Absolutely unforgettable dining experience! Every dish was a work of art—beautifully plated and exploding with flavor. Huge shout-out to the chef for creating such incredible flavors! I got a sneak peek of the fall special, featuring the Norwegian trout vadouvan and ribeye cap/ marrow chimichurri dish, and it was pure perfection—rich, delicate, and absolutely divine. I’ll truly miss the summer menu favorites: the smoked tomato tartare, the luxurious crab rillettes, and the sweet corn agnolotti—my ultimate favorite (that sauce!! I could drink it!). Every bite was a celebration of flavor—can’t wait to see what the fall menu brings!
