Beautiful Atmosphere, but the Food Missed the Mark
I visited Modena for a date night, and while the restaurant has a wonderfully "sexy" and upscale vibe, the experience didn't live up to the price tag. We spent over $100, but both the food and service were disappointing. We tried the arancini, spinach, and garlic mashed potatoes, but found everything to be surprisingly bland.
The biggest letdown was the signature Ravioli Aragosta; the pasta was chewy and the lobster was significantly overcooked. While the vodka sauce was delicious, it couldn't save the dish. For these prices, we expected exceptional quality, but unfortunately, there are better options in the city that offer more flavor for a better value. I’d recommend skipping this one and heading somewhere with more consistent flavors.
