"Celebrity chef Beata Śniechowska's restaurant has a full name that translates as ‘Young Polish Bistro & Piano’, which feels like a pretty apt description. It’s run by a young and enthusiastic team, there's an invigorating bistro buzz to the atmosphere and there is indeed background music from the house pianist. The cooking dispenses with fuss and instead focuses on the natural flavours of quality ingredients, such as pure-white cod. A large vodka selection will please connoisseurs." - Michelin Inspector

Awesome place. Booked ahead for a Friday night in July, and were assigned a lovely table at the window. Very popular and busy place with a buzzing atmosphere, and I can see why. Excellent selection of cocktails, wines and drinks. I tried the draft beer and cider which was lovely. Borsch, Pork Chop and Meat Dumplings all very good. High quality ingredients and great flavours. Excellent service - attentive, friendly, knowledgeable. Would definitely return and recommend.

Nestled in the heart of Wrocław, Mod Polska offers a refined dining experience that merges traditional Polish flavors with modern culinary craftsmanship. The restaurant’s location enhances its appeal, providing a welcoming atmosphere that perfectly complements its contemporary take on Polish cuisine. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—exceptionally friendly, attentive, and committed to making the dining experience enjoyable. The staff’s warm approach set the tone for the evening, ensuring that every detail was handled with care. The food was truly excellent, both in taste and presentation. The fresh asparagus as a starter was beautifully prepared, showcasing its natural flavors without overpowering them. The beetroot soup, accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and perfectly caramelized onions, was a standout dish—rich, balanced, and deeply satisfying. For the main course, the dumplings were masterfully executed, delivering authentic flavors with a contemporary twist. Beyond the food, the cocktails deserve a special mention. Thoughtfully crafted and expertly mixed, they complement the dishes well and add an extra layer to the dining experience. A warm recommendation for anyone looking for a well-rounded culinary adventure. Overall, Mod Polska excels in delivering high-quality Polish cuisine with a modern touch, enhanced by stellar service and a welcoming atmosphere. A place worth visiting for anyone seeking a memorable meal in Wrocław.

Absolutely delicious craft take on the polish cousine. Showcasing traditional polish food in a new, elegant and foremost delicious way. Definitely worth the visit even if so far you polish food was not your thing. This place might just change your mind (as it did for me). All dishes felt like they were made with love and care.

Refined Polish cuisine. All classic dishes with elegant presentations. Everything was delicious. We booked for a large group and they prepared a special menu for us. Mocktails were very, very good.

We came here on recommendation from our hotel after a long night travelling and so glad we did. We sat outside in glorious sunshine, overlooking the famous market square for some drinks and a bite to eat. We ended up with three courses as it was so good 😊. Our food was delicious and perfect from beginning to end. It was perfection and so nicely presented. The beef tartare is to die for and the kotelety, polish version of schnitzel, were exactly how they should be, thin and crispy with a topping of dill. The mash was the best I ever had. The home made ice cream is delicious. Our waitress was sweet and attentive with vast knowledge about the food and the wine, giving us detailed explanations and insights which was fabulous. We felt well looked after and spoilt 👍🏻

Mloda Polska is an absolute must-visit in Wrocław! I’d even say it’s like a signature spot for the city. The atmosphere, style, and service are all top-notch—definitely a 5-star experience. The food is modern Polish cuisine at its finest. If you go, you have to try the Schabowy. It was amazing—crispy, perfectly cooked, and served with anchovies on top, a delicious sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, and an incredible cucumber salad. Every bite was just perfect. This is hands down the best place to bring friends from other countries to introduce them to Polish cuisine. It’s a great way to show them just how incredible Polish food can be! Highly recommend this gem in Wrocław.

Fantastic restaurant for modern polish cuisine. We loved every single dish. The duck with beetroot was very good, also the pork schnitzel with dill was great. For sure they offer a wide range of vodka. The local wheat beer TRZEBNICA was very light and fruity.

I ate here on the recommendation of a Polish woman I know. I was NOT disappointed. My only disappointment was I got too full and had no room for the ice cream, which she said is also fabulous. I had the pork kotlet with dill and anchois, plus mizeria (cucumbers in cream sauce). Mashed potatoes with pork skins come with the meal.
