I'm pretty impressed with the quality of their food. Everything is fresh and delicious. Everything came out pretty quickly for me. I love their lunch menu and it comes with miso soup and mini salad and a cheese stick.

My most recent go to spot! The staff here is very attentive and accommodating. The ramen, rolls, and sushi we got were all delicious. One of the best ramen spots in Houston at a better price than chains. Although they are a small restaurant, we have never really struggled to get a seat despite people constantly coming in.

I was thoroughly impressed by both the service and the food. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to accommodate any requests. The food was exceptional—fresh crafted sushi rolls, perfectly cooked agedashi tofu, and a flavorful tonkatsu ramen that was a highlight of the meal. Overall, this restaurant offers a delightful taste of Japan with top-notch service. Highly recommended!

I HAD THE BEST RAMEN EVER!!! This food was so good yall and I’m not lying. I got the curry ramen, made it spicy, added some pork and got extra noodles on the side. I got the extra noodles because I did not know how many noodles they were going to give in the ramen. They gave a lot regardless!! I also got the Miyabi sushi rolls. My mom got the combination fried rice and the spicy shrimp and mango rolls. Everything was delicious. Service was amazing! The food was delicious and the prices were worth it!! I will be telling everyone about here. Loved it !!

I recently visited Miyabi Sushi & Ramen and had an amazing dining experience! The highlight of my meal was the Lover Roll – it was absolutely delicious, bursting with fresh flavors and perfectly balanced ingredients. The presentation was beautiful and the taste was even better. The restaurant's staffs are friendly and attentive. I can't wait to come back and try more items from their menu. Highly recommend Miyabi Sushi & Ramen to any sushi & ramen lover!

Such a cute place to go to, especially for a date. The ambient was chill and nice, with the decorations on the wall. Our server was also so attentive and sweet (albeit, bc we were the only ones there), making sure we got everything we wanted and were happy with the taste. Would recommend the crunchy roll (simple and delicious) and tonkotsu ramen (though, adding spice didn’t really do anything)

Place smaaaaaller than it looks. Behind the counter was nasty. I went in to ask about a dish before ordering. The lady at register was short in her response as if i was a bother. I left without ordering. People were not exaggerating about the rudeness. I may get to try food when i have an opportunity to sit in.

This place is small but it is really great. My boyfriend and I go here whenever we want ramen. Its not to pricy but the part I like the most are the different kinds of ramen they offer. My boyfriend loves the curry ramen and they always give us a free app whether its take out or sit in. The workers are nice and patient. I would and do go here whenever I want comfort food.

Cute place with lots of inventive roll options. We love both the sushi and the ramen. We always get a soft shell crab roll and some different rolls with salmon. The raw fish tastes fresh and everything is flavorful. They have large rolls and good pricing for the amount of food. Usually there is a lot of parking in the shopping center.

Was hungry for some sushi and this place was recommended. The restaurant is quite small but very nicely decorated with Asian culture. I ordered the combo it was delicious and plenty of food. If you're ordering at lunch be sure to ask for the lunch special. I'm guessing the waitress forgot to give us a menu. Anyways was educated the nice man next to me. Lunch special is around $13 and mine was $28. The sushi's was great and fish was fresh tasting. My only complaint is some of pieces of sushi were falling apart.

I loved having dinner at Miyabi, it's my kind of place: simple, friendly, unpretentious, good food, clean and reasonably priced. The Tonkatsu ramen was in spot that night!

Felt like sushi and considering this is right outside my neighborhood figured it was time to try it. My friend and i were not disappointed. The only thing I wouldn't really get against was the roll we got wrapped in cucumber. Great and healthy in theory. But overall meh. The four seasons is my favorite of the rolls. We updated the edamame to spicy which honestly wasn't worth the extra dollar. Overall though the service was great. The waitress was attentive to what we didn't like vs liked. I liked it enough that I tried another set rolls this evening. We ordered through grubhub/yelp. I'd likely do it again. Super simple for take out and tasty. Tasted fresh too.

I can't believe I'm just now reviewing this place considering how many times I've ordered from here but I love it! I've only ever done take out but my sushi is always great everytime. The portion size and prices are pretty good to me and they used to throw in a cheese puff or an extra sushi piece, which I loved! The restaurant is on the smaller side, however it's feels very intimate. I look forward to the day I decide to eat in!

I've eaten here a handful of times but it was all take out until dinner last night. The take out was always just okay but we continue to choose this spot because of its convenience. Last night we dined in the restaurant and had a great meal. My husband's ramen was flavored well with a thick, hearty, and spicy broth. He asked for extra noodles so he could finish it all off. I got the tuna and avocado roll which was fresh tasting and the Mt. Fuji roll which is baked, it was warm and flavorful. After this last experience I think we will frequent this place more often. The prices are decent too!

Got some sushi at miyabi ramen and sushi in Houston! Every table was full when I got there but I only had to wait like 5 minutes for a table. The prices here are pretty fair given the area that this restaurant is located. I tried the skydiver, sexy mama, and new York rolls. I also tried the seaweed salad, and they gave me a complimentary cream cheese tempura. The skydiver roll is made of soft shell crab inside, eel and avocado on top, topped with eel sauce and spicy mayo. I thought I was going to like this but honestly I thought it was just ok. The eel didn't stand out too much and the soft shell crab was just ok as well. The sexy mama roll has scallop and cucumber inside, topped with salmon, spicy crab, tempura flakes, and spicy mayo. This was my favorite roll that I ordered. The sweet soy sauce that the roll sits in was so good. The roll was fresh and I love it when rolls have crunchy tempura flakes on top. The new York roll also had soft shell crab inside and was topped with spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and spicy yellowtail like a rainbow roll. This one is also topped with spicy mayo and the sweet soy sauce that I liked. This was my second favorite roll of the 3. The seaweed salad was a solid appetizer. The cream cheese tempura is literally just a stick of cream cheese that was deep fried, not really my thing but it was complimentary. Really solid sushi spot and the plaza it's in has a huge parking lot too

The sashimi was amazing. I had salmon and yellowtail. Hubby had the same plus octopus, white fish, and tuna. Our waitress was amazing and even brought over an appetizer on the house. Lovely inside and decor. It was easy to talk to one another even with a full restaurant.

This is my absolute favorite spot for ramen!!! The broth is sooo tasty and rich, the pork chasu is so tender, the noodles are the perfect consistency, and its just such a good bowl of ramen! My favorite is the tonkotsu ramen, but the sushi rolls from here are also delicious, the rice bowls are so flavorful and it's honestly just a great place to eat. The people that work here are so kind and respectful and I cannot say enough good things! The place doesn't look like it from the outside but it's decorated so well it's actually adorable and great for some insta pics inside!

Excellent food with very generous servings. There's also some sick decor and I enjoyed the music they were playing.. We had the curry ramen, seaweed salad, gyoza, and shrimp fried rice. The server - Matthew - also gave us some tempura cheese on the house while we waited. Server Matthew was soo nice and tentative to our needs. What a sweet guy!! He really deserves the world

Great tasting food!!! Tastes very fresh. Seasoned well and it compliments the whole dish. The inside isn't very large, it has seating but not like a big restaurant. More so for eating and going. They have such a wide variety of options on their menu. Truly something for everyone. The prices aren't bad either. The staff was so friendly and polite and took their time explaining the menu to us and giving us options that are fan favorites. I can't wait to come back! We were full but not stuffed and did not feel heavy after.

The inside is a bit small, with 7 4ppl tables and a few bar seats. The decorations are very cute and well done. This place has a very causal feel and the volume levels are moderate. I ordered a vegetable roll and a avocado roll. Both came out looking beautiful but they were definitely on the smaller side. The rolls were also like $5 each so that's expected. The flavor was decent, it felt like the rice didn't taste like sushi rice and that I needed to dip it into soy sauce for the flavor to really pop. I have heard good things about the other things on their menu so I will go back to try other dishes! The staff was really nice and the food came out so fast!

I visited here because I was looking for ramen in the area and wanted to try a new spot. I know Jinya is nearby, but I've been too many times and wanted something new. Besides, this restaurant is very highly rated on yelp, so why not? At the time of writing, they have 7 versions of ramen, with 3 having seafood in them. The steak ramen is only $1 more than the tonkatsu. They are slightly chincy because the steak doesn't come with egg, and if you do order a ramen with an egg, you only get 1/2. They do offer two types of noodles in your ramen; however, the standard noodles are soft, and the firm noodle is $1 more. I came with a small group and ordered a few tonkatsu ramen, a steak ramen, avocado roll, and shaggy dog roll. They offered a complimentary appetizer, but in the end, the mess up kind of left a bad taste in everyone's mouths. The ramen came out very thin and tasted like tap water, even though the color of broth was similar to what it should be. My initial thought was, "Is this a joke?" We brought this to their attention, and they immediately knew what was wrong and brought out a cup of a thick milky sauce. After pouring this into each bowl, it improved the broth significantly, even though the cook still claimed that he put it in all the bowls already. The complimentary app was tempura cream cheese and this was decent. I can't really give much more than 3 stars since the food was just average.

Service was fast enough to enjoy a full meal during my 30 mins lunch break! (I work very close and ordered sashimi). The decorations were on theme and the establishment was neat and clean. A great value for the price I paid.

This place has really great and fresh sushi. It's so good you kinda want the portions to be an extra half size larger but then I guess that would be kind of over doing it. But if I could get 2.5 or 3 rolls I'd eat them all. My new fav sushi place in houston

Came here on a whim with my husband and we celebrated our 3 year anniversary here. The decor is aesthetically pleasing and fits the theme of their restaurant. The service is immaculate. She was very welcoming, offered suggestions and was very warm during service. We ordered lots of food so let's have a break down. For appetizers, I got the sunomono and the baked mussels. The sunomono was well balanced and tasted super refreshing. Lots of cucumbers if you guys like an abundance of it. This dish was amazing for cleansing our palate when we eat the more heavier dishes which was nice. Although it started as an appetizer, it stayed on the table with the main course too. 5/5 Baked mussels were also amazing. It was really filling and I liked that they decorated the plate with rice too (not too much where it was a waste but perfect enough to eat with mussels if you wanted). The filling or sauce that was put on top of the mussels had imitation crab that made it more filling as well. I never had baked mussels with crab in it before so that was new. I thoroughly enjoyed this one. So did my husband. 5/5 Miyabi roll: I'm going to be perfectly honest. I think this might be my least favorite of the meal. It was tasty but I felt like something's missing. It felt heavy because it was fried. My husband said it reminded him of the state fair because of the batter taste. It wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing either. 2/5 Hot papa roll: If you want a spicy kick, then this roll is it for you. Spicy tuna, Serrano, sriracha, chili powder etc. The flavor list were off the charts. This one isn't half bad. 4/5 Sushi: we ordered a variety of sushi and it was delicious. The fishes were definitely fresh and all of them melted in my mouth the way that it should. Toro here is okay though. It didn't immediately melt like other places but near the end of the swallow it did. The fatty salmon and regular salmon tasted almost identical tbh but I didn't mind that. I was hoping for a slight difference in texture and taste because one was suppose to be more fattier. Overall, my favorite part of the meal was that course. I'll give it a 3.8/5 We were too full to try and finish my husbands hand rolls. They came out last and by that time we were too full to enjoy and experience them so we took them home. As I write this review and uploaded pictures, I'm sad to noticed that I didn't review my check before coming home. I've noticed that none of my sashimi orders came out. I completely forgot about them until today. I also ordered 2 orders of escolar sashimi and fatty yellowtail sashimi. Rip. I'm really sad now. I hope I didn't pay for something that didn't come out. There's no way of checking now. But overall from yesterdays experience I would give it a 3.9/5 and rounded up to 4 stars. Service was amazing but my reviews are based on all the factors of food, ambiance, service, speed and cleanliness.

After a nice hoop session my friend and I wanted to get some ramen. This spot just opened so we decided to give it a try. I thought the experience was pretty good & definitely worth coming back again. The service was excellent by Crystal, she was accommodating & kind to us. This restaurant is very small so I'll say 2-5 people can dine in together but anything past 10 is pushing it. The decor was nice though. Here are some items that I tried. * Gyoza- the filling was good & it was moist. But the outer shell was a little undercooked & tasted gummy. 3/5 * Cream cheese tempura- very good. The batter was flaky and the texture was on point. The cream cheese on the inside was delicious. 4.5/5 * Steak Ramen- I loved the broth, it was garlicky. The ribeye was too rubbery for my liking. It needs to be cooked less. The noodles were overcooked. 3.7/5 * Lobster Ramen- the broth was decent but needed more seasoning to give it some oomph. I thought the sodium level was just right. Not bland and not too salty. The lobster had a nice bouncy texture to it. The egg was gooey in the middle just the way I like it. The noodles were overcooked, it barley had any chew to it. 3.5/5 Overall, the food was pretty good but the service is what gave it a 5 stars. The only suggestion that I have is, giving us an option of soft or firm noodles. I prefer mine to be firm because I like a perfect Al dente. Other than that, this is a solid spot to go for a nice quiet lunch/dinner. Will I come back? You bet I will. Next time I'll try their sushi. Also, thank you Crystal for the complementary cream cheese tempura.

Really great sushi and beef yaki tori. I loved it ! Service is fast and simple. Smaller venue but great for a date/solo/ or night out with some friends.

I am not a sushi eater but what I ordered yesterday was so delicious and affordable that I know when I order the Ramen, their signature dish I am going to be pleasantly surprised. What I ordered was garlic Edamame and an appetizer dish of spicy crispy Chicken Nuggets. They were so delicious. I love that the restaurant is so close to me, minutes! Go try it!!!!

My wife is on a mission to try out all the ramen places in Houston. She found this spot and we went to go try it. Im not much a ramen fan so I ordered the rolls: tiger, shaggy dog and crunchy roll. My wife ordered the tonkatsu ramen. They were very delicious and all that food didn't cost all that much either (also comes with complimentary cream cheese tempura!). Servers and staffs were all nice and friendly too. The interior is very izakaya like and has that local Japanese ramen place vibe. If you are looking for nice cozy ramen place. Give this a try!

my wife and i love this spot it is soooooo good. we started with miso soup and seaweed salad and got a complimentary cream cheese tempura. for our meal we got shaggy dog roll, sexy mama roll, and crazy roll. service was super friendly and fast and everything was very yummy. definitely would recommend. :)

I ordered takeout and here is my experience: Easy ordering online I ordered the Hot Papa Roll and not sure what the other roll was (a type of tempura roll). Rolls were super yummy and will now be my regular go to spot after this. Everything came out great and the hot papa roll is one of the best rolls I've had in a while, did not disappoint.

I love ramen, and even have a top 10 ramen list... this was not it. The ramen noodles were hard even with the broth, the seaweed piece was soggy before I put the broth on and I ended up removing it altogether. Shrimp was overcooked. Broth was good and had bold flavor but fell flat. Edamame felt like it came from a frozen bag and there was barely any salt. Thai tea was good. I had gyoza as well and have no photo because I ate it before I took a picture, it was the best part of the order. The service and ambiance I cannot speak to since I had it ordered. I will most likely pass next time.

Place was small, but service was super friendly!! Our server recommended my friend and I the 4 seasons which was delicious and even gave us free cream cheese tempura. I recommend if you need a quick sit-down meal :)

Update again! Came back and got a chance to try some of their other offerings. The sushi is excellent. Huge slices of fish, super fresh. House salad and miso soup are also tasty. Service is extremely friendly, and there's a general cozy ambiance here that's just sort of inherently relaxing. This is a great place to come after getting reflexology work done next door if you want a low-key relaxing evening after a stressful week at work.

A fairly small neighborhood restaurant and one server working on Friday night while there are no emptied tables. We were there at 8pm and didn't get out food until 8:45. My friend went to the bathroom and saw our sushi were really to be served on the counter, but the sushi were not brought to us until 10 mins later. The sushi were at room temperature and their sushi rice seemed too sweet and didn't have mixed with enough vinegar. We didn't get our Ramen until 9-ish. The soup was too salty.

So good. Wonderful staff and delicious specialty rolls. Can't wait to go back and try the ramen.

We were looking for a new place to visit and found this restaurant at Yelp. For appetizers, we got the Agedashi Tofu which tasted just as good as your expensive Japanese restaurants around the area. Due to my medical issues, I asked for the least salty/sodium soup base, in this case, is Tonkatsu. They kindly adjusted to my request and to my delight, the Spicy Tonkatsu was amazingly delicious. I find myself enjoying the taste so I suspect that the level of salt was enough to compliment and showcase the quality of the ingredients.

Ya'll! 77007 area needed a new sushi place and let me tell you, this place is phenomenal. Salmon sushi was delicious and fresh! I got the Lover Roll and NY Roll and I can't wait to go back to try more rolls & try their ramen.

I've been here 3 times and every time I've tried something different and I've loved it all. The sushi tastes so fresh and the portions are generous! There is so much to choose from on their menu. I have not yet had the ramen but I'm definitely trying it next! Love this spot close to home and the service is always great as well.

Hole in the wall but some of the best sushi we have had in Houston!! We had the Mt Fuji and it was incredible. The staff as so welcoming and kind.

This place is decent for sushi but terrible Ramen. They should really remove Ramen on their menu. We ordered some rolls but really came to see how their Ramen compared to Jinya. Got their chicken Ramen $13.xx. The Ramen was terrible. It was just chicken soup broth. It has fried chicken thigh pieces as protein. We had one taste of it and did not touch it again. Money down the drain. Although like I said their sushi was decent.

Impromptu lunch and really enjoyed it! I honestly don't like miso soup or tofu but the miso soup here was excellent! The spring rolls are homemade and fresh. Sushi was made to order and also fresh.

This little sushi center was so cool and cute! The food was amazing and my waitress was very nice, she even gave me fried cream cheese on the house. This place may look like a sketchy place on the outside but on the inside, its awesome on this inside and it's something I would definitely recommend.

Noticed this location a few times on my way home. It's hard to notice with the sign, however it's still worth it to stop by and give it a chance. There's a ton of ramen locations nearby, but this one beats most of the competitors based on the quality as well as the service. The waitress was kind enough to offer me a complimentary cream cheese tempura. As for the food, the food was pretty good. The tempura was a perfect good crisp with nice warm cream cheese. The ramen's quality is fresh, and you can tell they made it the day of. Same with the sushi. However, I do wish that the flavor had more of an umami taste to it. Nonetheless, it doesn't change the fact that that there's a homey feeling to this location. I'd definitely check it out and support, given the chance.
