I just moved in mid November (2022) and so far am loving MN46! I've found the building to be pretty quiet (both in my actual unit and the shared spaces), and have noticed a wide range of demographics among the residents which is nice. There is covered parking available, a locked mail/package room and a small community room with some basic workout equipment. Very modern looking finishings, white cabinetry, floor to ceiling windows and nice sized balconies. The main tricky thing I've found so far is the parking for guests (or sometimes deliveries) can be a little confusing due to being on a popular corner with a bus stop out front, however if you go just past the bus stop on Minnehaha there is usually open street parking to be found, plus more behind the building on 41st.The neighborhood is a good mix of quiet residential while also being super close to a bunch of amenities - 24/7 Cub (hot tip - use their online order and pickup option!!!), liquor store, gas station, Walgreens etc.. PLUS just over the Ford PKWY bridge you've got the entire Highland Park business center with a ton of convenient food and businesses. Not to mention the light rail 2 blocks up AND steps away from Minnehaha Park and the River Road (great for photography lovers). Finally the property management was undergoing a transition as I was moving in with the new management taking over fully in the New Year and already they've been much more responsive than the previous team and overall very helpful!
