Asian fusion restaurants are a dime a dozen in the city, but finding one that includes Filipino dishes on the menu is a rare and welcome surprise. As a Filipino, I take pride in sharing my cuisine with my culturally diverse group of friends—and this spot delivered a great introduction. The delicious sisig and crispy pork belly were definite standouts.
What truly won me over was the well-curated, diverse menu. From tasty dumplings to a refreshing ceviche, the variety offered something for everyone. It’s not just about range—it’s the thoughtful use of innovative ingredients that gives each dish a special edge, something many fusion restaurants try but few actually achieve.
While the beef rendang was just okay, the pork belly, sisig and spicy fried lamb ribs stole the show.
Special shoutout to the lovely Filipina waitress who took such great care of us—she made our experience memorable and warm. Safe to say, you’ve earned yourselves some loyal new customers.
The flavors were bold and balanced, and each plate was beautifully presented—a true feast for both the eyes and the palate.
