AMAZING FOOD!! Literally came here 4 times within a week. Friendly servers and and top notch cook! This place is so clean and organized. Foods are super delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for any asian food lover. This is the best sushi restaurant I've been in so far around here

Came across this restaurant on google while visiting the city. We are SO glad we came here. The food was delicious, Nice portions, a large selection of meals, and they even send out free egg rolls. Nice touch. Food was made with love. Jordan, our server was amazing!!! He was fast, friendly and so helpful. (Jordan- you put this in your pocket- tell your little helper to come over too- put this in your pocket) Such a GREAT family restaurant- nice cozy atmosphere. Small but they set it up so perfectly. Everyone was so friendly. Would recommend this to everyone that passes thru Georgia. We had a blast at your restaurant, thank you for making our last night in town- dinner so special. Thank you! I hope to visit you all again. 10/10

Absolutely love this restaurant. Highly recommend the Tango Roll and the pork dumplings. Found Mizu after Hurricane Helene when most places didn't have power and I needed to pick up food for my husband's work crew. They had power and were open for cash customers. They were swamped but were really really nice and patient. They handled everyone so nicely I told them we would be back. Tonight we came back and were not disappointed. The sushi was fantastic. The staff are very nice and helpful to every customer. We asked them to surprise us with a couple of rolls and they were delicious. Love this hidden gem! We will certainly be back.

Simply amazing. Don't overlook this hidden gem. Boyfriend says, "Good stuff. 5 stars. 10 outta 10, would recommend. Wish they would move to Jacksonville. " The food alone has made my standards for other places unreasonable. I'm not joking. I've ordered from two places locally and have been very disappointed. This place is quite literally our little treat. We don't go to Georgia without stopping by for dinner. And the price? Decent compared to other local places. Service is always welcoming and friendly. Food is fresh, tasty, and quick. I'm serious, I can't recommend this place enough. We request custom plates. My boyfriend likes just broccoli for his vegetables and I like double rice and no vegetables. Never a complaint. No charging extra.

We arrived at Mizu Restaurant 30 minutes early, and they kindly opened the doors to seat us promptly. The location may be small, but the food more than makes up for it—it's incredibly tasty! We tried the Golden and Rainbow Poke bowls; both had a mildly spicy sauce that added just the right kick. Every ingredient was fresh, and they prepared everything quickly. The service was outstanding and made our dining experience enjoyable. We loved our meal and will definitely be back for more at Mizu Restaurant!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this sushi spot for lunch and I’m still thinking about that tuna! The presentation was impeccable, each piece laid out like artwork on the plate. The taste? Pure bliss. The tuna was fresh, flavorful, and it literally melted in my mouth. And it wasn’t just the food that was outstanding – the ambiance, adorned with cultural decor, added an authentic touch that made the meal even more enjoyable. Service was top-notch, attentive without being intrusive. All in all, a 5-star experience that’s not to be missed if you’re a sushi lover. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Loved everything about this place. The music, the golden forks, chopsticks, bathroom cleanliness and location. All the food was absolutely delicious.

Our family dined in and also, the ultimate test . . . We ordered carry out! 5 Stars all the way! Our dining experience was wonderful. Service was extremely warm and friendly. The sushi tasted fresh and was delicious. Hot sake paired perfectly. Presentation was beautiful and well done. Our carry out order a few days later, still upheld the flavor, freshness, and presentation we received when we dined in. Consistency! Seriously, we are visiting Savannah for a short time and we ordered from here twice in the same week. This restaurant’s ratings are well deserved. I will definitely be back if ever I am in the area again.

Loved it. Run by a wonderful friendly family where everyone helped out. My wife and I had Poke bowls and they were fantastic with large chunks of Salmon or Tuna Just a Funtime. We even stayed for a second order of edamame.

I'm already looking forward to going back. Most importantly the food was fantastic. Tasty, fresh, and well made. The sushi and sashimi for two was beautiful and had bigger pieces that I had expected. The fire Phoenix roll was my favorite . My husband had beef ramen and loved it. The service and atmosphere were also great. The employees are kind and helpful. Service is fast. The place is a smallish room with nice decor, comfy booths, and is clean.

I like how quiet ad intimate the space is. The service was very good being that I was the only person there for half the time. Small space, just 5 booths. I had a salmon sushi but it was just okay. The fish didn't taste as fresh as I'd like. I did enjoy the space though and they have a good variety on the menu so I would be open to trying something else another time but I didn't quite enjoy it the first go around.

Out of town, found this place tucked away in a strip next to Hagerty's. Sushi was good, pad Thai was better and the ramen was excellent. We made a 2nd visit before heading back home again. With 5 booths and 2 tables it's a smaller place, but our experience was 5 star.

Was in the mood for sushi and came across Mizu! Sooooo happy we decided to come here. Located in the shopping center that's behind the garden city police department. There's free parking. From the outside I got the appearance that it would be a much bigger restaurant than it was- I counted 10 tables. So we didn't know what to expect. This is the definition of a small business and family owned restaurant. A family was working together to wait the tables, including some littles that were helping out. The menu was pretty big! They had all the rolls, hibachi and various appetizers you could imagine you'd get at some of the bigger places. We ordered the spicy tuna tata, tricolor sushi, Inari and spicy tuna roll! We paid $50 for this including two drinks. They gifted us two egg rolls & soup & salad. The food tasted so fresh and delicious. Based on the location we were slightly nervous as to what to expect but the food quality did not disappoint!! WOW! We definitely found our new sushi spot. For the price and quality I don't think you can beat it!! FINAL VERDICT: I 100% recommend anyone looking for delicious sushi in the area. As mentioned the location is small but mighty. They also offer takeout and are pretty fast at getting orders out.

This place was fantastic! The server this evening was so kind & helpful. Our food was served fresh and promptly after ordering. The sushi was at a very reasonable price as well. We will definitely come back!

Decided to get a pickup order while I was in town for work. I ended up getting the hibachi which came with salad and soup, tuna cappacio, and the tuna pizza. Hands down the tuna pizza is a MUST like I will come back here every time solely for this. It was also quite filling. The ginger dressing was also really good. The soup I thought would just be generic normal miso but it was mushroom miso soup which was actually way better than any other soup I've had. Hibachi was relatively similar to most good hibachi places. I would love to come for an actual sit down because inside was absolutely adorable. It's a small little place with limited seating but super cozy with nice decor. Service was also great, my food was ready almost immediately after putting in my order and the guy I spoke with was very kind. My entree also came egg rolls and yum yum sauce so all together this was a great dinner.

Mizu is a hidden gem! The service was phenomenal from start to finish. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, the food came out quickly, and everything we ordered was absolutely tasty. I ordered the hibachi chicken, my husband ordered chicken fried rice, and we shared a dumpling appetizer. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious, but the star of the show was definitely the dumplings--steamed & pan seared on the bottom. We ordered a second helping as soon as we finished the first plate. It was a slow night (for reasons I cannot comprehend, since this place should have a line out the door due to the quality) so the BOH sent up a complimentary egg roll app while we waited. Super friendly and cozy atmosphere all around. We will definitely be back!

This sushi was almost good except you can tell the oil was old that they fried the tempura in. Could have been a lot better.

This is a hidden gem within Savannah. This family run sit down restaurant is quite easily the best Asian cuisine, South of the Savannah River. The host, waitress, and chef were all impeccable. We had Mushroom Soup, Edamame, Pork Gyoza, calamari, salmon Hibachi (incl. spring rolls, salad, and soup), Salmon Tempura Roll, and Salmon Roll all under $60. Of those our favorites were the Gyoza, and Salmon Hibachi. (If you want to order take out, call and place the order for pick up, it's cheaper)

The food was splendid. freshly made with Japanese love. Service was immaculate. the atmosphere was laid back welcoming a bit small but everything flowed beautifully

So good, so VERY GOOD. Smallish sushi restaurant (7 tables) but service is fantastic, parking is easy and the food was ever so good. If you want the chef throwing knives, catching shrimp tails and lighting onions on far, choose somewhere else. If you want great service and yummy food, you are on the right path. So here is the food: Ginger salad - fresh, very gingerly, but meh Egg Rolls - rolled tight, served hot, really good. OMG Roll - TABLE FAVORITE, big, good, delicious Sweet Potato - this should be served at Thanksgiving Dynamite Roll - lobster salad, AMAZING Spider Roll - meh, good but there are better choices M16 - FRIED BANANA?, not for everyone, but I liked it. Lobster salad, fried banana, sweet. Peanut Avocado Roll - I love this at other restaurants, but the peanuts overpowered the avocado so this was a disappointment. Really felt special here, most people came for takeout but we really enjoyed the dining in environment. Service was just so friendly and efficient and parking was so different than downtown Savannah.

Restaurant is quite small but perfect for what it is. Went there to grab some takeout, really excited to try the menu on this hidden gem. Let's start with the positives. The vibes and service are absolutely amazing. The sushi is very high quality and made with love. Also they have the best crab Rangoon in town I swear. So yummy. I was disappointed however in the pad Thai. Not very much flavor and what they gave me was borderline lo mein.

The food was horrible. My wife ordered the chicken teriyaki and it was the worst I've ever had. The rice was good either. I ordered the sushi combo and besides the knife work of an amateur sushi chef with thick jagged cuts the sushi did not stay on the rice of the nigiri and for that matter the rice fell apart. I couldn't eat some of the sushi because of tasting off. For me to write a negative review is saying something especially about a mom and pop restaurant. I would definitely recommend avoiding this at all costs and save your money and your GI tract.

Super cute and cozy little restaurant! There was one waitress working so it took a little bit longer but the free egg roll was worth it. I had a shrimp hibachi meal with 3 pieces of yellowtail sashimi. Both were delicious and I was shocked at how fresh the sashimi tasted. Def will be back soon! Come check it out, you won't regret it.

I ordered Steak and Shrimp Hibachi from here as a takeout , and must say it was. Wry very good. Price was right and delicious. Service was. Wry fast and friendly. This place is in a almost dead shopping center. I bet if their location was better they really would outshine most other similar restaurants. Location, location is where it's all about. Food is great. Service is great. Location sucks. But if you are near them please go try them out. Small but quaint place.

Best friend and I were struggling to find something to eat and I suggested Mizu. We got there and we both were immediately greeted and sat in a booth, it's small but I loved the atmosphere and charm of it. The staff were awesome the and the food was very good. For two people and three picks for sushi it was worth it. I would recommend this spot to anyone that's looking for a smaller setting and friendly staff.

It's hard to find a good, quality sushi place in this area surprisingly. I think mizu has to be one of our tops around here. Staff is great too.

It's just like grandmas house honestly! The ambiance is so comforting it is at its prime in the colder weather. This place always has great food no matter what we try. Highly recommend if you enjoy great sushi.

The food is phenomenal, probably the best sushi outside of downtown Savannah. Customer service is amazing as well, everyone here is so kind! Walking in they always have great music playing, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. A couple things to note- it runs warm here, so you won't need a sweater. The service can be slow- but it's well worth the wait.

This place is a really great addition to the area! The staff was also incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly. I got the Mizu roll, takoyaki, dumplings, and a special (see photo). Everything was very good, and I will definitely be back here. The photo isn't mine, but because I don't know the name of the special (I used that picture to ask what it was when I was ordering). As for the special, it wasn't on the menu, and was a previous special. The person behind the counter was nice enough to offer and ask the chef, who then prepared it; it was definitely worth trying. I hope they add it to the menu as a permanent item.

We ordered take out shortly before closing. They served it in a container with several wholes in it. We called the next day to let them know. The person at the store said that I had to speak to the "manager", the manager said he was the "translator," the translator said that I needed to speak to the "owner." Then when I said, then I will speak with the owner, the translator said that he did not have the number. Called the store back and the person said he would not refund my money unless I came to the store. Although, I stated I would send pictures and also offered to do a live video as proof that we did not eat the food. This is the weekend after Thanksgiving, and everyone has to get on the road. The place is 30 minutes away. When I pay a certain amount for food, then I expect the customer service to match. This was very disappointing! We went to this spot based on reviews. The food was not to anyone's liking.

Such a small, cute and friendly little hole in the wall restaurant. The service is very friendly and definitely will have you taken care off as soon as you walk through the door. My wife is pregnant and craving Asian food pretty much all the time and this is definitely our go-to. Not only is the food delicious because of their very fresh ingredients, but also very reasonably priced. We love you, Mizu!!

This place has 5 stars for a reason! It has been a struggle to find good sushi in Savannah. The sushi at Mizu is delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. The family who owns it is so kind and friendly, great service every time! I love the Philadelphia Roll and the Dragon Bombs. Sometimes they even throw in a complementary spring roll. Best sushi I've had in Savannah!

10/10 would come again! I have no complaints about this place. The service was very attentive and polite, the food was great and the presentation of food was fantastic! I got the chicken hibachi with the house salad and the miso soup. everything was what I expected! The sushi was very exceptional as well. We were also given the spring rolls as an appetizer, they were really good especially with the sauce that comes with it. The desserts were also very good and looked/tasted made in house. Over all very good and will definitely come again.

We didn't even know this place existed. It's in a slow strip mall next to a closed down grocery store. The restaurant was clean and decorated well. It's seems to be run by a very sweet family. The woman was very nice and accommodating. The sushi was fresh and the portions were amazing for what you pay. We got the sashimi for two that is pictured. For the price it cannot be beat in this town. The price was so low for what you got that we felt the need to leave a very generous tip. We will definitely be back.

What a great find!! Was not happy with the sushi options here in Savannah....so we went out like Hansel and Gretel searching for a new sushi place. Had dinner here and was blown away. The service was great...the server was one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. The food was very good. Everything was perfectly fresh which is so important when you eat it raw. The chef kept peeking out behind the curtain to be sure we were happy. They sent out some free samples which was also a very nice gesture. Don't get me wrong....I've been to Nobu in New York City and I'm not comparing Mizu with Nobu. There is no comparison. But whilst you are here in Savannah and looking for solid sushi/sashimi options....this should be your #1 choice in my humble opinion.

This is the best Chinese/Japanese restaurant in the Pooler/Garden city/Southbridge area. A small but gorgeous restaurant run by a dedicated family. I have eaten here many times and never been disappointed. Menu has a good variety.

This place is so good! I wish i would've found out about it sooner! I'm not the type to leave reviews but i had to! People need to know about this place the quality of the food is amazing and everything tasted so good! This will definitely be my favorite place to eat from here on out!! The sushi i had was big and tasted so fresh, soup was hot and ginger salad was very refreshing! I got the teriyaki chicken with noodles and when i tell you best I've had anywhere i mean it !!! I paid 20$ for everything and it tasted way better then the places where they cook in front of you 10/10 !!!!

This was our first time eating here, we are new to Georgia from Hawaii and we're kinda deceptively about trying this restaurant. That being said do yourself a favor and next time your in the area stop here and you will not be disappointed! Excellent service, great food, and an intimate style environment. We have no problems at al with any of our food everything was great! We will def make this a regular spot, we had everything from appetizers, to sushi rolls, to ramen, and of course some amazing hibachi. If I could give more stars I would.

The food was beautifully presented and delicious! Waitress was very attentive. We were the only ones in the restaurant which made us very comfortable. Excited to have a new restaurant near Southbridge.

This is hands down the best japanese/ chinese restaurant. The owner is so sweet and amazing and remembers all of her customers and never fails to be kind. She is so sweet and so are the other workers. Amazing food super quick and amazing service. Highly recommend.

Dined in with my husband and two small kiddos. Warm, kind, sincere welcome right away. The ambiance is great with a homey feel. Service was great and the food was amazing. Dining IN with kids is not always easy, but the staff were so kind and attentive to the kids and made our experience wonderful. We will definitely be back when we visit savanna!

I've only ordered here through UberEats, and have not dined in the restaurant. Just overall unimpressed with the presentation and quality of food. The crab rangoons were slightly over cooked making the top edges inedible. "Subpar, Kroger sushi is better" -my husband
