7.5/10 on the bacon cheeseburger, solid overall. The fries could use a little bit of salt but also pretty good. The shakes were delightfully thick. The casino is a great backdrop for eating a burger

Been coming here for years. I usually use my free my comps as food is a Lil expensive. Burgers are usually good. Breakfast is good but small portions and high price. But once again I use my comps.

Beware!!!!!! Food sits out for countless hours only to be reheated after being pulled from a corner. See photo, I watched it happen! Even when pulled from the corner to pretend burgers are cooked fresh, burger buns are stale, cheese on burger not even melted after burger pulled from a corner where they sit for who knows how long and onion rings obviously repeatedly dropped in oil as you can see in picture. Obnoxiously priced for the stomach cramps you will get! Could possibly understand if it were busy and food moving quickly but this was definitely not the case. EAT BEFORE YOU GO

Breakfast stops by 10 am now??? Do they know that hotel guests eat here too? The breakfast isn’t so bad, but it’s available for less that 3 hours? Why you doing that? Are there customers who want triple cheeseburgers at 10 am? SMH

Mo burger has possibly the best atmosphere I’ve ever seen Clear view of a casino and of people winning big

I don’t know how people are raving about the food here. My boyfriend and I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings, fries and chicken sandwich. We both got so sick within the next 4 hours I wish I could go back and continue walking by. 16 hours later I’m still not feeling well. Never again.

Make sure it’s cooked or pay the price in 4 hours!

I PLACED my order then I waited a long time for the wrong order AND RAW HAMBURGER!!!! And 2 people in front of me received the wrong food as well . So I need a full refund for my food I ordered

This place had me thinking I was seeing things. I had just arrived here and wanted a quick burger. I just wanted a cheeseburger and thought it was an option for one or two Pattie's, similar to Five Guys, however, on second glance, it's 2 or 4 patties! The burger itself was pretty good, but the wait was a little long. I would say this is a quality burger and definitely worth a visit. The staff was friendly and no complaints there.

I will start off with if there was a 10 star rating MO's burger would get it. The burger is cooked to perfection, fresh, great size. We always get bacon cheese burger w/provolone everything on it onion, lettuce , tomato. Comes with fries that are also awesome.You will not be disappointed. The staff is very friendly as well. Management keeps food court very clean that's why we always go to WindCreek and eat at food court.

Inside the old Sands casino in Bethlehem. Order 3 burgers. Simple order, simple task. Order was screwed up. Mentioned this to manager and they didn't seem like they cared. Got my order finally right. Sat at the cafeteria style seating. Ate my burger. It's solid, nothing special. The staff came across like they didn't want to be bothered and were preparing for the zombie apocalypse. Food was fresh, ingredients and presentation good. Poor workers and zero interest in providing a good experience for their customers. Will I eat here again? Maybe. However May never eat here again. Odds are 50/50.

This place have really great Turkey Burgers, at least when they have them available. I will usually get fries and a Turkey Burger, however during this visit they were out of Turkey Burgers so I got a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders & fries. While the food is usually pretty descent for fast food, it's never actually fast. Even when the line isn't long, the service is extremely slow. I can complain about the food, as it' always pleases my pallet, however I do recommend that they work on the speed of service (without compromising the quality of the food) and work on having a sufficient supply of menu items, these are the things that would change my review rating.

Love this place. 2 patties is a single burger and 4 patties is a double. And they are some thick juicy burgers. I had the cheese burger with grilled mushrooms and grilled onions. Very tasty. Not under or over cooked. The fries were plentiful & severed in a cup. Hot and fresh cut. For the good portion the price is right. And if you got Sands bonus points. You can use them here as well. Will definitely try this place again to see if they can repay the good food and fast service.

Had the breakfast platter. Service was fine, but the breakfast is similar to McDonald's but just not as good. $15 for a small crappy coffee and a grocery store, freezer section breakfast. At least that's what it tastes like in my opinion.

I just paid $15 for a burger waiting in a long ass line for my food. Cashier yelling at line cooks what she needs no one working here has a clue. So far I have been waiting for 25 friggin minutes!!! Just a crowd of customers milling around waiting for food. Staff completely disinterested in doing their jobs with looks on their faces like they hate their lives. Eat elsewhere!!!! I saw several cooks wiping their noses with their hands while cooking. Gross!!!! As for the food... nasty ass over cooked hamburger patties that had the hardness of a hocky puck.

Felt as if the entire staff were on drugs. Zoned out, order takes forever and they giggle when they mess your order up. It's open late but beware!

Great burgers made fresh and not pre made or already cooked. The taste is the reward. Won't be going to Burger King anytime soon. Yes you will wait. Patience your taste buds will be amazed by the freshness The fries are the freshest too!

They FALSE CLAIM on the menu!! They'll get VERY rude with you and act like you supposed to knock exactly what they have and don't have!! You want to be turned off in the morning? Try to order here.

Food was only ok. Burger roll was burnt at the top but cooked well. Fries were over cooked and service was slow.

Ah ..... what can I say it's casino food !! I don't come to eat I come to play !! Very long wait (20min+) from ordering to pick up. WAY WAY over priced Average burgers , good fries. For 5$ more EAT AT THE BUFFET !!

A busy spot at the sands considering how many other food outlets are closed. Long lines and the crew was clearly hustling. However, I am not sure how you can screw up a hotdog and fries - but the managed it. It appears that there was a run on the hotdogs as they thee them on the cooker (the rolling grill) while I waited - ultimately, the took it off way too soon and gave me a Luke warm dog that was cool in the middle. The crinkle cut fries were undercooked - almost as if they took the frozen fries, dropped them in the drier which was not up to temperature - the came out hit and thawed but with absolutely no crunch - just an oil sponge which were inedible for my tastes. I realize they are busy - but I would rather wait for it to be cooked properly that be forced to dump most of it in the trash. The Diet Coke was excellent. The only part of the meal I enjoyed. I do not recommend.

Not good at all, even tough I was so hungry! Did not taste like meat! The price was high! Compare to five guys, not good at all!

When you are looking for substantial late night eats at the Sands this is pretty much your only option besides the sweets at Bananas & Casa Java. If you are trying to be healthy, sorry. If you are looking for their full menu, sorry again. I was just hoping to get a cup of soup but they were out. My husband and I ended up splitting the fries and added chili with a side of cheese. It looked nasty in the picture, but it wasn't horrible. It wasn't great, but I suppose okay based on the options available at that time. These fries cost a little less than the ones at South Philly Steaks (which closes at midnight on Sunday) and it's probably reflected in the portion. I also asked for my soda without ice and it still came with ice. Meh. Desperate times call for desperate eats.

Burger was unflavored and felt hard. The worst burger I've ever had. Fries were meh. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. They also obnoxiously shout out your number for no reason. Overpriced.

The food is ok but the staff working there is the worst. If the chaos was just on one visit I could have ignored it. But it's every time. Tonight there was only person ahead of me and it took ten minutes for him to get his order understood by the person on the register. Even asking for another person to come out and help. I placed my order instructing him to use my food credit. Instead he used my comps and said he couldn't reverse the mistake. I ordered one hamburger. It took 20 minutes. Hopefully the other food places will be open next time because this place is off my list

Burgers are pretty good. They have some nice cheese on it, the bun is good, and its cooked well. The fries are fantastic, almost like a five guys type, well down with the skin on. The milkshakes just come out of a shake machine and are decent. The place is very expensive, though. At least the price of the burger includes the fries. I ate a special they had one day, the diablo burger, which was pretty good but not as hot as they made it out to be.

Do you want your order to be made incorrectly? Would you enjoy being SCREAMED at and hearing constant SCREAMING (whether it's a customers name or an about to be messed up order back to the sloths in the kitchen) then this is your spot! $24 for 2 burgers/fries and about 25 minutes of our lives waiting. The food was edible, I'll give it that. In spite of that, please accept this warning and don't come here, don't make me scream.

Looks just like a hamburger and bread bun. I have no idea what I just ate. Dry, no flavor, and just hard to swallow. Even the bun which looks like bread had an unusual dry taste. I imagine prison food having more flavor.

I love Mo' Burger.....It has excellent flavor and is a rival with 5 guys....French fries are great and don't forget to order a dew

I had extremely great service for the hour of night we arrived. There was a high demand and someone was complaining about the wait for a turkey burger and fries meal. The way the employees maintained themselves when a drunk man got impatient with them was admirable. It was nice to see how they handled these situations very well. The food hit the spot and was cooked perfectly. I would definitely return!

I had the double cheeseburger here and it was pretty good not too dry and not too rare, the fries were dry and really salty. Overall their burgers are pretty good. If your there for the burger this is the place to go if your there shopping.

Great burgers and the best crinkle fries I've ever had! A little on the pricey side, but well worth the money.

I ate here with my friend Tiffany one afternoon when we were wandering around the Sands. The service was friendly and helpful. We had burgers and milkshakes. Tiffany had curly fries, but I had onions rings. The burgers were great! And BIG. The kind you really have to open your mouth to eat, lol. If you have an appetite, this place is a good choice. The milk shakes were super thick though, we kinda resorted to getting some plastic spoons and just eating and stirring them like soft serve until they had a chance to melt a bit-- after that, they were ok to drink with a straw. But hey, some people love thick milkshakes, so I guess that's a matter of preference... The onion rings are big, they use batter, not the corn meal stuff, I like them. Tiffany accidentally dropped her fries all over the floor on the way to our table, but they were promptly replaced. So no biggie. They toast the buns on the burgers too, I love that.

I am traveling on business and was at the Philadelphia airport location. I was really hungry and ordered a burger from the young woman behind the cash register. She did not say hello, thank you, drop dead . . . nothing. She spent the entire time texting while "hearing" my order. The burger was "OK" but there is little chance I will stop there again even though I am in Philly every week and walk past this location. Food is not worth the rude service.

Can understand why this place has such a low rating. Counter guy rude and disinterested. In spite of short line, incredibly long wait for food. Trying to get a quick bite before a concert? This is not the place. 20 minutes in..still waiting. Go to McDonald's before you get here. Food will need to be really Effing awesome to overcome such terrible service

Mo' Burger continues to be one of my favorite restaurants based on the fact that comfort food is generally available during the day and most of the night. My absolute favorite is the cheddar cheese burger with onion rings and wonderful fries. However, this morning I tried the breakfast 5 am - 11 am, and it did not disappoint. As always good food, service, and management. Thank you Mo' Burger!!!!

Service was rude and waited way too long for a fast food type burger. Also, the prices were too high. Horrible place.

Went late night. I ordered fries which were $4.89 just for fries and I got literally 3 full French fries. The rest were small burnt pieces. I wanted to post a pic but I didn't see that option. Showed them to the staff who shrugged their shoulders and said that's how the fries are served. I don't recommend this place as it's the second time in 2 total visits that my service was bad. Gave them a second chance and still bad service. Don't waste your money.

Service here is horrendous. They had my mom waiting for her food for 25 minutes while others were getting their food and they ignored her when she was asking them what happened to her food. She finally asked for her money back and the manager didn't even acknowledge her or apologize to her. Will never come here again. The customer service was horrible and the older male manager needs to go to manager training 101.

What's slower than winning money at Sands? A burger from this place. Besides half the nose wiping workers not wearing gloves, you can also expect a good 20 min wait on a Friday or Saturday. I would comment on the actual taste, but unfortunately I'm still waiting on line...21 minutes. Enjoy your buzz, bring a flask to get you through the process.

The burger was good, cheese tasty, great bun, but the price is typical over priced casino food. I want a single patty cheese burger, got a double with a trace of grilled onions, asked for relish and got two Heinz packaged relish which I hate.. fries were cold. Order taker was not fluent in english , extremely pretty but it took 3-4 tries to get my order wrong LOL. No one cleaning the tables at all...

Otober 8, 2017. So here we are after driving an hour and a half go to the casino early figure we would get a bite to eat from this establishment in sands hotel/casino. We ordered at 2:23 pm as check-in is at 3 pm. We're in no rush but now its 3:10 and its like we arent eating yet. So i ask a young lady who stated she is the shift manager. She tells me they're a little backed up but she will check. So I give her my ticket and she goes to the register and promptly refunds my money, apologizes and instructs the kitchen this is an order thats to be made right now. So within 2 minutes we are eating. The food was good. Just burgers and fries but the wait was totally ridiculous. I wish I got the shift manager's name but she got us our food quickly and professionally and I Think she was on her own time. She Gets 5 stars. The rest of the process was below average. The process I slow and unorganized. I told the person giving out the food he looked at said ok then said my name and went on to the next customer. Mo gets one star any other stars are for the shift manager. I believe if they did better on the process they would have a lot more return customers.

More like Slo' burger. Don't ask what temp I want it if you are overcooking all of them anyway. Skip this one and find something else.

This place is decent. Their menu is very small, basically only burgers, hot dogs, and chicken fingers. They're open for breakfast and their breakfast menu looks like it has more options but I've only ever had lunch here. I've been here a few times and while it's good, it's never nothing special. Service is always slow. Last time I waited over 20 minuets for just a simple burger and fries. My order also came out wrong, I had asked for nothing but cheese and instead received lettuce, tomato, onion but no cheese. Perhaps the girl who took my order misunderstood me but I was still disappointed. The burger besides coming out wrong was average. Fries were a bit greasy and very soggy. You also don't get many fries with your burger which is disappointing. Considering being in the Sands food court, prices are about average as well and is definitely one of the more affordable options. I'll probably still come back. While they're not great, they're still good for a cheap meal at the Sands.

I visited there on Saturday June 17th, 2017. I placed my order with cashier #49 Tiesha at 3:20pm which is the time on my receipt. Everyone was getting their orders except me. I kept asking where my order was and they said it wasn't ready yet. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and all these burger orders were coming out except mine. Tiesha was rude and kept telling me "one minute" At this time it was 3:40pm...I waited 20 minutes which is unacceptable. She should've have stopped what she was doing and made sure I got my order instead of getting other orders. Finally...at 3:43pm I got my order. I will NEVER visit this place again!

We stopped for breakfast. We both ordered 2 eggs over medium and got the driest, hard fried eggs I've ever had. At least 5 ppl ahead of me had their order wrong. No apologies of any kind from the girl who appeared to be in charge. She was rude and was touching her phone and going out of the restaurant, coming back and not washing her hands or wearing gloves and then serving food. The young man who took our order was very slow w/out a care that they were busy, overcharged us initially until I had to correct his mistake. Accidents happen but again, the service was so slow and rude, it was just another annoyance. Had to ask for utensils and napkins....they were left off our tray. Definitely not worth the aggravation or money for sure. Not sure in what world the eggs below are "over medium". When I said that to the employees, they shrugged their shoulders and just looked at me. Awful customer service for sure.
