"The San Diego-based brewery recently announced it’s partnering with Alamar Bar & Kitchen and reopening its Oakland location with new sidewalk seating. Alamar created a special takeout menu that includes guava chili barbecue-glazed wings, and beer cheese made with Modern Times beer. While you’re there, you can also pick up lumpia and barbecue chicken skewers from the Filipino takeout spot, The Lumpia Company. For more details, head to their website. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1-8pm, this neighborhood bar on Divisadero is open for outdoor seating, where you can also get cocktails, wine, and beer, plus chicken, carne asada, or bean and cheese burritos from The Little Chihuahua. Right now, The Page is also serving 12”-inch cheese or pepperoni pizzas from the longtime neighborhood spot Bus Stop Pizza. Pretty good selection of beer! Cute interior. Didn’t like the fruitlands - so much zing! Space Mallet was interesting.. tastes like the berry smoothie from Costco. I personally liked Star Cloud the best.

Cool place with all their drafts but no beer garden. On site merch store. Board games available to play. Apparently, you can bring your own food in but call them to confirm.

Awesome Oakland brewery with a great selection of high quality beers. Their IPAs are delicious. Spacious but gets crowded so get there early! The bartenders are efficient so despite the crowds you can order quickly.

Great spot for great beers. You can bring in outside food, which is awesome. Masks are required when moving about the place. The staff was rad and helpful with picking the right beer.

Great selection of beers from renowned San Diego brewery Modern Times. The bartenders are knowledgeable and helpful. The decor in the Oakland taproom is a slightly jarring mixture of psychedelic art in pink and turquoise, but it grows on you. They don't serve food, but they let you bring in food from outside. Located a few blocks from 19th Street BART Station and several bus lines on Broadway. There are a few good restaurants (such as Mua) within walking distance where you can dine before switching to a liquid diet.

Not only the beer is excellent but they were so nice to my dog, water bowl and treats. My only but is there coffee. I bought it and tried different brewing methods, thinking that was why, but still pretty weak in flavor and body. Ended using more coffee.

I finally got to have a beer here, it was during Covid so it was all outdoor seating, but the seating was nice and comfortable. The Beer Selection was of course stellar, the food selection had some decent options depending on Price and amount wanted. The employees were all great and friendly, we'll definitely be back.

Awesome staff, awesome service, awesome beer, but can hardly hear myself think in this place that is basically a bunker with concrete floors, ceilings, and walls. Could really use some stuff on said floors/ceilings/walls to dampen the sound in there, it is hard to carry on a conversation. I feel bad for the employees that have to listen to that all day---I hope Modern Times supplies them with a new set of earplugs for each shift to protect against hearing loss!
