Great little pizza joint. Several options for creating your own pizza with any toppings you love from personal size to a full pie. And they cook it in a brick oven so the crust is fabulously thin and crispy. Highly recommend. Service is quick and the staff is super attentive and friendly. We dined in. Plenty of seating. We paid $23 for 2 Mini-Mods and 2 fountain drinks. Give this place a try for sure. Their crispy crust is out of this world!

They are not good with new customers (who have menu questions). The pizza is good, the price is a little high. Even though there is self seating/no table service, they expect tips.

If you have deep pockets, money to throw around, love paying for an atmosphere and do not have much of an appetite - just need to snack. This place is for you. I don’t even want to say how much I paid for this hand size pie. I am ashamed. Feels like I was just robbed. First and last time for me.

Let me start out by saying the staff is very polite, very friendly, & very fast. But the pizza honestly sucked. It was way overpriced for what you get. The best thing they have is one of their lemonades. Honestly, they put barely any sauce on it. The toppings are sitting out all day just not great. This is gonna be my one and only time coming here.

I love MOD pizza and all of the different ways you can customize your pizza! The only time I’ve had issues is with take out, sometimes the final sauce drizzle will be forgotten but overall one of my favorite places!

Where is management? Four employees, we arrived around 6pm. Floor was filthy, lots of debris from lunch, maybe more than just lunch. Tables dirty. Wiped ours off and saw three other customers do the same. Kids working were polite enough but- order was wrong on two items. First time there and the kid calls out my name to come get my food. They were literally doing nothing else and they can’t walk my food out to me 20 feet? Well, when I say “nothing” else, that’s not true, they were ALL ON THEIR PHONES! Anytime a customer was not in front of them, every one was on their phone. One even was wearing headphones the entire time we were there. Meanwhile, us customers are playing busboy, server and janitor. Really sorry I added a tip on my cc. What did I tip you for? Will not be back. And the pizza is meh at best.

Good stuff - but not your classic pizza, it's in it's own category. Work it to your likings and customize away. The spicy marinara is amazing. Cauliflower crust is delicious, but be aware it's not as healthy as it sounds - more calories than the regular crust. The gluten free crust is pretty darn good. Great vegan options too. Good tunes while you wait!

Noticed this place en route to my destination and made a mental note to stop on my way back. I placed an online order just to make it easy on myself and I will say the online ordering system was a breeze. I chose an 11 inch pizza w pepp mozz arugula and ranch drizzle because ranch deserves to party with pizza no matter what anyone says. $10 and change for the pie didn't seem bad to me, but they also have a smaller 8 inch pie for a bit cheaper. Even though I was there for pick up the workers were warm and eager to assist me ! Love that. The pizza was deceptively small but honestly very filling even with the thin crust ! Fresh ingredients were a plus. I would recommend this place if in the area and feeling ravenous after a day of driving or shopping,

I want to preface my review by saying I try to eat low carb or keto most of the time. Today I gave the cauliflower crust a try. I had it with Alfredo sauce, roasted garlic, grilled chicken, mild Italian sausage, mushrooms and pesto sauce drizzled on top. You even pick cheese so I did mozzarella, parm and Asiago. This was delicious. Mushrooms were fresh (not frozen or canned). Sausage and pesto were tasty. Light on the sauce. Crust was well done, thin and not soggy. Roasted garlic gets its own paragraph. Boss!!! Softened and really roasted. By far, the best part of the pizza. Now for the drawback: the crust was good! So good that I had to go to Mod Pizza's website and found it's really good because they add non low carb/keto ingredients. I didn't detract any stars for this because they made no claims it was keto or low carb. They just call it cauliflower crust. Photo shows ingredients from website. Cauliflower is #1 so it's more that than anything else. If you're strict low carb/keto you might need to do more digging to see how many carbs etc. For me, I'll definitely get it again as a low carb treat.

Make your own pizza! Great salads! Great to bring the kids. Choices!! Small but comfy atmosphere.

I came in to get takeout and my order was put in. I went and ran a couple of errands. Came back in 15 minutes and there was nobody in the store. The person behind the counter said to the pizza maker, oh I got held up. She then went to make my pizza and handed it over to the pizza maker. I wound up spending 25 minutes in the store for something that shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes.

My boyfriend and I wanted to get some pizza and Mod has always been great. But not today. We went in, the workers seemed to be new and not very experienced. We ordered two mods and cheesy bread. We got our pizzas and had no sauce on it that we had asked for, so we went back and the guy drenched my pizza in ranch and buffalo and barely put any ranch on my boyfriends. All I tasted was buffalo and ranch. We both finished our pizzas and haven't gotten our cheesy bread. We waited for about 20 more minutes until one of the workers asked what we were waiting for and learned that they burnt the first one and had to make another one. Overall was not very pleased and disappointed.

First time trying Mod Pizza. Walked into 3 guys who didn't look like they felt like working. Ordered 3 pizzas. Half of the items were placed on top of the pizza after it came out-so all meat was cold and raw mushrooms. No pesto on the pizza at all. They taste pretty good and would be much better if they were made right. Very expensive lunch that was underwhelming.

So the pizza here is pretty good but the past 3 times I've been here there's been a similar scenario. 1. They seem to be under staffed. 2. The people don't seemed to be well trained and end up taking time looking up recipes or delaying the orders to run back and grabbing ingredients. 3. There is one guy that seems to know what he s doing and he s angrily barking orders to the under trained staff. 4. Due to 1, 2, and 3 there is an extra long wait for the pizza. But like I said...the food is good but witnessing the drama occurring while waiting for the pizza kind of puts a damper on things.

Came here on a Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised at how quick the service was! We ordered four pizzas to go and were in and out within 15 minutes! This was my first time at MOD and I loved the pizza I ordered. I like that you can make your own pizza (although they do have a menu of pizza selections as well). The toppings were fresh and the portion filling. I'll be back next time I'm in the area!

This pizza is delicious! The ingredients taste much fresher than any pizza chain or joint I've had. It's also fairly light, not greasy, and the veggies are super fresh. The crew is fantastic and hard working. We ordered take out tonight (4/30) (during quarantine and rainstorm) and those gentlemen were moving! Even though they were very busy, they were extremely polite and humble.

I love mod pizza, but this mod location isn't it. The dough was like a dry tortilla so there was barely any rise when it was cooked (no pizza bubbles either). The taste was still there but it looked pretty sad.

I heard about this place awhile ago but never got the chance to stop in until now! As I walked in I was nicely greeted, the inside looked clean, had a modern style to it and smelled great! The nice lady who made my pizza walked me through all the topping I could choose because the best part about this place is it's unlimited topping! I ending up getting a small 6 inch pizza with red sause, garlic, mozzarella, parmesan, asiago cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and red onions. They also have an option to get one of their special sauces drizzled on top but I asked for their Sriracha ranch sauce to be put on the side. I thought it tasted great! Loved the thin crust and great size for a quick lunch. The side sauce was great to dIp the pizza in too! Alright so let's end this review! Would I go back? Yes! Atmosphere? Great! Clean? Yes! Price? Alittle pricy but unlimited topping make up for it! Customer service? They were all so nice! Rating : 4.7/5

I had a great experience at Mod Pizza last night! The guy taking my order was incredibly nice and helpful to make my pizza exactly how I wanted it. I could tell he was a very good and hardworking employee. I will come back just to experience the same type of service. As far as the pizza itself, it wasn't bad. I wish I had a few extra minutes to decide on what I was in the mood for, but it turned out pretty tasty. I like that you can choose one of their premade styles, but can add on additional toppings with no extra cost. I got a drizzle at the end too, and think it might've made the crust a little soggy by the time I got home to eat it. Overall I was happy with what I got and how much I paid for it.

We decided to give MOD Pizza a try after not having been there for a while. We were a bit underwhelmed. The toppings were good and the portions were OK, but the crust was very chewy/doughy and this was the regular MOD crust. Not sure if it was the food itself or the way it's cooked at this location, but we're going to hold off for a while.

Curbside delivery was excellent! The speed in which they produce this pizza was amazing. The pizza was fresh and exactly what we ordered. In addition we had a salad which was more than we expected. I recommend this place!

Order for the first time on 10/26/23 it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for delivery the pizza was COLD and dry the greek salad was soggy and they used old lettuce it was brown. will never order there again.

Not good food at all, horrible costumer service and very rude and disrespectful !!! Y'all need to work on that nasty act!!! Also GET NEW CHEFS IM VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS‍ !! My husband and is a very good food inspector and will definitely be checking you guys food out !. I might as well call corporate ‍?

That was some of the worst service I've received. I got my pizzas and had ranch drizzle and they put something else on it and when we asked for it remade they looked lost and didn't know what to do. This happened to the person I was with too. The other person I was with had a completely wrong pizza. They put the wrong cheese, and sauce and again he threw it out and left. We are very frustrated with our experience.

This fast-growing chain has made its way to the PA/DE border! It's a simple concept: personal size pizzas and salads that are completely customizable. The menu has pre-set combinations, but you can change up/add/subtract any ingredient you want (and they have available of course). Pizzas and salads are made right in front of you, so you can see the creation come to life. The pizzas are cooked in a brick oven for just a few minutes and then it's time to eat. Standard size is under $8, mini (for kids) is under $5 and there is a maxi-size (around $11?). The standard size pizza is a good meal for one person. Salads are the same price. The pizzas themselves are a thin crust (hence, the quick delivery out of the oven) with about two dozen choices of toppings. There are also flavored teas and lemonades. We went twice in a one week span, even though it's kind of out of the way from us. Now they need to open one up in DE.

This is the best pizza I have ever had in my life! Fresh vegetables, amazingly cheesey garlic butter crust, and creamy sri-rancha. This should be a specialty pizza called 'The Hot Josh'. Vote to have MOD add this amazing creation to their menu! Ingredients to the Hot Josh Mega Dough Spicy red Mozzarella a little bit of asiago Artichoke Mama lil peppers Spicy chicken sausage Broccoli Jalapeños Diced tomatos Oregano Garlic butter on the crust and asiago on top This has the perfect ratio of spiciness to butteriness and transitions seamlessly from one to the other.

Is this a chain? I guess so, but I don't rightly know - I'd never been to a Mod Pizza before, but now I've been twice. So the "custom" pizza thing I'm still warming up to, but so far so good. On my first visit I got some house-built special with my favorite topping of late, fresh arugula with some kind of crazy drizzle. I was not disappointed and I suspect neither will you! Don't underestimate how filling the pizza's are. Get the regular sized with the regular crust and tailor your toppings or select from their very creative menu. Don't overthink your orders here people - you can do no wrong because after all, it's pizza!

I love this place! This is one of their newer locations and the first one I've seen in the entire area actually. Even though it is "fast-food" style it is still quality pizza that always fills me up. I get the "mod" size which is the normal size (personal pizza size) that gives you four small slices. This time I got the "mod" with sausage and mushrooms called "the jasper". So delicious! The restaurant is very clean and the workers are super nice I noticed.

Been here twice. Regret being here twice. Love the fact you can modify any pizza, or make your own. Pizza isn't too expensive, atmosphere is great, and a very convenient location. Staff is charismatic as hell, a wide variety of toppings (ranging from salami to ham to goat cheese to garlic to pineapple to you get the point) Everything in the place says "Be creative!" It's nice to see restraints like this that have a cult following and stay in business. Plus, you can order regular pizza, so you can still get classics. Overall, LOVE this place. This is a MUST for pizza lovers, families, hell, even anyone. 11/10

I went here first time tonight for dinner got me a vegan pizza & it was very good I'm surprised how good it was. Also how little it it for good price. I see myself coming here again cause it's the place I found vegan cheese

This is an excellent place for pizza, especially if you have allergies or restrictions. While they clearly state cross-contamination is possible, they took extra care with my order and offer plenty of allergy-friendly substitutions, with no up charge. Their website is also the easiest ever to find allergy information, clearly labeled and easy to find. We ordered online, received a pickup time of 6:27, and the pizza was done at...6:27! So perfect! We arrived a little early though, so had a few minutes to wait inside and observe the staff. Everyone was very friendly and following COVID recommendations with masks on and keeping things clean. Finally, the food! It was delicious. It is a thinner crust, which I loved. My husband prefers the thicker crust, which I think is an option but not the standard. He'll have to try that next time. The veggies were fresh and delicious. Even though I had a lot of toppings, the crust wasn't soggy or gross in the middle. Looking forward to a return trip!

From the outside, it looks like your average pizza place; however, the inside has modern fixtures and pleasant lighting, making it a positive environment. As someone with an allergy, the employees are fantastic with accommodating to your needs. They provide a variety of options and are sanitary when it comes the preparation of your food. Overall, it is a great place to come and eat.

What a great pizza place! I really enjoyed it here. You walk in and a guy behind the counter builds your pizza while you watch. You can choose from lots of toppings (and it's the same price no matter how many you add). I added Canadian bacon and arugula to mine. They put your pizza in a brick oven to bake which makes the crust crisp and delicious. You find a table, and pick your pizza up at the counter when it's done. I also had a field greens salad that was fresh and tasty. The staff was really friendly, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back! So glad I found this place.

Overall I'd say this place is pretty good until it comes to slicing my pizza. I don't understand why it's sliced in 4 big slices. I usually have to remind people that the paper says 6 or 8 slices. Tonight I was hoping for six evenly sliced pieces, but I got 4 small and 2 big. One time they gave me the wrong pizza. Fortunately I look at it before I leave. But the flavor, size of pizza and toppings are good.

My favorite pizza spot out of franchise pizza spots! They know my name because I am here a lot! Same items no need to change perfection. I call my pizza the Incredible Hulk. It's a cauliflower crust with barbecue sauce as a base, spinach, pesto, mozzarella cheese, chicken, bacon, pineapple, broccoli, Gorgonzola cheese with a barbecue sauce and pesto finisher!!! PERFECTION! You should try it!

I LOVE mod pizza. but only because of the ingredients, not because of this location. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni (Pepperoni was my ONLY topping) and I only got 7 pieces of regular sized pepperoni. their pizza only has 6 slices so this is about 1 piece of normal sized pepperoni per slice. this ratio is WAY wrong. I am a habitual orderer of mod pizza and I am very disappointend by this.

Pizza is good and they will put more of any topping if you ask them too. Since it is brick oven it comes out quickly and the prices are reasonable. The blackberry lemonade is Awesome!!!

Never had a bad experience here. The people are really friendly. I love the app and ordering food through that so it's quick and easy.

This was our first visit to MOD . We went because it was a fundraiser for my nephew. We ordered two pizzas. One was fine (a standard order) but the other was completely wrong! I think someone else must have gotten my pizza. The commonality was that it was a white pizza with chicken. But it was missing two of the toppings I'd asked for and the glaze, which I had ordered on the side, was on the entire pizza. While the pizza was decent, I would suggest checking the pizza you order before you walk out the door and drive home!!!

The pizza was pretty good, but the salad was absolute s---. We asked for romaine, and it was white, brown, and hard. Can't believe they served this with a straight face. The pizza is pretty good, though, so if that's all you want, maybe go here. Service was good.

Worst pizza I've had in a long time...a glorified dominos pizza, but way more expensive. Save yourself some money and go to a real pizza place. You'll get a lot more food and there's a better chance the employees might actually care about what they're doing.

We just heard about MODs. This place is great. The staff is kind, polite and courteous. It's a thin crust pizza, which is a plus for me. You can order off the menu or just (BYO) build your own. The ingredients looked and tasted fresh. It's pizza done right, your way Period. Think of subway, but pizza. The tea flavored drinks are awesome too. Your average meal and drink will be around 10 bucks. I'm attaching a picture of my daughter's small 6" pizza and treat. Most pies are 11 inches in diameter.

We were so pleased with our first visit and consequently returned for a number of visits, all with the same excellent results. Unfortunately, the service since those first few months has taken a very steep and persistent decline. Walking in, the impression is that the staff is having a collective social hour and have been rudely interrupted by the customer. While waiting for our completed order, it now appears incumbent upon the customer to request their pizza rather than being called for it, the entire wait time being ignored completely. While this was a well oiled machine upon opening and for some time thereafter, it never appears that there is a person in charge or an organized process amongst any of the staff. Were the product not so good, we would have ceased going months ago, but our patience has run thin and if things don't improve, we will no longer be patrons.

AWESOME! Traveling through the area and needed to stop to eat. We looked on Yelp for a recommendation. This is a place where you design your own pizzas, so everyone was happy. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and staff was very friendly. Definitely planning a stop here the next time we're passing through.

I like the variety of toppings, that they are fresh, and the pizza is the same price regardless of the toppings. It's great to feel like you're getting all the flavors you like. I do have a problem with the staff bunching all the toppings in the middle of the pizza. I've ordered in person two times, and specifically asked the staff people to distribute the toppings as close to the crust as possible, and still they piled the toppings disproportionately in the middle. Very little flavor on the outer perimeter of the pizza. Two other times I ordered online and put that instruction in the special instructions box. Same result. It's unbelievable. It's like they hire people from McDonalds who just flip all the ingredients in a pile. I've only been to the Mod Pizza in Glen Mills, so I don't know if their other restaurants do the same thing.

Stopped on a whim when needing to grab a quick dinner before practice. The service was polite and fast. The pizza was delicious, and having so many options makes it perfect for everyone. My daughter enjoyed it so much she asked to eat here again the next week.

I feel as things have changed but not for the better! We used to LOVE MOD pizza when we were closer, went regularly when we lived around the area and we were so excited that we were around our old stomping grounds that we decided to pick up a pizza on the way home. MOD staff are known for their normally upbeat and welcoming attitudes- at least that's what we were used to. Not this time. The vibe was completely different. We weren't greeted when we entered or even when we went to order. Our pizza was made with fresh topping, meat and sauce. Exactly how we wanted it. We went to pay. I handed the cashier my credit card and he asked me to sign without giving me a pen. I asked for a pen and he ignored me. I rifled through my bag to find one to sign the slip. But why not offer me a pen to sign the credit card slip? Or acknowledge when I ask? We get our pizza and go. We get home excited to eat our pizza and it's completely inedible. It's burnt to a crisp and barely even cut. Next time we'll spare the trouble and go to one of our other "home" spots.

Ive been coming here for a little while and as always, my pizza comes out perfect every time! Staff is nice as always and has never let me down. I will always come with my belly empty and a leave satisfied!

Gave Mod a second chance and I'm glad I did. This time around, the experience was far better. First, the restaurant was quiet. The servers friendly and helpful. Ordered a Mod pizza and a Mod Caesar salad. The Mod pizza I ordered was a Margarita with enhancements. Every pizza is single priced so all extras are included. The Caesar I ordered was traditional. Took the food home. The pizza was very good. Nowhere near the best I've had but It was thin crust. It did taste great. Ravinisi nearby is better but they have limited days/hours and even more limited take out. The Caesar was disappointing. Wilted not crispy fresh lettuce, obviously out of a bag. That was the only bummer.

I swung by here to pick up lunch on my way home from errands. I got an Ulysses pizza, a Mad Dog pizza, a small Cesar salad, and an iced tea for about $23. Service was fast- I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The iced tea was tasty, and I thought the pizza and salad were decent- not bad, but not amazing. The salad didn't have any croutons in it, which is my favorite part. But the location was convenient, park was easy, ingredients tasted fresh, and the pizza was well-priced. I'd definitely pick up dinner from here occasionally if I was driving past, but I'm not particularly in a hurry to come back for more. Worth checking out if you live nearby though!

Always very good, good staff, quality ingredients. The only reason I rate it a 4 rather that a 5 is that once and a while the crust can be a bit soggy. Still a great place for a quick tasty pizza.
