Very pink and cute little treat shop. Things are pricy, but quality. We're talking $3, $4 donuts (depending on quantity), and about $7-$12 average, per drink, depending on container, and addition/subtraction of toppings/ice.
The kiosk ordering was a bit intimidating, initially, bc you don't wanna be THAT person, in line. The one who can't figure out how to order what you want, and end up taking really long, when there's long lines--because there are 3 entrances, and 2 opposite lines for the kiosks. Per the hubs, you can always order from the person behind the counter, when it's not too busy.
There wasn't free Wifi (I feel like most drink shops have this, for those who are studying).
Hubs didn't like that the tables were really wobbly. Valid nuisance, since drinks are involved. Not sure if I saw anyone ever came out to wipe down tables the whole 2 hrs we was there. KPOP jams for the ambiance.
Service was courteous and quick. I think my drinks were ready in about 3 minutes after I finished at the kiosk--just enough time to find a table and put my things and the carseat down.
Like many vendors of the times, they are CASHLESS.
They have cute little bear containers for the drinks. The kid wanted one, but they were already sold out at noon, on this Saturday. The regular drinks are sealed with plastic and then an additional plastic bear head cover with a straw hole comes on top, which my son found adorable. I had to hype this up a bit, since he was disappointed that the bear containers were gone.
The Supreme Strawberry Jasmine Green Tea was delicious! Asian-sweet (subtle), a tiny bit tart and fresh-tasting. The Classic Milk Tea was also good at its regular sweetness, and the stir fried Boba texture was perfectly chewy, also cooked all the way through. I'm a harsh critic for Boba texture, in most cases. Hubs wanted more sweetness to the Supreme, but I found it perfect. I usually do light ice and half sugar on most Boba drinks, but these two were great as they were prepared.
DONUTS: Ube Taro, Strawberry, Creme Brulee, and Blueberry are top donut flavors for me. I probably wouldn't get Matcha again, nor the Churro (underwhelming)--not bad in the least, just nothing to write home about. I'm not a big chocolate person, but it tasted how a Chocolate donut should.
