I was greeted by Capriah, who took my order. She was fantastic - friendly, responsive and efficient. She made me want to return, and I will. She deserves recognition! Her manager, Karina, also deserves appreciation and recognition. What a great experience. By the way, I have visited this location before and did not have a great experience. This is a huge improvement!

The food quality was so poor. We ordered a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders and fries. It was that processed chicken product that is the consistency of chicken tenders. We could not even eat the food. $40 wasted! Why Philly Airport has such poor food quality in the D Terminal, I will never understand.

i Travel almost every week and I always come here. I’m kind of shocked at the bad reviews because to me the burgers taste exactly like 5 guys. I love them! They’ve also been tasty and fast.

Quick, hearty meal (though probably bad for your heart 😅). Burgers were quite good, egg and pork roll added good flavor, and the bun was nicely toasted. Fries (not pictured) were mostly limp, but fine (probably old). I'd suggest getting the onion rings instead, they looked crunchier and tasty

Finding a decent burger is difficult in an airport but MOs delivered a nice burger, well prepared, freshly made and really tasty. Highly recommend that.

Not sure how the food is because they messed my order up and rather than apologize and correct the mistake, the cashier refused to acknowledge he made a mistake so I had to throw my $17 burger away. Very unprofessional and argumentative and way overpriced. I ordered my burger with only mustard and pickle. They put everything on it and extremely rudely implied I didn’t say I didn’t want the other items. I explained I said only mustard & pickles as I always do when I order a burger anywhere. He smarted off saying that I didn’t say “only”. Rather than continue to argue with this rude cashier and miss my flight, I threw my $17 burger in the trash and left. This establishment is very unprofessional with zero customer service and their prices are a rip off.

I asked for modification to my burger and the cashier was receptive to preparing it the way I wanted. When I asked her opinion on a menu item she gave great feedback. My burger was flavorful and prepared well. Fries were hot and crispy. For me, it was a good meal, considering its airport terminal food.

I took my chances of visiting something other than Jamba Juice which tends to be my go-to when in the terminal of Philadelphia International Airport. Mo' Burger was conveniently located near the United Airlines gate within the terminal; and one of the few places that caught my interest prior to boarding my flight. Even though it took minutes for me to be acknowledged by the employee behind the counter, I was well ready to order once I spotted the Egg & Cheese sandwich on the menu which I ended up ordering along with a Dole - Orange Juice. And for me, there were no disappointments in the sandwich which was served on a hamburger bun. I was satisfied with the taste of it while inside the boarding area. This timely, yet pleasant ordering experience with Mo' Burger met my expectations, and I would surely order from it again whenever inside of this terminal of Philadelphia International Airport. ~ You're one in a million. ~ Thomas G

Pork roll, egg , and cheese on a brioche bun at the airport, hells yeah! Sandwich was pretty solid consisting of two pork roll patties. Do I prefer stopping at Chickie and Pete's at the airport (location of Mo'Burger is in the airport) ? Yes, but perhaps a beer before 9am isn't the best move. My body still be on caffeine time. Stay subscribed aka following because we are going international and the reviews will be a flowing! As always people SYOY!!!!

Ok so it was breakfast this morning that I needed before I hopped on the plane. I hated that they dont make egg whites but I still ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. It was delicious! The worker also told me that they can't give me a receipt. I joked with her stating that she must not want me to order today. I can vouch for the delicious breakfast.

I stopped in here as soon as I landed because I didn't have time for lunch at my origin city. This was located a few gates away from where I arrived and on my way to ground transportation. There were no customers when I arrived. I just ordered the bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, and a bottled tea. It was around $28. I was later notified by the cashier about 45 seconds after ordering that there were no onion rings, so I just said give me the fries instead. Knowing the fries cost 1.50 less. I asked if I could get a 1.50 refund, and the cashier seemed clueless about how to handle the issue. Basically, I paid 7.50 for onion rings but had to settle for the $6 frozen fries instead. Seems like a simple fix to me.....either give me a bag of chips for the extra amount I had to pay, or refund me my money. She indicated she'd need the manager to determine what to do. After waiting a few minutes, my double burger came out with hot fries. I ate the burger, which was pretty decent, and around 1/3 lb, I'm guessing. I finished my fries. Meanwhile, the cashier is still looking for the manager. I had to get on the road and get going, so I just told the cashier not to worry about looking for the manager. No way am I going to wait for an unknown amount of time for them to fix their mistake. Therefore, I needed to deduct a star, otherwise a solid 3.

Id love to be able to give this airport burger spot 4-5 stars. However, I stood there for a full minute and the "gentleman" working there who was aware of my presence had a whole personal phone call without even acknowledging me. Lucky me - he saved me calories and fat. Went to Currito And had THE BEST Thai salad!

We sat at the filthy tables first, the airport was busy. No one was eating here just someone on their phone off to the side. I stood at the counter for a long time and nobody was around. I went back to the table and told my wife "wanna eat down the way?" Where there are more options. Suddenly the person on their phone, saying nothing, ducked into the kitchen. 2 waters 2 burgers 1 fry 35 bucks and very little engagement. The burger was hot and fresh but given any other option I would not return.

No customer service stop taking orders was next in line at 5:15 on a Friday night we're saying it was going to take 10 to 15 minutes to get a burger after the person in the back stop taking orders to go to the bathroom

This place has customer service problems. The first time I went here, they messed up my order. The second time I went here, the cashier said I could get a better chicken sandwich with additional toppings. However, he never stated he would charge me for them. That created a major misunderstanding. Even though he "apologized," he kept arguing with me, did not own his mistake, and lacked empathy for how I felt. I was very upset. That is not the way to treat customers. That is not good customer service. Employees need to be more considerate to customers. Even though the manager was understanding and my order was correct this time, they really need to improve their customer service.

Not bad for a quick lunch before boarding the plane. I ordered chicken fingers, and admittedly the wait took a while. But it was worth the wait because they were hot and crispy, and will keep me satiated when I board my flight.

I dipped into this restaurant because I wanted a warm breakfast and was not in the mood for fast food. The service was rather quick and the bacon egg and cheese sandwich was good.

I ordered a chicken burger/sandwich , paid the $11 or whatever. Cashier seemed pretty confused generally (language issue?). She handed me a bag of food about 10 minutes later. I boarded my flight across the way. Settled in, opened bag...not a chicken sandwich. A double beef burger. I don't eat red meat.

No at the front desk to take orders and I had to wait for several minutes. No sign saying will be back in few min or anything. When came back in the front no greeting or said thanks for waiting. How I can help just direct dull face expect me to give order. Just said we following items available only. Why keep the store open when owner not interested to keep the inventory. Sell the store and move out. Someone who can run better and give a better service.
