I’m updating my rating. I’ve been a long-time customer and have been buying the Brookie in bulk for years. Recently, the taste has clearly changed , it’s significantly sweeter than before and no longer the product I originally fell in love with.
The same issue applies to the sea salt hot chocolate, which I always used to purchase alongside the Brookie. On my latest visit, it was also noticeably sweeter. When I asked, the supervisor confirmed that the chocolate used has changed, which forced me to add 100% dark chocolate just to balance the new sweetness.
I hope the original recipes are reconsidered, as their previous balance is what kept many loyal customers returning.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Mirzam Chocolate since the very beginning when they first opened. Over the years, I’ve seen how truly special this place is—not just because of their amazing chocolate, but because of the people.
The entire staff are absolute gems—sweet, kind, and welcoming like one big family. A special mention to Joy, Wajdi, Baron, Hemanthi, Francis, Nico, Cephas, Prasad, and Aayush (and of course the rest of the team whose names I might have forgotten, but who are just as wonderful). Every visit feels personal and warm.
Their chocolates are always delicious and unique. Today, thanks to Wajdi, I tried their spiciest chocolate—and it was absolutely perfect. A new favorite!
Mirzam is more than a chocolate shop, it’s an experience filled with kindness, warmth, and unforgettable flavors. Highly recommended.
