The 10 Best Donut Shops In Philly - Philadelphia - The Infatuation

"Things you might overhear while walking through Rittenhouse Square: a heated debate about who is the strongest Avenger, pigeons fighting over crumbs, and people holding and eating ring-shaped mochi donuts. Mochi Ring is just a few blocks away from the park, and the light and airy donuts are topped with things like Fruity Pebbles, matcha glaze, and cinnamon sugar (and they all taste incredible, we checked). Aside from the donuts, you can get bubble tea and Korean rice hot dogs, in case your people-watching near the park becomes an all-day thing." - candis mclean

Google
Best tasting korean hotdogs in the east coast! Its the closest flavor to the one i tried in Namdaemun and Myeongdong Markets! Altho this is a donut shop but they sell hotdogs too! Located right inside Lotte Market food court.

Google
Honestly, I don’t like regular donuts – it’s too doughy and greasy in my opinion, but mochi donuts are completely different, is lighter and not as overly sweet. We usually go to Mochinut but decided to try this place. It’s delicious and cheaper than other places and I highly recommend it. It is located inside the Lotte market and you can shop and get some delicious donuts.

Got half a dozen Mochi Donut and 3 Gamja. - $12 for half dozen (Blueberry, Yuzu, Strawberry, Taro, Black Sesame, & Matcha) - $4.50 Ramen Rice HotDog - $5.50 Potato HotDog - $5.50 Raman Cheese HotDog I definitely enjoyed the HotDogs more than the mochi dounts. Those HotDogs made after order. So they are very fresh, crispy and cheesey. Side note they do add a pinch of sugar on the HotDog that is the Korean Style. Probably next time will see if they can take out the sugar. For the Mochi Donuts. It is good but not the best. Feels like too greasy and sweet for me. I like their chewy texture. It is good for one try and prefer Gamja.

Good taste but expensive. We ordered Nutella and citrus flavors both are yummy. Donut lovers are Recommended to this place if you want to try different very soft donuts. Regards, Selva The True Reviewer

Google
Great desserts for people who like mocha and donuts 😂 It was my first time visiting this location and I decided to have a sesame mochi donut and also to try one of the Korean corn dogs. Mochi donut was great, I’m finding they are best fresh. The corn dog was okay, it’s like a standard corn dog except with more sugar. I’d try a different variation next time before writing them off. All in all a great addition to their food court.

Google
Got a dozen donuts and was very happy with them. My favorite ones are black sesame and strawberry. I only got the donuts, but saw that there are tornado potatoes and taiyaki as well! Will have to come back to try those next time.

Google
The mochi rings are so fluffy and airy. I highly recommend the peanut butter ring and the original half and half corndog. It is sooooooo good, with some sweet&spicy, cheese and ketchup! The place is on a food court for anybody wondering. The food is awesome!

Google
I have been wanting to try these kind of donuts for a while and finally got the chance. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. The spot is located in the supermarket food court. I walked up and there were a few choices. I picked the the oreo donut. It came to almost $3. I tried it and it was very tasty. I definitely want to try more flavors.

Yelp
This was part of a food court inside a grocery store. They offered mochi donuts along with different kinds of hot dogs. The hot dogs were made to order. The service was appreciated and friendly. Six donuts ($14) and a half mozzarella and half hot dog ($5.95) were ordered. Regarding the hot dog, it was different as it was all fried. There seemed to be a hint of sweetness to this as well. It was solid, great crispiness from the fried aspect. The six donuts I had were matcha, black sesame, brown sugar milk tea, churro, plain, and Oreo. The texture was very dense and all tasted similar to a donut one would see at an American Chinese buffet with a few differences depending on the flavor. The matcha had its distinct flavor profile, while the black sesame was unique with the sesame seeds providing a hint of salt. The brown sugar milk tea was not bad while the churro tasted exactly like the Chinese donut I mentioned. The plain was tasty while the Oreo had the chocolate factor to it. Will I go back? I would.

Yelp
Of the countless times I've purchased from this place, today I'm so horrified and disappointed with the experience . My son got the spicy Cheetos mozzarella corn dog and has been vomiting all evening, night even until now from food poisoning. Definitely the only food he consumed differently from everyone else in the household. Otherwise the service and ambiance is always exquisite. Please check your products and possibly expiration dates before selling i

Yelp
This little whole in the wall stop for korean corn dogs has significantly decreased in quality. You still get what you order and its a decent sized "corn dog" (I ordered a cheetos mozzarella), but the taste and ordering experience was truly a subpar experience. It is within the Lotte mart food court, so toward the back beyonf the bakery and beyond the home appliance section of the grocery store, and with the trademark mochi ring logo, you can't miss it. Starting off, there is a single staff that does not take any orders, just fries up and serves what you order, so no cash payments here. The kiosk is pretty direct and simple to order from. The quality of the cheese dog, however, was quite soggy for something just fried, and didn't even taste like cheetos. The coating for the mozerella was very thick, and even without choosing the sugar option, it was a bit too sweet. On the side, there is your self-serve area for sauces on top, which included ketchup, nacho cheese, sweet and spicy, and mustard. For the mozzarella though, I definitely wouldn't do all the sauces, maybe just the sweet and spicy to add a little flavor to the soggy crust. The stick itself was just a wooden disposable chopstick, which contributed to the cheap quality feel. Overall, if you are looking to try the korean corn dog, this place might fix that hankering, but it really wasn't much to advertise. Its priced moderately so not too bad for its price point, but heading to nyc or jersey city, you will definitely find better options!

Yelp
Mochi ring doughnut is serving up more than just donuts with freshly fried Korean corndogs also available. Food: I've gotten the Korean corn dogs at this location before and usually really enjoy them. However, this one was a bit dark for me. I'm not sure if it was cooked a bit too long or if the oil needed to be changed but I would've liked the crust to be a bit lighter. The donuts are always delicious but I'm disappointed in the packaging for the single donut as you can see in the photo, the donut is in what is essentially a piece of paper rather than a small box or a bag. This ruined the donut as it took off most of the frosting, since these are freshly made, and iced donuts unlike the ones at Dunkin with hard frosting for almost 3 dollars, I wish they would have better packaging to not ruin the donut. Ambience: this location isn't a standalone storefront, as it is located inside the lotte grocery store. This means that you have plenty of options to choose from if you're looking to also grab a bite to eat which is great. Service: the person that help me was very nice, and the corn dog came out rather quickly I know what this location is capable of and they typically make really great treats. I'll be back to try more and will probably stick to getting half a dozen or a dozen donuts so they come in a box.

Yelp
Mochi donuts are a unique and delicious twist on traditional donuts. They are made from a combination of sweet glutinous rice flour and regular wheat flour, giving them a chewy and soft texture. The dough is then shaped into a donut form and fried until golden brown. Mochi donuts come in a variety of flavors, including matcha green tea, chocolate, and fruit-filled varieties. Some of the most popular toppings for mochi donuts include various types of icing, sprinkles, and crumbles. Overall, the mochi donuts were freaking delicious!!!They are a great alternative to traditional donuts for those who are looking for a new and interesting flavor experience. If you're a fan of chewy textures and sweet treats, mochi donuts are definitely worth trying! Also try out their take on the "Corn Dog" it was delicious. It was a mix of sweet and salty with a half super melted mozzarella and hot dog. The outside was a mixture of corn/rice dog with sprinkles of cinnamon and French fries. A flavor explosion

Yelp
I chose to visit this place based solely on a picture from a fellow Yelper -- shout out to Ricardo T. The GPS directed me to the address, and at first I was confused when I pulled up because I didn't see a name on the building. I quickly realized that this eatery is located inside of the Lotte Plaza Market (which used to be occupied by another market chain... I think a SuperFresh). Of all the eateries in the food court, the Mochi Ring counter appeared to be the most popular during the time of my visit. I ordered a s'mores ring and a number 2, 4, & 7. The price point is right on par with what I expected to pay - low to moderate. They gave me the donut ring and a buzzer and said that the rest of my order would take 10 minutes. The buzzer went off in 5 minutes despite the other orders ahead of mine. Good job on exceeding that expectation! I sat ate the ring while I waited. The taste was great- a little bit gummier than traditional American donuts but still delicious. The dogs will be shared with my son to when I get home. Hope they're equally delish! **update** one of the rice dogs didn't make it home. I really tried but the cheese was calling me. My little guy really enjoyed his No. 2; we split the No. 4. which was just as good as my number No. 7 but with a mini glizzy inside. All in all, Mochi Ring Donut delivered quick and tasty snacks that we very much enjoyed.

Yelp
So yummy! It's located in the food court area inside a big asian supermarket. Plenty of tables to sit at if you want to dine in. ordering is quick and easy. I think the flavors rotate daily.. Flavors I tried, ranked by favorite: 1. Brown sugar milk tea 2. Ube 3. Matcha I believe a single donut is $2.75, which is pricier than a DD donut but its so good! Fluffy, light, frosted with delicious flavors! Worth it. Return? defintiely want to try their other flavors Recommend? Yes, goes great with bubble tea you can get across the hall here too.

Yelp
This is locate in Lotte supermarket in the food court all the way to the left when you enter. Plenty of parking out front for the store. You order donuts at the counter and the service is super fast. I got the ube mochi donut and it was pretty good! Love the chewy texture and ube flavor. They also have super interesting breaded hot dog and/or mozzarella stick options (like Cheetos, ramen, or potato!). Will definitely need to come back to try those.

Yelp
In the back of Lotte market there is a mini food court. We ordered some snacks while waiting for our main course from another stall. Ordered the potato with half mozzarella cheese and half hot dog without sugar. The dog was a bit on the too fried side which makes it taste ok. There are different condiments on the side for dipping. We got the nacho cheese sauce to go with it. The taiyaki wasn't my favorite either. The dough had a vanillay flavor instead of eggy, which I didn't enjoy. The texture also wasn't crispy, it was pretty soft.

Yelp
TO-DIE-FOR... those are the three words that can best encapsulate my love for these doughnut balls of deliciousness. It was truly a surprising treat for my tastebuds as I totally expected your run of the mill doughnut but shaped differently. Only way I can describe it is that it's a mix between a doughnut and a funnel cake but with such fun flavors, cool colors and creative styles. I went to a super cool Yelp Elite mixer and these babies were served so this was a real treat!! I will be visiting their spot soon to try out some more flavors.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try these donuts forever! It just so happens I stumbled upon one of their shops in the Lotte Asian Market. I had never been here before either. We were getting something for lunch in their food court and there they were. Now decisions, decisions... What kind to get. I looked over their offerings for the day and asked my husband what he wanted and we decided on our 6 pack. We went with... Pistachio, Churro, Oreo, Strawberry, Coffee, and Nutella. It was 6 for $12 otherwise they are $2.50 each. We got some coffee next door and sampled the deliciousness... we broke off a bite of each donut to taste. I'd have to say my favorites were the pistachio, and strawberry but they were all delicious! It's definitely important to eat them when they are fresh because they are more airy and crispy. They didn't taste as spectacular the next day. I actually ended up throwing some away. Now I know for next time to just buy what I'm going to eat then. So that's it... I definitely wasn't disappointed and my wait is over :)

Yelp
This Mochi donut shop is located inside the Lotte market. When we're at Lotte, we do our grocery shopping and then treat ourselves to Mochi donuts! If you haven't tried Mochi donuts, you have to try them! It's different from regular donuts in shape and texture. The donut is round but it's made up of a "chain of round "donut holes" formed into a circle. What I love is that they have the soft, chewy texture on the inside and a nice crisp exterior. The flavors are based on the toppings and the icing on the donut. Some flavors we like are green tea, churro, and cereal.

Yelp
Mochi donuts here are amazing. Crisp on the outside and perfectly chewy on the inside. Love the variety and the packaging too.

Yelp
This spot is located inside Lotte Market Food Court so there's plenty of parking. I was super excited to hear about this new mochi spot in the area. Ended up ordering ube, matcha, black sesame, Nutella and chocolate to try. The flavors were really good but on the sweeter side. I'd definitely say black sesame and matcha were my favorites! Texture wise, they weren't as chewy as I would've liked and a little oil

Yelp
In heaven with these Mochi Ring Donuts! Quite a few flavors to choose from but they are so tasty! Mochi Ring Donuts is located inside Lotte Market. It's a huge international market and Mochi is located on the far left of the entrance. With Mochi Ring Donuts you can buy , singles, 6 a dozen or more of course. They had many different flavors to choose from. You me thing that I found out was that these Mochi Donuts unfortunately aren't GF :-( I really thought they were because normally Mochi products are made out of rice and does not contain wheat but this is not the case for these GF donuts. I found out after the fact. They taste better if you eat them The same day not a day after. The Mochi Donuts are inside a shopping market which is nice. Service was great. Worker was able to Offer his suggestions after I asked and it's a nice ambiance. Even thought it's within a supermarket, it's separated. Almost located in the far left or right( depending which side you look at it). Looks like a Food court! Everything is nice and clean and spacious.

Yelp
Great donuts and very quick service ! 16$ for half a dozen and many flavors to choose from I also had one of their hot dogs and it was great as well , I got the Cheetos one and it tasted like a mozzarella stick stuffed with a hot dog ! Their was lots of Bobba spots around as well !

Yelp
Muchi thanks to Mochi Ring Donuts. What a sweet delight after an hour of shopping and lunch. I like donuts but I don't love them but what I do love is anything mochi! Mochi Ring donuts specializes in mochi donuts, a hawaiian treat inspired from Japanese mochi. Glutinous flour is used to make the mochi donuts which gives them that chewy mochi texture and lightly crispy outside. Traditional mochi has a sticky, stretchy, soft and chewy texture. So I can see how some of the other reviewers can mistaken their description of "soggy" probably expecting a traditional american donut. Mochi Ring Donuts succeeded in their recipe for the mochi style donut and churns out a several flavors that are delicious, sticky, soft, stretchy, sweet and soft dessert. $2.50/each or $12/six, we opted for the better deal and ordered black sesame (my fave), nutella, matcha, cinnamon, yuzu, and taro. The consistency was on point, the freshness was undeniable, the glazes were as sweet as expected, and the presentations were attractive with the pocky stick, the mini oreo, the smear of yazu, the drizzles, squirts and powder shakes. The staff was very nice and they moved along quickly, it did not take long at all for the employee to put 6 donuts in a box and take my payment. Will definitely return when at Lotte.

Yelp
Located inside LOTTE supermarket! Mochi donuts were so delicious! They have a lot of fun flavors my favorite is brown sugar! Would also recommend black sesame and matcha. Quick short line and cute packaging box if you get 1/2 a dozen or more.

Yelp
Mochi Ring is making my life so much easier by bringing mochi donuts to central jersey! No more driving up to north jersey for me I took full advantage of their grand opening special (9 donuts for the price of 6) by going 3 times, allowing me to try all of their flavors! There's no flavor that I actively dislike, none of the flavors are annoyingly overpowering. I also appreciate that the icing is not too sticky or thick on these donuts. Some places make their icing taste too strongly like artificial fruit, but that's not an issue here. The Yuzu does taste very citrusy but not in a bad way. My favorite flavors are Black Sesame, Coffee, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and Taro! If you also gravitate towards sweet and bitter flavors like me, you would also enjoy those flavors. I personally love the texture of these mochi donuts. It's a good balance between airy and chewy for me. I don't like donuts that are too dense. I do agree that you can sometimes taste the oil, which can take away from the actual flavor. Also, they are not strong enough to hold in your hand if you're trying to hold it by a part of it rather than the entire thing. I don't care that much since I usually rip it ball by ball or place it in my palm . I like these donuts more than Mochinut and Paris Baguette because the icing is thinner and less sweet here. Kai Sweets in Mitsuwa still reigns supreme in my heart, but that doesn't mean I'll stop my frequent visits to Mochi Ring! I see that they have a screen that says more desserts coming, and if that means Korean Hot Dogs, I may be bumping up this rating later on hehe. Overall, Mochi Ring is a wonderful addition to Edison and a great place to fulfill your Mochi donut cravings

Yelp
This place is located in a supermarket, so it might be confusing at first to find. But when you find you will be happy you did. Let me explain I am not a big sweets person, but when I first had these donuts was at a Yelp event. They were so good I had 2, this is the best balance of perfect dough substance and not to much sugar. You have to try theses, you won't be disappointed!!!

Yelp
Excited to see that there was a mochi donut place conveniently located inside the Lotte supermarket food court. We decided to got a dozen donuts, 1 of each flavor to try. We have only ever had mochi donuts once before so we were excited to compare. These were noticeable greasier and some of the icing I found to be a bit too sweet. Flavorwise, I thought it could be more tasty. Especially with the taro, black sesame, and green tea. I can't say I have a favorite but I would recommend the coconut and yuzu as those had the strongest flavor. Overall, I would just give them a satisfactory rating. If it were slightly less greasy, it would be even better. I do like how they have a TV screen so you can see how they are made.

Yelp
Finally, a mochi donut place near where I am. I was excited to try and was hoping to get their grand opening deal. Sadly, when I came, they didn't offer it anymore which sucks because I came same days as the comments underneath me lol. Ok so let's get down to business. They have some interesting flavors here, the one that stands out the most is the brown sugar milk tea and it's by far my favorite. I got 6 donuts for $12 which is cheap compared to Mochinut in Fort Lee. But the donuts here for sure need to be kept in the fridge. The dough is a little bit too soggy for my liking. Mochi is supposed to be chewy like a tapioca texture. But here, it's more soggy than chewy. The flavors are good, however, it's a bit on the sweeter side, their frosting is just too much. Overall, this is a new spot so they would just need to make adjustments. I wouldn't go as far as buying 6 because it's toooooo sugary lol
google avatar

Angelo B.

Yelp
We were pleased with the donuts here. One of the better options for mochi donuts in NJ that I've tried. I think they nailed the texture for these donuts. The flavors that I tried were all nice. Only slight complaint was that the donuts were a little too fragile. Price was really reasonable versus other NJ options.
google avatar

Likitha M.

Yelp
I came by after hearing about the grand opening deal (but 6 and get 3 free) and because I've been looking to try mochi donuts for a while since there aren't any in the nearby area. We ordered the yuzu, matcha, black sesame, coffee, brown sugar milk tea, strawberry, nutella, taro, and oreo donuts to share among 5 people. We weren't able to finish them all but they were super chewy and held up for hours! I normally do like matcha but the matcha mochi donut was quite underwhelming. My favorite flavors were brown sugar, black sesame, and yuzu! Overall, super cool to have a new mochi donut place open in central Jersey, and definitely worth the try!
google avatar

Hank C.

Yelp
This mochi donut you done it is located in the Lotte food court in the grocery. The donuts here was chewy but drier, and the frosting (we tried the s'mores) lacked much flavor, it had a good marshmallow but the chocolate was weak, just sugary. Had better, but will try other flavors to see if it's just this one that's not as good.

Yelp
So apparently I've been asleep at the proverbial wheel, because I had no idea what a mocho donut was before I found Mochi Ring Donut during a visit to 99 Ranch. However, now that I've had one, I'm afraid I have a new sweet addiction! Set up in the food court inside 99 Ranch, Mochi Ring Donut is the newest business in the area, which is great to see because several of the eateries there have not succeeded (and sadly their stalls are just storage areas now). That said, when I got to Mochi Ring, they had quite a line and everyone ahead of me was buying a dozen so there's clearly something here drawing people in. That was a good sign. I looked over the various flavors and my eyes locked on to Black Sesame, which is one of my favorite flavor profiles. I ordered this donut and the gent behind the counter quickly packaged it in a paper sleeve and handed it to me. Because I can be extremely dense sometimes, I completely missed that it had an "L" shaped opening so I picked it up incorrectly the donut went flying onto the floor at rapid speed. I felt really REALLY dumb for a moment. I went to pick the donut up and before I knew it, the cashier had already packaged up a second one for me! I tossed the fallen one and grabbed the new one with many thanks. So what's the big deal about these? They rock, that's what. The mochi donut has a crisp exterior but a wonderfully chewy interior. The donut by itself has a wonderfully sweet and slightly savory flavor, but the Black Sesame frosting added a nice layer to the flavor. It did not dominate the flavor which was my biggest concern. This treat was amazing and I found myself wanting another immediately (I was good and held off). If you're in the area, please check this place out. I think it is good to support these smaller businesses and keep the food court here going. They also serve a delicious treat!

Yelp
I love mochi donuts every since they came out so finally went to try this place. Every time I come they are not open yet because they open at 12pm. They do have a lot of interesting flavors, I just got the brown sugar flavor to try, I thought it was too sweet, not soft enough and not as chewy. I still think Kai sweets in mitsuwa have good mochi donuts. They still get 2 stars for friendly service.

Yelp
This place is located inside Lotte Market in their food court section. I always loved mochi donut but the closest we had was at least 1 hr and half away. It was great when I found out this place opened because its only 36 mins away from me. We got the 6 donuts; 2 oreos, 1 black sesame, 1 taro, 1 nutella, 1 fruity pebbles. It cost $14 for 6 donuts. At first I was hesitant to get the taro since everytime I get it at places it just doesnt taste good but here i loved all the donuts. Donuts were soft and chewy on inside. Im not sure if its because I havent had it in so long but I was disappointed in myself for not buying more. I also saw they sell tornado potatoes. Def will be trying the tornado potatoes and get more mochi donuts wen I come back.

Yelp
Came in here on Sunday 09/19, really nice & quick service from the young lady in the front. This definitely beats some donuts that I tried by far. I love the variety I only gave it 4/5 stars because it's not as chewy and when I went to eat one later from the 12 that I purchased. I realized it was really soggy and kinda oily

Yelp
This place recently opened inside of Lotte Plaza supermarket. There are definitely improvements that can be made but cutting them some slack for how new it is and it's great that we have a place to get Mochi donuts around the area. They have some unique flavors but my favorites so far are matcha, blueberry, and brown sugar milk tea which tastes remarkably like the real thing. To manage expectations, don't expect to get a fresh donut. They make many of them in advance which could be why many of the reviews here mention they can be a little greasy/soggy but overall they do have a nice chewy texture. As for pricing, it is one donut for $2.50, 6 for $12, and 12 for $24. I think they can work on utilizing their staff better. Each time I have been here, it has been one girl picking out the donuts and then ringing people up at the register when I can see 3 people in the back making donuts when there are already so many donuts made. It would be a much smoother process to have one person putting donuts into boxes and one person solely ringing people up. Hopefully they can make improvements to their work flow in the future but this is a very welcome addition to the Lotte food court.

Jackie M.

Yelp
The donuts were good, the potatoe mozzarella dog was OK.. just ok, it was hard, couldn't enjoy it. Sorry I didn't have pics of the donuts because we at those quickly. I'd return for the donuts but not for the corn dogs.

Yelp
I haven't had mochi in awhile and was super excited to see that there was going to be a mochi donut store right where I shop at for food. How convenient is that!! Usually the mochis I eat are in Manhattan but it's so much easier coming here to NJ to get some. This place is in the mini food court all the way at the back of the Lotte supermarket. Mochi donuts are on the pricier side compared to other regular donuts. I heard that this place usually has long lines but the time I went (Sunday, 4pm) was perfect because I was the only one there to order. They have 12 different and unique flavors. We decided to try 6 of the 12 donuts and we were quite disappointed at how they tasted. Honestly, majority of them tasted the same. The only donut that tasted different than the others were the black sesame donuts. Other than that, there was no point in getting the other flavors. I do enjoy how chewy the donuts are and how cute they look but if you really want to try something that has taste to it, just get the black sesame or get the other flavors I did not get. You can see which flavors I got from my picture.

Yelp
Located inside Lotte Market, this mochi donut store's price is low compared to other mochi donut stores. The donuts are very good. I am knocking down one star because the plain donut has no icing on it, and it is not tasty at all. Also, there are flavors not available at 11am because the store just opened. Other than these issues, everything else is great. I will purchase again if I am in the area.

James G.

Yelp
Delicious Mochi donuts, highly recommend! My fav flavors are Ube, Taro, and Machta Service is quick and friendly. Also tried their Korean Hot dogs which according to the Restaurant is all BEEF.

Yelp
Huge fan of this place! Their donuts are tasty and has the right amount of chewiness. So many flavors to choose from but I tend to order oreo when I buy some. Recently tried their Korean corndog. I ordered the ramen coating/batter on half mozzarella and half hotdog. So crispy outside and soft inside. I thought that half moz and half hotdog meant that the hotdog is wrapped with moz lol. Half of it is just moz, then other half is hotdog. You can also order just the cheese or just the hotdog. I will try the original batter next time. I was also pleasantly surprised with the sprinkle of sugar on the corndog. I thought it was salt when I saw it. Might not be for everyone. There's also a small sauce station on the side. Honey mustard, ketchup, nacho cheese and sweet and spicy. You can either put some sauce straight on top of your corndog or take some home using the little small containers. I enjoyed the corndog very much though so I will order it again on my next Lotte trip. Service is always quick even when a line forms.

Yelp
I'm a big fun of mochi donuts. This place is quite good, but I've had better. It's a bit too fried for my taste - gives me pretty bad acid reflux. They do have a lot of variety and it could be a good gift for a large party. Otherwise, I wouldn't order too many.

Yelp
Ok.. I bumped into this little gem and am not mad. The dude serving me was a bit standoffish and pretty much rushed me to make a decision, nor was he able to explain the flavors. One donut he described as sweet potato and it clearly had coconut flakes on it that he wasn't able to convey to me until I nudged him that direction. Nonetheless, I was able to figure it out and settled on 3 donuts. I got the strawberry with the fruity pebble flakes, which was hands down the BEST ONE! The Oreo came in second. And the churro was third. It was only third since it was slightly dry but not bad, I'd call it more light cinnamon sugar at best. The Oreo was more moist but was missing the cream filling, but the frosting was good. Now the strawberry was amaaaaaaazing! It was moist, it has a nice amount of frosting but not overwhelming and the fruity pebbles peppered atop were the perfect garnish. I think i may go back for a 1/2 dozens of those to the face! Ultimately I'll def come back and would recommend this to others.

Yelp
Had the Oreo, Nutella, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Strawberry, Coffee donuts, all were sweet, chewy, crispy, very good; and Original Rice Hot Dog & Potato Rice Hot Dog, help yourself to the sauces, crispy, nice combination, not salty. Looking forward to my next visit.

Yelp
Purchased a box of mochi donuts early this week. I specifically asked the cashier if those donuts contain any milk, and she said no milk, just sugar flour. I gave it to my son, who's allergic to milk. and he immediately had an allergic reaction. I looked up mochi donut recipes, and clearly, milk is one of the ingredients in many mochi recipes I looked up online. For that cashier, if you don't know if your product has milk, don't tell me there's no milk!! unacceptable. donuts are on the sweeter side. Because of your ignorance, will not buy it again!!!!

Yelp
Just the right amount of crispiness on the outside, but soft and chewy on the inside. I love that it's very shareable and not messy to eat when shared with a group.

Yelp
Get it when there's still the promotion! Buy 6 get 3 free! Long lines, so get there early! I suggest coconut and yuzu. chill it in fridge for 2-3 hours tastes better! Looking at the MOCHI rings somehow reminds me of ShangChi and the 10 rings...lol

Yelp
I have come to mochi ring donuts a handful of times with my wife. It is in the lotte market, once you go in and get past the produce in the front, Make a left and head straight down and there will be a handful of food stalls. They usually have all the donuts out on display so you can see what they have. They have a handful of staples and occasionally some new flavors. If you've never been before it might be worth considering getting a six pack of donuts and sharing them with some people. The nice thing about the mochi ring donuts is that you can break off pieces fairly easily and share with a few friends or family. These donuts are not like traditional donuts if you've never had them and are definitely worth giving a try at least once. They are a little bit more expensive than a standard donut but I think are worth trying. The place also serves some fancy corn dogs, I have never tried them but they look pretty good the next time I go if I go around lunch I may try one of those as well.

Yelp
Lots of the good mochi donuts and korean hot dogs have always been far from me, but having this open up so close to my house I had to try it out. The mochi donuts are very good especially if you like a chewy texture. They always taste fresh and there are many flavors to choose from. I personally recommend the cinnamon sugar one. But the CORN DOGS are so yummy. I had the one with ramen noodles around it and the cheese and the hot dog and the sugar and the outside all complemented eachother so well. Try this place out!

Yelp
Green tea: It came out cold. The icing was too sweet. Wished it had more matcha in it. It was okay. I only got it when I was at the grocery store. Too sweet for me. I had half before giving up.

Yelp
Had the brown sugar milk tea and Ube donuts. Really soft and very sweet. Waited a bit and got them freshly made. Very unique type of donut, so I highly recommend it.
