Lived there for a year and it was great. Awesome location and secure building. The owner Dan is such a genuinely kind man and very quick to respond. Highly recommend this apartment over large management companies that don’t care about you or take forever to respond once they have your lease signed.

I have really loved living here. My studio apartment itself was quiet, had huge windows to brighten up the room, tons of spaces for storage and clothes, a washer/ dryer, and the maintenance team always took care of any issues I had in a timely manner. The apartments are a family owned business and I’ve met them all. They are incredibly friendly and truly care about you individually. The location is pretty central. Most grocery stores or other department stores are about 15 minutes away. There’s also very close and accessible public transportation. Highly recommend these apartments! I would have stayed if I didn’t have to move out of state.

MN46 Apartments is a nice building, managed by a wonderful property management team The building is new (built Summer 2020) well-maintained, clean, pet-friendly, and SAFE Having been a resident of this property since Summer 2020, I have felt 100% safe going to and from this building (even during initial pandemic/pre-vaccination time, protests, riots, etc) Property Management have done a superior job at ensuring security & electronics are as up-to-date as possible If you are looking for a safe space to unwind, I encourage you to give this property a try

Stayed here for a year, such a beautiful property with nice amenities. The surrounding environment is very safe and quiet. The apartment building is in walking distance of a large grocery store that stays open late, a park and different local restaurants and cafes. Dan the owner is such a nice guy and easy to get in contact with if there are any issues. Wish I could’ve stayed longer but had to move back to my home state.

I stayed at MN46 for a short amount of time but I enjoyed every day I spent here. Dan and Barb are friendly, prompt and accommodating to whatever you need. Dan was flexible with my move-in date and went above and beyond to get my keys to me earlier than what was expected. The building is secure, well-kept and in an amazing location!

My daughter had to move abruptly with a month left in the semester. From my initial search to today when she moved out of this building, her experience in this building has been nothing short of amazing . Dan responded to my inquiries very quickly and answered all of my questions. Dan has videos for everything related to this property so I was able to see exactly where my daughter was staying and how everything worked. This unit was furnished for us and accommodations were very comfortable. The building was secure giving both of us piece of mind. The unit was clean and it was very evident that regular care and maintenance was a priority. The tenants were nice and helpful to my daughter. It was a horrible and traumatic experience having to move with only a month left in the semester, but this building and Dan created the safe space that she needed. As we are planning for the next semester, would definitely recommend to others planning to move to Minneapolis. Thanks Dan for putting this mom at ease!

I’ve loved my experience living at MN46! Both the management and other residents are super friendly, and Dan goes above and beyond to help out the residents. The units and common areas are very nice, and they also have a lot of good security in the building. Living alone as a woman I’ve never had to worry about my safety here, even at night. It’s also in a great spot, with Minnehaha Falls and Cub Foods being within walking distance. Management has also been super flexible and accommodating with my lease, as I needed something shorter term. I can’t recommend MN46 enough!

I enjoyed my tenancy at MN46 Apts. It was clean quiet and just a relaxing place to call home. The management especially Dan was always very responsive when emailing any correspondence. I miss it already and anyone looking for the best apartments to call their future home don't look any further. It's close to Minnehaha Falls lightrail grocery stores ! It is near a busy intersection but the soundproof windows make it tolerable. If your apt faces the west you will get magnificent sunsets!
