The coffee is great, I especially liked the cappuccino. While staying at The Guild I also had a chance to have the avocado toast and granola— they both were hearty, healthy, and tasty.

Google
Undoubtedly one of the best coffee shops in Miami! I am very picky when it comes to caffeinated drinks! And honestly: all was great here. Flat White is velvety, smooth and thick. Absolutely a big fan!

Google
I was here mostly every single Saturday from November 2018-April 2019. Great coffee and atmosphere, blazing fast wifi (if you need to download shows like i did when i was working on my ship), and great avocado toasts. The baristas were also extremely friendly and would remember my prefered drink of choice as soon as i would walk in.

This place is amazing, I was just there and I couldn’t be happier! I had the Avocado Toast and a capuccino, and it was incredible! The avo toast was out of this world, It had a seaweed mix on top, that I found out it’s called “furikake”, and it was seriously the best avo toast I’ve ever had! The capuccino it was beautiful, great design on top and amazing taste. And the service was great as well! So happy I found this place, I was in desperate need of a breakfast spot in the area.

Excellent latte. I don’t think of Miami when I think of good coffee, or I didn’t before Mockingbird Cafe. I’m happy this spot is on my walk to work. I’ll be returning each and every day that I’m still in South Florida.

Cool place to chill. Ricardo is the maestro coffee maker. Awesome stuff.

Very pleasing environment, Good coffee they serve on big coffee cups. The prices are VERY fair for what you get. Cheers

Yelp
Our cruise stopped in port for a few hours, and I had researched coffee shops to try, and now I feel like I made a mistake of picking Breezeblock, since the overall experience left a bad taste. Not really sure how previous reviewers were able to stay long enough to get any work done, or "hang out", seeing as I'm writing this review after getting "asked to leave because you've stayed longer than 30 minutes." We sat for about 55 minutes. I believe it was the concierge of the Alea residential that asked us to leave. The space looked shared, as were the restrooms, as was the table we were sitting at. There was no signage asking people to limit their stay or that there is a limit. Not to mention the space was nearly empty - because had it been busy, I would have understood asking us to leave. We were 2 people, just minding our own business, enjoying our drinks until we were asked to leave. We weren't being distracting or making any loud sounds. How do you pick and choose who you ask to leave...? If not for the getting kicked out for no reason, it would have been 4-5 stars, so the 1 star is for the drinks and the baristas. The drinks themselves were fine. The matcha was sifted properly and was not gritty like some places who don't do it right. The baristas were nice. Please also note that 18% gratuity is automatically added to your order. Don't give this coffee shop your business unless you want to be kicked out, based on how you look (after reading additional reviews, it looks like they kick out guests who stop in port on cruises).

Yelp
Best coffee in Bayside Miami! Check out Breezeblock located inside The Alea where you can grab a perfect cup of coffee to start your day. The vibes are immaculate and immediately greeted with a smile by the staff. Their chai is made in house and it's some of the best we have had. Order some breakfast like avocado toast or a breakfast sandwich or if you're getting coffee, I suggest the house drip or a latte decorated beautifully with latte art. This place is huge inside but you still feel right at home

Yelp
Great Coffee Had the Cortado with Oatmilk and thought it was delicious. Also great place to hang out, catch-up, or study. It's nice and quiet, there are plenty of tables and a couple couches to settle down in. The baristas were awesome as well, they didn't want to close the cap on my to-go coffee because they wanted me to see the foam art. So sweet.

Yelp
Cool coffee spot in Miami Central Business District! Wanted get some work done while enjoying a drink + pastry and found this was a great spot to do so! The interior was very modern, sleek, and had touches of greenery all around. We realized upon entrance that it sat right below an apartment complex, and it also served as sort of a lobby area for residents/ guests coming and going--didn't mind as there was ample space, and I enjoy people-watching. We ordered a matcha latte with vanilla + almond milk (up-charge for flavor), ham & cheese croissant ($1 up-charge for adding egg), and an iced salted caramel latte. The barista was kind and the order came out pretty quickly. Drinks came out nicely--the iced latte tasted like a sweet dessert drink and the matcha was a little above average in my opinion. It looks like they use counter culture for most of their coffee. For their matcha, not sure where it's sourced and if they use ceremonial grade, but it's definitely better than what some other local coffee shops call matcha--I'm just picky when it come to matcha! I also thought the croissant sandwiches were a bit overpriced, but it was prepared nicely and pretty filling. Overall, I'd come to do work here again! Not sure if I'd come to just get a drink and hang, but I was glad I stopped by.

Melissa M.

Yelp
I ordered an iced chai latte which was pretty average. They have a really nice seating area with wifi though. Only downside is there are very few outlets, so you may want to come with a fully charged laptop if you are looking to work.

Yelp
Little hidden coffee shop close to bayside! Best coffee I've had in a while, super chill spot

Yelp
as a student of mdc, i find myself always looking for new places to have lunch. I LOVE THIS PLACE! it's quite expensive, but it makes for a nice treat every once in a while. the chai tea latte is one of the best i've had, and the ham and cheese croissant sandwich is also very delicious! now, i would like to advise the customer that they do not accept cash- i wish i knew that when i first came! but overall, its a great place with great food and great vibes!

Yelp
Tried this place out while on a quick 2 day jaunt to Miami. It was around the corner from our hotel and was convenient for us, which is one of the main reasons we stopped in. Counter service was friendly, but we were disappointed that they only had a medium roast blend drip coffee and no dark roast drip. Didn't offer a pour over. We each had a a cream cheese danish and a small drip coffee and it took about 10 minutes to get it. We just sat and waited, despite the fact that they were not at all busy on a Tuesday morning. It's not a cheap place...2 small drip coffees and 2 danishes were 18 bucks. Damn! Definitely not worth it. Really wish we'd had a Starbucks nearby. They do have free WiFi so there's that. No street parking available and this is mostly a hangout for the nearby Dade Comm College kids and the residents that live in the tower above. I doubt we'd go back, even if we lived nearby.

Yelp
This was such a cute café and a perfect place for me to work a few hours. There was a bit of music, but I was prepared and had noise canceling headphones for a quick virtual meeting. I chose an iced chai latte which was quite delicious! Not too sweet and served in a glass so I felt like I was at home. Also, they had non-dairy options so I was happy about that. I grabbed a quick snack (Blueberry Cream Cheese Danish). My friend had a matcha latte and Avocado Toast (not pictured), but she said both tasted great and were perfectly made. The cherry on top was the service, it's nice to be greeted with kindness at the start of your day. I'll be back when I visit Miami again!

Yelp
Price!!!! Outrageous. Then again, the idea is to price you away from the neighborhood anyway. Too expensive.

Sergio F.

Yelp
Usually I have to take a in an elaborate meal for be anywhere close to 5 stars. But when service is pleasant and attentive and their coffee helps me beat the sleepies from a 6 hour long class on Saturday the A+, I mean 5 stars, are well earned. A classmate mentioned this spot right across from MDC Wolfson Campus in the lobby of the X building, and I came by on a mid class break. The manager went over their various dishes - ie not just "here's the menu" and was making a batch of fresh scrambled eggs for an order. The coffee was strong and not overly sweet. It also had a nice foam decoration. For those not in class, there are a few tables to sip and indulge their dishes such as the aforementioned eggs, overnight oats and baked sweets.

Yelp
If it's any clue to how good the food is here, I didn't get any photos of the food due to the sheer speed in which we devoured our breakfasts. We all got a combo of the ham and cheese croissant, avocado toast and banana bread. I personally got the avocado toast and it's safe to say they did not skimp on the avocado. Drinks that we got included the iced americano, cold brew and matcha latte, each of which was so good! Overall, we loved our time here and highly recommend!

Yelp
We took a cruise to Miami and upon leaving the port we wanted to check out this Coffee shop that was close by. The baristas were friendly while we purchased our coffee. We enjoyed our coffee while sitting down on the couches using a table which had the sticker of Breezeblock coffee's QR code and then was approached by a Lady who seem to be the concierge of the shop or the front desk of the residential area above the coffee shop. We were asked to leave because we had stayed there over 30 minutes which was weird because they did not have any sign that stated so as well. She acknowledged that we purchased drinks from the coffee shop. She also did not ask us to move over to another table incase those couches were strictly for the residential as well. I apologized to the lady because I was not aware since we were from out of town. The coffee shop was empty as well which I would totally understand if it was busy and customers were waiting for seats. This was also next to Miami dade college so I figured students would be able to go there to work. We also had 18% gratuity added onto our bill which made this 30minute rule even more weird. I definitely would not be returning or recommending this coffee shop as it was demoralizing to be kicked out or asked to leave as customers.

Yelp
Yummy little coffee bar tucked away in XMiami apartment building. Coffee with vegan milk ( almond or oat ) and a few vegan menu options for breakfast. We had the avocado toast without the butter and it was delicious and super filling. Of course I have to mention I have an obsession with breezeblocks.

Yelp
We stopped here for a coffee and breakfast after a cruise. We initially got a few cups of coffee which was ok. The counter service was good. While sitting drinking our coffee we noticed that the egg sandwiches looked good. We had been there for about 30min at this point. We then ordered food at the counter 1 sandwich (ham and egg) and 1 large slice of banana bread. When we returned to the table to eat. I was done and my wife was not done eating when we were approached by some security guard questioning how long we were going to be there. I informed her that we had just ordered within the last 5 mins and she asked "how long for your Uber?" A fairly good dining experience ruined by someone with no knowledge of this industry. When someone is in this type of establishment you want them to continue spending money. We did continue spending money..... not sure what the problem was but if you are looking to relax and enjoy I would skip this place and find somewhere else.

Yelp
Amazing coffee. Had an iced latte with oat milk which was so smooth and creamy with a lot of flavor. I also got the avocado toast which was delicious. The bread its on is insanely soft and fresh. The baristas are so nice and the service is quick.

Tanner W.

Yelp
I absolutely love this coffee shop. The vibes, aesthetics, and coffee itself is incredible! Only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is due to the super expensive cost. You will get charged a lot for the coffee, however, I think it's worth visiting and embracing the atmosphere. Staff were beyond friendly.

Dana S.

Yelp
Avocado toast Lattes Croissant breakfast sandwich All incredible *this review MAY have been completed while under the influence of drugs*

Bethany M.

Yelp
Chai made from scratch and sourdough toast infused with cheddar cheese didn't last long enough for a picture! Just try it! Warm ambiance with friendly baristas.

Ashley S.

Yelp
Good coffee for a vanilla mocha oatmilk latte love the keto sandwich ! Baristas were nice as well

David K.

Yelp
This coffeeshop is located in a hotel lobby, so there is a lot of space to spread out. The space has a great vibe, with local artwork on the walls and plenty of couches and tables. There is a great coffee selection and friendly barristas. The only negative is that the selection of food is pretty limited, but that is understandable because the place doesn't purport to be a full service café.

Zarin H.

Yelp
Very good hot chocolate also delicious crossaint. Staff was friendly. One of the best hot chocolate I ever had and they also put a design in it!

Janel M.

Yelp
While a quick visit to Miami I came across this coffee shop with some friends.. we ordered the grill cheese and the overnight oats and an Ice Latte. Delicious food and the coffee had great taste and strong.

Gimel C.

Yelp
This is one of the best coffee shops that I've ever been to. I went every morning while on vacation. The coffee is so good! I had the iced pumpkin spice latte with oat milk. My friend had the iced vanilla latte with almond milk, while my other friend had the chai tea latte. We all loved this place!

Areeg K.

Yelp
This place is a vibe! Came here to get an iced coffee after a long hot walk. Coffee was great. Very clean and cool place to chill and sip your coffee.

Joanne F.

Yelp
Best freaking banana bread I've ever had. Warmed up. Tried going back the next day and they were sold out. I had a salted caramel hot latte which is a pretty rare flavor, it was delicious. The ambience is gorgeous and minimalist. Lots of places to sit and relax.

Savannah B.

Yelp
The service was amazing and I don't usually write reviews but I took one sip of the matcha latte and needed to write one. I am a huge matcha latte person and I get one almost at every cafe I've been too, if they offer it, and this is the best one I've ever had. The taste is just amazing and the consistency isn't powdery like it is at a lot of places. My friend ordered the cold brew and she also said it was super good.

Kirill I.

Yelp
Amazing place to visit! Really good coffee, the baristas were amazing, Matthew (one of the baristas) literally made the perfect pourover cup in my life Thank you! And don't forget to Tip your baristas!

Meredith B.

Yelp
The coffee was great and service was spot on! Went twice during our trip to Miami and would definitely recommend it to others. Super cute inside the bottom of a condo complex.

Fahad A.

Yelp
I'm sorry, I got speechless. It is THE BEST coffee you can get in Miami. If you want good quality coffee, just go there.

Sunny T.

Yelp
Such a great spot with great service. They also have the best avocado toast I've ever had

Luz C.

Yelp
The ice cold latte With oat milk and 1 sugar is so delicious. Perfect for the morning errands. The staff so nice and quick. In and out or just hang out on the couch area.

Kayla D.

Yelp
A hidden gem near MDC Wolfson campus! My latte is delicious every time, they really know how to pull a decent espresso and pour beautiful latte art. Not to mention the classy ambiance - you'll wanna hang out for awhile. All the indoor plants really speak my language Grateful they are so close to the office AND my metro mover stop!!

Ashley S.

Yelp
Enjoyable. I had an iced latte with oat milk and vanilla sweetener. Although, they have many other options.

Bar-ya T.

Yelp
YOU have to go! It's the cutest little spot with amazing coffee food. The avocado toast is to die for. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again.

Tristan L.

Yelp
We were lucky enough to find this shop while staying at The Guild hotel in downtown Miami (it's in the lobby). My wife and I stopped by every morning. The space is hip and comfortable. We had overnight oats, avocado toast and ricotta toast as well as mochas and cortado's. Everything was delicious. The baristas were amazing!

Nikolai G.

Yelp
I ordered the nitro along with avocado toast which were both delicious. This shop is in the lobby of X Miami which is very well decorated and has plenty of comfortable seating. I will definitely be back!

Annette A.

Yelp
I went for a matcha latte. Not only was this very pricey, but the drink was poorly made. My drink felt like I was swallowing the actual powder down with every sip. Not to mentioned that my friend had ordered an iced coffee that she had to un customize from her taste because the cost of customization made a simple iced coffee over $10. Ridiculous!

Toni T.

Yelp
ALL of the staff at breezeblock are SO friendly and upbeat. i absolutely love their attitudes. on top of that, their avocado toast is also AMAZING, the pickled onion on top is the perfect touch. wish i could attach a pic but phone didn't eat first this time because it looked and tasted so delectable.

Maryjane L.

Yelp
Breezeblock Coffee is a gem. The team is pleasant and the place itself is lovely. Each and every single thing that we have purchased was very fresh and delicious. Workers are incredibly pleasant. They're accommodating, respectful and always on their game. Breezeblock Coffee - They were fabulous! I will definitely be back.

Club-Karate E.

Yelp
Very tasty banana bread and great coffee! Relaxed setting with beautiful decor. I will definitely be back!

Sydney M.

Yelp
Breezeblock Coffee is my favorite coffee shop in Miami! So tasty! You can definitely taste a significant difference between the coffee here, and chain coffee shop!

Carolina B.

Yelp
Hands down favorite coffee shop in Downtown Miami!! Very cool environment, the baristas are all super nice and everything they serve is amazing! Been there a few times now. The latte and overnight oats are my favorites. If you haven't stopped by yet, you must!! I promise you won't regret it!

Rebecca J.

Yelp
Amazing food, coffee, and service always! Banana bread is legendary and all other menu items are always delicious and beautifully prepared
