A small shop with a big selection of boba tea, sweet Asian snacks, and classic boardwalk fare (fries and the like). The oreo mochi donut was delicious--perfectly chewy! The packaging/logo are super cute, too. Usually, I wait until I visit Philly to get mochi donuts... it's cool that I can eat them on the beach and boardwalk. Definitely worth visiting if you're a fan of Asian snacks!

Found a great new family owned and operated business right by our 14th street beach house on the boardwalk in Ocean City NJ! After enjoying authentic Mochi products, phenomenal Boba Teas & FRESH Tanghulu, we are already looking forward to enjoying this small business again on our next annual trip and for many years to come! Honestly one of the best desserts I've ever had If these were in Manhattan, it would be national news with a 2 hour line. I can't imagine a party that wouldn't be better with these. I particularly like sesame and matcha flavors

Tasty but would have been better if it was colder

This is an order at the counter donut shop located on the Ocean City Boardwalk next to Sweetheart Coast between 13th and 14th street. They just recently opened, so check their instagram for hours. Service was friendly & they appreciated us for visiting. They don't have seating but you can find benches on the boardwalk to sit at. In addition to mochi donuts, they have a selection of bubble teas, coffee, & ice cream (regular & mochi)! I got a half dozen mochi donuts for $22.50. If you've never had a mochi donut before, it's a ring of donut holes & the batter has tapioca flour which gives it a chewier texture. The frosting is less sweet than an American donut & lighter in flavor. I loved the matcha, strawberry & ube varieties, but the other ones I had were tasty too! My order also had cookies & cream, cinnamon sugar & chocolate cereal.
