So this is my first visit. If you're into sports, this place has several TVs with various channels playing. The SERVICE was far from exceptional. It wasn't bad, but I would like to think, in a time where consumers have many choices, employees would give their best. The FOOD had a good flavor. Someone in our group ordered Wings. The wings are SMALL so beware! The PRICES are a little too high for the overall experience. This is not a place I'd visit again.

Good food. Great service. Our waitress was very attentive. It was our first time. She mentioned some of her menu favorites. It was Sunday and our waitress explained the Brunch menu and the 2-4-1 beverages. We sat by a window and had lots of natural light. The restaurant was clean and we were visited by the manager. A very good experience.

Frances & Autumn were awesome! Friendly & offered good recommendations. Came in after 3pm so I got half price beer & chicken tenders! This is the place if you’re wanting happy hour deals and good vibes

I recently had the pleasure of dining at ML Rose in Gallatin for both lunch and dinner, and I must say, the experience was absolutely delightful. So back again. Third time in a row my food has been cold. I loved this place initially but I think we are done. We said something to the server (who was less than personable) amd he said he would bring out new food. He didn't. He came back and asked if we needed anything else and my husband asked about the food he said he was getting and he acted like he never said that. He did bring out new onion rings but all of our food had been cold, not just the onion rings. Back again with an update. Two times in a row now my food has come out lukewarm. It was still really good but I'd rather have it hot. Servers are still great. I asked about upgrading my fries worth my meal to the cheese fries but they are unable to do that. Every other restaurant lets you pay a fee extra dollars for the upgrade. I really didn't see a reason why we couldn't. Another update: I still love the food and the servers are great. My only complaint is that we brought our granddaughter and asked for a high chair. We were seated at a raised booth. The high chair was a taller one so that was fine but you couldn't push it close to the table because the.bottom hit the ledge under the table. She ended up being almost a foot away from the table. Not ideal with how a toddler eats. We asked for a different table which was lower but they don't have lower high chairs. No matter what type of table we would have been assigned the high chair would not have worked. We ended up getting a booster seat. I will say that the booster seat was nicer than others. It had rubber feet on the bottom and didn't move at all. Much better than other places where they tend to slide and flip easy. I'm not changing my rating because I still love this spot but wanted other people to be aware. Update: we've been here a few times now and it hasn't been as loud. Again, I understand the atmosphere they are going for but when you need to repeat yourself and point to the menu sonyour waitress can hear you it's too loud. It's been much better. I also want to add that they have one of the best gluten free Hamburg rolls that I've had. The food was really good. We got the monkey bread starter and burgers and everything was really good. Food was hot and the burgers juicy. My only complaint was that it was really noisy. I expect a place like to be noisier than some other restaurants but the tvs were blaring and everyone talking over them even louder. Despite that we will be back. Maybe we will sit outside next time instead.

My go-to for burgers and brews. We love 2-for-1 night. Sarah took care of us last time and she was a gem! Great beer recs and and even better environment.

My niece suggested this restaurant because it's one of her favorites. It did not disappoint! I ordered a burger from their vegetarian options and it was delicious! HUGE and delicious! I ate it all and forgot to take a before pic lol There's also a choice of sides (I chose onion rings; YUM!) Thanks, Josh, for the great service and giving awesome food and drink suggestions!

Thank you for all your suggestions on a great burger near Gallatin. We chose M.L. Rose ! I know we went in between lunch and happy hour/dinner, so it wasn’t crowded. The sign said seat yourself, so we sat in a booth in lounge area. It took a bit for someone to see us which was okay weren’t in a hurry. So for our order: The Jam burger with onion rings, only half of the burger was eaten as it was dry as a bone and uneventful ( we looked at the receipt after and it said no pink, we weren’t asked) the onion rings have almost a hard cornmeal crust on them, sent them back! exchanged for the waffle fries also just as bad. 2nd order: Animal burger no cheese and add jalapeño with Brussels. The bun was slightly hard the rest of the burger okay, the Brussels were cold sent back at the same time as the rings for fries ( didn’t eat). We also had a dole whip it was good! Server was awesome!! We have just moved here and moving on for a better burger.

Our first time at ML Rose. Great experience. Wife and I both had burgers and waffle fries. We both finished our burgers and most of the fries. Great flavor and filling. Watched some sports on tv's. Fantastic atmosphere. Service was exceptional. Waiter informed manager that we were newbies, so they gave us a dessert to go. We will definitely be back!!!

Will always come back. One of the best places to eat in town. Amazing service and amazing food. 10/10 will recommend

My family and I visit here often and we love M.L. Rose! Marilyn is my favorite server! She is always on top of the service and offers so many suggestions when we're ordering. Honestly I come back a lot for her service! You can buy good food at a lot of places but good service is hard to find!

Came up to Gallatin to visit and old friend and we decided to try out this place. Was suprised by the beer quality and selection. Both of us being well traveled we were very satisfied not having to choose between just Miller, Coors, or Bud. No complaints on the food. As far as pub grub goes it's solid and fills you up. Love our Rockstar server Marilyn and will put my trust in her next time I'm in! Also nice to have someone sound like and treat me like they're from here. 10/10 would come back again!

Service was fair. We only had to wait a few minutes uses to be seated in a full booth. We could have been seated faster if we were willing to sit in a tiny half booth half table. It was our first time here and our server let a try a few beers before we picked a favorite. A Titans game was on most of the TVs, but not ours. It had a vacuum cleaner infomercial. We asked for it to be changed to the Titans game, but didn't mention the infomercial. Got our food, the onion rings were overly salty but had good texture. Hubby said his burger was good. I had the magnolia salad. The fried chicken on the salad was excellent. As a whole it was a great salad. But while we ate, we were subjected to watching people cut hair out of their vacuum, watch them vacuum gunk from dirty carpets, it was like a car wreck. You try not to look, but its right in front of you. Needless to say, they never changed the channel. But as a bonus, I think I'm getting a Shark for my next vacuum.

M.L. Rose is a good gathering place. With lots of tables assorted all over the place, a large party won't disturb a small group. Friendly staff and helpful. We were seated right away. The TV with the trivia on it entertained us much of the night. Food is easy to eat bar food. A step up from quick food, I appreciated the better ingredients. At the same time, the meals are not oversized so you don't get too bloated. The beer selection is the highlight. Rotating taps and plenty of cans/bottles provide for a flavor for everyone. Not where I go for a dining experience, I still like to get together with friends/family here.

Well yea, been here done that BUT, I had never been greeted by the Manager . YES I met Jeff. He is very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. McKenzie is our server tonight and I must say that ML Rose must train all of their employees members well because they are very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. ambience is good. Again I am saying that: I " HIGHLY RECOMMEND" this ML ROSE in Gallatin, TN. They are doing a great job!

The bar manager is a very unpleasant person. We've been there three times since the restaurant opened and the last two times have been very negative. Last time, we went in to watch a specific football game and both of the large tvs above the bar were on the same game. There were probably a total of 7 people at the bar including the 2 of us. I asked a bartender to turn the TV directly in front of us to a different game. Granted, we were the only 2 at that end of the bar. I asked a very nice bartender and he asked the manager and he said no and walked away. Very rude for the 2nd visit. We got up and walked out. This place needs to remove that very negative bar manager if they want to keep people coming back. Such a negative person in the service industry. We will not be back.

Very accommodating. Tasty food. And service was expedient. I've been many times and I like this spot. The atmosphere is casual so it's a nice laid back spot. Plenty of parking. I will be back.

Customer outing, good beer selection, and the appetizers were on point. I had the double smash burger and it was outstanding. Waffle fries are the best around.

We have really enjoyed the 3 times we've been to this restaurant. Nice draft beer selection and the food has been very good with excellent servers. Loved it enough to join their frequent visitor program.

Went here on my birthday! Service was awesome and food was delicious. We had the quesadilla and they were great! Decent prices and friendly service!

Spicy Cheese Curds are amazing...Buffalo Chicken wrap is pretty Buffaloish :-) We had an awesome server (Maryland) and the food was really good. Smallish menu...my son thought this would an awesome place if you liked :-) 4 out of 5

I would rate our experience with a zero if I could. This is the 4th bad experience we have had here. We are done! The latest was a salad that arrived with less than half the toppings- was told they were out of all of that; ordered a different one to go since my entire group had finished eating, and it also was missing several toppings! Manager took no responsibility.

Friendly staff; great burger & wide variety beer selection. Not sure why this place got low reviews. They also have shaded outdoor area with fun decor. Will definitely come back when craving a good burger.

Food is good, service solid, but sometimes inconsistent. They give you your check total and ask for payment without presenting you with the check first. I sat at the bar last week for Happy Hour and ordered two $4 beers before it ended at 6:00, then ordered one more at regular price after 6:00. After paying my check and getting my receipt I saw they charged me full price for my second beer and the third was 25-cents higher than what was listed on the menu. Overall I paid a dollar or two more than I should have, but didn't say anything because it was my fault for not asking to see the check first. Still, more attentive service and having correct prices on the beer menu would be a plus.

Sign said wait to be seated. We waited and waited. No one acknowledged us. Employees at the bar saw us but ignored us. It was 4pm. Not crowded at all. We walked out and went elsewhere. Doubt we will return. Their service doesn't deserve a single star.

Food was delicious. Our waitress was funny and attentive. We received out food hot and in a timely manner. There are TVs every angle you look to watch whatever sporting event you want. We will definitely be back!

We have been to ML Rose twice so far and it has not let us down. Service: Always on point. Our servers have been friendly and super attentive. Food: Grilled chicken nachos: the nachos are great. We love the homemade tortilla chips. We do wish there was a little more chicken and a little bit more queso on the nachos but overall great. Loaded fries: they are fries and they are loaded. No complaints here. Jam burger: I absolutely love salty and sweet so this burger is perfection. I asked for a little extra jam on the side. The burger patty has great flavor on its own and it's pretty big. I ordered this every time I come. Ambiance: lots of TVs playing sports and cool stuff all over the wall to look at. I love the outdoor patio. You can't go wrong sitting anywhere. I have no issue recommending this restaurant. Go eat there, seriously, you won't regret it.

First time here and I was not disappointed! My 83 year old friend had a patty melt and I had the Taproom Burger. He is somewhat of a patty melt expert and he raved about it! It was on marbled rye bread and looked delicious! The server said it was her husband's favorite at the restaurant. The Taproom Burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had, seriously! Two perfectly cooked patties, Swiss cheese, onions, bacon, and a delicious horseradish sauce all on a fresh, soft pretzel bun! Excellent! Waffle fries were good and the server never let our glasses get empty. In a world full of burger joints, this one definitely stands out. Average price for a burger meal here is about $16.

Even though it was not busy, the food was delivered cold. The value of quality vs price is not good!

I had Marilyn as a server and she was amazing! brought us out samples to try when we were unsure of our beverage for the night. consistently showed kindness and made us laugh all night! highly recommend coming to this place!

I had high hopes but it was way too loud. I could barely here my friend sitting right next to me at the bar. The food came out cold after waiting quite a while. It was a busy night with it being New Year's Eve but still. I'll still give it another try and hope it's better next time.

The food at M.L. Rose was EXCELLENT, i had the fried chicken B.L. Tacos and they were great the fries were wonderful, great service, also had the happy hour nachos and the were incredible. Additionally the atmosphere was great with good music.

Went the first Saturday they opened! It was BUSY! But worth the wait! I love the Taproom burger! Best waffle fries around! Service was awesome, food was hot and fresh!

Me and my husband had an amazing time yesterday. We sat at the bar drank some beers and enjoyed their brunch. Chicken biscuits are very good our bartender Faith suggested it.

We've been maybe 4x now and food is very inconsistent - sometimes amazing sometimes very bland. Went today for happy hour and had 2 "Thursday double well whiskeys" and was shocked when the bill was $28 for them meaning they were $14 each when they have a well whiskey special on the menu for $5... when we asked the bartender he said "yeah I always get nervous when people order that". Instead he might have mentioned "hey just get the $5 shot special. We won't go back - will stick to twin peaks which surprisingly has amazing food which is consistent and great drink prices all the time!

This place is a total vibe and our food was delicious! My husband and I stopped in with our dog after a hike, and the staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming! We sat on the turf patio in the "fast and casual" section and ordered food and drinks from the bar. We split a burger and fries and had a couple beers. Great food, great people, great atmosphere and our dog is welcome! We have been waiting for a place like this near our home! so many staff members stopped to welcome us/check on us (and our pup). This feels like a place we could be regulars. Love it!!! also, SGT Pepper Burger is amazing!

So.,.. It's a Friday night, St. Patrick's Day weekend. We're here in the bar, enjoying their St. Patrick's Day drink specials, and not only once.... but two times they seated very young children in the booth - right in the middle of the bar. Again... THE BAR. I understand this may be a 'family friendly' area; but there's an ENTIRE restaurant to hang out with your kids. They do NOT belong in the bar - so shame on the restaurant for seating them there; and shame on the parents for not realizing that Happy Hour on a Friday evening, people just want to unwind after a long week of work... watch sports... and just be an ADULT. Other than that, food was good. Service was good. Just wish people would understand that babies do NOT belong in BARS!!

My 1st experience was at the location in Mt. Juliet a few years ago. Excellent food and service! Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. Was excited to see a new location in Gallatin. Staff very friendly. However, little children were allowed to jump and dance on the tables on the patio with NO intervention from parents or staff. This went on for the entire time we were there! My turkey burger fell apart due to the bun being soggy and it was pretty awful. When the servers clean off the tables, they push all the food/crumbs on the floor! Then someone comes to sweep it up. I've bussed tables...bring a bus pan to the table to collect leftover and spilled food. Also no server had hair pulled back...this is not sanitary for people serving food. Hopefully they'll clean up better and improve every aspect of this place. ...but I probably won't be back. Best of luck to you!

I love the ambiance and the beer but the food is so mid. I'm so sad! Probably won't be back. My smash burger was gamey and so was my sons. Wings were good everything else super mid. :( I'm sorry! The quality of the food made us all feel terrible by the time we got home too.

We enjoyed our dining experience, our server was Lexi, she was super friendly, had lots of menu recommendations and overall amazing. The food was delicious, we had the Jam Burger, queso and chips and the wings. We will definitely be going back.

Our burgers and fries were cold and the burgers were too well done. Our waiter was nice enough to get us half off our meal, but I don't have any intentions of going back. My husband's burger was supposed to have bleu cheese on it, but the bleu cheese was frozen into a patty. Pretty gross. It's a big thumbs down for me!

Beautiful facility, love the atmosphere. Really enjoyed meeting the GM, our server was outstanding, so were the fried pickles. Why 2 stars? The burgers. I went there for the burgers. Most of their burgers are 2 thin smashed patties, which I won't eat. Several of them said burger patty, which I later learned are 6 ounces, which is several less than what most other burger joints serve. I ordered one with a patty, medium rare. It did not come out just well done, it came out burnt, and it wasn't a 6 ounce patty, it was 2 thin smashed patties. The server, who was fantastic, took it back. Came by the table and said she told them to re-make it medium rare. I can't help but believe if she told the cook that, and I have every reason to believe she did, he did this on purpose. The second one came out, and while it was one patty, it was also very well done. While it wasn't burnt, it was dried out, and had no taste. Server came by to check on it, I showed it to her, she shook her head and I think was going to take it back again, but we needed to leave, so I told her to leave it alone. At Hardee's or McDonald's you can't get a burger cooked to order, but this is suppose to be a higher end burger joint. The prices are sure higher. Only because of the great attitude of the staff, (minus the cook), I'll try it again, but I'll never order another burger. Maybe go late afternoon, early evening and have beer and appetizers.

This was my first visit to ML Rose. The ambiance is warm and inviting. We had great service. Several beers we tried were not good. Too flowery. The cheese curds are super spicy hot, we could not eat them. The food was served barely warm. Our mushroom burger had an odd flavor. The sweet potato fries were cold. We returned salads with very brown soggy lettuce. Sadly, we won't be rushing back.

Everything was perfect. Went to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. They even gave him a free dessert. Beer, drinks and burgers were awesome

Had a burger, fries and a beer there today. It was awesome. I normally don't prefer waffle fries, but these could change my mind. The place is huge with plenty of TVs. Great music, service and vibe all around. And a brand new Golden Tee machine to top it off (IYKYK).

If you want really loud music and a bunch of televisions with a choice of way too many "craft" beers, then this place is for you. But if your looking for a great burger this ain't it. There are much better burger joints in Sumner County. The Jam Burger had little to no flavor & half my order of fries were bottom of the bag crumbs. The place was overpriced for what you get and the only reason I gave 2 star was the service.

Great service, very clean, cool bar atmosphere with a lot of beer options. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Went with the family and had a wonderful time! We tried the Belgium, truffle shuffle and taproom burgers. Each were wonderful. We didn't try them this time, but the wings looked good in passing. Staff was attentive. Even though it was very busy we were able to order drinks at the bar (you can order food as well). They have a decent size patio with chairs and tables that made the wait very enjoyable. Plenty of TVs if you're looking to catch a game and they don't lie the beer selection is wonderful! Will return
