MO

We had dinner here on Sunday while staying at the hotel and it was brilliant. The menu is exciting and different, and the wine pairings are varied and perfectly pitched. Another diner had some dietary requirements which were accommodated very gracefully indeed. The service was a particular highlighted, with all three gentleman extremely friendly, happy to talk about what they were doing in the open kitchen, food and wine more generally and engaging in jokes and happy conversation with diners throughout. We finished very late and they must have been tired, but they were brilliant right to the end and we rolled back to our room feeling fantastic. I personally didn’t really need to eat at all the next day - the pacing and portions didn’t feel remotely under or over what they ought to be in the evening but in actual fact it added up to a great deal and was excellent value. Thank you so much to Matt and the team for making it a really fascinating and memorable experience - one I would most definitely like to repeat.

What a brilliant night to celebrate our infinity (8th) wedding anniversary! The gastronomic experience we had at MO is now the top 1 in my list. A team of 2 young chefs and a wine sommelier served us. They diligently prepared and beautifully presented each dish paired with carefully selected wine. The wine sommelier explained why he chose a certain wine for the particular dish. It impressed me with his knowledge of wine and he did great recommendations! This is not a standard tasting menu night for me. The team had a brilliant mix of knowledge, humor, and entertainment while preparing and serving the produce. The best night so far! I enjoyed each delicious and beautifully plated dish. It was relaxed having time to savour each flavour presented in our plates. I highly recommend Mo and you won’t regret coming to this restaurant! It's highly recommended to book in advance since Mo can only accommodate up to 12 guests. Certainly a perfect place for our perfect occasion!

My 2nd visit to MO in 6 months. I didn't think that it could be improved upon but it was! Excellent menu served by such friendly and knowledgeable chefs. Wonderful experience again

It was a very special culinary evening! Every dish was a delicious surprise. It was most aesthetically presented and paired wonderfully with wines. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience!

Exceptional tasting menu around a chef’s table. The food was superb throughout, beautifully presented and the service was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable experience on a special occasion. Only comment would be that the champagne that is already out upon arrival isn’t included as it is made to feel.

Absolutely outstanding tasting menu, deserves multiple Michelin stars. The chefs were incredible and JJ the sommelier was particularly brilliant - the right amount of chat and explanation while not being intrusive. Wine pairing one of the best we’ve ever had. Considering other fine dining restaurants at this price point, it was great value for money and well worth it. Delicious.

Such a brilliant, immersive experience with sensational food. Loved every single dish and the wine flight is a must too! Matt, Ben, our waiter/wine expert (sorry, can’t remember his name!) and the rest of the team were all fantastic.
