If you come to Bologna and miss the sandwiches here, you better plan your next trip back soon! The team is polite and friendly, the sandwiches let you taste the freshness and aroma in every bite, and the shop itself has a great vibe. People in line were clearly excited to be back. I chatted with a few of them and was waiting for one or two special recommendations, but what was really cool is how confidently everyone enjoyed their own different choice. They came back to enjoy that exact sandwich they loved before. It’s amazing how this place satisfies so many different tastes and has kept it up for years. Thank you and great job to your team!

Definitely visiting Bologna again for this mortadella sandwich! I tried the #18 mortadella, stracciatella cheese and pistachio pesto. The nutiness of the pistachio and saltiness from the mortadella was a great combination. It was quite a big portion for me. It definitely fills you up and worth the price and hype. One of the best in Bologna.

Just WOW. These panini are amazing. Great quality of the ingrediences, nice people working there (and super fast!) and really affordable prices. You can’t miss this spot if you’re in Bologna. It’s food served only to go though! No tables, no toilet.

We loved it! The buns were stuffed with fresh ingredients and we didn’t have to wait for too long. The guys behind the counter were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

The place was very crowded even though we went on Sunday. They had a long line worth waiting for. I would suggest you get two sandwiches to try, take one with mortadella and another one with prosciutto. That way you don’t miss out on anything. Also their prices are pretty good compared to some other local places.Just keep in mind of their work days and work hours.

The sandwiches here are amazing! Both of my children are picky eaters, and they devoured their sandwiches. I had the #5 and loved it. The bread is so fresh. The line was long but moved extremely quickly. Don’t let the lines deter you from eating here. I wish we had o e of these in the US.

There’s always a big queue as I’ve noticed but I can say it’s worth the wait. The combinations and flavours are good, the service is also helpful even though it’s chaotic from all the people, and the food is good as well. If you don’t mind waiting-we waited about 40 minutes-it’s worth it.

Cheap, quick and delicious. Can't say more about this place. The sandwich is freshly made, nicely toasted. I've ordered the 17#, where they add a local soft cheese to it. Highly recommend of you are looking for a nice mortadella sandwich.
