Very very pleasant plating. The food was awesome. They have 15 different dishes. All of them are very unique and different. We also had wine pairing and I suggest to order 1 pairing for 2 people because its a lot of drinks. The service was great, we sit in front of the kitchen and we enjoy seeing them prepping the food. It was a great experience eating here

I came here on a Saturday night in mid June with my husband. We were able to walk in for a two person table at 7pm but the restaurant was definitely crowded and we were lucky to get the table. Overall, I really liked this restaurant! The food was unique, modern, and delicious. Our server was professional and attentive. I also really enjoyed the open atmosphere of the restaurant. This was my first time in Princeton and I get the impression that this restaurant is one of the stand-outs. I would go back and I would recommend.

I came here to with my parents and it’s a great place to take your family. I had the sweet heat drink and it was a great mix of mango and spicy! The butternut squash beignets are AMAZING. I couldn’t stop eating them so I highly recommend. We got the pork belly and the steak which were both such creative meals and wonderful dishes. The fave bean toast was also great as was the hummus. Each dish was so delicious, I’m very impressed with this restaurant. The service was great too and our waiter was very nice.

Mistral is a true culinary experience every time. Easily one of my favorite restaurants in NJ or anywhere else for that matter at a shockingly readable price for the quality of food. Every dish is delicious with an incredible depth of flavor, the contrasts of textures and flavors are pure perfection, and everything is impeccably presented. The friendliness and knowledge of the staff lives up to the quality of the food as does the causal yet soothing and stunning setting.

After a long-awaited opportunity, I finally experienced Mistral. The interior is clean, chic, and inviting. We chose to sit at the bar and enjoyed an array of cocktails and small bites. The drinks were intricately crafted and had a profound depth of flavor. I particularly savored the Desperado, a tequila coffee cocktail with mole bitters, Ancho Reyes, and a hint of cocoa. The crispy salmon bites were my favorite dish; the rice was flavorful, and the spice blend was delightful. Unfortunately, the bartender was unable to provide specifics about the dish when asked. The Croque Monsieur bites were satisfactory, though not my favorite; I can see how some might appreciate the deep-fried ham and cheese sandwich. My boyfriend enjoyed the pork bao buns and ate most of the dish. The littlenecks were delicious, boasting a strong chorizo flavor, though I wished for more sauce. Lastly, the yuca poutine was a flavor bomb, perfectly complementing the starchy yuca. Service was prompt and precise, though most of the staff had a somewhat distant demeanor. Overall, I had a pleasant time and will definitely return for the salmon bites and to explore more of the menu.

Mistral is a gem! We recently hosted an engagement dinner at Mistral and they did a fantastic job! I worked closely with Heather, the event manager and she was very thorough and guided me through the process with menu and wine and other details! The food was delicious, drinks are amazing and service staff is super! They were extremely attentive and served with a smile! Our guests were very impressed with this venue and we all had a blast at Mistral! Thank you Mistral for making our dinner celebration a memorable one!

Had an enjoyable brunch. The Pilsner on tap was awesome, crisp just like in Czech Republic. The star hands-down were the Buttermilk Biscuits. We enjoyed the Brussel Sprout Kimchi, Wings, Smoked Salmon Crudo and the Heirloom Tomato Omelette. The Oysters and Chicken Sandwich did not live up to the rest of the food.

Went on a Wednesday evening after work. Honestly expected a bit more for the price, it ended up being over $100/person and we got a few small plates and one entree. Drinks are average, but the service was good. I requested mayo with my fries (not on the menu) and they gave me their house aioli, which was delicious and the highlight of the meal. Other than that, it was tragically unmemorable.
