Worst of the worst rude and no common sense don’t come here to deliver if you value your time and hours of service I arrived on a Friday noon no other drivers here but me I check in and immediately I’m told they won’t offload me until hours later when the individual that offloads I’d done doing his companies trailers in house work mind you no drivers on site but me been here going on 4 hrs now and do you think he started my trailer well nope dude hasn’t smh I’ll never deliver here that’s for sure

If I could leave a negative review for this flooring design, I would. The grooves barely lock together, a slight breeze rolls in and they pop out. It’s by far the worst flooring I’ve ever installed. If any homeowner ever buys this I’m refusing install.

As an otr driver I love delivering here!! The staff is very polite and super helpful. Also it is very easy to access with plenty of room for setting up for your docking maneuvers. Super great place to work with.

No one answers the phone Was told as long as you get there before 3 pm they will unload you. Arrived at 215pm Was told we stop recieving at 230 I said it’s 215 She went and man comes back says we stop recieving at 130 pm. The lady just said 230. I was told 3pm. On the phone. No one knows? Dropped trailer and was told come back at 8pm Mowhawk to mowhawk dry load should not be like this. It took 7 hours to get loaded in Georgia. I live in Aurora but won’t come here again. Almost as bad as Aurora Budweiser. They are next door neighbors. Budweiser is worse.

I had to pick up the materials for a job in Buena Vista ( 2:30 hours) from Denver. I decided to pick up the material 3:30 pm after a job and the worker lied about they were closed. On their website says they close at 3:45. Because some people are lazy I won't be able to leave Denver before 8:00 and finish the job earlier as planned. Terrible experience and any effort to help the customer.

If you get expensive carpet from this place be sure to have it cleaned every 18 months and save ALL RECEIPTS or mohawk WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRENTY!! BIGGEST FRAUD IS THAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS OR LIST IT IN THE WARRENTY PAPERS. I UPGRADED MY CARPET ONLY TO HAVE IT FRAY FALL APART AND ITS NOT STAIN RESISTANT AND ITS CHEAP BURBUR CARPET. BUYER BEWARE!! Also what with the Bible stuff??

Unprofessional forklift driver loaded all the way to end of trailer which put all my axels over 34k

Very un-proffesional and rude customer service. Seems like they hate working there. Warehouse and the black lady that takes orders was the worst. Need a whole new crew i will never be back
