A restaurant that specializes in Nagoya style miso based udon/rice served in a claypot. I ordered the miso udon with tempura prawn and egg cost 1,500Y. Service was swift and courteous. Nagoya miso is really different from the miso I have tried and even cook with at home. It's not savory at all, it has a slight bitter after taste and grainy texture. I'm glad I tried it, will be open minded to explore different taste!
