I was in Spain a year ago. The apartment in Barcelona was great. 24 hours before I was due in Madrid, I received a call saying that the apartment I booked there was no longer available. Mister b&b customer service booked us into an apartment that was filthy. We left and, fortunately, we’re able to book a room in a hotel at a much higher price. My experience with this company was so horrible that I will no longer use them or Air B&B or any other comparable service.
