Mò Mortadella Lab

I’ve already sung praises about these sandwiches – and I’m not exaggerating. Google might find it hard to believe, but this was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten! The absolute standout is the pistachio sandwich – it’s out of this world. The flavor is unreal, everything is fresh and perfectly balanced. Everywhere around you’ll find quick 5-minute ragù… but MO truly stands out – it was the highlight of my entire trip!

A small place between the streets but the food is amazing. It doesn't matter if you prefer fine-dining or street-food, this is a must try! Bread is special and crispy. We had one with Mortadella, Buffalo and Olive oil and loved the taste. We ordered 2 but the portions are big and it is also possible to share one. Employees are fast and friendly. They speak also English. Thank you for the great food!

For just a little street shop, they're doing pretty well. You just order your sandwich and they have it ready within a few minutes. We weren't really hungry as we had already eaten lunch somewhere else so we just ordered 1 sandwich just to say we tried it, but after eating the first one we definitely could've eaten another. Next time we'll go there first. We had the mortadella with pistachio pesto and stracciatella. Buonissimo.

good mortadella sandwich, generous portions, quick service. we went at peak lunch time but the line goes quick! i’m personally not the biggest fan of mortadella and this crispier type of white bread, so of course i knew this wasn’t going to blow me away. but it was probably the best of what i could get, and i wanted to try a Bolognese staple. i had the one with rocket and balsamico which was very nice, a good balance of ingredients. the parmesan flakes were also a great addition! however i would have liked to add a little tomato for freshness. tried some of my brother’s with sundried tomato, and my mom’s with artichokes, i recommend those two as well!

I’ve traveled far and wide, and frankly don’t care for ham so hear me when I say this. The #18 (mortadella, stracciatella, + pistachio pesto) was a top 5 best sandwich of my life. Absolutely crazy how amazing such few yet fresh, local ingredients can come together. The guys behind the counter were kind as well, overall value phenomenal. The easiest of recommendations 🙏🏼

Wow, so delicious! The bread, the mortadela and all the ingredients are so tasty! They offer nice combos in good prices. Definitely recommended!

You might have to wait a bit but it’s worth it in my opinion. A rosetta roll is quite abundant in itself, in fact we split it between us and the taste is crazy good. This is a delicious cheap substitute to lunch at a restaurant.

I tried two different sandwiches: one with mortadella, lemon carpaccio, rocket, and black pepper a great, fresh combination! The second was with mortadella, PGI Stracciatella cheese from Andria, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh basil wonderfully creamy and full of flavor. Both sandwiches were fresh, unique, and highly recommended😊😍
