Virgin Hotels opens in Las Vegas with new restaurants and bars to explore from Nobu and more | Eater Vegas

"A 60,000-square-foot, tribe-operated casino anchors the resort, notable as the first Native American operator on the Las Vegas Strip; the gaming floor includes roughly 650 slot machines and more than 150 table games, forming a substantial gaming presence within the property." - Susan Stapleton

I love the Virgin! Like I'm in LOVE! MY GO TO place when I stay in Vegas. Very relaxing modern environment with great pools, great food, gambling, gym and I love their breakfast bar. Each morning, I wake up and go down for my coffee and a smoothie, then out to the amazing pool. You can be yourself outside in the pool area and feel comfortable and relaxed. The pool area has games you can enjoy, like pink pong. Cabanas are available to rent for a great price. The pool area also has a bar and food service. My time at THE VIRGIN IS ALWAYS WONDERFUL. If I had a free night stay, I would be right there!!!

"Amazing Stay at virgan Hotels!" This place is absolutely worth the stay! The hotel rooms are elegant, with stylish decor and a luxurious feel. Every night, there's a fantastic DJ setting the perfect vibe, making the experience even more special. The entire atmosphere is sophisticated yet welcoming, and everything—from the service to the ambiance—is truly impressive. Whether you're here for a short visit or a longer stay, it's an experience you won’t forget. The reserves and amenities are top-notch, making it a perfect getaway. Beautifully views. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and vibrant stay!

Google
I love staying at this hotel, there are some drawback that I’d like to see change before staying again. One staying (strip side) gives you nothing other than a view of the pool, should you stay opposite side you’ll just see casino roof and bunch of ac’s. Only benefit to a view is staying higher floors. 2, Comparatively to other hotels, the restrooms are completely sadly outdated. With all that space it’s just sad. Like an old apartment bathroom, shower, sink, restroom area. Res told the room quick nice, bed sleeps well and tv on point. Being able to open the balcony would be nice, but mine was locked, could only crack. I could not get the ac below 71. Was a warm night thank god for the “window crack”, unlock the window I would have to run the ac at all and you’d save on that electric. 3, I could not order room service on my stay because the kitchen and service stay was on strike. So many good places were closed and room service non existent. Not even sandwiches out for guest who had midnight munchies. Being able to use Hilton points to stay and being 💎 Diamond status with Hilton Carrie’s no weight here. Benefited me zero, no water at check in or complimentary anything. I love how it shows Hilton curio but front desk first to say we’re not a Hilton just affiliated so that was a bust, regret no using same point to stay on the strip at WA or Crd. So many restaurants in the building none were functioning, and the room numbers were interesting. I also noticed no one with a smile or hearing bells at the slots lol so I don’t think it hits here. Final thoughts for improvements, those bathroom areas.

Google
Don't nudge the sensored "amenity " bar or you will be charged. They'll remove the charge if you prove nothing was used . The room was nice but we had a view of kinda the sphere with distant mountain views. Construction was occurring so that was the vibes. But the stay was good and the facility can accommodate your needs.

Beautiful property with amazing restaurants. This property is super clean and bright and inviting. The staff is super friendly and accomodating. Our casino host James Bean was very helpful and very approachable! Thank you, we will be back for sure!

Google
This casino is not like the Hard Rock but that's not saying it's worse. This casino has a lot to offer in such a small area. They have new slots and blackjack tables. The minimums are pretty standard $10. You can only play bar-top video poker machines at Desert Star Bar & Heat Bar (Inside the High Limit Tables) because Virgin doesn't have a gaming license. So "The Bar at the Commons Club" in the front lobby doesn't have bar top gaming because that's a "Virgin" bar, not a Mohegan Sun owned bar. It's very confusing considering it's the same property. But for what they have it's nice. Besides opening night when it was slammed with people you can pretty much play at any slot or table now, there are open seats. It's not the casino but there is plenty of nice restaurants around the property to grab something to eat or drink in-between gambling. They have pretty good music playing over the speakers, it's all top-100 hits and some house music. Music is on the loud side but I kind of like it because it drowns out the repetitive slot noise. I did find it odd that the Players Club (Momentum) is the same windows as the cage. Pro: If I need to do something with my players club card and exchange chips I can do it all in 1 trip. Instead of going to 2 separate locations like other casinos. Con: If I'm just trying to get something done quickly like exchange chips, I might have someone in front of me just trying to sign up for a players card and now I have to wait. I guess you have to take the good with the bad. For the space they have they make the most of it, to compare it to like MGM or Circa is just not the same level. Both of those properties have way more space to work with and offer. Mohegan Sun is definitely a different vibe than the old Hard Rock but different doesn't always mean bad. It's just now a different vibe for everyone to get used to. Not everyone liked Hard Rock when it first opened either but eventually people started to love it. I think the same will happen here. But if you are looking for a small to a midsize casino to hang out and play at this is the new spot to be.

Google
Came to get away! Relax didn’t win much but that’s gambling. People here are polite the rooms are clean. If your low on anything they’re there. The WiFi needs work. As you can see while watching TV. Need to work out the streaming. Over all had a great time. Food is good. I miss the Hard Rock Bloody Mary. But I believe they’ll work out these small issues.

This place was awesome. The decor was really pretty. Friendly workers. Restaurants were closed at the time we were there, but the menu looked great.

Yelp
This is located inside the Virgin Hotel and what I liked about it is that it is not overly crowded and with that, at least for me, I found it a lot more enjoyable here. I would definitely recommend here.

Yelp
The New Managment for Mohegan Sun has made a strong effort to bring in better machines, more excitement and player value. All in my Favorite Hotel, The Virgin Las Vegas, in Vegas! Ask for a Ruby Tower Suite that overlooks the Strip and Formula One garage, which is within walking distance. Recommend!

Yelp
Visiting Mohegan Sun (Virgin Hotel) in Vegas (The Old Run Down Hard Rock) It just opened up a this summer - being a Vegas local I like to go to all the new establishments/casinos to check them out. Located off the strip but a close cab ride to Las Vegas Blvd. Was pleasingly surprised at the improvements made by Virgin - The interior design is modern and laid back. Check in was super easy, we were comped three nights with no resort or parking fees - which was a huge plus - we upgraded to a suite for $48 bucks per night in the Ruby Tower. The Ruby Tower has its own check in and entry - it was cool & modern. Rooms in the Ruby Tower were really nice - providing charging pads in both the bedroom and living room. The Bedroom/Living Room door ways have pocket doors for privacy - we liked that feature. Lots of outlets to set up electronic devices, two TV's and a Super Comfortable Bed. All the lighting is cool, options on lighting brightness and zones along with a button that turns on a light at the door entry letting housekeeping know to "not disturb" or to "clean", I thought that was a nice touch. All the staff is friendly and they're cleaning constantly throughout the casino - on the main floor they offer two bars, one with gambling and comp drinks, the other is a lounge type bar, great bartenders, drinks were not over priced and a good pour. The Casino is small but again a nice vibe throughout. The have an excellent area upstairs with numerous bars for watching games - it was pretty cool, it over looks the pool area. The pool also offers an outside bar - seating area - games to play (lawn area) along with two pool areas both of them have beach sand pool entry. There are a number of restaurants throughout the property - I found that the prices were a bit high, the Mexican place was way over priced. Gambling is decent, actually we made out pretty well - making about $800 in three days - so that's always GOOD ! Had a relaxing clam time with good drinks and a friendly staff Cheers Mohegan Sun

Yelp
Service was amazing! Caesar, Windy, Courtney and Mike were outstanding and friendly! All the restaurants in the casino were excellent.

Yelp
This was our first time visiting this Casino. I'm not even really sure how long it has been here, but it is new to us.  We entered and noticed it was not a super huge casino, but had a nice assortment of normal table games.  We found an open Blackjack table and I went on a good run. We walked around and noticed there was a nice selection of restaurants, including a Mexican restaurant called Casa Calavera. This was a cool casino to visit a little off the strip.  You will need to Lyft to and from this location

Yelp
Limited slots, but ok. But we didn't have any fun gambling here. The machines where very dull, hardly any action. Most other off strip competing properties have better slots.

Yelp
We were offered 2 comped nights at the Virgin Hotel because of Mohegan Sun's association with Ilani Casino in Washington. The casino used to be the Hard Rock Casino (HRC) One word to describe the vibe: QUIET. We checked out the casino floor at 2 pm and 11 am on consecutive days. On both visits, only the craps table had players while dealers stood idle at 3 other tables. We were told the single PG table opens at 8 pm; it had a $25 min bet requirement and the payout table was worse than other casinos in Las Vegas. Slots: It appeared many of the HRC slots remained mixed with some new ones. There were maybe 30 players total. We tried our luck but the machines weren't kind. Unlike the HRC, Mohegan Sun doesn't really have a theme or any unique draw. Pretty sure we will not be returning.

Yelp
This is our 3rd stay at Virgin since they took over my fav Hard Rock hotel & casino (HRH). The hotel has grown on me, the casino, not so much. The casino run by Mohegan Sun lacks any kind of excitement. For starters they should've kept that beautiful center of the casino bar. I hate the decor of the casino. The machines are tight af. It is a ghost town here. The fun party hotel/casino and pool area are gone.

Yelp
I got invited back for a slot tournament so thought I'd give it a try. Didn't win but tournament was ran well & I did manage to do pretty good at the machines. They seem to be trying to improve things. Even got a survey which I did & got a reply to my feedback. However, it's hard to get points especially if you play video poker. The sports book still is not open. Apparently there's issues with the out of country Bet Fred.

Yelp
I'm a local and really like Mohegan Sun in Las Vegas. The promotions are very good. I'm not a high roller by no means but this casino already assigned me a slot host. The host comped me in the steak house and did some other things for me as well. The casino is super clean. The bathrooms are immaculate. Staff is very friendly, too. I hit a $10K jackpot her end everyone was so accommodating and helpful. They paid me quickly and even escorted me to my car. I wish the casino would get some new games or expand, however. Mohegan Sun is my go to spot for gambling.

Yelp
This was the first casino I checked out while visiting Las Vegas. It was not to busy and not to slow. The servers are somewhat attentive but I understand because they must have alot of clients. I didn't see many servers, maybe they were short staffed. But it was a good experience. I won some money which was nice! I also liked how they was alot of security around it made me and my friend feel safe. Especially because this one guy in the casino was offering us illegal things and it made us uncomfortable. We spoke about it to one of the staff members and they took care of it right away! Will be going back to this casino for sure.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this hotel. Beautiful desert theme, and felt completely updated after their renovation and even a little bohemian. The rooms we were in were beautifully designed and comfortable, with a great view of their pools and the strip. Casino wasn't overly busy which i loved, and was DOG FRIENDLY! The waitresses were kind and kept the drink flowing.... All in all, We had an absolute blast. Will definitely be returning.

Yelp
This must be the most boring looking casino I've ever seen, and I grew up in Las Vegas!! I finally had a chance to stop by and see what was going on. This used to be the Hard Rock Hotel. Frankly, I think that's what hurts my grade so much. The Hard Rock was SO exciting. So entertaining. You WANTED to come back again and again to see what was new. Now, I've seen this place. I have no reason to go EVER again. I entered through the north parking garage. It was actually pretty nice because even on a Saturday afternoon, there were PLENTY of parking spaces AND parking was free. Bonus points! Love it! I guess this north entrance is where they have lots of convention space now, so it's just boring plain walls. Gone is all the rock and roll memorabilia. There's hardly any signage or artwork. Nothing say about the history of Mohegan Sun Casinos, or really anything. The only reason I think it's the convention space is because I saw well-dressed people walking around with lanyard badges around their necks. There's a snack bar/convenience store. Of course, there's no more gift shop. I don't even recall the restrooms near where Vinyl used to be, which used to be INCREDIBLE to see. The famous restaurant with the amazing name, Pink Tacos? Gone. It's been replaced with Casa Calavera. It looks nice. Maybe it's good. I could see trying it out. It doesn't appear to be anything near as good as Pink Tacos, though. I didn't see them making homemade tortillas near the entrance. The Vinyl concert venue and bar seems to have been replaced by an ice cream shop. Now, you see the casino, which is: a casino. Think of the most boring casino you can think of and this is it. It's new. It's nice. It has no pizazz. I don't expect it to have dancing rock and roll girls like the hard rock (or even The D Hotel), but there aren't any beautiful plants/flowers like The Mirage. It's brightly lit, which is a plus, as well as very clean, but it had nothing which made me walk around. There were people there, but like another reviewer said, it was all very quiet. The casino looks like a big box room like a warehouse or convention hall. Paint the walls a pretty color, then put a bunch of slot machines around. Maybe a few tables. That was it. Now that I think of it, by this time, I should have seen where the Joint venue was. If it's still there, I didn't see what they're now calling it. I saw a sign where they have upcoming concerts: Carly Rae Jepsen and Steve-O (from Jackass, I think?). No one else I'd ever heard of. Maybe they're now calling The Joint "The Theater", since that's where those people are performing but they're not really looking to have any acts worth watching. I walked through the entire casino floor, past NOBU (still there! ) and back again. There weren't any restaurants exciting to try. I'd heard Mohegan Sun's in other states might have a Bobby Flay or Michael Jordan restaurant. None to be seen here. I also walked through the pool area (open to the public, apparently). It's no beach club, but a simple hotel pool. Lots of families there looking like regular everyday people, rather than supermodels and Chippendales. It had a fair amount of people there and everyone looked like they were having fun, enjoying themselves. There's an nice-looking bar there, but I didn't stop to see about drink prices (I was kind of scared, actually). I also didn't observe any signs on the bar advertising drink/cocktail specials, so maybe they're just a simple bar serving beer and regular cocktails: no specialties. I exited the pool area, complete with grass, went back through the convention area, and got back to my car very easily. Mohegan Sun was the first casino I've ever been in which was operated by a tribal nation. As I think I've explained, it is very ho-hum and not worth seeing. Again, full disclosure, I really believe part of the unappealing quality is because the Hard Rock was SUCH an experience. If you're going to gamble, maybe you enjoy seeing a plain-jane, quiet, boring but clean casino. The Silver Nugget in North Las Vegas is the same: very plain-jane big box room with slot machines, BUT it's not as clean as Mohegan Sun. It's not as brightly lit. So, sure, Mohegan Sun is better than the Silver Nugget, in that regard. I wonder if Mohegan Sun has the same great food, prices, and specials?

Yelp
Very nice place. I'm rooting for their success. I was here opening weekend and they had a good-sized crowd. Good casino promos. I think once their pool construction is completed and opened soon it could very well attract a modern, hip clientele. They have a Nobu restaurant here which hopefully will be a positive draw for them. The property is definitely an upgrade from the previous Hard Rock theme.
google avatar

L T.

Yelp
First impressions, it's not as nice as the old Hard Rock. There is security everywhere, which is nice. The interior of the casino is subdued. I hope they get some good attractions and entertainment lined up because pretty dull inside. We'll try the restaurants and services soon. The hotel is run by Virgin. There's a tiny sports book. Let's hope they get some good promotions and eateries in there too.
google avatar

Yelp
This casino is attached to the Virgin Hotel. I have to say this was the dullest, most boring casino I have ever been too. Small and absolutely no sound of machines to excite you or draw you in to play. Half the place was empty, now granted it was the middle of the week but every casino I've ever been in greets you with that fabulous sounds of rings and machines singing the sound of money being put into or taken out of. The fact that by the sounds alone you know you are in a casino. It felt like every machine in the place was turned off. Every time I sat down I turned up the volume on the machine. In the two days I can say I didn't see anyone out and about cleaning the machines, my hubby said he say a lady once cleaning the carpet. The drinks were few and far between the first night and the second night we received the best service as she heard the machine and we were winning and tipped her well every time she came around (playing the 007 Bond machine). I can say I've been and will probably never be back. Oh almost forgot if you sign up for the players card you get a free T-shirt too! Need to make this place more lively, it's not inviting at all.

Jenn B.

Yelp
In a word...BRUTAL. Loyal patrons of MS in CT (blows away it's only competitor, Foxwoods) and visited on our way out of Vegas. Comped Suite has two TVS (one doesn't work, even after calling for service) and the view is less than appealing. I can't imagine what you're looking over in a regular room. The bathroom is basically a peep show (the photos simply doesn't do this clusterfuck justice) and there isn't one pool that's functional and open. Not one. A Momentum card holder from CT, PA or MA? Too bad! Their systems aren't connected to either, so whatever gaming/slots you plan on doing you won't get any credit for back home. Our blackjack dealer was too busy bullshitting with the Pit Boss (but I wasn't expecting much considering we're playing a $10 minimum table at 3:00 PM on a Thursday...are we were the only blackjack players in the place.) If you're offered two comp nights in a Suite - unless you're using it as a stop gap between your REAL accommodations on the Strip and the airport - take my advice - it's a hard NO.

John L.

Yelp
ATTENTION TO SLOT TOURNAMENT OCT 6-7th. This is a review for the MOHEGAN SUN CASINO and STAFF MEMBERS. I have never felt so cheated by any gaming establishment and can't believe how unprofessional and dishonest the staff are at this casino. I've stayed here in their hotel rooms and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel but the casino is ran by shady crooks. If you played in the tournament this past weekend let me inform you that they robbed everyone by false advertisement and tampering their tournament machines. The tournament was an invitational tournament where they offered their V.I.P players to celebrate their 10th anniversary for the momentum rewards club... They called it the $60,000 Celebration Slot Tournament. They should've called it the Halloween Trick and Cheat V.I.P Members Celebration tournament as that's what it actually turned out to be. Grand prize of $30,000 second $10,000 third $5,000. Sure seems exciting to participate in right? The tournament structure had participants play (2) 2 min rounds and also had the trick and cheat special bonus round for those participants who earned one bonus round entry for every 50 promotional points earned during the earning period which started the day before the tournament up to the last 30 min or tournament play. Players were able to earn up to 2 bonus round entries in order to replace any of their previous round scores as the final placements would be determined by the total of 2 highest scores. $10 coin in was 1 promotional points. $500 for 50 promotional points. $1000 for 100 promotional points. The bonus rounds were played during the final 2 hours of the tournament. There were about 200 participants who earned the 2 additional bonus entries. So that totalled to about 400 bonus rounds earned by the players collectively and about $200,000 spent by these players altogether to earn their bonus round entries. An hour and half into the bonus round played and over 300 bonus rounds completed there were a total of 0 bonus rounds scored to replace a lower score and improve their total score. How did this happen? I don't know.. but this is what really happened... The messed up part about it is that to the tournament administrators there was nothing wrong with it... Of course, they just tricked participants to spend over $200,000 altogether into their machines and in return gave not even one participant an improved position by this bonus round that was supposed to help you by replacing a lower score with one of the bonus round score. Participants were tricked and cheated all while the Casino treated themselves with the $200,000 spent by the participants. They rigged the machines for the bonus rounds to not have any chance to improve any score at all. Not one person out of all those players and additional rounds played. That's not it just yet. If tricking participants to spending more money on useless bonus rounds were not enough here is the part that's earned them the title for the Shadiest gaming establishment in Gaming history.. They had a slot technician tamper with a machine in the final 15 minutes of play and had their friends all lined up at the very end of the line to ensure they are the ones who would wait to play on that machine. The rigged machine is spinning at 4x rate now and it's so obvious that it's going to put up a ridiculous score. Many people were complaining as they seen the unfair advantage the player was getting playing on the rigged machine. Slot tech and tournament administrator disagrees and says all the machines are the same. Lol. As this discussion is happening the score pops up with a gold ring with a flashing 1 inside the ring. First place.... after an hour and half of no one scoring higher in the bonus round to improve their scores not one out of 400. Just so happens the first one to do it is the one that sits on a tampered machine that was rigged by the slot tech for no reason in the last 15 min of tournament play... So we are upset with this rigged machine allowing this person to get first place and what they do next is unbelievable... while we are telling them to shut that machine down they sneak the next person on that machine when there are other machines available to use... If other participants are claiming that the rigged machine is giving an obvious advantage and there is a discussion about it going on why sneak the next players onto that machine? It wasn't only the second person they allowed they allowed the next 4 to all play on that machine while we are trying to stop them from. They act like nothing was wrong. Those last 5 players they allowed/designated to sit on that tampered machine placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 6th. They closed up the tournament gave us an email contact and said if you have any concerns to contact the email on the paper. And that was it.. only in Vegas when you think you've seen it all.. unbelievable.. stay away from this casino..

Yelp
Would have had a great time if it weren't for pit boss Mark (guy who looks like dressed up Uncle Fester). We were just there to have fun and he was unpleasant to everyone. We all ended up leaving the tables instead of losing more money to the casino, so I guess it's their loss. And there weren't other people wanting to play, so I don't see what he gained by chasing us off. I've never experienced that kind of treatment at a Vegas casino. Spoiled the trip. Guess we'll gamble elsewhere next time.

Yelp
Hi This Angel Hurtado there is awesome slot attendant I believe his name Joseph awesome attitude works hard he respond quickly great guy. Thanks, angelhurtadobrwn@gmail.com

Yelp
it's ok, but poor point structure, to even get one momentum point, you have to at least push $25-50 through regular slot machines, depending on machines, they really don't have any real meaning full point structure like boyd or station.. Machines are tight, no real draw to play here, parking is free. I only go to play my free play, which is nothing, the change kiosk, doesn't give out change which is a pain, when cashier is busy for new people getting player cards. Even with the entertainment that's coming there, it will not survive, unless they make it worth your time to stop and play. Also very dark inside, so I guess you cannot tell what time of day it is???

Yelp
Get there now if you play Video Poker. I think they turned up the pay off to get awesome reviews and attract more gamblers. I is 9/5 pay off on Double Double Bonus Poker. I did not get the Royal, but I did have two 4 of a kind with kicker in the 2 hours I was there.

Yelp
Audrianna at the front desk is amazing! Hands down the best customer service my husband and I have received in a long time. My husband and I live near Red Rock and decided to check out the vevamp, and fell in love immediately. We were having a great time gambling and decided to stay the night on a whim. We had no reservation or clothing, but they got us in for the night and made sure we could still get toiletries and attire for dinner. Audrianna not only made our Anniversary the "Best" ever by accommodating us in a last minute request, but upgraded us to a room with a view and dinner comp for our wedding anniversary. Trust me, if Audrianna and the staff are the example, much like the staff at Casa Calavera, you won't be disappointed! This is a MUST stay!!

Yelp
I visited Mohegan Sun LV (Virgin Hotels) during a recent trip. We frequent Mohegan Sun in Connecticut as we live on the East coast so I wanted to check this location out. We stayed in the Ruby Tower, which is full of beautiful suites. The rooms are brand new and high tech (Dog friendly). The casino is new and clean, packed with lots of slots (they also have table games). The entire location has a really cool vibe. The employees including the driver who picked us up at the airport, front desk team in the Ruby tower and the casino floor staff were amazing! Great job! If you haven't been here yet, put it on your list. You wI'll be happy you did! I will definitely be back.

Yelp
No one care more about a guest's experience than Mohegan Sun. This tribe is legendary going back to Fenimore Cooper's Last of the Mohicans. They have the most expertise and highest quality entertainment. They even landed U2 to come and entertain their guests.

Yelp
I have yet to stay the night at this Virgin hotel/casino/resort on Paradise and Harmon but I did get the opportunity to gamble here and win a couple of dollars the first time. The next time, hmm... Ever get the feeling you're being followed around? Its very uncomfortable. Trying to explore what used to be the Hard Rock Hotel, taking pictures and comparing scenery, thats what it felt like although I did my best to show Im not here for any malicious reasons, including losing $120. I started at the high limits slots and moved casually about the floor trying to get the vibe from a winning machine. The waitresses all ignored me and made sure I knew they were doing it intentionally. Im not sure as to why, I just came to gamble. Literally the only person who spoke to me was a woman as I was leaving saying she will see me next time and with a smile, the first smile I saw the entire 2+ hours I was there. Not a good look!

Yelp
We just spent three days at this fabulous property. Having nothing negative to say. Our room was beautiful. Check in was fast and friendly. Restaurants had excellent variety and fine service. Pool was very relaxing and fun. Gambling was good. Seemed like we could play for a while. Excelllent experience. We will return ASAP.

Yelp
This hotel and casino has the potential to be a great place to stay. I stayed at this hotel for three days. I couldn't wait to leave. My room was near the pool so the music was really loud but that can be over looked because it doesn't play all night. The room was not really clean. I thought it would be since COVID is still out but no. You have noticable dirt on the remote and light switches as well has the bathroom door knob and shower wall. The floors had dirt and hair on them. When the cleaning came she said they don't have vacuums so she swept the room which moves the dirt around. Her mop was a wet rag with a stick. My tv stopped working so they moved me into a suite for my inconvenience. So I went from the Canyon towers to the Ruby towers and I just knew this room would way better. Well the look is better because you have a living room separate from the bedroom. The cleanliness once again was subpar. Dirty floors, especially in the bathroom and the counters as well. Someone left a empty water bottle on the side table in the bedroom and a cap of another water bottle. I guess housekeeping was in a rush. I just couldn't believe that a newly opened casino kept their rooms this way. The plus side about this place is the workers were really nice and you have different places to choose from to eat. I really wanted to like this place but I just couldn't get over the dirt.

Yelp
I collect dice and was unable to get to the new Virgin resort when I was last in Las Vegas over Memorial Day. I contacted the folks at the Mohegan Sun Las Vegas who run the casino at the Virgin resort. Made contact with a man named Mr. Kremsner who is the marketing communications specialist for the property. Mr. Kremsner was very generous and shipped me some dice and a deck of cards. I can not say thank you enough. If they go out of their way to help out people not at the resort I can only imagine how wonderful the rest of the staff of the Mohegan Sun Las Vegas are. Due to the top notch customer service I experienced, the Mohegan Sun and Virgin resorts have a new fan in me!!!!!!
