MOD Pizza

Great customer service. I came to this location actually placed order online and wanted it delivered but changed my mind. Went in to the location and the Manager on duty was amazing great understanding and she took very good care of me. I hate I forgot her name but she was amazing keep up with great customer service.

*EDIT 11/15: got sick from the slice I ate. Up at 1:30am in the bathroom expelling this crap. Changing review to 1 star.* This location is so hit or miss and it’s always the crew behind the counter. Not only did they give me large pieces of garlic instead of chopped, they put so much on there I could open my own italian restaurant. And instead of oregano I got artichoke?! Not to mention the fact that it WASN’T EVEN COOKED FULLY. Dough was raw (see pic). Were they packed and rushing out pizzas which might have made them hasty and miss a few things?? Naw, was 9:20pm and I was the only one there picking up and the online order pick up section was empty. No excuses, so sick of this crap

Family was looking for a place to eat and we decided on Mod. I thought a beer with pizza would be nice. After waiting 30 minutes in line and for the pizza to be assembled, I got to the register and there was absolutely no beer left. So I sat and ate my pizza wishing I had a beer to go with it. Also, probably never going up this location again. Both mine and my kids pizza tasted old and previously frozen.

It was good pizza. My first experience there. Good qualities about it.

I got the mad dog pizza . The 11 inch was 6 slices I had the option of putting what ever else I wanted on it . Staff was welcoming and friendly. They have a pizza oven going right where u can see it which is a nice touch. I told them I’d never been to MOD before and he explained the process to me . Pizza was cooked in about 5 minutes. I’ll come back to try the other options.

Pay for the size and add as many toppings as you want on top!!! I love the MOD size, thin and crispy. They freshly bake your pizza in brick oven every single time! Nice clean store, plenty of tables and customers service is awesome!

I normally love Mod Pizza, but today, when I went there for lunch, the lady was really really slow. She took 10 minutes on just one order before me. I ordered a pizza with white sauce, and for some reason she triple-layered it with the sauce so bad that when I took a bite all I tasted was the sauce. It made me sick to my stomach. I will never go back.

The pizza is very good here. The dining area & restrooms are very clean & sanitized. You have to get in line to order your food. You then pay, go sit down at a table then wait for them to call your name to get your food. No table service here. I didn't hear them call my name. After about 20 minutes waiting I stood up to check on my pizza. It was there. No telling how long it was there on the counter. Luckily, I didn't see any flies chowing away at my Pepperoni pizza.

Ordered a MOD and it cooked a bit too long. Edges were a bit crispier than I'd like but i never new because she made a new one and explained the extra time was because she wasn't going to give me slightly burned pizza. I order Mod about twice a month and have had issues with other locations and the quality out the oven.The lady that thought enough of me to remake my pizza and offer the burned one gets 5 stars from me because her kind of "standard" is a rarity and she made a great pizza

I went to MOD Pizza last evening and got two pizzas to go. The service was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza, though, was disappointing. One had mixed cheeses and veggies on it. It was fairly tasteless and soggy. The other had mixed meats on it. The ham was super salty and made it difficult to eat. I have had pizza from MOD in the past, and it was good. I don't know what happened last night.

Love this location of Mod. Thin, crispy, chewy crust, fresh salads, good desserts, cozy ambiance with the fire from the oven. Fast, nice service. We go here often. It's my new place to grab dinner on the way home from work. Affordable. My family likes it.

No star for today. Pizza bottom is burn and they still give it to us. It is for my baby to eat. Not going to eat here no more

Omg, i was so starved all day and was looking forward to my Mods pizza. I get home and the crust is burnt. Like black burnt. I want to cry. Im so hungry and I can't eat this. I would not recommend.

Tonight everyone was friendly, and the service was good. Sometimes Mod in general (all locations) the server will make me feel like I am intruding when trying to order my masterpiece, but not tonight. I do tip every time because of all my requests, even though it's counter service. Pizza was crispy and tasty, and it earned me a free mod reward for my next visit. Made quick, and everything was fresh. Last few times it seemed the floors and tables at this location have been a bit dirty for how busy they are. This time the floor was a bit better than previous visits, and the this time all the tables were clean. The flatware and condiments were also stocked better this time, but I took the only packet of parm. I vote for bringing back the shakers, now that Covid is getting behind us, if people are taking too many parm packets.

I miss their dessert bread, apparently they don't have the ingredients. Their cheesy bread is light and fluffy and was probably all I needed. The no name cake is ok. The make your pizza was alright. The staff was friendly and nice. They didn't have ice but the drinks were cool. Get the app to receive points and free stuff.

I placed my order with one of the guys behind the counter, super friendly, great customer service. I went to the bathroom while my order was being made and when the lights went on, the roaches went scurrying, YIKES. That's pretty shocking to see, I get it it's a restaurant, but someone has to know there's a pest problem. Counted like 3-4 of them. Left the bathroom to wait for my order and there it was, sitting on a counter I guess meant to cut orders up, next to someone's nasty cell phone and the store's cordless phone. It's insane to me with what we know about how unhygienic personal cell phones can be, that it's ok for one to be right there next to where people's food they are to consume. I go to this MOD on semi regular basis because I like the chain and it's near my house, but this experience really soured me on this place. I almost refused my order and left empty handed, but I decided to just take it and reheat it at home. This is pretty unacceptable. Someone needs to come in a clean house, literally.

Lunch time gets very busy but the line moves at a steady pace. Service is decent. This location is a lot better than others I've visited. My pizza tasted good.

Stopped by for lunch & grabbed a mini jasper pizza and a MOD Caesar salad. The pizza was nice and hot, crispy & delicious. The staff was extremely friends and the restaurant looked nice and clean when we stopped by.

This is honestly one of my favorite MOD's to go to everytime I go my order is always made correctly and with care. The cooks dee and ben are always very fast and attentive to my pizza Im not sure if she's a manager or not, but that kind women Leslie made sure I went in and out with no complaints and gave me a very great and loving experience everytime I go. The place honestly have a great atmosphere overall.

Horrible customer service. Their website is at least 20 minutes wrong for pick up orders. Go elsewhere. This isn't the first time the pickup times were way off. But definitely will be my last.

This is an updated review. After the pandemic this place lost it's touch. They hired just about anyone. The kitchen is dirty, the counter is dirty, and the seating area is dirty. No one cleans anymore?! Did anyone learned anything the past 2 years about high gene? I am just glad that the oven will destroy any bacteria or virus on the way to the box. The employees need direction. No safety practices here! Crocs do not go well in a kitchen. Pants half way the butt is just so unprofessional. If you do buy the pizza anyways, put oregano, salt and pepper before the ingredients. Trust me, it makes a huge difference.

MOD Pizza had been on my bucket list for quite some time till I recently visited them on couple of occasions. The concept is so simple. Just choose all your toppings for your very own customized pie. Its similar to subway, chipotle, but with pizza instead. They also have a pre selected menu for specific type of pizza but I want to create my own beast pie!. You start of with the type of dough, sauce and then work your way thru all the veggies and toppings, meats and cheese. The pizza is prepared in like less than 5 minutes and they call you when its ready to be picked up from the pick up area. Its all nice and neatly sliced up for you, so start digging. My pizzas have been delicious both times. I made sure they were packed with enough toppings (both veggies n meat). Another thing I had them add was tons of garlic. The more the merrier. It turned out to be a spectacular pizza. I've become a believer. I will be back soon.

My first experience with Mod Pizza. Ordered for delivery. Mod uses GrubHub. Delivery was on time. However, the pizza was room temperature upon arrival. The cheese was dried up. The crust was cracker-type. Good thing I ordered sauce dollops because there was hardly any sauce otherwise. (The sauce was quite good, though.). First and last time with Mod, I believe.

Went in this evening and as I waited in line watched the person at the pizza oven take his phone out of his pocket several times and watch videos. Then without washing his hands or using gloves, pick up pizzas bare handed and place them in the oven. Phones are gross and many have urine and fecal material on them from restrooms - do you take your phone with you to the restroom ... I do! What I do not do is prepare food after handling my phone, I asked him to wash his hands before handling my pizza and he begrudgingly did. You guys need to do better and your employees do not need to be on their phones watching videos on social media. That work area was filthy, you should be cleaning on your downtime and not watching videos on your phone!

I order from MOD once in a while only cause I'm not a huge pizza fan but they do the trick everytime. I can never get away putting this much stuff on a pizza and still eating it but I love it here!

First time at Mod Pizza due to School Spirit Night. There was no greeting, stood in line for 10-12 mins without being acknowledged- meanwhile the 2 employees behind the counter were preparing online orders. When it was finally our turn we placed our order and the employee had trouble remembering the toppings for a Meat Lovers. While waiting I went to the restroom where there was no toilet paper and was not clean. Pizza about 15-20 mins- which was not very tasty, it was salty and no flavor.

Terrible experience. When we first arrived, there were 4 groups of people in front of us. We were the fifth group. There was one employee working the front line. The other "front line " employee was starting to break down his station. It was clearly too busy to do that. We waited 15 minutes in line. We watched the other employee move his station back and forth twice. Finally a shift manager came out. I asked her if they had anyone who could help. She said this is it. She gave the guy a look. He brought his station BACK over(for the third time). When he started taking our order, the First Lady left!!! So all the people behind us had the same slow experience we did. The "shift manager" never jumped in to help. Everyone just had to wait.......... The don't close until 11. It was 7:45. It was busy. Guests don't come first here at the MOD pizza on Highway 6 and West road. I will not come back.

I love this place. Service is super fast because it's set up like a cafeteria line. The pizza is a bit pricey but if you love unlimited toppings then it's worth it. I love thin pizza so if you like deep dish or thick crust, this place is not for you. I also like that you can customize order. For example, I like my pizza well done (extra crispy)

This MOD is nothing like the one in Towne Lake. I went in a little after 11am & there were just a few people in front of me. The lady who was taking orders was great & I was expecting good things, however, the music is so loud it hindered the ordering process. We had to repeatedly shout back & forth, as we couldn't understand one another. The line barely moved because they were short staffed. When it was finally my turn, I ordered pepperoni pizza and garlic strips to go. It took forever to just give them my money & as soon as I did they were hollering my name. Sadly, they still hadn't put my pizza in the oven & I really wanted them to both to be warm. I told the lady cutting the pizzas that I didn't want them until my whole order was ready since it was to go. Several people complained about the music volume, but there wasn't anything they could do. I finally received my order & was so glad to get out of there. The pizza was a step below Pizza Hut & below the charts when compared to the Towne Lake location. It was loud, dirty, & inefficient. I can't imagine how bad it would be if it were busy. I definitely wouldn't recommend this one.

Yooo the cauliflower crust is soo yummy and BIG. My boyfriend and I both got mods but his was regular crust and mine was so much bigger HA I WON!!

The reason i go to MOD is because i can customize my pizza however i want, the reason i did not give it 5 stars is because they dont have enough employees, when its rush hour you can be there for quite some time. Over all the food is amazing!

Sometimes good, sometimes great. Service is hit and miss, mostly hit. My wife likes pineapple on hers, always asks them to squeeze out the juice first so as to not make the pizza soggy. Once they squeezed the juice onto the pizza and put the pineapple back in the bin. We were both trying to stop him to no avail. You would expect them to just quickly start over, but no, they never offered, and we never asked. We still think it's the best MOD around.

MOD Pizza is like the Chipotle of pizza companies, people. That's honestly the best way I can describe it. They charge you a flat rate for the pizza. They have a smorgasbord of toppings. There is one thing I really like about coming here, as opposed to ordering delivery from other companies. You can have any combination of toppings you want, and they don't charge you extra for adding toppings. The frustrating thing about other fast food pizza companies is that each additional topping is typically $2 or more. Ain't nobody got time for that!!! Every pizza is cooked in 3 minutes. Their pizza oven is at 900 degrees Farenheit, so it cooks really quick. Their standard pizza is a thin and crispy, cracker style crust. The tomato sauce is good. The toppings are fresh. The price is reasonable. It's definitely better than most pizza places. My favorite of their specialty pizzas is called the Mad Dog, which is similar to a meat lover's pizza. Very good pizza, indeed. If MOD Pizza partners with a delivery app, they would get a five star rating. They could then offer their specialty pizzas, like the Mad Dog. They also could have a create your own pizza section. In my opinion, that kind of quality yet customizable pizza at MOD Pizza's prices would change the fast food pizza game. Plus, it is an effective way to keep customers and employees safe during these crazy times. But overall, I give MOD Pizza a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

Since the MOD Pizza location at Towne Lake was not taking online orders, I placed an order on a Saturday evening from the Easton Commons/Copperfield location (8552 Highway 6 N). when I arrived, I noticed a good number of folks waiting for their pies and nobody in line to place an order. Fortunately for me, my pies were ready to go.

I would like to say that the service has gotten so much better over the course of the last two years. Before, are used to come here and get upset because I would order online and my food would not be done when I got here... Now, the online ordering has gotten so much better! Kudos!!!!

This is the dirtiest mod ever. Drink station is always filthy not to mention the sticky nasty tables. I was there and a family left all there plates on the table and not a single worker cleaned it for 45 minutes. Works don't care about the environment or the food. Don't come here if you want a clean food they don't keep anything clean. NASTIEST MOD EVER!

The employee, Michael Hood, was just incredible at his job. I am SUPER satisfied with his work, and my pizza tasted just amazing. Thank you MOD!

So I'm eating gluten free now & Mod is one that offers those. When it's fresh & hot, it's ok. Don't keep & try to reheat the next day bc something happens & it really doesn't taste right. I would like to suggest maybe offering a cauliflower crust. I have bought a frozen from the store gluten free that I think is better.

Location is pretty okay. Close to studio movie grill. Plenty of parking which is a great plus! The first time I went must have been opening week because the line wrapped around and then second time around there were probably a couple in front of us. My first trip was decent, I had the mod size with all the vegetables I could requested. Added anchovies which was the worse idea possible lol. I should have requested them to shred it up a bit.... it was way too salty that I ended up picking them out. Learned to get the smallest size, less sauce and more veggies. Definitely makes a difference because I cant stand soggy pizza lol. It's nice and crisp. Definitely goes well with some ranch dipping sauce! I might end up trying their dairy free cheese next time. An employee was kind enough to let me taste it c: Enjoyable enough for me to experience again but it's not something I would die if I didnt go lol.

This location is very busy and are short staffed. The guy cooking the pizzas burns a lot of them. I had an online order and waited for more than 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and yes it came out partially burnt. Would not recommend this location again.

Ordered pizzas online for lunch break. When got back to work with the pizzas, one was burnt so badly. The crust was black, couldn't eat it. The second pizza was burnt as well just not a charcoal black as the first one. It's unacceptable to have food that burnt and served to a customer. I will not be back at this location.

It's Friday night and they are SLAMMED! Some customers are pissed, but the staff is holding it down as best they can. Rude customers. Mad customers. But the staff is not giving up. I waited a while for my pizza and then it split in half in the oven. No worries, they gave me half and comped me another one. Sometimes restaurants get busy and mistakes get made, but the staff here handled it great!

Ordered online, it said it was going to be ready at 8:10 pm got there, went to the online waiting line Nobody asked anything, i decided to ask the rude employees told me they will call me when it is ready, i waited all the way to 8:45 ( i was late for work ) worse service on any food place ever

We placed an order through the app for pickup... All 3 pieces of our order were missing components The employees were apologetic after we brought it to their attention, but simply reading the order tags could have prevented all of it from being missed... Food was tasty as always; but sadly, the quality wasn't up to standard.

Food was good. Wasn't cooked correctly. The staff was having too much fun hanging out than taking care of its customers. The floors were nasty and most of the tables weren't clean. Not impressed at all. Very disappointed. Their were 3 bugs crawling up the walls. Obviously cleanliness isn't their top priority. Only good thing was their sonic ice. Tbh that's the only reason they got a star.

Always go here. Best thing , THEY HAVE VEGAN CHEESE!! It's a dream come true. Workers are always so happy and joyful which really makes your day. Environment is nice and i always feel welcomed. They once burnt the bottom of my pizza so they gave me an extra pizza for free! Definitely recommend. Great place to come with family and friends.

Oh man...I've eaten here 3 times this week...and every time it's even better than the last. Amazing pizza!! MOD is a fire roasted, build-your-own pizza joint designed to let you get as creative as you like, all for the SAME PRICE regardless of what you do! Want a classic pizza? One price! Want extra of all 8 meat options, every single veggie, and a single olive slice? They might give you a weird look, but hey, same price! Whatever makes you happy, they will do. Half and half, no sauce, all sauces, none pizza with left beef or pineapple and anchovies or, you know, a regular pepperoni and cheese... they can do it! For those who aren't too creative or don't really care, they have pizza builds on the wall/menu for you to pick from. But truly the beauty of this place is the open ended pizza customization. I can't keep stressing this: no extra charge for toppings! The pizzas always taste great. Some of the less positive reviews I've read here sound like the pizzas weren't quite topped right. If you aren't sure, just stick with one of their pizza builds, or ask them what's good. Staff is always friendly! My favorite pizza is some combination of white sauce, garlic, ricotta, extra chicken, onions, broccoli, artichokes, asiago cheese, and ranch drizzle at the end. My hubby gets a classic pineapple pizza with pepperoni, salami, ham, bacon, and sausage. My friend always experiments, forgoing sauce for olive oil, garlic and basil, jalapenos and roasted red peppers, onions, and extra herbs. Each one was unique and totally delicious. Their cinnamon pizza dessert is simply a mini pizza crust with cinnamon, sugar, and butter. Served with strawberry sauce, cinnamon glaze, and/or chocolate. Tasty, but I go for the pizza over dessert. It was only around $3 though - totally worth sharing with a friend! (Who am I kidding, you'll eat it all) I truly can't go back to any other pizza joint. For what you get, the prices are CHEAP and the food is amazing. MOD for life!

So far so good. I've been going to this location for over a year and it's their best location in the area. They're nice, clean and professional all the time! They offer personal pizzas that you build yourself with unlimited toppings for one low price. They also have a small selection of beer, wine, and other drinks.

If you haven't tried MOD and are a fan of a great pizza now and again you're missing out. First off the people here are always really friendly and welcoming. Ordering is a breeze since you can see all the options in front of you and you can add whatever you want for one set price. I like to try different things when I come here just to see if I can stumble across new delicious combinations. FYI The Caspian is a damn good pizza and I'm not a fan of chicken on pizza. Anyway, the food comes quick and hot plus the brick oven makes a great crispy crust. All around it's an excellent local option over boring fast foods and has a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Oh! Almost forgot, they have Karbach on draft... so good. What the hell are you waiting for it's always a good time for a mod pizza.

They Pizza is delicious I love the fact where you can put however amount of toppings you choose and no additional charge you definitely won't be disappointed

I usually get the Pizza Salad. I love the fact that you can pile on a salad with all of your favorites on a pizza. It was so delicious. You can tell the staff are a bunch if high school kids but they are all super helpful and respectful. Would definitely come back for another!

Read some reviews on this place, definitely had to come check it out for myself because our friend said we have to try it. First time here it's was amazing! I felt like I was a kid at the candy store but adult healthy version, lol so with that being said. 3 sizes in pizza, SAME PRICE! - now that I have your attention, great. Their prices for sizes aren't the same but which ever size you choose, it's that price, no change in their prices. It's like salata but pizza version. Super friendly staff. Clean place &a great view!

Eddy was amazingly welcoming, friendly and helpful! We came for the first time for a fundraiser, and we will be back for the great staff and food! Thanks to the Copperfield location for rocking my night! Love their ambiance as well!
