I love going to the Moda Center for concerts and blazers games. They have all sorts of concession stands with different foods and drinks you can purchase. They have lots of photo opportunities in the hall, and they also have a spot where you can get painted tattoos for free. Also, there are a few kids basketball games that are free to play. I have been to a lot of concerts. All of them are different in how they set up, but this venue is big. They also have the ability to move the stage up to half the size if it is a smaller event. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.

I love seeing shows at the Moda Center. The building is easy to navigate, staff is always nice and quick if you need help. The confections are pricy so be prepared for the night to get a little expensive if you are peckish( they up charge because that’s how venues make their money) can’t complain too much! I’ve never had a bad experience here and I prefer this venue over the Seattle Climate dome.

I brought my son to his very first blazer game for his 11th birthday! We arrived around 5:45 and found the garden garage parking easily. We bought our food and found our seats.Of course the food was over priced but that's usually the case for events. We all had a great time and will be back for for another event! My son had a great birthday.

This was my first time going to the Moda Center. My family and I went here on a Sunday to watch the Portland Trailblazers. We got our tickets through a non-profit called VetTix. They supply tickets to event like this for military veterans, active duty, and first responders. It was super quick getting into the arena. Less than 5 minutes from the time they opened the doors. The concourse on the main level was well laid out with lots of food and drink options. I was overly surprised at the number of restrooms throughout the arena. I have been to a few other venues where you have to go on a hunt for one. We were on the 300 level and still had a good view. The prices for food and drink were average for most sporting events.

🏀This was my first time at Moda Center. My family and I came on Sunday for a Portland Trail Blazers game. We got tickets through VetTix, a nonprofit that offers tickets for such events to veterans, active - duty military, and first responders. We got in super fast—less than five minutes from doors opening. The main - level lobby is well - laid out with various food and drink options. I was shocked by the number of restrooms; at other venues, finding one can be a hassle. We were on the 300 - level and still had a great view. Food and drink prices are on par with most sports events, though they're steep. Resale tickets are even pricier. The concerts here are awesome with loud sound. But the seats are crazy small; you'll really get to know your neighbors. Finding seats was a breeze. Oh, and parking is expensive, so be ready to shell out. Despite the costs, the place is fantastic. Parking is convenient and straightforward. People are helpful and friendly. The show was great, and the entry and exit processes were smooth. No one struggled to get in or out; everyone left quickly and safely.

Great time! I sat in accessible seating, front and center! There was a giant pole right in front of my view, which wasn't as cool, but almost everything else was awesome (see the pole in my photo). Getting in with my wheelchair was very easy, no wait. A customer service worker took us all the way to our seats. She was so sweet! The sound was phenomenal. The crowd energy was off the charts. The light show was great as well (thanks, Kuroda)! The lines for everything were very long, so we skipped buying anything. One complaint is that the ADA section is not blocked off, so people were constantly bonking into my chair as they tried to get by. Overall, though, it was an amazing show!

Google
Parking sucked. I paid in advance and waited longer to get parking than those who were paying at the gate. I thought 1/2 hour early should be enough. We were 45 minutes late for the show. Monster jam was 5 stars all the way! The drivers were all super friendly!

Great seats for the concert we attended. Food and drinks were a little spendy but good. Nice views of Portland.

Yelp
I have a love for the Moda Center (cough cough rose garden) that is unmatched. I've been to just about every type of event you could think of. Concerts, monster trucks, football, bull riding, ice skating, comedians, and obviously Basketball games. I've sat from court side to the nose bleeds. And truly, there's no "bad" seats. I've enjoyed my time in every seat. Ticket prices to events, can range from fair to crying throwing up and screaming (hello Harry styles you hurt the bank) . I've paid $150 court side tickets, and paid the same for the 300 level. There's so many layers to the ticket price so take that in stride when you're getting to purchase. The concessions in the last few years have really stepped up, you can find local Portland favorites available. There's bars all over, and restrooms as easy to find. Not to mention Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and more available. Moda center is older than me, but feels updated and new. It's always so clean. Not to mention the artwork around the arena is original pieces from local artists. Since I'm always in a different spot it's always something I look forward to is seeing the art! They have impeccable staff doing the little details that go unnoticed by most, but make a huge difference. Staff are incredibly kind, smiling and genuinely seem to love what they do. Helpful with questions, knowledgeable of the arena. As well as I've witnessed staff go above and beyond for kids and creating those memories. If you have a disability or anything needing a little help/assistance they also, go above and beyond to make you feel... normal. (If not kinda like a princess). If you get the pleasure meet George from the Command center, know they are gem and will give you treatment that's above and beyond. I also have a soft spot for the Moda center for being the first to be certified by LEED. Meaning, the Moda center set a standard for other arenas to be sustainable. You'll notice this with their trash bins having recycling/compost/landfill. Not to mention the things they've done we can't see (fancy water toilets). I I have memories here dating back until the 90s and I'm sure I will make memories until the end.

Yelp
There was a kids city area on the 3rd floor (free shooting games, dunk area for photo op, facepainting, getting your first NBA game signed/gave you a pin, and you can make your own sign. Food was pricey ranging from $12/popcorn, $8 for pizza, $17 for Hawaiian food.

Yelp
Quality stadium with tons of food, drink, and gift options. My only concern was that it's super confusing once you are past the ticket taker area. I mean, I know there is a learning curve in every stadium, but this was a bit nuts, attempting to sync what was on my ticket "club" with what was actually the exact "club" I had a ticket for. Escalators that skip levels (cuz can't stop on the exclusive level I guess but you can on the elevator...). Honestly I'm still confused. We asked no less than 3 people how to get where we needed to go and that was before we even got into the actual inside of the stadium. Everyone was very nice and the acoustics and special effects are a lot of fun. I will add because this was a concern for us that it's okay to walk here from within a mile or so; I can't speak to every direction but we walked from the Pearl District. Before the show it was still a bit empty across the bridge, but after the show you will be with lots of other people - and even for some time afterwards folks were still coming back into the Pearl District area, including with small children. FYI.

Yelp
The Moda Center is an awesome venue for live sports. The other night I went to the Trail Blazers game and sat in the very last row of the stadium! The view from the top was still excellent and I didn't feel removed from the game. The fans here were terrific and I throughly enjoyed my game expierience.

Yelp
Moda center for a blazer game. The food prices are outrageous. 7.50 for a 12oz soda. Beers are way too expensive as well. The management should take some tips from the Seattle Mariners with value menues and cheaper food prices. The team is not great and has not been for years. Lower the prices in the lower 200 100 seating. Tonight's game was watching a horrible college basketball game. Plus, do not bite on the oregon state beavers with the chainsaw. Why two mascots seem like desperation on the blazer management. The exiting of parking is the worst I have seen. It is a complete parking lot. The flaggers just stand there. The city and blazers need to get together and close streets, so it is a constant one-way out. I am not impressed at all with the whole experience. I like to add. I was a ball boy years ago. Whoever is in charge of these kids mopping the floor during the game needs to do a better job at teaching them how to mop the sweat off the floor. The one girl seemed very scared to be on the floor and missed the whole key after free throws. This is where the most sweat gets accumulated. Players were slipping all over the floor last night. They should never turn their backs to the play in case of a turnover. Nothing looks worse for a team for a ball boy to make ESPN for getting in the way of a turnover play. Using a dry mop and not towels is more effective and efficient to get the large spots. Should never be on hamds and knees during active play. I saw a few times when players went down, and no one went to mop up the sweat. This is very dangerous for players and referrees, causing season ending injuries.

Yelp
I think four stars is still appropriate but an update as to why is five years overdue. This venue is a mess - BUT genuinely it also holds a ridiculous amount of people and is a pretty ok venue if you are ADA and know what you are doing. First off - parking is ridiculously high BUT buy it in advance if your are ADA and parking. You will want to park in the far garage that is towards the I-84 side which has elevator access to the ADA venue entrance. If you are taking the MAX or ride share you have a lot more complexities getting in that try to lead you to stairs and on the wrong side of the building without the ADA access. If you need them to come get you with a wheelchair you can contact the venue to do so and make arrangements. They will give you a phone number to call when you arrive. I warn you - have patience with the ticket scanner folks and the bag search people. Every time I go through the ADA entrance it is ...something. The scanners they have to outsmart the fake tickets are terrible so just take a deep breath and then line up their red line with your bar code and have your "live" ticket accessed from your actual Ticket Bastard (I refuse to call them Master) website. Just get through and meditate while doing so for extra mental strength and clarity. If you were not able to get ADA before or got tickets before you were needing ADA, show up as close as you can to doors opening and go straight to the tickets counter which is nearly right next to the ADA entrance. Be nice, be patient and be thankful because that person can get you an ADA spot. Sometimes they can get you a really awesome seat but being a nice person and not demanding it - seriously, just saying.... I always get incredible folks but I try to bring that to the table. If you need extra help like a wheelchair or someone to push you or help then pop from the tickets directly across to the helpers. They will also arrange to "pick you up" from where they park you after the show and notate if you want to leave early or late etc. Snacks... Ok, if you want to pay ridiculously high prices for food and beverages and cannot do something before or after then more power to you. My friend bought us pizza and soda (I'm highly allergic to hops so I seriously live in fear at events where drunks are navigating their cups of beer dumping it everywhere since if it spills on my skin I get to throw up!) and spent $9 for sodas!!! You do you but it will cost you though either way the steady stream of people who can't live without excessively overpriced beer in plastic throughout whatever show you are at will be annoying.

Yelp
Moda Center, Part 1 Grat*i*tude The state of being grateful: thankfulness Well if that is what gratitude means, then THANKFULNESS is surely required. I mean, how could that not be your immediate and uncontrollable reaction after being the guest of @corradiniphoto for a Portland Trail Blazers game when you've been treated to seats on the floor? Where does one even begin to express such gratitude? I suppose you could begin by describing the exhilaration of passing through the very same tunnel that the players did just seconds after they strode onto the court pregame. I think I could have floated home after just that singular moment! But wait, there's more...after that an actual NBA game broke out with portions of our "team" front and center there to witness the entire ballet. Yes, you heard me correctly. The fast-twitch muscle fiber symphony of movement of the players seemed to equal so much of the grace and discipline found on an entirely different "stage." And amidst so many other distinctions, while I may not be considered "short" at 5'10", I definitely felt "height challenged" as I compared my stature to the behemoths roaming the floor during this contest. The constant sneaker squeaks (created by great footwork), the private player conversations with the refs (), the overall physicality of the game (), and our visit with Bigfoot () the mascot made being so close to the action super exciting! To make this experience even better, @dbrow7 hooked us up with some serious kicks (Air Jordan 7 Cardinal) that were the perfect compliment, especially for an event so near Nike Headquarters. An amazing evening provided by family and friends! And that's...Henry's Take. #portlandtrailblazers #pnwlifestyle #modacenter #ripcity

Yelp
*Advice: Eat/drink before visiting Moda Center* The events held at Moda Center are great, but the consumer experience is horrible for visitors. I've bought better food and drinks at the fair for a much better price than what the Moda Center offers. Most beers will cost between $10.25-$13.00, mixed drinks run you up $15+, mediocre food stands charging $16-$18 for decent, over topped food. Parking ranges from $30-$40 depending on the event. You can easily spend $100+ just in food and drinks alone, however there are various quality restaurants in Portland that cost less than the school cafeteria grade food served at Moda Center.

Yelp
Terrible Event staff, I went here in 2023 for the Grey day tour. Was having a good time watching ghostmane, had my flash on recording a video of my fav artist. Next thing you know some rude event staff started yelling at me to turn it off and started putting his hand in front of my camera, was so upset and mad as everyone else around me had their cameras on w flash recording the artist. Yet my video and experience got ruined because security decided to go on a power trip! I paid over 500$ for my ticket to get front row and this is how they treat you? Terrible experience as event staff is very rude near stage. Like be RE and don't RUIN other peoples VIDEOS or EXPERIENCE!!!! -5/10 bad experience like buddy saw me and singled me out. Also the other guy just seemed to have anger issues.... Unpleasant as the whole time event staff stands in the way

Yelp
I'll start by saying: I am not a fan of big arena shows. Sure, there are perks: huge production values, (generally) excellent sound quality, and (arguably) world class artists. Even when the performer in question is not precisely to my taste, the pros are usually enough to either outweigh, or at least, bring balance to the cons. Thus, we come to my review of last night's Michael Buble concert. While he's not really my cup of tea, Buble puts on an unquestionably five-star performance. His voice alone is worth the price of admission, and I have nothing negative to say about the concert whatsoever. Instead, all of my criticism is laid firmly at the feet of the Moda Center and the Rose Quarter entities. Absolutely ATROCIOUS parking. Getting in, and out, in a timely and efficient manner, is impossible. Adding insult to injury is the $28 parking fee for bringing your vehicle to rest anywhere even remotely within the orbit of the stadium. How parking isn't automatically integrated into the already obscene cost of an event ticket, in the Year Of Our Lord 2022, is tantamount to a crime against humanity. Navigating the arena, and finding your seats, is reasonably simple and stress-free...once you get through the ticketing gates. This is more difficult than it should be, as the perennially inept ticket checkers love to hold up the line, waiting for people to fumble through logging in to the abysmal experience known as Ticketmaster (which I would *LOVE* to roast in its own review, if it were a terrestrial entity), instead of letting people who have their shit together bounce around them and keep the line moving. When the security guards at the metal detectors are the most pleasant and efficient part of the ingress experience, you know that something is diabolically wrong. Thankfully (used with the utmost scorn and derision), there is a bounty of (wallet-pillaging) food and beverage options on each level of the concentric rings on the outer fringes of the arena, ranging in quality from "high school cafeteria" to "lipstick on a pig", the latter being various attempts at emulating food that would be the highlight of a menu at Applebee's. Seriously, $14.25 for a WHITE CLAW?! Screw Old Town or 82nd Avenue, there's a robbery (continually) in progress at the Moda Center! There is no doubt that the Moda Center is the home of the Portland Trailblazers first, and an event venue second. The basketball bravado is pervasive, with myriad murals throughout proudly declaring, "This is our house". That's absolutely true, as only someone who receives millions of dollars per year could possibly think that the economic ecosystem that sustains this cyclopean coliseum is in anyway accessible to the common layperson, on a regular basis. Instead, it stands as a monument to the three E's of Evil: excess, ego, and elitism. And like the contests of gladiators in the ancient world, we consume the events at the Moda Center with the same level of remoteness and disconnect, observing the bloodshed through the filters of extravagance, inconvenience, and grotesque spectacle. No matter how fantastic the performance, the lingering scent of blood is not easily washed away.

Yelp
Moda Center is located in Downtown Portland Oregon. This is a great venue to see a concert. I saw the Carrie Underwood Denim and Rhinestones tour, it was amazing. I remember watching her on America Idol and thought she had a great voice, but love her voice is remarkable. Jimmie Allen open for her, and her was very good. This was a great concert.

Yelp
Very nice arena. Lots of restrooms. Great staff. We are not locals but we still enjoyed the place very much

Yelp
Great venue to watch the Phil Knight Invitational college basketball tournament. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. This includes when I somehow managed to drop my phone and it ended up the seats! Delicious Hawaiian food that really didn't seem like your typical stadium food at all. I also found a very tasty whiskey drink!

Yelp
What was once known as the Rose Garden, Moda Center hasn't changed much. Parking can be long to get in/out, but there are parking areas nearby that charge about the same. 'Big' venue, but not compared to Crypto or Pepsi centers. Honestly, I feel the 'nose bleed' seats are still in good range to watch the Blazers game. The Moda center hosts most of the big events that come to town - there is the Veterans Coliseum next door that was the original venue (before the RG) that hosts the Winterhawks games. Prices for food can be spendy in this area; few restaurants nearby, along with lots of food choices inside. I noticed one of the vendors charged about $3 more than their store location. There is the public transportation (MAX) that drops off near the front to avoid driving.

Yelp
This was my first time in a suite for a show at Moda. The suite food was decent - hot dogs, nachos, curry. It's nice to have a private bathroom and semi private bar nearby. The acoustics are decent in the arena and the space allows for a lot of theatrics.

Yelp
Very easy to get in and out and it was perfect size. I saw Lana Del Rey there a few years ago and then saw trans Siberian orchestra last week!!!! Great stage.

Yelp
While in town, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to see where the Portland Trailblazers play. We stopped to get a pic. They have no statues of any on the premises. Why not Clyde the Glyde Drexler? He's an iconic player in his time. Helped them get to a NBA Finals in the 90's against the Bulls. Either way cool place to visit

Yelp
We came here from California to watch a Warriors vs Blazers game. We had never been here before and were so excited to watch the game. When we got inside it was so nice and everything was easy to find. All of the concession areas were clean and everyone was so friendly. They had so many different foods and snacks to try. It was so fun especially because the Warriors smashed.

Yelp
Entertainment expeirenced here include: Sick Puppies**, Breakin' Benjamin ****, Shinedown ***** and Nickelback ***** (2012). 2022: Pink Floyd founding father, Roger Waters, September 10th. The Doobie Brothers 50th Anniversary Tour (with Michael McDonald) September 24th. Michael Bublé and his 40 piece orchestra (flew in my better half for this show). MC Magic, Yin Yang Twins, The Dogg Pound, Warren G, Ja Rule ... And finally, The Who. PARKING: One of the biggest hassles at shows is trying to find decent parking at a decent price. I paid 20 bucks here twice and I thought that was fair. However, getting the parking attached to my Ticketmaster ticket purchase has only worked out for me about 25% of the time (this year). I will note that the garages are all within a short walk from the venue. Garden garage: everything about this garage falls short. Example: We parked on P2, so like when I was a theme park junkie I snapped a photo of the huge "P2" on the wall. Disney and Universal color code lots, have theme music in parking garages, levels named after famous movies, imaged of cartoon characters... anything to make things easy for you to remember after a long day in the parks. Here you get P2 an thats about it. Itys the entire level, which isnt big but, I can admit we had to stop and put three minds together to remember where we came froma nd walk it in reverse. The photo I snapped of the P2 sign on the wall was because I figured on THAT level there would be various sections (P1 P2, P3, P4, P5)... with this entire garage structure spanning from the M's to the R's and other garages handling A thru F yet another G thru M etc. So when we were leaving, we, alkng with many others were disappointed when there wasn't and exploded (3D) map of the levels with that star we all look for ... the "YOU ARE HERE" icon. So all I knew was P2. When we arrived everyone piled into a pack elevator, no one looked to see if we went up or down. We just all got out when everyone stepped out. Well we ended up at a handicapped entrance and had to walk down more stairs. I bet the poor guy at that entrance told 500 people that night to walk down the stairs. Yep lots of us used the steps to finally get into the security line. As an extreme organizer, I see this as subpar for a parking facility, yet places like this make me content that the efforts I put forth in my career make others lives easier to live. This design concept, leaves much to be desired. Had this been the product of my team, I would have sought to dock paychecks. If you can, avoid the Garden garage and park in the east west garage. Super easy to navigate to/from. SECURITY: The venue has an well-organized security team & the system they have in place works very well. Be sure to know that only really small bags can be brought in. They cannot exceed 5 inches by 8 inches. FOOD AND BEVERAGES: The concessions are expensive but, there is something for everyone. Now don't go looking for pheasant under glass or chateaubriand but, popcorn, nachos, burgers, & such are easy enough to find. Oh and a local favorite (& one of mine too), Sizzle Pie, sells pizza there (2022 bottle water was $6). RESTROOMS: Whether you are drinking beer, wine or water all night, eventually you will require a restroom facility. Here, the restroom condition can vary and the crowd will dictate what you will encounter. I found the restroom to be in excellent condition during the Michael Bublé show... compared to the piss laden seats & floors during Boo Bomb. Attendants work to keep them clean but, your own consideration would help the facility... so save pissing on walls for when you get home. MERCHANDISE: Just so you don't get your heart broken, not every event sells merchandise. I am a concert shirt guy but. They have to have the tour locations & dates on them & have a decent design. I also like autographed items... like drumsticks & 8×10s. T shirt are usually between 30 & 50 dolllars each. You can find all kinds of things for sale, from hats to bottle openers to posters to vinyl albums, & more. I don't buy as much as I would buy because of being denied ther option of bringing my own fanny pack in with me but, my pack is outside the 5" x 8 " size restriction for bags. LYFT & UBER ZONES: The best thing I can advise is to do your home work on this BEFORE the show. Know where you will be dropped off & how to navigate out of the venue & get to the pickup zone after the show. This holds especially true if you have been partaking in libations. Note: When I have chosen to use a ride share company I get dropped off/picked up on Ramsey near the parking garage. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Trimet buses & the Max Light Rail are all short walking distance away. Like with ride shares, get familiar with the layout. ]rint a map if you have to. This isn't rocket science.

Yelp
I've been here many times and it's a great facility. It's clean and the employees are usually pretty friendly and helpful. This last visit on New Year's Eve was one of the better visits. The only real problem I have with this place is the price of concessions, especially drinks.

Yelp
I associate Mode Centre with some great memories personally and always look forward to coming here . I have seen some fun concerts , games and also had my graduation ceremony at this venue .The building from outside is great and the lights that change color are always fun to watch .Seating is not very comfy but standard for what you would expect in a stadium. The screens are great especially if you are like me and tend to wait till the last minute to get tickets and then have to settle for the further away ones. They have a lot of vendors that offer drinks and food at a very inflated price and I buy them ten out of ten times because what fun is an event without some snacks and drinks. Plenty of Restrooms that are well maintained .The staff and volunteers are always kind and helpful . Parking is a chaos so I would highly recommend getting the max . Even an Uber/Lyft is not a good option.

Yelp
RIP CITY ! Portland Trailblazer Games are FIRE. Damin Lillard is a fan favorite we always have blast here whether our home team wins or not. The stadium is always clean, the food lines are generally fast. You can find alcohol/ beer almost every where throughout the stadium. I love all the activities for the kids and adults alike. A Blazers Game is fun for the whole family. If you live in PDX and you haven't been to a game Blazers Game at the MODA Center you are missing out

Yelp
We flew up to Portland specifically for a Blazers game, so we had high hopes for the arena and the team. I'd actually purchased advance tickets for the November 20, 2021 Blazers vs. 76ers game, but we tacked on last minute tickets to also attend the November 17, 2021 Blazers vs. Bulls game the night we arrived in Portland (this despite the fact we'd just watched my Warriors beat up on the Bulls in San Francisco the weekend before.) It was super easy to get to the arena from our hotel; we took advantage of the light rail both times. I will say that we'd originally planned to walk the ~1.5 miles to and from, but after seeing the neighborhoods we passed through to get to Moda, I'm glad the rail was an option. We arrived at doors open for both games to give ourselves a chance to explore the arena, get some food, view shootaround and generally get settled in before tip-off. For the last-minute game, we were up in top section, 300's, mid-court. We were on the rail in the first row, seats 1 and 2. Though we were higher up, the seats were surprisingly good. I actually felt closer to the action up there than I did at the Chase Center game. On our first visit, we were still full from a large lunch, so we made do with snacks: nachos and a bag of popcorn to share, as well as a coupla beers to quench our thirst. The staff at the stand we stopped at were friendly and fun, and we were able to joke with them, as one of their team was sporting a Bulls hat. (Nachos were okay, popcorn was salty and crunchy and altogether delightful.) On our second visit, we were a few rows up from the floor, close to the Blazers bench. We had some great views of shoot around and were able to hear the players before and during the game (one really great memory is hearing RoCo yelling, "I got ball, I got ball!" as he back-pedaled from the net down the court). On this visit we did a tour of the lower levels and ended up buying food from their Hawaiian stand and a couple beers from their local breweries stand across the way. (Hawaiian food was okay, staff was befuddled by the menu, which was incredibly annoying. Beer was also decent, just kind of surprised by the lack of Portland-specific breweries available that night.) There were some fun fan interactive setups on the upper levels, which we stopped to be fans and interact with. The shop was kind of small and ended up being very crowded after the game, but we somehow still found things to buy and ended up being some of the last customers to check out both times.

Yelp
Went to covert recently!! Had front row floor seats very expensive,security-blocked view for whole concert ,had women going into guy's bathrooms while guys were using which really wasn't the worst but as I try to buy something they say we don't take cash !! You people are part of problem u have enough money that cash don't matter to u it's still American currency for u to deny it is not right ,not all people have credit cards or even bank accounts guess they can't go sounds like discrimination .you people are destroying are country I've worked hard for cash not plastic !! People stop supporting this cashless system was not voted in by the people how do u think cards get money on them from cash that u don't take !! Move your business to third world country who is cashless o wait they don't have the cash we have here .next you will be adding fee for using a card just like everyone else does .

Yelp
It's no secret these places try to scam you with the food prices- and scam us they did. After we ordered food and two beers, the bartender asked if we wanted limited edition cups. While we thought about it, he rang us up and charged our card before we said yes, and then said he couldn't refund us as he had already charged the card. After paying $50 for the cups beers and some chicken and fries, he handed us two beers and two empty souvenir cups. Questioning why he didn't pour the beer into the cups, he said they aren't allowed to. Then we found out the cups cost $20 each... for plastic cups.

Yelp
went to the Good Vibes Tour such a great sho. The venue was great but I left my coat behind. I left a message that night in the first thing in the morning they called me right back said they had my coat and I asked them if they could mail it to me and they did that was amazing and I got it the next day!! I was very impressed by the level of service and attention that I was given by the staff at the Moda Center Thank you, Ted!

Yelp
This was our first concert at the mods center and it was spectacular. We got some good advice from our teenage nieces to not sit at floor level. Works out well. Our seats were perfect. We got into the mods center and out without much problem. My advice park on site, leave a few minutes before the show is over.

Yelp
I'm really not a fan of event venues during super busy times, mostly because of the parking and crowd, but I think the Moda Center is pretty good! Prices are high, but you expect that at a venue. The seats are comfortable, there are lots of options for food, and the staff is really friendly.

Yelp
OK , so Pat showed up in all white WITHOUT Jimmy Buckets or Coach Spo or Dan Marino ... but with Pitbull. Not a good start. Pat threw 10 championship rings on the table like he was Phil Jackson or something ... He ordered steak ( GMs love steak ), which wasn't quite up to El Gaucho - whatever standards ) ... He got me excited about playing with Jimmy Buckets and BAM, but he mostly talked about year - round waterskiing??? Caleb Martin didn't come up, which was weird ... But I went to the bathroom and saw Herro peering through the window, poor guy ... Pat never told me how they'd afford me; just kept saying "We have our ways" in a Godfather voice ... I was like ... CHECK PLEASE . Then Pat squeezed my left thumb really hard when we said goodbye ... which was weird becuz TATUM DID THE SAME THING. Wut . These guys are crazy man .

Yelp
So, we all know that venues like this charge RIDICULOUS amounts for food and drinks... but $13.50 for a beer & $6.50 for a water is insane! Now, I know we can blame it on inflation... but.... really? That's $3 of inflation between 2020 and now. Was I a sucker and spend that much? Yes. I can't make it through a concert or Blazer game without a drink. Alcoholic? Maybe. But it's like popcorn or Red Vines at the movies or peanuts or hotdog at a baseball game. It's a staple. That said, I was livid when they took my mini mace away from me. Yes, I should have read the fine print on the ticket regarding items that you cannot bring into the arena - and left it in the car - but what good is mace on dark, unsafe streets, if it's left in the car?? Parking is $20+ so I parked on the street & paid $7...and had an unsafe walk back to my car. They said I could walk back to my car and put it in there - but that would mean walking to the Moda without mace and walking back to my car after the show without mace. That was one more unsafe trip than if I just handed it over. UGH!! I am a middle aged, professional woman, not some ding-dong teenager - who might think it's funny to spray it off onto other concert-goers. I asked if I could put it in a locker or check it at purse check - but they said that if I did that, I'd have to check my whole purse. I didn't want to check my whole purse. I wanted my phone and wallet with me and I did not have pockets for those. Anyway, that put me into a "Karen" kind of mood and somewhat ruined my concert experience. Not enough to ask for the manager - but almost.

Yelp
Our 1st time at this venue to see a concert. I think our tickets were decent. Couldn't see the performers faces, but they had great video imaging, so it made up for it. Seats were surprisingly comfortable, but tight. I'm short, so don't know how taller people would feel. Prices are outrageous! $6.50 for a bottle of water!? Really? We went without. They really should be ashamed. The cost of parking is beyond unreasonable, as well. Thankfully, we were able to walk to and from with groups of others going to the concert. We're not rich, people!

Yelp
there was a huge snowstorm in Portland today, and a state of emergency was declared in the area. However, this venue did not cancel their events until just a couple hours beforehand. This was extremely inconvenient for everyone. I was halfway to Portland from Seattle when I finally got the email the event was postponed. Do better.

Yelp
I was outside with at least 8,000 people at 8:15 last night waiting to get into the venue for the Roger Waters concert - an event that was scheduled to start at 8, supposedly with gates that opened at 7. The idea that you can get 20,000 people through 8 metal detectors in one hour is bull$h!t. Once inside someone was in my $300 seat. The usher spoke to them (the two intoxicants) but gave up and told me to sit someplace else, and then left. I "asked" them to move. Worth it. Moda organization? Sucked The concert? Unforgettable

Yelp
I am throughly impressed with the service I got at Moda Center. I have health issues with walking and leg issues with multiple infections, and lymphedema moda center wheelchaired me to my seat, when seat was not good for me got me a different seat and wheelchaired me back to my car. I was thoughly impressed with Moda Centet when I saw pink I brought pink tickets from a scam site I didn't know it was a fake ticket site and a few others brought the tickets from the same site. Well Moda Center exchanged the tickets for real tickets and got sky box seats and still got my money back for scam tickets so basically got a free concert and pink was Amazing!!! Moda Center has accomodated me with Gabriel Iglesias and Fluffy and Jeff Dunham. One worker wheelchaired me to the right parking garage when I couldn't find my car for Jeff Dunham. One time my seat was like in 300 level and I was trying to do the stairs and had trouble. They got a wheelchair for me and wheelchaired me to a floor seat for Gabriel Fluffy. They always accomodate me and always impressed with their service.

Yelp
Scariest experience I've ever had at a venue, so poorly organized. Went to go see John Mulaney and doors didn't open until the show had already begun. Thousands of people just waiting in lines confused with no communication. Mulaney requires phones to be locked in baggies which is fine, but Moda Center staff had no organized way of unlocking them. After the show, people swarmed any employee they could find and formed huge unmoving masses around them to free their phones. Some employees stood near the doors which meant no one would get out of the building. I was the first to get my phone unlocked and it took half an hour of shoving and squirming and shouting to get out the doors. Someone was screaming, maybe they lost a child, maybe it was a panic attack, but there was no way for emergency services to permeate the crowd. A breeding grown for monkey pox and Covid transmission, thousands of people squished against each other unable to move. Horrifying. Will never be returning.

Yelp
I went to the LIZZO and Latto show last night and WOW what a time! Sat in section 103, amazing view of the stage, could see everything. Sound and stage was great. Staff all around was smiling and very pleasant. I enjoyed a brew and some whiskey and although expensive, it was expected. Leaving the Moda Center can always be a big chaotic but with patience not sp bad. Fantastic evening I'll never forget.

Yelp
Needing knee replacements, I rarely get out especially if I don't know how far I'll have to walk. My heart broke as the parking attendants guided me further and further away from the entrance. While paying for parking I asked if there were any services to help me get inside. The attendant pointed to a number taped to the side of the booth saying, "wheelchair assistance". I called the number and within 2 minutes Doug was there with a wheelchair. He wheeled me all the way to the section I was sitting in and explained that there would be someone waiting for me in the same spot at the end of the concert to take me back to my car. Sondra was also there to point me to my actual seat and was extremely helpful throughout the evening. During the last song I decided to make my way to the exit, hoping to beat the crowd and that the wheelchair would be waiting. Once again Sondra was very helpful getting me to the chair that Gary had brought for me and took me to my car. I was extremely anxious prior to the event but was treated with such compassion and respect by Doug, Sondra, and Gary (and well, pretty much every employee I encountered) that I will no longer fear going to events at The Moda Center. Thank you all so very much!

Yelp
This is actually at the Veteran's Memorial Colosseum next to Moda. They had a Unique Market opened housing local vendors and their creations inside. Familiar vendors from the Night Market as well. Such great stuff to shop for, especially for the holiday season coming shortly! I bought some cool cup from this vendor shown. Be sure to check this place out while it's up. You'll find parking in the Garden garage nearby too for only $10. Everything from clothing, candles, accessories, food, drink and so on.

Yelp
Great venue with a ton of great food options to choose from before the concert! I would highly recommend it

Yelp
I loved the small(er) venue. It was also in a nice location. I say smaller because I'm used to ones with around 10k more seats. It made it more intimate. I came for the Korn and breaking Benjamin concert in February (which was awesome by the way). Korn had amazing sound. Breaking Benjamin and their starter band bones didn't have the best quality (hard to hear the words) but not sure if that was their equipment or not. I walked down from a hotel so unsure how parking or traffic get around this time. It seemed very quiet but it was also a Thursday night concert. Inside was pretty easy to navigate. Seats were comfortable enough. We ordered their special drink which was way to sugary for my liking. Overall I had a great time here.

Yelp
This was the weakest courtside experience I have ever experienced. Not needing a wristband was a red flag right there. When you are paying a good bit for seats, usually at least water and soda is included. Not here. You have to pay for everything. I am not clear on what the benefit to courtside is except for having access to a "nicer" dinner underneath that is not free and occasionally seeing the players as you are looking around everyone else if you are not in row 1. Compared to other arenas, it was cheaper but you get what you pay for - a whole lot of nothing. They also need to do some serious upgrades to the arena.

Yelp
Extremely impressed with Moda Center. One of the nicest arenas I've been to for an NBA game. The food looks exquisite. We ate before, but had we known there are lots of good food options, we may have just eaten there. The seats are comfy and the stadium is very clean.

Yelp
I've been coming to the Moda center for many years now and it's always been a great hit. Parking can be chaotic during game nights and concerts so it's always best to get there early and beat the crowds. The max line is always a great way to hop on/off or park a couple blocks away where there's 5 hour parking to avoid the mess after wards. (Dl the Parking kitty app) Online ticket purchases are highly recommended and the smart way to buy tickets vs third parties or apps, as there are many scams out there. So be warned and be aware! The ticket office/will call is also a great way to buy tickets. Check out the 300 level for the renovated blazers attractions. New food cart rotations and restaurant additions. The loaded nachos on the 300 level are a must try! There a bunch of restaurants and bars nearby to Pregame before game days. Boo for the price increases on drinks and food!

Yelp
I really like this arena. I was able to take the Max Rail Line directly to the arena. I did not have to worry about parking at all. Security was very good at getting fans into the arena. You have a good view of the court from anywhere in the arena. We were in the top section and could still follow the action with ease. The concession stand prices were very agreeable.

Yelp
We were in town this past Saturday for the ELTON JOHN concert and man did he ROCK it!!! Being from Seattle we didn't know our way around and had to ask for seating assistance at least twice. We were in the 2nd level which seemed so much nicer than the other sections but was especially hard to locate. Turns out it required a special trip in an elevator, who knew? The bathrooms were very clean and everyone I chatted with (who worked there) seemed very friendly and helpful. We had decided to leave our purses at home and when we arrived, we didn't have to wait in long line. They had a special line for those who didn't have bags or purses to check. How great is that!? It was a great night and I would totally come back to see a show here anytime!

Yelp
Whether it's a Blazer's game or Winterhawks game or concert, I love the Moda Center! Compared to stadiums in other Cities, I find it super easy to get to with lots of options (Drive, Max, Streetcar) and parking. After events, traffic moves quickly. I've sat courtside, in the Suites, and many places in between! Of course some seats are better than others, but I have never had a bad experience. I've hosted team events in the Suite to watch the Blazers and once, for an Imagine Dragons concert. We had food and drinks catered in so everyone could mingle before the event started. Renting a Suite is a great option for team building to augment relationships beyond the traditional work interactions. In the main arena, food options are plentiful - tacos, pizza, hamburgers - and of course lots of places to grab a beer. Prices are higher than on the outside, as expected, but do-able. Before Blazer games, I enjoy hanging at Dr. Jacks right there in the Rose Quarter. Blazer fans are friendly so always a good time! Love living in a City where events are so accessible and easy!

Yelp
The Moda center is nice. It's an arena so it's pretty damn big but I feel like there really isn't a bad seat in the house especially with the fact that you can pick up a pair of tix to a decent game for $18! That's what's up! Just a heads up, if you end up in/around the 327 section you're sitting on the opposite side of where you enter though, so you have quite the walk to get to your seats. They offer GOOD beer which is expected living in Portland but nice to see none the less. Parking is expensive as eff so definitely plan accordingly and Max or Lyft there. Getting home is not as simple if taking Lyft. My biggest tip would be to walk a couple blocks away from the Moda Center to Lyft b/c it is a COMPLETE CLUSTER FUX! Once finally hunting down our Lyft we got the low down; Moda Center forces the Lyft and Uber drivers too ALL go to one spot to pick up and drop off. Then on top of that they shut down half the roads so EVERY ride share end up in this massive grid lock where no one moves b/c they're all waiting for their fares and no one's walking to their ride shares to hunt them down. There ALL just WAITING to get PICKED UP!!! This totally sucks and turns your once fun time into regret!

Yelp
Been here many many times for various events, concerts, sports, conferences and shows and I have to admit this is a pretty good stadium. The layout is pretty easy to understand and navigate while having both the big venue feel as well as smaller-big venue appeal. The Moda Center (how long will it retain this name?) has many places to eat and shop while offering quite the robust variety of choices. My issue along with majority of others - it is not cheap to eat here just like other locations of this sort across the country. I say not cheap, heck it is not even of reasonable cost but you should expect that when attending a Blazers game or something else... The sound quality in here is great, concerts are exceptional to watch here however the upper deck seats are not so great for sound or visibility. Fine for basketball or hockey, bad for music.
