Moe's Southwest Grill

There was only one person preparing food and it took around 3-5 minutes per order. To order, you first have to put your order in the kiosk, then you have to stand in the ordering line and tell them your order while they make it. It's confusing, and if you don't stand in the right line, they won't make your order. After paying for the food, we gave up after 30 minutes without getting our order and went elsewhere. This location must be better staffed - I felt bad for the one employee who was overwhelmed with orders.

I am writing to say this was my farewell meal at Moes. I will do anything in my power to avoid eating at any Moes ever again. The rice was flavorless, the chicken you can immediately tell is of very poor quality. The guac, the sauce, all ingredients extremely sub par quality. Do yourself a favor and go find something else to eat. You’ll thank yourselves. Goodbye Moes. I threw half of it out. Have to state the facts.

Ordered breakfast burrito (without chicken or steak) - was supposed to cost $8.50, but they charged $10. Also, I asked for bacon - and FYI that costs $2.50. Just kinda irritated that I got something I thought would cost $8.50 and it cost $12.50. Other than that, it was pretty good. The line was short and it was made fresh.

We were transiting through Minneapolis and left with a sour taste after trying the chicken quesadilla at Moe’s in the food court. The food containers were pretty empty (6.30pm) and what was left looked very dried out. The quesadilla had bland tastiness chicken and cheese - it tasted like cardboard and couldn’t be rescued by a side of guacamole.

Best breakfast deal at MSP airport. Excellent food court location with a great variety of seating, natural light, and window views of the coming and going of the planes. My steak burrito was packed full with flavor. The steak was tender. The staff was prompt and kind. Recommended!

The first time I have thrown out food I ordered; and Im a senior citizen Breakfast burrito — the wrap was still frozen, the eggs, veggies were at least a day old. Two bites and I couldn't take a third.

A nice place to get a tofu bowl or tofu burrito. Nice very good food and quality is perfect. Atmosphere is good to eat with family and kids. If you are a vegetarian a must place to be if u need to spend for lunch or breakfast.

Got steak plus chicken bowl with queso and guacamole. $28. That’s fine. The issue was the bowl was 1/3 filled after adding everything. The white lady obviously didn’t want to serve anything.
