Mixx Kitchen is exactly what Bixby Knolls has been missing. We picked up the Garlic Shrimp & HK Street Chow Fun with a side of Crispy Tofu Fritters. The place was fairly busy - there were about 7 or 8 other small groups eating - but the main dishes were quick to be delivered to the table. The tofu fritters took a few more minutes, but the wait staff assured us they had not forgotten and they arrived soon after.
The restaurant itself was modern, clean, and very new looking (as it should be; it is on the same lot as the old Nino's Restaurant building which has since been knocked down and rebuilt). They also added a small parking lot to the back of the property, off Roosevelt, which even has a couple of electric vehicle charging stations.
Looking forward to bringing the family and trying the Hotpot next time!
