I had a great experience with Mission Collaborative! The course was straightforward and offered practical resources that really helped me clarify my career goals and plan my next steps. The exercises were helpful and gave me more confidence to take action. Grace was my program manager and she was incredibly supportive—always responsive and genuinely invested in my progress. I highly recommend this program to anyone who feels stuck or uncertain about their next move!

The career design workshop provided the structure I needed to consider my priorities, values, and skills, and the engagement with others exploring a career transition was extremely helpful. While the workshop itself was just one month, I now have a host of resources I can continue to use as I figure out the best next step! My small team helped me consider possibilities that weren't on my radar, and I plan to keep using the evaluator tool to compare future options.

I participated in Mission Collaborative's Career Design program, and I highly recommend it if you're feeling stuck in your career and want to find a new path that sparks joy. Last month, I was feeling burnt out and ready to give up on finding a career path that resonates with my skills and values. Working through the Career Design program gave me the tools and practice in identifying my strengths and how to translate them into a career I'm excited for - I haven't been this excited about my future in a long time!

The Career Design Program was just what I needed to get over my fear of starting to get serious about defining what a meaningful career looks like for me. Each week was well structured and there were plenty of tools and support along the way to help me dive deep into my strengths, likes and dislikes, and ideas for new career paths. Most importantly, this program gave me a community of individuals similarly looking to redesign their careers to be more meaningful, values aligned, and supportive of other life goals. This community gave me encouragement, accountability, and a space to process, which has been critical for giving me confidence and keeping me moving forward productively.

I entered this program stuck and a little scared to make changes in my career trajectory, although I knew some kind of change was needed and inevitable. With the program I've gained more focus on what are the most important criteria and goals for my future career path. The exercises and accountability within the curriculum have presented a framework for me to analyze my skills and then provided a direction in which to apply them.

I enjoyed exploring a range of career options through the Career Design Program. The program helped me assess what I have enjoyed in my career so far and where adjustments can potentially put me on an even better path. The combination of collaboration with team members and individual research was a valuable learning experience.

The Career Design Program offered a strategy for getting unstuck as I considered where to go next with my career. I had the opportunity to dream and explore and then discuss ideas with my teammates. I value the range of experiences on my team and feel that their feedback and inputs helped me to narrow down my ideas or consider different options altogether. I feel like I have a plan now!
