What a delightful company to work with!! Our communication was immediate, caring, and professional. THE best part was the huge smiles our faculty had when they took their first bite. Everyone could not stop asking where the food came from—it was absolutely delicious! I will 100% be using them to cater again. The setup was spotless and efficient, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. The spread of toppings for the street tacos was immense—everything from freshly chopped onions and cilantro to multiple salsas, roasted red peppers, grilled corn, cotija cheese and more. It was a taco bar paradise. I highly recommend getting the shaved elote; it was a massive hit with everyone. Honestly, the only complaint I heard was that people ate so much they were disappointed they didn’t leave room to try everything. That’s how ridiculously good the food was. We had: 60/40 carne asada & chicken Veggie tacos (everyone was surprised how good that filling was, they were eating it by the spoonful) Cheese quesadillas Chips and salsa Beans and rice Elote shaved street corn Horchata Drop off catering with set up.

I hired Modern Tortilla to cater a work Christmas Party. They were super easy to work with - communicated clearly and in a timely manner, provided great options to work with for a menu, and all reasonably priced. The staff that worked the event were timely, efficient, and friendly. And the food was DELICIOUS! Everyone loved it! We will definitely be looking to hire them again in the future.

We hired Modern Tortilla's Food Trucks for 3 Cinco De Mayo events at our office properties. It was well received by all of the tenants. The service was quick and they were very accommodating with pricing, which we appreciated. However, we noticed the staff would take frequent smoking breaks throughout the event. This left us with mixed feelings about the overall professionalism and hygiene standards of the company. It would have also been nice to know in advance it was going to be a food truck AND a trailer.

Could not have had a better experience: birthday party with sixty guests, all of whom enjoyed the most delicious tacos, quesadillas, guacamole, rice and beans, churros -- excellent food and excellent service. An easy company to work with; adapted the menu several times to fit our needs. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I worked with Modern Tortilla to hire a taco cart to our day-after wedding lunch with friends and family and it was awesome. They are easy to work with, reliable, and not to mention delicious! I would recommend them to anyone looking for catering services for their event.
