Attended an event at this venue is perfect for numerous activities, especially evening ones due to its close proximity to the 5 freeway which provides ambience without the actual noise of the highway. In addition, you can see the city scape, the international airport, and the ocean in the far distance. Ample space for wedding receptions, dance parties, celebrations, etc. Restroom was clean, and nicely decorated. No kitchen, so caterer is required.

From the moment we walked up to the door I knew it was gonna be fun. The clientele were outside in a line waiting to get in and getting ID checked so do you remember to bring your ID card. This is a bring your own tasty adult beverage, which I failed to read. Don't make the same mistake. Guidance bring that tasty beverage. Once you enter the room, the black lights were on the neon paint was on the walls. The lights were glowing. It really created a relaxed and fun atmosphere. We were allowed to choose whatever table we wanted to sit at, and there was an easel, a blank, multiple brushes, and a pallet ready for us . Some brief instructions and guidance was provided and then we were off on our painting adventure The session runs about an hour and a half . So plan accordingly But I absolutely would 10/10 recommend this. Happy painting yelpers !

The Neon Brush: A Glow in-the-Dark Painting Experience in Old Town was a great time. The tickets were $41.00 per person on feverup.com. The class includes neon paint and canvas. The class doesn't include wine but you can bring your own bottle. It was a fun time I went with fellow Yelper Nicole C. Happy Yelping :)

If you're looking for a venue, don't look any further!! I planned an event here for my consulting club at UCSD and we had a blast! Noe had tables, chairs, and tablecloths ready for us to set up and he contacted a photobooth company for me and had them ready for us as well. He has so many connections from vendors for dessert and entrees to dj's and entertainment. The venue is so lovely and spacious at such a reasonable rate. The location is safe and easy to find. The space is beautifully decorated with plants, even the bathroom is nice too! Clean up was easy to navigate and we did it really quickly and hassle free. This venue exceeded my expectations and everything went according to plan. It was an unforgettable night and I wouldn't have done it anywhere else!

UPDATE - it's been months of no communication and we have officially filed with small claims court and have a date. Most unprofessional company ever.

Wasn't the best venue. No parking , have to pay at hotel next door . Having bad customer service with owner. I am unable to receive my deposit back and am getting interest charges I need to pay because we used a third site and I also paid the third site. I am being punished for using this stop. Would stay away!

Really awesome space! We were able to have a really fun art show here for one night. I've also been to two other events here. Pricing was not excessive like other places near by.

Nice place but ONE bathroom just doesn't cut it! Your guest wait in a LONG line just to use the bathroom. Time to add another bathroom at the prices you charge and ALL the rules you have you can add another bathroom. If you're looking for just a hall with no tables or chairs, then this is the one for you oh and no parking ...

Beautiful Venue! I was happy to find a venue that allowed us to bring in own food, drink and decorations. Working with Noe from the beginning was a great experience and I definitely recommend to anyone who needs a venue to hold their event!

We rented FEMEX Quarter's for my son and his fiancé baby shower. We worked with Noe to book this venue. Noe was very professional and amazing to work with. The venue is beautiful and well maintained. My son had a medical emergency that we thought would make us have to cancel. Noe was very willing to work with us so, that we wouldn't have had to lose out on the money we paid for the venue. Due to GOD'S grace my son was released from the hospital in time for us to continue with the shower. We all had a phenomenal time and was able to truly appreciate this venue. I'd recommend this venue 10x over and then some!!!!

Highly recommend Femx Quarters for your next event‼ We celebrated my son 6th birthday here yesterday and it was amazing. It has a perfect view of San Diego airport and is in the heart of San Diego. Space was clean and beautiful. We was able to have a toddler Bounce house, Photo booth, face painting Artist and Trackless train of San Diego and all our guest fit inside comfortably. This venue really have everything checked off on my list! Easy to use thermostat, Beautiful hanging market lights that fits our Christmas theme perfectly, kitchen with full size refrigerator and easy surround speaker The hourly rate is simple with no hidden fees... which make it worth it...trust me. Noe is very accommodating and responsive and took care of all our needs. We will definitely host more in the future!

Love this venue. We had a baby shower there today and it was perfect. The location is central and venue is a good size for any size party. Perfectly decorated and the owner's were really easy to work with. Great communication and easy to book. Will book again for future events.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Their communication is absolutely horrible. I reserved the hall in August of last year. I canceled it in October way before the 180 days like the contract said, I'm still trying to get my reimbursement. There has been absolutely 0 communication from them besides their promise multiple weeks ago to reimburse me within 10 days. They have failed to uphold their contract and avoid all communication with me. I am forced to bring it to court to receive my reimbursement of just under 2000 dollars. Total scam.

Rented this venue for my friend's baby shower. Everything was great and easy to book. I had no issues with anything. Everyone had an amazing time. The decor is great. Would definitely recommend it!

FEMX Quarters is such a fun & stylish space! I helped coordinate & photograph a wedding reception here and it definitely has photogenic spots. Don't let the outside area fool you! Once you enter FEMX's doors, you'll be greeted with some fabulous interior design! As far as coordination goes, it was fairly easy with Noe! He's very friendly and understanding. It's worth noting though, that the best form of communication for this venue is via text!

Even though the circumstances in which we had to rent FEMX Quarters was a sad one, with my father-in-law passing on to Heaven, Noe made everything so easy from beginning to end. Communication is one of the things I value most when using a facility. We truly appreciate his professionalism and compassion. His venue is huge, beautiful and classy. We would recommend it to any of our family and friends.

My team and I always have a blast when we do editorial shoots at FEMX Quarters. There's plenty of space, accent walls, and plenty of props we could use while shooting. I highly recommend this space for photoshoots!!!

I recently hosted my wedding welcome mixer here, and I could not be more pleased with this space. First and foremost, booking a walk thru could not be any easier; it is all done online. The actual booking process was a breeze as well, and I appreciated quick and swift communication from the team whenever I had a question. You are able to bring in any vendors you need, no limitations/exceptions. Because my guest count was over 50, I had to use a licensed bartender, otherwise, any less than 50 is BYO, which is very rare these days for venues. The space itself comes with chairs, tables, and is beautifully decorated. Having an almost all inclusive venue at such a great price was a no brainer! I ended up spending at least $1-2k less than if I had done my mixer at a brewery. Note that while rates vary across days and the type of event, the pricing was beyond reasonable when compared to other bare bone venues I looked at (of course renting a hall would be less, but because femX comes with many amenities, the savings evens out with a less costly venue). The only downside is there is only one restroom. This was not an issue for me, but I did see a line of 2-3 people at any given time. Don't hesitate to check out this space and book!

I recently had a wedding cocktail party here, and it was a perfect space to do exactly what I wanted with it! All the guests loved the space. The owner is very friendly accommodating. We appreciate being able to hold our event here. Thanks so much FEMX!

Amazing venue! We held our son's 1st birthday and this place was perfect for our event. We were even lucky to be able to fit our 14ft bounce house + slide outside in the front parking lot. The space was clean and the instructions were easy to follow. Noe was great in answering any of our questions and got back to us in a timely manner. Everyone enjoyed the space and complimented its chic look. They also had chairs available for event use, which was a nice addition. The one downfall I would say is parking as there are only 4 spots in front of the venue and the rest was street parking, but it wasn't a huge deal because they do offer $5 parking at the holiday inn next door, which is what most of our guest had to utilize. We had recommended this venue to our friend for his baby shower. The baby shower could not have gone better. The venue offered their surround sound system which is a nice touch. We used a DJ and the space was well accommodating for all of the equipment. It is well lit and the venue comes with a kitchen, bathroom, tables and chairs which is a major plus. Noe is very responsive and accommodating. We also rented the space about three months ago. We needed a space for our guests that attended my father in laws funeral in Point Loma. The space was perfect to give our guests a break from a long emotional day. We were able to feed our guests and celebrate my father in laws life. Noe was very understanding and helpful. We highly recommend FEMX for all types of events.

I'm access such a beautiful venue I have continuously use them for events that I have hosted. Their service is amazing, their space is clean and the Decour they offer that is already posted is a beautiful and in perfect condition. I would recommend this venue to book anytime

I held my wedding at FEMX and it was a great success. Noe is responsive and you are provided with manuals that make everything very easy. The space has a nice view and cool lights. Everyone at my wedding loved the venue. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Not only is the venue beautiful and able to accommodate any small to midsize event! They are great to work with! I highly recommend for any event you wish to host! I booked for a Christmas party to honor our church leaders and servants and they all loved it! FEMX took care of the catering which was also amazing, everyone said it was so good! They also took care of chairs and tables and the vendor was great with a last minute need!! I highly recommend using FEMX as a package or just a space rental!

I can't explain how much I love this venue! From the moment you walk in you can just feel great amazing energy. That's huge for me. Everything from the details in the decoration, the views, and overall atmosphere -is just 100% instagramable I first discovered it by attending a networking event! Noe @ FEMX is AMAZING. He walked us through every detail prior to and duringour event, and the venue itself is STUNNING! He was very supportive when we had a family emergency that caused us to reschedule. This venue has thought of everything, from the layout, furniture, A/V, in-house bluetooth speaker, refrigerator, decor, the venue is event-ready. My guests are still raving about how beautiful this place is. I would recommend this place for baby showers, wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate events, and photo shoots. I love the FemX space for events! @meandweco ME+WE co. planned a surprise engagement and taco party for 15 people using the space which was perfect! The owners were super accommodating to our vendors for set-up and the space was very insta worthy for the client and her guests. Will definitely hold more events here in the future!! Love the space!!!

This place is amazing! From the people in-charge to the location. Noe was my constant person, he has always been very helpful and friendly. About the venue, I love the vibe, location, view , design etc. I have done 2 events in this location now and I have to say I love it. It's a unique spot in San Diego , perfect for weddings, baby shower, kids parties and also big events. Really recommend this spot in town.

We used FEXM to host our rehearsal dinner and it was perfect! We were originally just going to have it at our house, but the guest list quickly grew to a size we were not able to accommodate. I found FEMX online and I'm sure glad I did. Noe was great and quick to respond to things. We needed to adjust our hours a couple of times and he was more than happy to help us out. We had about 65 people and we had plenty of space for everyone! We also hired a bartender to set up inside and caterer who had the perfect amount of space out front to cook. Close up instructions were simple and easy to do. Would definitely recommend FEMX if you need a rental space!

FEMX is a nice venue space for an event. the price, space, decor, tables and chairs are a great deal. The one downside is the A/C. The A/C in the back room worked yet we could not get the main room cool for 45 people during a June 2021 which was uncomfortable.

We recently hosted a baby shower at FEMX headquaters . I feel it was one of the best choices we made for the venue ..loved the view , location , flexibility and also reasonable price to host party for 50 ppl . I would highly recommend this venue . Parking was easy to handle through the arrangements they have made with holiday inn.

Loved how easygoing Jess and Noe were with the booking process. I did a video/ photo promo shoot and there was ample space for many different segments. Lots of fun props, lots of plants and the kitchen has a full fridge, sink and island area. Great pricing and they even have the cutest shop dog, coco! Thanks guys

Great space, amazing lighting, and perfect spot for coworking. It's not just a cool looking building, I've met and made valuable connections with amazing, inspiring, and encouraging women entrepreneurs here, and the owner is one of them! It's a special place and if you're thinking about coworking or hosting an event soon, you have to check it out!

FEMX gave us nothing but quality customer service and kindness all the way. They were flexible when myself and my team needed to come in and decorate before event time. I deeply appreciate Noe and his accommodations, making sure we were thoroughly informed about what needed to be done as far as trash, music levels and furniture use. We had a blast using this space to create sheet magic, will definitely use again!

I held a birthday party with around 60 guests at this venue and it was amazing. The owners are easy to work with, the space is beautiful and the price is very reasonable. Couldn't have asked for a better place to party!

I threw my son's 1st birthday party here & I got so many compliments on the venue! It's really spacious, comes with tables, chairs, a kitchen, etc. They also have speakers for you to play music & entertain your guests. The bathroom was also really nice & clean. I booked FEMX for a bridal shower I was hosting for my sister yesterday. The booking process was easy and convenient. Noe is the contact and he made everything easy and seamless. The price to rent is reasonable and the location is great! Right off the freeway and easy to find. The venue is decorated beautifully and can suit many kinds of occasions. It was great that they provided tables and chairs. Everyone raved about how beautiful and great the shower turned out. We had space for tables and a separate area for mingling and another area we set up with chairs for opening gifts. This is a great place and I would book it again in the future for many types of events. Thank you!

Very cute venue! I hosted a bridal shower here and everyone loved how cute it was. The process of texting Noe and paying the invoice was a breeze! Chairs and tables were included and there is even a kitchen! It was so nice to have because we had to prepare some of the food before the party started. By the end of the party, we cleaned up and made sure we left it how it was when we came in. All of the instructions for this place was fairly straight forward! Nothing too crazy. I definitely recommend Femx!

We hosted our baby shower here and everyone loved it - nicely decorated, well lit, and a blank enough canvas for you to decorate it with your own personal touches. Noe was incredibly helpful, a great communicator, and was easily accessible the weeks before our baby shower and the day of. For about 50 guests, the venue was huge, but during COVID times, I think it helped provide a sense of safety and gave everyone comfortable personal space. I highly recommend this spot and would book here again for a future event.

I came here for a book club meet up on a Monday night. This place is decorated so cute it is like out of a magazine! This place has a ton of street parking. They accommodated our group so well. They even have a kitchen set up that you can use items. I recommend this place if you need a space for a meet up as well as to do work. Thank you for opening your space for us FEMX Quarters!

I suffered a great loss when my husband passed away. He had lived in San Diego over 52 years and I am now living 3,000 miles from there. I wanted to have a Celebration of Life for him and through Yelp, I was able to connect with FEMX Quarters. Noe was beyond helpful in helping me make the whole thing work. Our family loved the space and it was large enough for us to be able to sit far apart. We were lucky enough to get a professional videographer who is a friend of one of the guests, to video the entire Celebration and I was able to send it to family and friends who, because of Covid, were not able to attend. We scheduled it to be late in the day so to enjoy sunset as well as views of the SD Airport and downtown. The price was right, the service was excellent and the entire experience was a positive one in spite of the circumstances. I only wish my husband could have attended in person. He would have loved it.
