Parking lot issues. Delivery pin showed address was here, customer gave correct address after parking (across street.) parked for 5 minutes and was approached about parking there. For context, there were at least 3 empty parking stalls next to me as well. I appreciate the warning, but customer service could be better. Most attendants are more than happy to allow us to park due to delivery being fast and traffic being difficult.

Great spot and the burritos 🌯 were amazing @ Early bird. I had the bacon bird sub chipotle creama and was blown away. So flavorful. Good size, you could prob split it, but I got my own.

We ordered 4 different chuffles from Checkered Churros and all were really good.

Google
Korean style where no human contact necessary to order food from amongst 3 distinctive restaurants- just walk up to the kiosk and order in aarger touch screen. We were a party of 4 and all ordered from the Mediterranean cuisine which was delicious. It took a while to prepare but worth the wait. Not much to do while waiting since there weren't too many chairs - this was definitely meant for take out.

Google
I did not like the setup. Multiple kiosk, but just one person in the front for all the shops and one big kitchen in the back. It felt very disconnected and dystopian. I hope this isn’t the future of dining. That being said… the hot dog and elote were both tasty and the one person in front was friendly and helpful. The low rating is based solely on the setup.

The churro waffles are awesome and the people watching is undefeated

It was... fine? The wide selection of food is great, but there was no one behind most of the counters. We ordered online as all the QR codes suggested, but the wait was long, and there was no notice as to progress on the order. It took longer than it felt it should (no one else seemed to be in line) and once it came it was a bit overcooked. I really wanted to like it, the concept is great, but it just didn't live up.

Google
This place was great when it opened but has seemed to go downhill. I either get a really good burrito or a straight awful one. They don’t seem to have consistency in the kitchen anymore and on top of that have no one behind the counters anymore. Customer service has taken a nose dive and for the price there are plenty of more consistent and cheaper options within walking distance.

Yelp
This place was so confusing! We showed up aroumd 4pm on a Saturday hoping for an experience not unlike the food court at a mall -- and what we found was an abandoned ship. I literally walked around confused as to why there was no staff for at least 10 minutes. Then figured out I had to do an online order, which took another 15 minutes by the time I got all my credit card info input. Then there was no staff until a woman popped up out of nowhere and handed me my bag of food. And, I was so confused I forgot to order a drink -- so luckily there was someone behind the counter at the salad place. I got the chicken tendies (which were some of the best eaten in recent memory) and the street corn from the Taco place (eh, it was so-so, more red sauce than I liked). So the food is redeeming. My friend had a great salad bowl (that she was able to order from the one person working). Overall, the food is good. Order it as takeout and you're set. However, go there expecting a dining experience and you'll be sad because it's a ghost town (at least on Saturdays around 4pm).

Yelp
So far I've gone to 4 out of the 7 spots in this food hall. It was convenient, quick, and easy to get food from Spitfire Tacos, Earlybird Breakfast burritos, Head Lettuce, and Checkered Churros. I thought that the Churros at this location were better than the ones I tried in La Jolla. Overall, a great place to get something quick in PB, especially late at night!

Yelp
The Mission + Garnet Food Hall is just getting under way. In fact, I stood there starring at the empty old Denny's sign: a sign that will soon have the proper lettering and design. For now, Spit Fire Tacos are ready to roll, Early Bird is serving up breakfast burritos, Head Lettuce is keeping us healthy, Checkered Churros is satisfying our sweet tooth, Harvey Carver's is meeting our sandwich needs, and last and not least, Scotty's Dogs are keeping things savory. If you are familiar with Pacific Beach, this outdoor food hall, is located in the old Denny's spot that endured for decades, but now times have changed, and it's the collection of eateries and palates to rule the area. Street parking and a paid parking lot are available.

Yelp
There is a variety of amazing food from Head Lettuce( incredible salads) Harvey Carvers,Spitfire, and many choices, special churros, tacos or sandwiches. Nice outdoor seating and the best chickie tendie dippers with great sauces to choose from. You can't go wrong here! The staff were amazing and I highly recommend this as a " go to" to eat. It's nice to eat there, also close to the beach if you want it to go and I promise you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Overpriced below average food targeted at tourists. I lt looks inviting but that's about the extent of positive things I have to say

Yelp
One of the newest food halls in San Diego. Mission and Garnet food Hall has all the necessary restaurants needed to enjoy a good meal. They have get assortment of restaurants, ranging from salad restaurant called head lettuce to a dessert place called checkered churros. For this visit we wanted to try Scottie dogs and spitfire tacos. My girlfriend and I came here with an empty stomach looking for some new and interesting food to eat. When we arrived we knew we were at the right spot. We first went to spitfire tacos because we were in the mood for some good tacos. We chose to get the Dixie crispy chicken taco, Peri-Peri chicken taco, and carnitas taco. All three tacos were delicious, I particularly like the Dixie crispy chicken taco. It's a buttermilk fried chicken with flour tortilla, honey mustard, pickle slaw, and pickled red onions. It had so much flavor and really hit the spot. The Peri-Peri chicken also was outstanding. We really like the Peri-Peri sauce. Carnitas Taco was just kind of the run of the milll carnitas taco, it wasn't bad but it was our least favorite of the three. We will be coming back to try all the other tacos, they certainly have a lot of selections. Next up was Scottie dogs, since we weren't too hungry because of the three tacos we decided to share a barrio bull dog. The hot dog came with guacamole, cowboy caviar, cotija cheese, and a spicy green sauce. It was a good size so it was enough for the both of us since we weren't too hungry anymore. It had a lot going on in there and was very flavorful, I love guacamole on a hot dog. It really balances out the hot dog flavor. They have a lot of interesting hot dogs that we want to try out the next time we're here. Once we were done we knew we wanted to get some desserts, so it was on to checkered Charles. Checkered trails had a pretty big menu to choose from. The ube wan coconutti really caught our eye. We both love ube and coconut so this was the perfect choice. It tasted so good, the chuffle wasn't too sweet and it had a good ube flavor. What a cool food Hall we definitely be will be coming back to try all the other restaurants in this food Hall. Everything is fast casual service so you're free to wander around. It's a pretty fun place to come and eat.

Yelp
Best place to eat in all of PB in my opinion. Everything is so good at all locations. Gotta try the truffle or poke bowl from Head Lettuce, the firebird burrito from early bird, and/or the KBBQ burrito/bowl and elote from spitfire. Can't go wrong at this place

Yelp
Novel idea. Instead of opening a restaurant serving one menu with several types of food, create a food hall to give each stand their own identity. I had the taco combo from spitfire, while the wife had the nut chicken sandwich at harvey carvers. First taco was peri peri garlic chicken and 2nd was the korean pork belly. Both tacos were amazing and packed with flavor. It was all aboit the sauce in these tacos! The nut chicken sandwich from carvers was ok, but not salty enough. You definitely noticed the nutty flavor. We decided on a waffle from the waffle churro place. They left their screen outside for people to order. It was too summy and bright to see anything on the screen. They need a screen shade! I went to carvers to place the waffle order instead. You can order from any of the food stand kiosks for other stands. Another patron summoned our feeling up well. "We liked the pistachio waffle, but didnt love it". Overall a great experience and will be returning.

Yelp
Service is horrible do not go here! There's nobody around to take your order they all hang out in the back. Finally someone came to take my order asked for my phone # so they could text me when it was ready. Waited about 15 minutes then went back inside I could see my food sitting on the counter but again nobody around to just give it to me. Waited another 15 minutes and finally went to another store and asked if there was someone working over there. Finally after going to seek help from someone a person came back and try to give me my food that's been sitting on the cold counter for 20 minutes and try and tell me they just brought it out 3 minutes ago. What a total lie and joke this place is!

Yelp
This place is such a gem! Although they only opened recently, it is a wonderful place to stop by and grab a bite in PB. I highly recommend the checkered churros, as the Chuffles are so delicious and the people working them are so friendly and welcoming. They have already learned my usual order! The Greek Triton salad at Head Lettuce is must! The entire location is such a vibe! All of their employees have been so outgoing and nice, always able to have a great conversation and provide great customer service. Only a block away from the beach, it is so nice to grab something to eat after a swim! Highly recommend to check out!

Yelp
This place was fantastic! There were so many options that I didn't know where to start. I truthfully wanted to try everything. What ever you are in the mood for, this place has it. I went during lunch time, but I heard their breakfast burritos from Earlybird was the thing to try. I'm definitely coming back!

Yelp
Food here absolutely kills! I've tried each open concept so far and have yet to be disappointed. The carnitas totchos are fire and the Cobb salad from head lettuce is 10/10. Super cute place just a block from the pier. Can't wait for the other concepts to open!

Yelp
This multi concept food hall is one of my favorites in the PB area. The different variety of food they offer always meets my cravings and is so, so satisfying. The breakfast burritos are my personal favorite! Everyone working is always so nice and talkative. Recommend!!!

Yelp
Had the Carne asada street burrito. Amazing and full of flavor. Plus they sport Stubborn sodas on tap. Birthday Cake churro is the best!!

Yelp
Growing up in PB, I have seen restaurants come and go. I knew Mission + Garnet had big shoes to fill as it is where the old Dennys was. However, they did not disappoint! I am very excited now that Mission + Garnet has opened as it is a wonderful restaurant, with multiple different places to go to grab a bite! The location is so nice, right in the center of PB, in walking distance of to many great things. The employees there are very friendly and vibrant! I hope a lot of people can try all the food they have to offer, I recommend the Eat Like a Bird breakfast burrito from Early Bird Breakfast Burritos, and everything from Checkered Churros as it is so delicious! I hope more people can head over and try some of their food as it is a wonderful place!
