Miro Café is a great spot to work or study with a laptop, offering a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space. The overall vibe is inviting, making it a nice place to spend time.
I tried the Banana Bread (CHF 5.50) and really enjoyed it! It had just the right texture —not too moist or dry — and the walnuts added a nice nutty crunch that complemented the flavors well. I’d definitely recommend having it warmed up for the best experience.
The Matcha Latte (CHF 8 / 0.3L), however, didn’t quite meet my expectations. The matcha flavor was very mild, almost watery, and the texture lacked creaminess and depth — it could have been smoother and better frothed. A touch of latte art would have also elevated the presentation. That being said, Miro is known for its specialty coffee, so matcha might not be their focus. At this price point, though, I was hoping for a bit more in terms of flavor and execution.
Overall, Miro Café is a great place for coffee lovers and those looking for a cozy workspace. While the matcha wasn’t my favorite, the café itself has a welcoming atmosphere and quality offerings.
