish it all. I'd recommend this place especially if you're in the area!

Yelp
Mirchi Cafe is at the end of a row of storefronts across from a building with lots of offices Offerings (Pakistan, halal, fusion): salads, starters & snacks, desi style stir fry's & pasta, desserts, drinks. Burgers, sandwiches, & wraps.. Sips: chai (2.50) -made to order. Usual chai. Smooth. No cardamon? Skipped sugar. Got free refill to go. Bites: paratha roll with beef seekh fillings (14.99) -flaky wheat flatbread filled with tandoori made marinated ground beef. Mint chutney yogurt on side. -usual salad of fresh romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber. Dressing made with olive oil which raised salad to another level. -beef seekh wasn't flavorful, maybe overpowered by yogurt as was the soggy paratha roll. -cooked to order. Ready in 15ish minutes. Lone Latina efficiently, courteously serviced all patrons. My mouth/eyes wasn't satisfied. My tummy was. Mouth happy with free refill.

Yelp
Heard about this place in TikTok and realized one of their locations is nearby. Some of their menu items are different from the Dublin location so make sure to look at the menu to see if they have one of the dishes you want to try out! Regardless, still a pretty tight knit spot with amazing food. The Spicy Chicken Tenders is hands down the best dish I ordered. Coated in tumeric seasonings and deliciously juicy, I would order this again! We also had the beef shish kebab burger with the Mirchi fries and they were good, the burger was a bit dry but I still finished it nonetheless. The fries were basically buffalo ranch fries with their special seasoning which were a great kick to the dish. The chicken tikka masala came with rice, small salad, onions, naan bread, and the dish itself so you can customize it to your liking. The naan bread was fluffy and the chicken tikka masala was extremely flavorful! The mango lassi tasted like a mango milkshake; cold and sweet with a mango essence. Portions are small but the price is also very affordable. The service was quick and I believe we got to speak with one of owners. He was super kind and welcoming. The ambiance was clean and a bit small but not small enough for a wait time. Definitely coming here again.

Yelp
Really fun fusion spot! We have a full tiki masala spread with the fries, noodles, and cheesy nan. Everything came out fresh and hot. Such an enjoyable lunch. Service was super friendly and welcoming. You can tell that this place is a hub for the community. With all three items my boyfriend and I left full with leftovers. Definitely check it out!

Yelp
Time to wrap up the 3-day eid celebrations with my Janoos, who came from SD to celebrate the eid with me. How can you skip going to Mirchi and celebrate Eid? I tried Mirchi's Halwa Puri, and oh my god, it was so good. If you know what Chikker Cholay is ( not reg chanay served with halwa Puri), then you know what I am talking about. This should be every weekend with the nashta plate. @mirchichef, we sure need this kind of halwa Puri in the Fremont location. Then, fresh chai by @aatifca must have this chai. Ultimately, I wanted my friends to try a famous mager, a very original kind (thank God), except no cream on the top. We've been going to this location for over 15 years, and Mirchis has never disappointed us. @mirchichef @aatifca, thank you for completing our celebration, and my out-of-towners left happily. Ana, you are the best Oh, I love the ambiance and those famous Coke Studio songs.

Yelp
The Chicken Tikka Masala Noodles absolutely stole the show for me--hands down my favorite thing on the menu. The flavor was bold, rich, and totally addictive. I wasn't expecting to love that fusion as much as I did, but wow... I'll be back for that alone. Service was solid. The staff was polite and took care of everything smoothly. The location had a cozy feeling. it felt family owned, which i love!

Yelp
Unique fusion of Halal American & desi Pakistani food and it's definitely a community favorite. There's the best of both worlds with classic American fast-food dishes (fries, burgers, pizzas, etc.) with a unique desi Pakistani twist and flavor to each. Service was friendly and attentive even when they were super busy even towards the last hour of closing (people showed up 2-5 minutes before closing and they still seated them!). We got the: 1) Mirchi Fries: -It's made with a "spicy" Masala mix powder on top. -I didn't want anything too heavy so I opted out of the other special order of fries they have with cheese, sauce and the works. -This is a dry powder shaken on fries. -Standard thick cut diner fries with the masala powder on top. Not spicy at all. -We had ketchup, ranch, and buffalo sauce for this. -Just wish they were seasoned a bit more since they were more like normal fries than anything. 2) Chicken Tikka Calzone: -This is MASSIVE! -You can easily share this with others, definitely way more than a single person serving. -The crust/edges was super yummy and doughy. -Hand made and freshly baked from the oven, packed with ingredients inside. -As the name implies, there's chicken tikka inside, onions, bell pepper, creamy masala sauce, and lots of gooey, mozzarella cheese. -If you love calzones, this is a delicious spin on the dish. Would love to drop by again and try more of their unique menu.

Yelp
Recent discovery of this fusion Halal spot thanks to my Pakistani Sista from another Motha.. Love it! I was told this place is very popular in her community and I can taste why. I ordered the crispy chicken burger with madrasa fries and it was absolutely delicious. Not only was the coating crispy, the chicken inside was juicy and well seasoned, not oily. The fries were "meaty" & had a good kick to it with their house wing sauce. But you must enjoy it fresh, best at dine in. My friend had the Sheezan Club with regular fries. Its one of her regular favs. We sat and talked from open to close, service was attentive enough that my friends chai was refilled multiple times at ask. Easy to wave down wait staff when needed. Minimal Décor. The restaurant was steadily busy and seemed like everyone knew each other. Very friendly atmosphere. Inside seating behind small doorway feels a lot cooler than outside. Perhaps there's AC in the back? I was feeling a bit warm/stuffy at one point as I was seated in main dining area. Not a big bother though as the food was good. Parking is plenty. Restaurant is in the last space all the way down the driveway. Can easily miss the driveway to plaza if not paying full attention.

Yelp
Went around 8:30 pm on a Monday and it was packed! The service was amazing and the owner was very nice to us. We ordered multiple things and everything was delicious. The chicken shashlik was the best thing we ordered and the chicken pepper sandwich was AMAZING. The only thing I would give points off for are the wings. Its 6 wings for 13+ dollars which is not really worth the price. The burgers also could have been better. I would definitely go again!

Yelp
I discovered this spot a couple of years ago through Tik Tok! I found it fascinating due to the food infusion between Pakistan and America. I used to go to the Dublin location but since they added new entrees to the menu this Fremont location is closer to me. The inside of the restaurant is very spacious and the employees are very nice and welcoming. We ordered two drinks that were the Nimbu Paani Freeze which is a Frozen mint lemonade with black salt and aamchur powder and the mango sprite which is not on the menu. The Paani Freeze was good but if you are not use to the ingredients you might find it a bit overwhelming. For entrees we ordered there famous Malai Garlic Chicken Noodles and the Chicken Tikka Masala. We accompanied the entrees with their Cheese Garlic Naan. Everything was delicious! I r am a big fan of the Cheese Garlic Naan. The infusion is a perfect mix between both countries! The ingredients all come from their own butcher shop, Mirchi Meat and Deli. Their meats are also all 100% Halal. I would also add that They are also very involved with their community. I believe in supporting the restaurant not only because of their delicious food but also because of all the help they give to the community.

Yelp
I was in northern CA for a convention with my family this weekend and heard from a regular that he eats at this restaurant regularly. We are repeat customers at some restaurants if they have just one meal we love. This restaurant had four items my family tried and all were filled with great taste. We would come back for each one. We tried the chicken pepper steak upon Atif's recommendation with the add ons he suggested; halal beef bacon and jalapeños, awesome. The shami kabob burger was excellent. The Americano burger was a hit. The fries are seasoned and delicious. We had the fried chicken which really hit the spot, they got it just right with the flavor and the crispiness. The Nimbo Paani freeze was enjoyed by two of us. This drink included mint, lemon, amchoor with black salt. My son was thinking about ordering a second. All in all we were super happy we took the recommendation to visit. Wish they had one in SoCal!!

Yelp
Was introduced to Mirchi Burger by a good friend a while ago and glad the place is still going strong. It features a halal menu with a wide variety of entrees - everything from curry to burgers to chicken and waffles. I usually go with my tried and true lahori burger with a side of mirchi fries and am never disappointed. They also have a mango mojito drink that pairs well with any protein dish - highly recommend! It's easy to miss the turn for the parking lot when you're driving along the Main Street but once you're in, usually pretty easy to find a spot. Food comes out pretty quick - though sometimes they can be slower to bring the check when it's busy. Service is always friendly. If you're looking to try some good Pakistani fusion food, Mirchi is always a solid option.

Yelp
The food was good, the staff were all nice. The ambiance was very good. The whole place had desi design.

Cee C.

Yelp
I saw a video on Instagram of the owner of the restaurant informing customers that the Dubai Ghirardelli Chocolate Sundae was back (a few weeks ago). I went here twice in 1 week (this week) and got the Dubai Sundae because it was just that good! It was pricy at about $22, however; to me, it was worth it. It was so delicious that my eyes rolled back the first time I tasted it. You get the vanilla ice cream, pistachio, Knafeh and chocolate (not sure if anything else is missing). Every bite was perfection! I tried going there today, however; the sundae was for a limited time only. **Please make this a regular item on the menu!** I highly recommend it! Also, Ana did a beautiful job at making the last one sold in Fremont yesterday.

Yelp
I'm an OG eating at this joint, as I first ate there in my teens and now I dine in there with my kids. It's always good experience at Mirchi, as I feel comfort dinning at Mirchi, cultural touch in form of gallery is a vibe while enjoying burgers and other delicious snacks! Their menu is vast! They stay busy so give the cook and kitchen staff sometime, it's not fast food place rather a fusion diner! They do stay up late late! If you got late night munchies this is the spot to come thru.

Leeha B.

Yelp
I been coming to Mirchi's since it opened, its great food and service, but today this new girl was working Sathiya and she did not understand our order. I explained it like 3 times. But she still ended up getting it wrong and she is very slow. When I went to pay she had charged me extra for some items that I didn't want. But overall the food and the other workers/servers are great!
google avatar

Riz C.

Yelp
The food is as awesome as ever moreover after praying salah. Thankyou for having a room for salah, appreciate it a lot. May Allah give more barakah in your business coz you guys provide good food for the body & soul.
google avatar

Bianca P.

Yelp
Came here last night with family and loved the fact that they had a praying area in the back away from the main room where dinner is server. The staff is great and attentive constantly filling up our waters. The food was amazing, so flavorful, juicy chicken, perfect spices for the fries, and the sauces all combined together so well! Everything is really well priced! Will come back again! By the way, you're missing out on the mango lassi! That'll be a staple for us every time
google avatar

Samar Nisa M.

Yelp
Seriously such a gem within Fremont. The halal pepperoni pizza is mind blowing and delicious. A beautiful aroma along with their spicy masala fries. Along with the best strawberry milkshake I've ever had. I'm not even joking when I say no place compares. It is such an experience and should be considered a local favorite. The service is friendly and kind. With thoughtful suggestions of which menu item to choose. The environment makes you feel at home. With a simple vibe of people around you. Such a treat !!!!
google avatar

Shamaen O.

Yelp
Oh no this place was a bust for me and I was excited to take my friend here for dinner. The outside was pretty damn ugly, garbage everywhere and parking was limited and sketchy. It wasn't a warm friendly atmosphere at all. The food and customer service were good but not worth coming back. I ordered the beef kebab, tandoori chicken and the garlic naan. It was simple comfort food. The restaurant vibe was a bit off when we walked in, it felt like we weren't welcome by the patrons. Mirchi cafe no hot coffee, only cold coffee but the title of restaurant says "Cafe" Not that going back to this cafe unfortunately It was just mediocre.
google avatar

Rebecca J.

Yelp
Delicious and unique fusion menu. Great service. The fried chicken, chicken sandwich, masala chai and mango lassi were wonderful! We finished with their perfect house made tiramisu!

Yelp
Four of us (1 Indian, 3 Americans) during Ramadan... got there early so there was seating that quickly filled up. Everybody liked everything. The service from the Hispanic lady was great despite their getting so busy... she was actually running at some times. The fries were especially very good. The prices were excellent for the quality and quantity. While there was nothing to complain about, there was nothing that shouted-- "oh my God... you gotta try this!" None of us would re-order the same dish should we return. There is no particular reason to return. It was okay but with so many choices, if you are not Pakistani... even then there are choices. However, IF you are Pakistani or even Muslim with American raised children... there are hamburgers and other American things on the menu to make them happy and they looked pretty good. In fact, that's what I would order next time. Two of us had the fried chicken that was reviewed int eh SJ Mercury. It was very good but bland: VERY crispy on the outside and still juicy on the inside. I seldom eat fried chicken. I doubt if I would come back here because of it. (My scale: 1 no one should eat 2 I'll come back if someone else wants to 3 yea, I'll come back 4 My go-to place 5 Everyone should try it. So, this is not a bad review-- could be a 3)

Kaylee A.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I came awhile back. Our server Anna was taking care of everything, she was taking calls and in person orders while bringing out food and relaying orders to the kitchen. We were amazed, the food is also AMAZING. We have been a couple times and everything on the menu is worth trying, the portions and price are very good as well.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been here quite a few times in the past. I'm not a fan of the environment because they usually have a large Tv going on with music blasting which is very annoying when trying to eat or talk. The food (burgers) which I usually came for had gone down, I'd say like 4-5-yrs ago their burgers were good but now they r not as good, the buns have changed too as well. In my photo attached is a picture from 2018 when the burger was really good and a dessert from Ramadan few years back. I forgot to take a recent picture but I know the burger is not the same quality I hope they can modify the music/tv aspext and lower down the volume and also improve their burgers again. Also they r hand slaughtered even though they do not use HFSAA which is fine as long as it's hand slaughtered Though I have to say their faloodas r the only thing I usually come to mirchis for when I need to grab falooda for my family. Service is very nice and friendly staff, if I come back again later il try something else but low key I'd rather eat somewhere more peaceful.

Yelp
An interesting fusion of east-west mix dishes under one roof. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Burger, and it was delicious. The sides that came with it were great too; coleslaw was tasty, and fries were nicely seasoned. Also love that it is a halal restaurant!

Ali A.

Yelp
The food is amazing and will not disappoint you, definitely one of the best Halal spots to eat. The gentleman in the glasses provides great service and the food comes out quickly so the wait isn't long to eat. The restaurant also has very nice decorations and music playing as well which add to the atmosphere. 10/10, would recommend anyone to come here if they're looking for a great meal.

Yelp
Nice Halal fusion restaurant. Get classic American fare but reinterpreted with Pakistan flavors and spice, the nice thing is it's halal certified and no need to worry about the origins of the meat and the conditions of the kitchen it's prepared in. Crispy chicken burger: Huge, tender chicken breast. Brined or prepped in way to make the chicken breast most delicious. Batter is nice and crunchy and has a spicy taste and garnished with spicy ranch, tomatoes, onions, and tomatoes. The only critique is the lettuce looked a bit wilted and not appetizing. Aloo Tikki: Spicy deep fried potatoes on a bed of lettuce and spicy ranch sauce. A lot of greens and I liked the texture combinations in each bite. In the future I would ask for less sauce on it. Chicken Tikka masala: For the wife, the creamy Tikka sauce was good but strangely this dish had dry chicken breast that wasn't as tender and nice as the crispy chicken burger.

Sheraz N.

Yelp
Very family friendly. Food is great. The staff is always very kind to me and my family. It is my favorite place to eat in Fremont.
google avatar

Janine S.

Yelp
So good! The calzone is incredible and the lassis were delightful! Such great American comfort food with a slight Pakistani twist. I have yet to have anything mediocre. I prefer this location over the Dublin one. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming (the staff at the Dublin location are a bit rude and not helpful). Seating is a bit limited and it's a very no frills, hole in the wall ambience, but the food and friendliness makes up for it!
google avatar

Amina S.

Yelp
Best cold coffee in the Bay. Love the crispy chicken burger, mirchi fries and the black pepper steak. Has many options like pizza, burgers and pasta. This is a def a family fav!
google avatar

Jade L.

Yelp
A coworker took me here for lunch. I love exploring for food and she definitely knows those good spots to eat. She was saying this place gets packed and also raves about their chicken burger. We ordered like we are eating for multiple people since we were hungry. It wasn't too packed when we arrived and got sat right away. What we ordered: Crispy chicken burger - highly recommend. The flavor is incredible. Madrasa fries - This is good but you can probably make this at home. I would order this if you never had it but I wouldn't order it again. Black pepper chicken - highly recommend. Full of flavor and this is something you think you tried because but with a twist! I would order this again. Mirchi fried chicken - I would pass on this. I love fried chicken but this had no flavor. Mango "mocktail" magarita - This was refreshing. Great during hot days. Overall the food was ok. I would come back and try other things.

Yelp
Went for Sunday early dinner & ordered a chicken seekh kabab for appetizer, mirchi steak with a side of cheesy garlic bread & sautéed veggies & a falooda for dessert. Service was pretty fast and good. Food was just ok. Chicken kebab & the bell pepper & onions were good. NY steak was pretty disappointing, and tasted bland. The menu said beef rubbed with spicy blend but it bland & just soaked in soya sauce. We had ordered a medium rare & it felt a bit rubbery too. Got the falooda to-go & it was good.
google avatar

Shyam S.

Yelp
One of the things I love about the Bay is the sheer variety of halal options. My god, what an embarrassment of riches (compared to where I live and its TWO halal places). Mirchi was packed and off the chain in that post-taraweeh/pre-tahajjud spot where it makes more sense to eat after iftar and just stay awake and not miss suhoor :) [This may as well be Klingon for those who don't understand.] I loved the menu and all the options. What a joy for my fiancée and I to devour halal fried chicken and waffles - both super soft and tasty - followed by masala chai and falooda! Despite being super busy, we did not have to wait too long. The servers and staff were attentive and the bathroom was quite clean. I will be back InshaAllah!
google avatar

Ajit S.

Yelp
Pretty decent fusion Pakistani American food. We had the fusion burger and chicken tikka Masala plate. The burger was alright, not too spicy which was perfect for my kid. The chicken tikka Masala was perfect with crispy naan. The restaurant itself is very cramped and has a dive feel so if you are looking for ambience this is not the right place. Ordering was easy and the waiter was nice. They even offered us free pakoda when it was the Ramadan fast time. Overall good experience and will visit again and try a more spicy fusion burger.

Chris S.

Yelp
I ordered through their online ordering system (clover) for dinner for a co-worker and myself. We ordered the 10 piece chicken meal with mirchi fries and cheesy garlic bread, and a beef noodle stir fry. Our order was ready in 20 minutes and the people in the front of the restaurant were quick and helpful. The restaurant itself only had one family dinning in it but it was a Sunday at 5pm so maybe it gets busier at other times. Mirchi fries: ordering any type of fries to-go is always a gamble so I will give these fries a pass for being soggy, but the flavor of the fries were surprisingly good despite the texture of mushy potato. (3/5) Cheesy garlic bread: tasted like frozen store bought garlic bread. (0/5) Fried chicken: also tasted and texturally appeared frozen as well. Lacked flavor, but the crunch was nice when it didn't completely fall off the meat. (2/5) Beef stir fry: easily the best thing we ordered of the night. We ordered it spicy and added beef. Would go back and just order this in the future. (4/5) We may go back to this spot for the stir fry since it is close to our place of work but most likely will not return to this spot.

Yelp
Happened to be with friends for a quick dinner bite in the month of Ramadan. Ample parking spots which makes it a breeze to find one , park and make yourselves comfortable in the cozy cafe with a good ambience. Right around the time of iftaar, the cafe served a small serving of dates , a small quantity of a dish made with chickpea and onions just enough to break your fast and getting started to devour their amazing meals :) . We ordered Gobi buffalo wings and Madrasa fries to start with along with some Aloo tikki as well. Done to perfection and amazing flavors written all over these in every bite that we had. Definitely recommend these for starters. For our main course if you will , we ordered a vegetarian calzone , palak paneer and a chicken tikka masala (where the panner and chicken were served with rice and naan IIRC). Amazing taste and all of these tasted great. Even though the place was busy the wait time wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been and the hosts had amazing hospitality. The did run out of their dessert options though that probably is an opportunity to make up for when we visit them next time over :) . PS: Got so busy eating that i was not able to take all the pictures and could salvage a few that too mid meal.

Yelp
I'm a huge supporter and fan of Mirchis, however this location specifically, I am not a fan of the one in Dublin the staff in Dublin are rude, unprofessional and simply seems they don't want to be there. It's a night and day experience coming to the one in Fremont. I go out of my way to come to this location it's always so good unlike the other spot

Yelp
Came here for Father's Day and it was the spot to be! We came with a party of 12 and were seated inside within 20 minutes. The service was really nice and friendly. They have a huge menu with something for everyone. We do wish that they had more Indian options for our elder family but the butter chicken was really good. I personally got the spicy chicken sandwich but I thought that it lacked the spice.

Yelp
I've never dined in but I love ordering the takeout from here! My favorite item is the chicken wrap or the veggie wrap -- both packed with a flavorful spicy sauce and veggies. Both wraps are pretty much the same, but the veggie wrap includes potatoes instead of chicken. Many items also come with two sides (choice of fries, salad, or coleslaw) and the side portions are quite generous. They make solid fried chicken and I've also tried the crispy chicken burger and was quite satisfied with it! The menu is pretty big so I can't say much about the other stuff but the items I've tried have been super yummy and this restaurant has become a regular spot for takeout in my house.

Yelp
Full disclosure: I'm not particular about Halal food, so a place that serves Halal American food isn't normally a place I would go to. But a group of friends wanted to meet at Mirchi Cafe for dinner on a Saturday evening, so here we are. I looked over the menu, and the most interesting item seemed like the spicy ranch fries. So, I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with a side of spicy ranch fries. The sandwich was super dry - I had to ask for a side of mayo to make it somewhat palatable. And the ratio of bun to meat was way off - too much bread and could barely taste the chicken. Finally, the flavor of the chicken itself wasn't my preference - a bit too much like garam masala, which I don't care for. But the spicy ranch fries were actually pretty good. They were hot, crisp, and lathered with a spicy sauce (buffalo sauce?) and ranch. That's a flavor combo that I really enjoy! Everybody else had similar reactions to their food, so it probably wasn't just the item that I ordered. Now that I think about it, I tried Mirchi many years ago and had the same underwhelming experience then.

Yelp
One of my favorite takeout spots. The aloo chicken and the fried chicken always hit the spot. The spicy ranch fries are great for sharing. The staff are amazing people. They always treat you with incredible kindness. Everyone who walks through the door are treated like family, you can tell they are good people.

Yelp
I have been going to Mirchi for years. It's our first night tradition with sister and kids. Throughout the years they have kept consistent taste. Couple of our favorites are madrisa fries, club sandwiche, meat lover colzone and punjabi burger. The staff there is like family. They know their patrons with names. Pr0vide good service and take care of you. It's become a community hangout place over years

Yelp
After going to Mirchi Meat & Deli and not being able to get lunch there, this was the backup since I was super hungry and I didn't want to have to travel much further. Thank goodness Mirchi Cafe & Masala Pizza was open and serving food because my hangry self couldn't take more disappointments. In short the service was good, the food we got was super oily on the outside and the meat a bit dry. The fries felt super old, but perhaps if we go back, we'll try something else. Perhaps we just ordered the wrong thing. I just like to support local businesses during these days of COVID so whatever I can do to help. L O C A T I O N Located off of the corner where Washington Blvd becomes Fremont Blvd. There's several little plazas on this corner. There's plenty of parking since not many folks are out and about. M E N U They serve various items on the menu from pizza, burgers, wraps, salads with a little Indian fusion. We were wanting something sandwich like so we opted for a Paratha Roll with Chicken Boti (Boneless chicken breast cubes marinated in tikka spices and baked in the tandoor oven) it comes with fries and a small container of coleslaw but if you're not liking fries and coleslaw, you can get a salad. The flatbread was super oily. Unsure why it needed to be that oily. The flavors of the meat and the chutneys were great, but the chicken itself was super dry. I wish they would put a side of the yogurt mint chutney to help with the dryness. The fries felt like they were super old or yesterday's fries recooked. The inside was mealy. I did appreciate the spices sprinkled on it, but also wish I knew that it was coming "spiced." O V E R A L L Pretty speedy service and glad they were open when I needed some lunch. The Paratha Roll was just not superb with the oiliness of the flatbread and the dryness of the chicken boti but the flavors did save the meal. I would skip the fries. Perhaps we'll try their other items to give a final verdict, so for now it was just ok.
