The program helped me confront any doubt I had about my current trajectory, and validated my reasons for wanting that career path. There are useful tools and resources provided throughout the course, and the overall strategic approach to career design is one that I will very likely revisit, if and when my career priorities shift in the future. I was actively interviewing while going through the program, and I believe that the tools and language around career criteria helped me articulate not only why I was a good fit for one particular role, but also why it was a good fit for me. I left the program having gotten that job offer, for a role that ranked highly in my personal research and testing phase. It feels exciting to leave the program with the tools to help me critically think about how I'll shape my work in this new role, too.

I have a much clearer understanding of what I want in my next career, based on the clarity I now have around my values, strengths, and what I enjoyed and didn't enjoy in my previous roles. The Program gave me a system to effectively explore my career options in a way that feels expansive, manageable and less stressful. I trust using these tools will lead me to a career opportunity that will align more with who I authentically to who I am. That's exciting.

I had low confidence and was at a stressful low point in my career before joining this program. The Career Design program restored my confidence in my ability to transition career paths and put my options into a more focused perspective, which was very useful. If you are unsure about what to do next because of disillusionment with your current employment, this program is 100% for you.

This is absolutely the right way to approach planning your career. The creators of the program are really onto something. I'm really glad I participated. I learned a lot about myself and what I want, gained a valuable network, and narrowed down my vague career thoughts into discrete options that I could research and test. The program is the perfect length and level of commitment. It's reasonably priced. I'm very glad I did it.

Thinking about a career change but not sure what you want to do or how to get there? This is a great program that provides guidance, connects you to other people in your situation, eases the awkwardness of networking, and provides an abundance of resources that will last you even after the program is complete. You'll be able to articulate your goals and create a plan to achieve them. Plus you may establish new ongoing relationships.

A very worthwhile program but it does require a time commitment to complete the tasks adequately. Like most endeavors, you get out what you put in. I recommend this career design workshop wholeheartedly, and suggest building it into your schedule for 2-3 hours a week from the start (but especially for weeks 3-4) to make sure you progress at a meaningful pace.

Participating in the Career Design program was a transformative experience. It helped me identify career pathways that truly align with my strengths, skills, and professional values. The program’s thoughtful structure and rich resources—especially the supportive community of peers also exploring “What’s next in my career?”—made the journey both clarifying and empowering.

I appreciated the structure and supportive group environment. The exercises, the team meetings and partner check-ins help you stay motivated and engaged. Everything offered is genuinely useful. The course really works if you let yourself lean into the process.
