Missionary Mall

It was my first time at the Sister Missionary Mall, and I received the warmest welcome, support, help and kindness from the whole team there! Tasha was so helpful and instantly helped me feel comfortable. I would totally recommend going whether you're shopping for a mission, or everyday attire. The clothes were so cute and reasonably priced and surprisingly comfortable! Just keep in mind that most of the clothes are hand wash only, but I haven't had any issues with other clothes that said hand wash on the tags. :) Thank you girls for the best experience! :)

All of the staff are very friendly. The clothes have some good deals. The suits being washable is nice. I bought 2 suits. I got one that was the wrong color. It was really hard to get corrected. They only have an email adress to send issues to, which can work, but they never responded. I ended up calling the store 5-6 times over the course of a couple weeks to finally be able to talk to a customer service person. We got it figured out but then they sent the suit to the wrong spot (house instead of mission home) and they still haven't given a return label for the wrong color suit.

I bought three pairs of shoes for my mission here and the girl assisting me was so helpful and it was such a nice experience. I was able to take my time deciding what shoes I preferred, no rush. There are so many cute options to choose from too which was really nice, something for everyone. Highly recommend.

The suit options are great for missionaries and other church events or weddings! The alteration process is quick and easy the employees are good at what they do. There is also a great tie collection. I got one for my boyfriend and he wears it all the time! The pant snd shirt selection is also great for missionaries. Definitely go try on and see what you like. There are also great package deals!

Amazing help getting fitted. My son was excited to see that return missionaries were working there and they were willing to talk to my son about their mission experience.

I love my new pants and the length is perfect. I was, however, disappointed in your offer for a discount - only for sisters who had NOT been set apart! What? There are many of us who come to the MTC from out of state and could not possibly come to your store before being set apart. Please reconsider this. 😊 Sincerely, Jean Fisher

Fantastic support! And beautiful food quality items. Very satisfied. I was helped to help the right shoes and love everything I got. I am not even a missionary, lol, just a mom wanting a pretty dress and good shoes to go about mothering in, a pretty intense mission if you ask me :)

Wow, the employee who first helped us was so amazing and positive she gave my daughter great advice and she help us so much. We were there for so long looking at all the cute clothes and figuring out her outfits that we ended up checking out with different employees, who are equally as wonderful. They really take care of you and the clothes are so in style and cute. My daughter was worried that she would have to change her style drastically and not love her clothes After trying stuff on at Sister Missionary mall she was so excited about all the cute clothes she could still wear as a Missionary. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. They totally went above and beyond. I have a hurt hand and one of the employees actually carried the box of luggage out to my car for me. I can’t even believe how wonderful they are!!!!

My son was only in the mission field 3 months before the soles in his shoes cracked. The "manager" told me he could still wear them because they " weren't cracked all the way through" Left several messages with customer service with no response. After 3 months, the hems in all the pants of his flex suit came apart. Most of the buttons came off the jacket. I called the store and they told me just to take it to get fixed because "it wouldn't cost too much" I spent so much money initially and am so disappointed in the quality and customer service.

Purchased all our my missionary's items through missionary mall and they have a 2 year guarantee. He's been out 8 months and has walked the soles off one pair of his shoes. I sent pictures to missionary mall and they quickly responded with looks like he needs a new pair! They asked me what location I would like to pick them up at. The next morning I got an email saying they were ready to be picked up! I was so impressed with how easy it was to get a new pair! While I was in the store I purchased 3 more ties for my missionary and paid for them. When I got home I received an email saying I had earned more points and now had $150 in store credit. The only reason for my 4 stars and not 5 is that I wish the clerk would've told me I had credit so I didn't pay $60 for 3 ties when I could've used my credit. Other than that we've had a great experience all the way around there!

So helpful in getting our missionary ready. Their replacement policy came highly recommended. They have a special that if you spend $1000 there then you will get free luggage to go with it. We were told that even if we did not spend one thousand dollars at that time, that if we accumulated that price (before our son left on his mission) in their establishment then we would still qualify for the free luggage.

We were actually just looking for a good Pair of shoes. When we walked in my son looks around and was like a kid in a candy store! We show dogs for a living and he wears suits. We were excited to find out the suits were machine washable!!! Well you got a deal if you bought 2 suits so we went in to get a pair of shoes and walked out with 2 suits and shoes! They measured him so that the length on the slacks and the jacket fit him perfectly. Two days later they called us that they were done. When we went back in I was even more floored to find that each suit came with TWO pairs of pants!!! AND I got an email saying I had free money! So we ended up getting him another very nice coat and a shirt and I was floored! The service was amazing, friendly and prompt! And even though we were not there for our so to go on a mission, well I we WILL be back and tell anyone we know to go there. Not that it pertained to us they also give a warranty for the 2 years for missionaries, which is really amazing! I knew if they were willing to warranty their items, they were made with quality and care! And dang they look good!!!

My son and I had a great experience here shopping for suits for his mission. There was no pressure to buy and add other stuff. The employee was helpful and happened to have served near where my son was going. He pointed out ways to save by buying a package.

I ordered a suit online for my teen-aged grandson. I was nervous because my grandson lives in Houston and couldn't go into the store for a professional fitting. But I followed their youtube video for taking correct measurements and emailed that into MissionaryMall. When the suit arrived, it was a perfect fit and above the quality I'd expected for the price. My grandson is so happy and handsome in his new suit! He loves the comfortable fit and can move freely in it. Looks great!

My son was in need of a sweater before he went into the MTC and we found exactly what we needed. The sweater was quality and then we got $50 off for his first purchase at Missionary Mall as a missionary. The employee that helped us was really kind also! Wish we lived closer so we could go more often!

Great place to shop for your upcoming missionary. Great guarantees. Nice people that work there. Been super satisfied for both sons needs. Do plan ahead though as they don't have unlimited availability of items. Sometimes things run out. So shop as much ahead of time as you can.

Make sure to ask for Calvin, he is their best employee and always very helpful. He knows what he's doing. Great place to shop for suits, along with other missionary items (shoes, socks, ties, etc.) Good prices and helpful staff.

Great service, just wish the selection was a little more varied sizes-taller/bigger around kiddos need clothes, too! But we love shopping here for our men/boy's' church clothes. Good products, prices are very competitive, great place to shop.

Missionary Mall is the place to go when you are shopping for missionary clothing. The staff is well aware of the needs missionaries have during their time of service and they equip you accordingly. Great customer service, and incredible products. The suits I bought there lasted well beyond my mission.

When we bought suits for a mission here, they gave us a card that said 100% guarantee repair or replacement. After one month in the MTC his suit was ripped. I took it back in to get it repaired or replaced and the manager told me that the two tears weren't that bad and that the suit was still wearable. Keep in mind this happened after a month... So now we are out $250 and have a damaged suit. TERRIBLE customer service. The manager was extremely disrespectful. We will be taking our business elsewhere, as should you.

We've used Missionary Mall for years. They outfitted two of our sons for their missions (2003 and 2005). They also outfitted my husband for the first of our couple missions in 2009. We inherited some of the suitcases our sons used on their missions--two black ones and a blue one. We used them later for our four (18-23 month) missions before they finally wore out. Customer service has been good. One son's shoes wore out during his mission and they replaced them. I really like that they are a one-stop shop, especially helpful for out-of-town folks like us.

I ordered three dresses for my step-daughters' birthday. I paid for 2 day ground via UPS. The package never showed up, UPS treated me horribly (lying about the package being on the truck, that managers would contact me, etc) I called the MissionaryMall folks and they have been fanstic. Harrison, the shipping manager has gone beyond the call of duty and is personally dealing with the whacky folks at UPS. He got the items reordered and is shipping out a new package overnight today to "make things right" I will highly recommend MissionaryMall to everyone is looking for modest clothing for their youth. Wow! Super fast and helpful customer service. Marcie was great!! My sons new pants replacements are already on its way. I would highly recommend missionary mall to my friends and family.

I tried calling them. Phone rang for a few minutes and there was no answering machine (this was 1:00 PM on a Saturday).

Must not work on commission. Came in from PA to outfit my son. Came 15 min before open ready to buy. Lucky for me, they sent me away and I found white shirts at Costco, wrinkle free, no iron for $17.99. Bought 10 plus a bag and pants for around $350. Thanks

We had some issues with ordering online in the past, but they are working to take care of that. I have three children serving missions right now and all of their favorite clothing items are from Missionary Mall.

I wanted to love this place, but we had some issues. We were ordering clothes and a bag for my daughter online. The first bag we ordered had a torn rain cover. We called and they were great about sending out a new one. The main reason we ordered from them in the first place was that I wanted clothes that would be missionary standard without needing alteration. We were disappointed that several of the blouses we bought were see through and would need to be layered. As my daughter was going to a hot, humid climate, that was exactly what we were trying to avoid. I would have appreciated knowing that up front so we could have chosen different blouses. Also, 2 day shipping takes more like 9-10 days to arrive. Their in house processing is a little slow. On our second order, they were out of my daughter's size on one item, and the entire order was put on hold and did not arrive in time for her departure. In all, customer service is really nice and they are willing to help, and the clothing we kept was good quality. My advice would be to either go to the store in person, or give yourself PLENTY of time to work through the whole process if ordering online - like a month.

I am sorry to report that we have had numerous issues ordering items on-line. Check-out is hard to navigate (error messages that will not leave screen - even after correct information has been submitted) and there is NO customer service support. In fact, after you have been placed on hold, you are asked to leave a message and then told mailbox is full! Odd.

This store is horrible! Their clothes are cheap and horrifically ugly! Its a few decades behind fashion trends not to mention the horrible fit! I felt like I was a 90 year old woman who belonged to the FLDS church. The girls that worked there were nice but the owner was overwhelming. From what I could see she treated her employees like trash. Total turn off since I hold anything associated with the LDS church at high standards of christian behavior. Another thing is I ordered shoes and they said it would take 6 weeks to come in and at that time I would be in the MTC so they reassured me they would ship them for me for free. I never got them!!! My mom called three times to see whereabouts my shoes would were since we already paid for them and no one could give us an answer. We never got my shoes more my money back. They also have claimed a two year warranty but not at the woman's store I guess. I felt like they lie just to get you into the store. I was incredibly disappointed by everything about this store and the lack of integrity they posses. I honestly feel like they take advantage of LDS members and culture to ensure the success of the store. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Shop else where I promise you will find all the things you need for cheaper and better quality!! I can guarantee you, you will find better quality things for better price such as Walmart, Macy's and anywhere else!!! Total joke and rip off! I can't begin to tell you how miserable this experience was for me, and how sick I feel to my stomach the way I and others were treated.
