This now TikTok famous establishment is famous for a reason. Had to queue for a few minutes but was handed a menu while I waited which speeded up the process. Delicious warm roll with a large amount of mortadella and various toppings. I went with a tasty combination of smoked cheese and pistachio pesto. Efficient and friendly staff at the counter (tourist friendly). Definitely worth the little walk from the main square

The meat and bread at this sandwich shop were top-notch—the bread was light and crispy, and the meat packed a ton of flavor. That said, I would’ve liked some kind of sauce to bring it all together, as the sandwich leaned a bit dry. The sandwich is quite big too and I feel me and my partner could have shared so that we had more room for trying other items in Bologna. Just a heads-up: it's a walk-up only spot with no seating, so we ended up standing across the street to eat. Still, worth a stop if you're in the mood for a quality sandwich.

I came here for a light lunch - their sandwiches are so filling that it could’ve easily been my main meal of the day. I ordered one with mortadella, smoked provolone cheese, pistachio pesto and crumbled taralli, absolutely delicious! There was a small queue but I didn’t wait long at all. There is no place to sit down, so I took the sandwich back to my hotel. Highly recommended.

Cheap, quick and delicious. Can't say more about this place. The sandwich is freshly made, nicely toasted. I've ordered the 17#, where they add a local soft cheese to it. Highly recommend of you are looking for a nice mortadella sandwich.

- Quick and premier service (they had a guy organizing the line and an assembly of guys making the food. Just perfectly done - I tried an 18, which seems to be one of the most popular. Amazing. I really don’t think you an go wrong here. And the prices are incredible at only about 6-7 euro per sandwich. You cannot beat this!

A must-see culinary stop in Bologna. Quite a large menu, but due to the high demand during the day, we didn't have to wait long. The rolls were simply heavenly delicious. A warm, heated sandwich with plenty of toppings and mortadella. Very reasonably priced.

Top notch bread and meat, great selection of mortadella. Huge messy rolls worth the trip and wait. Service quick and friendly.

Disclaimer: I’m a vegetarian, so I realize I’m not their main target audience. That said, they do offer two vegetarian options (thank you!). I tried the #23, which was good but not great—mostly bread with a lighter amount of filling than I’d hoped. Also was not particularly blown away by the flavor combos. Luckily, the bread itself was tasty and well made. If you’re vegetarian, it’s nice to know there are options here, and they may be worth a try. Personally, it just wasn’t my favorite in Italy (that still goes to a spot in Florence).
