It was a nice first experience and our server was very fun. And the family we was sitting with was so cool. Enjoy a birthday. It seems this is definitely the spot to go to for your birthday. It's fun for kids and everyone and the food is amazing, A Bit pricey but you're paying for the experience and the performance interaction. Drinks are not bad. The customer service is very very good. We had Flo and she made sure everyone was happy.

Happy hour all day every day. I'd say the value was a good deal but the Hibachi gets a little loud with some obnoxious guests. The cocktails are delicious and a little strong which is good and the items are priced perfectly. Service is good but when it gets busy, it's a little lacking. I'd recommend.

Google
Best Asian spot hands down! Great people, great atmosphere. These people are so good with their service — Hibachi entree’s were my go-to. Sushi? To die for. Their ramen soups? So good! Kid friendly, family friendly, couple friendly. It can be romantic, which I love!

Google
Had a wonderful experience at Mito. They were serving their flaming weekday special $29.99 which included an appetizer, hibachi entree and dessert! Don’t sleep on this insanely delicious deal! 🍣🍱 also great vibes 😎

Google
Good experience all around, Our sever Yebo was great even with it being busy he was fast. The same goes for our chef. If you like steak go with the Prime beef combo we got 50oz of steak between 3 of us and it was all 10/10. Highly recommend

Google
I've been coming here for many months already and this place has become one of the best places which I have eaten at. The staff here are amazing and very friendly. They always have staff around to make sure that all the food is good and if there's anything else that is needed. This place usually does get quite full in some moments but there's always a place to sit and enjoy some time. There's as well a bar which they sell margaritas and other liquor drinks. The images were taken when I came to visit in different moments of the year but the quality and taste of the food is always good. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a good place to eat, even after shopping.

I have to say, I’ve never been so impressed with a waiter’s service beforeeeeee. Even though Ms.Zhen was clearly so busy, she managed to stay incredibly attentive, and it didn’t go unnoticed. She made sure to take care of us as soon as possible, and her smile was so comforting……it honestly made the whole dining experience feel so warm and welcoming. Zhen Z went above and beyond, keeping everything on track and making sure every customer was happy. Her ability to stay organized under all that pressure is truly sweet. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work and dedication. She is an absolute star, and I hope management knows how lucky they are to have you! I can’t forget about my guy Frankeeee🥰 we came by for lunch and he treated us sooooo well. He recommended us one of their popular sushi and let me tell you that my mouth was watering with each bite!! Now I don’t give praises to all lol but they definitely earn a happy consistent customer 🌅. I love you Mito💕💕💕

Google
Came here for dinner over the weekend. It was our first time and didn’t know what to expect. The place has nice ambiance. Our server was great and very attentive. We ordered crab rangoon, duck and cucumber rolls, Thai crispy chicken, and grilled short ribs, which were all delicious. We will definitely come back to try their hibachi.

Yelp
Got take out and was satisfied. Not too pricy and the delivery was fast. Joker actually wasn't my favorite but the hawaii mango made up for it forsure. The rice to filling ratio is pretty good but there were too much crunch bits in some of them- could have used more fish. Solid choice. Would get again to satisfy a craving.

Yelp
They didn't actually include the hibachi chicken. Just sent noodles and dumplings. Upon calling they said all they can do is store credit or we come pick it up. To pick it up we would have to bring the rest of the food back (although all of that was already opened and the kids were eating). They were unable to accommodate unless we put all the other food back in the bag and drove over to "prove" that the chicken was missing. What a crazy policy to have. Bringing the other food back for them to see that there is not a separate box of chicken in the bag makes zero sense. Will not order again.

Yelp
Service is good, it's a hibachi restaurant and they have separate sit down table so you can do either, which is nice. It has a hibachi vibe. You can even order hibachi without sitting at hibachi table, which is what. On my food was good except my hibachi it felt like my vegetables were old or like overly cooked. I don't know. It just wasn't good. Dress down and it's nice for the family

Yelp
Really good food. I wish I tried their hibachi, but sadly I did not. But all & all it was good. Portion were very big. Enough for 2 people at least.

Yelp
Went in initially to get Hibachi but the waiting time was toooooooooo long! It was 30-40mins, so decided to get regular menus which didnt disappoint us at all! The food was amazing, the service was probably too fast lol. For drinks, I ordered a Strawberry Mojito Mocktail (IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD! Omg, could've had 10 of them if the food wasn't too much), and my companion ordered a Sapporo beer (very much in the theme lol) Then for appetizers we both had Miso soup (mine was included with the Hibachi food, the soups were really really good! Only thing I'd complain is that we got the soups and the entrees all together, they even brought my Hibachi entree before. For Main dishes/entrees I ordered the NY Strip loin Hibachi combo (it was soooo good, probably didnt even missed seating at the regular hibachi section) and I was very greedy and also wanted to try the Rapinzel Hair Sushi rools (VERY VERY VERY GOOD, recommend this 1000%). My companion ordered a whole bunch of different options, I'd say he also was greedy and hangry: he had the Triple Three Roll, the Salmon Avocado Roll, the Chicken Tempura Roll and a Philadelphia Roll (all in the bigger plate pict). I wanted to try his Chicken Tempura one but by the time I finished my Rapunzelk Hair order I was stuffed and couldnt even eat my Hibachi order. Ofc we had a lot of left overs, and Flo our server was very good and immediately packed it for us. The ambiance was a bit too loud, but I believe it was because the place was honestly FULL. When we got to the restaurant the Regular menu side just had 1 table besides ours, by the team we finished it was also PAACKED! Flo took care of all of our needs!! Very good, attentive and fast service. I would definitely GO BACK! All of our food came down to not even $130, which I found very good with all the food we had. Definitely a 9.5/10 , would've LOVED to have the appetizers first, and then the food, but definitely next time will ensure we ask for it to be served that way!!

Yelp
This is a new place in Cross County Mall that I did not know about previously. It was Christmas Day so there was not much traffic inside. It was one of the only stores open and serving food at the time. We were able to find a table easily. We decided to go for individual orders instead of the hibachi table. The staff was helpful with suggestions when we needed them. To drink we ordered the hot saki and the coconut saketini. The saki was your average standard fare. The coconut saketini was very strong. The coconut provided a great aftertaste to mask the liquor. It hits you a lot harder than originally expected. For food we ordered the Honey Soy Teriyaki, Thai Fried Chicken, and the Chicken Fried Rice. All the portions were huge and packed with flavor. Everything came out quickly. I loved the fruity sweet chili sauce. It gave a great balance to the flavor of the chicken. Everyone enjoyed their meals and had leftovers they could bring home to eat later. This was a cool place. I heard there were other locations through NYC so I hope to check those out one day as well.

Yelp
Service was slow. Was seated for 20 minutes before getting our order taken down. The decorations were nice but the restaurant had a moldy smell to it. The food was bland but was cooked at least.

Yelp
Ordered takeout , I've ordered takeout and dined in. before and everything was tasty. This time I was disappointed. We had a big order with both hot food and sushi. My issue is they put the hot food and sushi in the same bag. My spicy tuna crispy rice not enjoyable at all. Crispy rice completely soggy. Eel and avocado roll wasn't good. Eel was slimy or soggy even tho I asked if they could make it well done and they said yes. The king crab California roll expensive 18$ and small. Would not get that again. It was also very bland. They also put it in the same container with the eel roll. Just altogether not good. Service was fine. Very disappointed with the rolls.

Mishty L.

Yelp
The packaging for their spicy box I believe, was so cute! Lots of hand roll sushi in there with the classic spicy tuna and not sure at else hubby ordered. I wish I knew the names of the special rolls. But what I can tell u is that I devoured it. Nice balance of crispy, textures all married each other well. I like that they gave extra chopsticks and enough sauce to complement the food. For an uber delivery, it was packaged perfectly. Tasted so fresh on delivery, can't wait to go in and try the rest of their menu!

Yelp
I ordered take out from here! I got the mango Hawaii roll, salmon avocado roll, and hibachi fried rice. Fried was great! I really loved all the different veggies they put in there. The salmon was sooo fresh and so melt in your mouth I was very surprised given this place is more hibachi focused than sushi. The mango roll was good however not totally to my liking. I have passed by this restaurant before and it looks beautiful and modern inside. Take out was easy if you just call and they were very nice. Would totally go back and order again!

Yelp
Went here last week& was not satisfied. They now have this 3option meal which included a ribeye steak. The steak had too much fat on it, and was very chewy. Most of the steak was not edible and I didn't even bother taking it home. The meal included a mochi which I never received. The steak was definitely not a ribeye cut and I am Saddened by how much was spent on a dinner that was not good.

Yelp
Came here for lunch and was very satisfied. The service was good and the food was excellent. Lots of food for the hibachi and the location is nice located at the mall. A nice spot for friends and family.

Yelp
Mito Hibachi is A-OK! I stopped into this establishment on a Sunday afternoon in June with a friend for a pre-movie dinner. I had never been there before however, I had always been curious to check it out being that it is at the Cross County mall. Upon arrival, it was pretty empty. First impressions are everything though. We came in from the backend of the restaurant and walked to the front by the hostess' podium. It was obvious, in my opinion, that we were waiting to be seated. It took awhile for the hostess and servers to acknowledge us. They walked by, tended to the area, and had conversation but nothing. Eventually they asked us if we needed help or if we were looking to be seated. I'm not sure why else would people be standing in the waiting area but it was a weird start. Nonetheless, we managed to get a seat by the grill. The restaurant is pretty spacious with modern decor but It looks typical for any hibachi. There is also a bar as well as a dining area in an adjoining room for customers who do not want to have the hibachi experience. Our server greeted us within 10 minutes and took our order. Their menu offers a variety of hibachi favorites along with some familiar Asian dishes and sushi. I opted for the chicken hibachi entree. My friend had the "Hibachi combo A" which includes filet mignon, chicken, and shrimp. The entrees come with an appetizer (soup, salad, spring roll, or california roll), hibachi veggies, and rice. I went for the spring roll. Within a few minutes, our starters and drinks were up. The spring rolls were ok and a little cold, nothing spectacular. While we enjoyed our starters, one of the chefs came out and began to prepare our entrees. In true Hibachi fashion, he did some tricks including the onion volcano and throwing of the veggies for folks to try and catch with their mouths. He also did some fun squirting of sake. For my meal, I had the fried rice ($3 upcharge). It was alright, nothing different from your average fried rice at a local chinese store. I disliked that he started the meal with the rice because the meat took awhile to cook. Therefore, you fill up on rice then when it's time for the meat, you barely have rice to enjoy it with. But then the veggies are on the way however, they are just ok. I hated that there was so much zucchini prepared. My chicken was good and moist but the portion seemed small. I had an opportunity to taste my friend's steak which was decent. The shrimp looked good however, they only devein the topside. Not sure why they do that, but I passed. Altogether, my meal was adequate. I would've liked a bit more flavor from my food. In terms of overall service, we did not have any issues. Our chef was friendly, fun, and attentive. Our server was pretty reserved. She didn't say much to us. She seemed to rush to get our orders addressed and she refilled our drinks as needed, but there wasn't much interaction. In terms of the menu, the pricing was great. Everything seemed like a great value for us. Overall it was an average experience. Aside from the wonderful chef, the food was ok. I just think the flavors could've been better as well as the sequence in which they served the food. I would return in the future however, I wouldn't run or make it my go-to for Hibachi. I'd recommend it for families seeking a group meal at a reasonable cost.

Yelp
Ordered maki lunch special. The salad dressing was rancid and legitimately sizzled on my tongue. The leaves of lettuce were completely wilted. Tuna in the tuna maki was...BROWN. INEDIBLE! The ginger was old and flavorless. When I told all of this to the hostess, she merely shrugged her shoulders--no apology, no offer of another salad or a NON-Brown tuna maki. Never returning to Mito!!

Yelp
Zhen Z always ensures great service! Food is so satisfying!! Locations is great. Parking is easy

Yelp
Ordered in on Uber eats. The food came within an hour and the sushi was pretty good. Got the spicy mayo on the side and kept it simple. The rolls were tasty and I enjoyed them. Stayed in and enjoyed.

Yelp
Was in the mood for some hibachi and stopped in here to get some take-out. There is outdoor seating for when it's nice out, however, I would recommend sitting inside. The decor is chic and modern, I loved the puzzle piece ceiling. The environment is set in which you can be casual, however, you can have a date night or celebrate a birthday here as well. There is also a bar area and a restaurant area where you sit if you don't want hibachi. I was immediately greeted and the gentleman at the front was very polite and helpful. I ended up doing the hibachi lunch special with shrimp and I upgraded to noodles. The special originally comes with your protein, rice, and an appetizer. With the upgrade (extra $3) everything came up to about $35. I sat by the bar while I waited and some televisions had sports on. I had a mango margarita, it was sweet, but I didn't taste any alcohol. It took about 20 minutes to come, however, what I didn't like was they placed the food down and didn't advise me that it was mine. The packaging was great and utensils, and sauces were provided inside. Portion-wise, I was a bit disappointed with the amount of shrimp I got. Other than that, the veggies and noodles were great. The California rolls I got, were good, but to be honest, the noodles were my favorite part of this dish! They were so good and flavorful, I would eat a bowl of this alone! The shrimp and the veggies were decent, but they didn't scream out to me. In all, I would come back to try the hibachi just to compare it to the takeout! Thank you for having me! (This is a 3.5/5 star review!)

Yelp
A Tuesday night and the slowest and worst service imaginable, Tuesday nights are unlimited sake with the order of a dinner entrée, I asked seven times for my sake they brought it out 10 minutes before we were done, I ordered a $46 surf and turf, lobster tail, and the smallest piece of filet mignon you've ever seen, and it took them 10 minutes to bring me a knife and a fork so I could cut my steak which was now ice cold, there is nothing good about this place. It should be closed down, so Mito is a Mino It's like the waiters were medicated, whole experience was horrible and expensive

Yelp
Fancy restaurant, good food, high prices compared to the food. What really hurts is the disorganized, hit or miss service. Dishes arrived late in haphazard order. Sake (hot) arrived last, and cold, and when we sent it back to reheat it, it disappeared until the meal was over. The server was effective and friendly, but wasn't supported by the central staff I guess.
google avatar

Joy L.

Yelp
First time at a hibachi place, so I may be bias and I can't compare this to anywhere else. Service was attentive and place was clean. Structure and layout is modern, so for example, no hood over the grill, the exhaust fan is built in the grill. They have cocktail drinks, sake and wines. From appetizers to entrees, everything was excellent. I was without the kids, so maybe I appreciate the nice quiet ambiance better. Great place for date night.
google avatar

Theresa C.

Yelp
We came here with a large group of family so we had a hibachi area all to ourselves. The chef put on a great show, catering to the kids. I didn't feel like hibachi, so I ordered the pork katsu which was yummy.
google avatar

Ashley M.

Yelp
Overall, I had a good time. It was an impromptu date night. We had sushi and hibachi and the food was pretty good. The only complaint I have is that while all the food on the grill was nicely seasoned, the salmon was not. The chef was fairly entertaining, but it was nothing to write home about. The lychee martinis were very good. The service was attentive and timely. I would return if in the area.

Yelp
I've been going to this place with my girlfriend since October of 2023 we go every year now and I must say amazing food wonderful staff everything about this place is special

Terry L.

Yelp
Do not come here on a Sunday with more than 5 people. New staff and very under staffed. I waited 10 mins for a drink at the bar, and when my party arrived I waited 45 mins just for half of the party to receive their drinks. One hour later and the stove was just being turned on. Stay away and don't waste your time.

Yelp
Good food , great service. Celebrating my mothers 66th bday and she enjoyed every minute of it. Food was fresh and cooked well by the " hibachi guy" lol .. Funny dude man lol .. The Patron infused Strawberry margaritas were a hit ... I'll definitely be back !
google avatar

Que B.

Yelp
First time diner place was off the beaten path so it was nice to find. We sat outside but the hibachi show inside looked spectacular from the window. Staff was very attentive since we sat down. Spicy edamame was so good. I substituted the Salmon tacos for tuna honestly it needs a hard wonton shell instead of the soft tortilla. My partner loved her ramen soup. We also enjoyed the yellowtail jalapeños. Definitely we try it again.
google avatar

Smeeth W.

Yelp
I recommend their lunch specials. For $19, the foods are nice and fresh, and the set also offers soup, salad, sushi and more. And the best part is you can choose from a big selection. Environment is also great. I would definitely recommend there. I would also like to try their grill
google avatar

Shanta H.

Yelp
Great place to stop and have a quick sushi fix. Food was good, service was ok and ambiance was great!
google avatar

Gwen P.

Yelp
For takeout... The meaty hibachis are sooooo freaking tasty. Yumyum sauce and all. However, in the times where I'm not feeling so carnivorous and order the veggie hibachi, they fail to include the yumyum sauce and it just leaves the whole meal more... incomplete and heartless. I want to talk about the sushi I received tonight though. Other times, the rolls are so fresh and nicely packed with the spicy mayo (in regard to spicy tuna). The tuna is nice and reddish-pink so you can tell it's a great cut. I ordered the salmon in four ways (comes with spicy salmon maki, salmon tartare, sashimi cuts, and four nigiri pieces). While the nigiri and sashimi are passable, I can't let this fishy aftertaste of the maki and tartare pass. I already ate a portion of it and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Eh. I hope this is the only time.

Yelp
I recently visited Mito Hibachi for lunch, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The lunch deal was fantastic, offering generous portion sizes that left me feeling completely satisfied. Not only was the food delicious and expertly prepared, but the atmosphere of the place was also very nice. The restaurant's ambiance was cool and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. I highly recommend Mito Hibachi for anyone looking for a fantastic lunch spot with amazing portion sizes and a charming atmosphere! My experience only reflects lunch. I was hesitant to try the place given the average rating but was pleasantly surprised when I came

Malik T.

Yelp
We ordered the hibachi chicken, shrimp, and steak combo with fried rice and noodles, 1 side soup, 1 side of California rolls (4 pieces), and 1 side salad. A bottle of Peach Soju and 2 Margaritas. Healthy bill for healthy service and a healthy tip. The food was decent but far from special. (5/10) The website says closed at 10:30. We arrived at 9:47 for a regular hibachi dinner only to be told the grill closed at 9:30, so we took a booth. At 9:52, before we even throughly looked at the menu, 1 waiter told us the bar and kitchen closes at 10. We exchange thank you's and get to it. Not even a minute later our actual server comes and she just tells us to put an order in because the chef is trying to leave. I told her I understand but another waiter literally just told us we have until 10 so if I can have 3 minutes to at least look at the menu, I'd appreciate it. She set her timer and said "Ok, 9:55" and left on that note. No water or anything hospitable. She comes back 3 minutes later and takes our order and the food came out about 10 minutes later. We sat for about 5 minutes before we realized they forgot both of our fried rice. Our order was fulfilled by 10:20. After 5-8 minutes of eating, drinking and dialogue, they started to push the out time, leaving the bill on the table and hovering over us the whole time while our food was still hot. The ambiance was a little weird after that so I figured let's just pay now so they can leave us alone to finally enjoy our meal. 2-3 minutes pass and they ask us if we want boxes. Not trying to be difficult so I say yes figuring WE would situate everything once we were finished. They come out seconds later picking up our plates and scraping them with the chef standing behind them speaking another language the whole time. It was just very awkward and weird at that point. The service was at a bare minimum to say the least, they never even brought us water or napkins until I asked. I work in the service industry so I still left a double digit tip because I get it, to an extent. I understand people are ready to clock out but that is not my responsibility and if your close times are all over the place with a hard out time, maybe you should revise some policies and not be rude and practically kick out your paying customers. It's hard for me to accept that if I got there 17 minutes earlier the experience would be different. I'll pray for anyone who goes in at 9:50 when the restaurant says it closes at 10:30. There are definitely better places that are also more worth it.

Yelp
I like the food here but not the service.I had to wait 20 minutes for the waitress to get my order and another 40 minutes for her to come to me and apologize because she forgot to actually put in the order! I waited another 20 minutes to get my food. This is not the first time this happened. I've been here 4 times and I always had a problem with the service.

Maria D.

Yelp
Veve was very efficent and nice thru our whole dining experience. She took our order within 5 minutes of us sitting down. The food came out very quickly and on piont. All in a all an excellent time

Yelp
Frankie was the best! Great experience today at the restaurant! Best waiter experience I've had in a while

Yelp
Zhen Z was such a great hostess! Amazing food. Amazing service. Highly recommend the shishito peppers and the dim sum

Yelp
Food was delicious (hibachi skirt steak), Zhen our server was awesome! She checked on us often, was pleasant and boxed our yummy leftovers without being asked. Great place! Will return and highly recommend.

Yelp
I decided to eat at Mito because it was close to my job and I only had an hour to eat. I called ahead and told them I wanted to place an order to dine in but I needed it to be ready when I got there. I was told 20 minutes. I arrived and was welcomed by the lady at the front desk, which she was nice. I sat at the bar and was not acknowledged. Then the waitress finally came to me and pushed some plate next to me that was already placed there for someone previously. She didn't come back to me approximately 20 minutes later. I asked her if my steak was done because I called it in and she stated that's pick up. I told her no I called my order ahead to eat in. She then brought my seaweed salad and walked away from me abruptly. No opportunity to ask for a beverage or anything else. I waited approximately 10 minutes more and no service. I was so upset that 40 minutes already passed and still no food. I got up and asked for my food to go and also asked for my seasweed salad to be bagged up and they didn't. It was thrown out. If you want to be acknowledged and take cared of respectfully and quickly. Please do yourself a favor and don't sit at the bar. Service is terrible. The waitress name was Zhen. Stay clear of her. I hope they didn't spit in my food because I was still respectful about it. They were aware I was going to report her. I hope the manager/owner reads this. I was given his number because I requested it. But what better way to report such mediocre service.

Marlene S.

Yelp
Food was just ok. Very overpriced for ok ambiance and overrated food. Mongolian beef was hard and not really the best.

Yelp
This place is in the cross county mall . IN CROSS COUNTY . I was so surprised. Very much upscale for the mall. The place looks great, the ambiance is perfect, and it's very clean. One side is set up for hibachi and the other side tables for eating and a bar. We ordered food to go but sat at the bar while we waited and had two drinks. The food did take about 20 minutes to be ready. The bar tenders moved seamlessly around each other and the drinks were nice and strong. I had a passion fruit mojito and cucumber smash and tasted a strawberry daiquiri. Ordered a monster roll to go. It was very big and filling for only one roll. I believe they made substitutions but did not inform me of such. The menu stated it was supposed to have lobster tempura but I was given shrimp in tempura batter (I peeled off the batter to verify). All I saw was shrimp in my dish no lobster. And I know the difference. The taste was good. Just not the ingredients I expected.

Angelica A.

Yelp
waiters including Zhen are super friendly, the food is also amazing. I would recommend to any friends or family for a quick dinner.

Yelp
Place is good and atmosphere I love it . This hibachi place is not like others . Love their food . Always get a chicken and shrimp with rice and noodles . Very good . Service is good .

Yelp
Mito Hibachi is a one-stop shop for every Japanese dish that I love! Their sushi rolls have the perfect ratio of rice to fish. And their kitchen entrees come out so hot and fresh! Their Hibachi is 10/10 and perfectly packaged if you order it for delivery. Love this place!

Yelp
Came here today a bit nervous given that it's in a mall but I was pleasantly surprised. The space is beautiful and well kept. Everyone was cleaning the entire time. The staff was so sweet and accommodating. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the food took extremely long to come and our appetizers came after our main course. With that being said, the food was amazing! Fresh and so tasty. I can't wait to go back for dinner.

Yelp
The food tasted and looked funny. The waiter spilled the drinks. The service was very poor. Everything came out one at a time. My daughter food came out 1/2 before the other food then 1/2 hour the other persons food. I wanted to leave. The party room was so small. The ambiance was not good. The table was broken they put a napkin under.

Yelp
This is my first time ordering from this restaurant and I have to say I was not impressed. I ordered spring rolls to take out and they were overcooked. It seems like they forgot about it and had the nerve to still serve it to a customer. This is the worst General Tso's Chicken. It looked more like Sweet and Sour chicken to me. It also did not taste right.

Yelp
Food was very good. We all had hibachi dinners. The service was quick and friendly. Ambiance was nice. We enjoyed the lighting and seating was comfortable.

Yelp
Beautiful on the inside great first impression. We went to order our food and only wanted one hibachi meal as my boyfriend and I wanted to split it. We were told no because there was no one else at the grill with us. Two minutes later another couple walks in and we try to change our order and our waiter tells us we can since it had already been sent to the kitchen. We are puzzled due to the fact that the food will quite literally be cooked in front of us and all its changing is the preparations. We say that to him and he is confused and shows us his toast tablet and says he can't and I then say how I can show him how to void the order since the restaurant I work at uses the same system. He walks around the restaurant a few times tells us he's manager is busy and will be right with us. Walks around some more and then tells us he was able to do it. Food was okay nothing special neither was the cook I've had better experiences else where

Yelp
They were alright: Did the hibachi for dinner with my husband. Prices are pretty much on par with what you would expect. Portions are a little lacking, and the food was good - but not nearly as good as Flame in Riverdale. The hibachi show was what you expect. I got the combo A (steak, chicken & shrimp) and my husband got the scallops. The scallops were excellent. My food was pretty standard. The fried rice seemed to be a little bland. I did like how they had spring rolls and California rolls as an app choice instead of the standard miso soup and salad. That was different, and both were good. Blueberry Martini packed a punch. 15% tip included on the bill. I did like how they had a portable card reader to bring to the table. Always nice when your credit card doesn't leave your line of sight. Overall I just wouldn't come out of my way to come here, particularly when I live closer to Flame.
