Mirzam Chocolate Makers Factory & Store

We did the chocolate factory tour and moulding workshop. It was so much fun. We learned how Mirzam makes their chocolate from "bean to bar". Then we got to mould our own and add toppings. Before designing our own custom wrappers. The moulds make 3 bars at time so we each got our own 3 custom bars. The chocolate is delicious and our expert guide, Caroline, explained the differences between the origins of the beans, giving us samples to compare each origin. She taught us all about the process and answered all our questions. She really elevated the experience with her knowledge and charm. There is also a coffee shop that sells the chocolate in various forms and flavours, with samples. They have so many interesting options and packages. We will definitely be back for more.

The best bean-to-bar chocolate I've ever tasted, the shop is amazing, I'm a true fan of this wonderful place with incredible taste and a friendly atmosphere. Another highlight for me as an artist is the incredible love for detail, art, and inspiring stories full of interest and love for Arabic culture. This place is good the selection of chocolates and the combination too boot was great. The interior is very well thought out and has a great view of a nearby mosque which was a lovely touch. In terms of the pricing the chocolates are on the higher end but the drinks are reasonable for what they are - I had the cocoa juice and it was a great refreshing drink. The map inside the restaurant shows where all the ingredients are sourced and is excellently thought out

Such a cute cafe and chocolate factory. I came to see the factory and you can sign up for chocolate tasting for a reasonable price. After that relax with an icy chocolate beverage and treat yourself to the many chocolate desserts they have on offer. I bought some of their chocolate bars to give away as gifts. Will be back next time.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Mirzam Chocolate since the very beginning when they first opened. Over the years, I’ve seen how truly special this place is—not just because of their amazing chocolate, but because of the people. The entire staff are absolute gems—sweet, kind, and welcoming like one big family. A special mention to Joy, Wajdi, Baron, Hemanthi, Francis, Nico, Cephas, Prasad, and Aayush (and of course the rest of the team whose names I might have forgotten, but who are just as wonderful). Every visit feels personal and warm. Their chocolates are always delicious and unique. Today, thanks to Wajdi, I tried their spiciest chocolate—and it was absolutely perfect. A new favorite! Mirzam is more than a chocolate shop, it’s an experience filled with kindness, warmth, and unforgettable flavors. Highly recommended.

Very nice chocolate shop and cafe! Nice vibe to work or meet with friends, and plenty of paid parking as well with a mosque directly across the street and a nice gym next door as well. I only had their brookie and a double espresso but both were rich in flavor and the quality of the chocolate was easily some of the best I've had in Dubai. They make all of their products in this location and I believe they have tours and classes available for all ages. Will be back to try more!

Wow! The most decadent chocolate mousse. I’m sure they have other great treats, but the chocolate mousse was the only thing I tried and it was a 10/10. The atmosphere is chill, lovely space. Definitely worth a visit!
