Beautiful Atmosphere, but the Food Missed the Mark I visited Modena for a date night, and while the restaurant has a wonderfully "sexy" and upscale vibe, the experience didn't live up to the price tag. We spent over $100, but both the food and service were disappointing. We tried the arancini, spinach, and garlic mashed potatoes, but found everything to be surprisingly bland. The biggest letdown was the signature Ravioli Aragosta; the pasta was chewy and the lobster was significantly overcooked. While the vodka sauce was delicious, it couldn't save the dish. For these prices, we expected exceptional quality, but unfortunately, there are better options in the city that offer more flavor for a better value. I’d recommend skipping this one and heading somewhere with more consistent flavors.

Had the veal picata tonight, was an absolute delight. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service top notch. Great for a date night, family gathering, of just an evening by yourself with some good wine.

Modena is our go to restraunt for celebrating special occasions or date night. Service is always top notch and the food to match. We celebrated our anniversary and they gave us this delicious cake. Thank you Modena for creating a wonderful memory.

We come here often. The atmosphere is upscale but comfortable. The food is always stellar and they always have interesting specials. We typically make a reservation so we haven't had any issues with getting in. The service has been consistent.

Came in tonight with a party of 5 and Eric was fantastic. I’m currently a server myself and he did better than me! Grabbed plates from the tables when we were done and tried very hard to help me find something since the new change to the menu! Even though I’ll miss the old fettuccine Alfredo I was able to order the Caesar salad is very good. Also Allison and the other host were super friendly. She opened the door when we entered and made us feel super welcomed! Thank you very much Eric!!!

I had an incredible experience at Modena! truly one of the best fine-dining Italian restaurants I’ve visited. The atmosphere was elegant without feeling stuffy, and every dish was packed with authentic flavor and beautifully presented. A special shout-out to Harry, our server, who made the night exceptional. His recommendations were perfect, his timing was impeccable, and he made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. It’s rare to find service that elevates a great meal into an unforgettable one, but Harry absolutely delivered. Highly recommend Modena for anyone looking for top-tier Italian cuisine and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

Two glasses of wine, tapenade with fresh bread, lobster ravioli, clam linguini, and tiramisu. Only tiramisu and a ravioli pictured. Bill with tip was $140. The restaurant has an old-money vibe, though not ostentatious. Classy, but not decor that’s going to be Insta worthy. A type of place you’d impress in-laws or future in-laws. Food was excellent. Wife and I love date nights to different restaurants, both fine-dining and dives and everything in between. Good food is good food, period. This? This was a top five restaurant I’ve been to in the past few years. Best Italian/Mediterranean food I’ve had in a decade. Absolutely a go-back-when-it’s-time-for-this-vibe-again restaurant. The team should be proud of a job well done.
