Mistral Coffee Banc

As an Australian coffee snob desperately seeking good coffee, I was so glad I found this place. Roasters and a cafe, the quality of the bean and the smooth textured milk made this the best flat white I’ve had for quite some time. A vibrant juicy flavored coffee made my day!

Very chilled but very accomplished cafe in Palma. I had an Ethiopian cold brew that was delicious. The barista knows his stuff. There were cookies that looked great, although I didn't have one. Various specialty coffee beans available to buy as well as brewing equipment. Loads of high quality soft drinks available for those not wanting caffeine. Lovely chilled beats playing. It was a good time. Highly recommended.

Stunning!! Fantastic coffee, staff, & setting. It was probably the highlight of my last day on Palma, and the coffee was so good I bought a bag of the Peruvian origin coffee to take home with me!

Excellent third wave coffee destination. Good espresso, friendly staff, nicely tucked away from the crowds. Good vibes all round.

Loved the coffee. They have oat milk. Very cool space but the vibe was somehow weird - extremely quiet, it felt as if we were intruding. Sitting outside on the window in the shadow was very nice. You can also buy their beans.

Lovely and pleasant cafe - Mistral Coffee in the island of Mallorca - so far in Spain, we have the best coffee from Barista Alvaro - Flat White is as great as Feliz Coffee in Madrid and the smiles from Bea is exceptional! I came in to buy some beans. The gentleman working at the time spoke English and was very friendly. He helped explain and describe the different roast profiles and beans they had to offer. I also brought my mug to try the house blend of the day which was light bodied and fruity. It seems like a nice place to grab a coffee or a small bite. They also have a cafe around the corner that is more oriented around food that seemed a bit busier.
