It’s pre-made!!! So disappointed that it’s not hot off the oven. Should have known because you see trays and trays of already made donuts. It’s not even hidden from plain sight. I still got it anyways.
Compared to Mochinut, it’s not hot upon order and it’s a tad bit smaller. Would have been 1 star but got a boost because we got the corn dog. The flavors lack their description and it’s all dried out. The mochi remained chewy. Price is the same as their competitor, $15 for 6, $30 for 12, $3 for 1.
As far as flavors:
-churro- Normally this would be my favorite but Mochicat doesn’t put not enough cinnamon and sugar on both sides to taste it.
-Yozu- this is a Japanese citrus fruit like lemon and tangerine combined. You barely taste it unless you have the piece with the citrus on top.
-Nutella - it’s just Nutella spread on
-Berry berry - has a tartiness to it, almost like smuckers
-Original- This would normally be my favorite due to the glaze. But it’s not the same here.
-Honeydew-Taste like bubble gum honeydew milk tea.
Out of all six flavors, honey dew would be the best choice because it has the most flavor next to the berry.
It’s located in Zion to the left by Paris Baguette. They also sell corn dogs and drinks. Fortunately, the corn dogs are made to order and came out hot. We got mozzarella/traditional/no sugar. The cheese seems to be a bit chewier here but it could also be because we waited until we got home and it cooked down.
