Fun & Well lit, clean. We didn't stay at the resort. We went for lunch and play games. My review is for the casino part only. It's spacious for sure. As others have noted the parking lot signage is sketchy, we drove around the perimeter 2x just so we could see where we could self park. Other than that the Diner was very good! I had the Hot honey/Nashville chicken sandwich. It was actual chicken breasts, not the mechanically ground patty. Also had the hamburger that was good as well. The sides were sweet potatoe fries, coleslaw. Multiple restrooms and very clean with the contactless hand dryers.

The hotel is beautiful, without being tastelessly ostentatious. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Dining choices are varied and plentiful. |My only issue is the high ($25) roulette minimums and the lack of 25 cent slot machines. Loads of $1 and 1 cent machines, but little in between. |A map of the property to download would be very helpful!

What an amazing casino and hotel. Staff is amazing! Customer service at its best. Many slots and tables to choose from. Nice shopping area. Many restaurants to choose from; we might just move here. Hotel check-in was easy as well as check-out from the room. Hotel room was very spacious. Bed comfortable.

I have to say that the biggest plus with Mohegan Sun was the staff and the customer service. From the valet to the maintenance workers, everybody was friendly, Personable and proactive. The casino area was extremely clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner in one of our rooms and the maintenance jumped right on it. The maintenance worker, I wish I had gotten his name, was quick and efficient. We stayed in the air tower, and it was a great view of the river and the mountains in the Background. It was a great weekend spent there. We will absolutely be back. We are not big gamblers, but we love the atmosphere and the vibe there. The only thing that I would recommend for them to do is to be more open on their Club card. Right now it’s only registering gambling and it’s about $135 for one point. If you open that up, to include rooms and some of the dining there.

worse costumer service. Had to coupons for cooler bags. I am handicap so I could not stand in the long line. I played a little and went back to get a cooler and was told they were out. I was rewarded $25 comp play. Absolutely not happy!!!! $25, please. Should have gotten a voucher for a bag and order more. Lost that $25 in three minutes. This place is such a joke. The only reason I came was for that bag. I saw people walking around with two bags. Not Fair at all. Other casinos at least give you $100 free play. Not this place. I will save my money, all for a cooler bag.

My new favorite casino. Worth the drive. Everything you need under one roof. Slot games 🎰 were super fun. Only $5 bills and up accepted , no $1 bills. Virtual cashier onsite to break bills. Lovely waterfalls, the Dome was beautiful. The decor displayed a lot of detail & history. Sun patio was super fun with live band and outdoor bar. Check in and check out was very easy.

The whole experience was OK. I stayed at the Earth wing to attend my kid's volleyball tournament, and the entire experience was mediocre. The check in process was a breeze and the front desk staff got us a room with a river view, which I appreciated. The room itself is nothing to write home about. It was a typical two queen size bed crammed into a small room. I give high marks for the water pressure! It was fantastic! ||I liked the soft, comfortable bed and the pillows were adequate for a nice sleep. The room temperature was easy to control and the sound proofing between the rooms seem adequate where the noise from the adjoining room did not bleeding into my room. Some of the room light switches did not work. ||Some of the amenities in the room felt cheap, especially the plastic cups. I would have expected glasses and not Motel 6 plastic cups. OH... btw.. the vending machines on the floor was a rip-off (I think I paid almost $4 for a 16oz soda). Plus there is no price marked on the machine. I guess if I was a big roller at the casino, $4 for a bottle of soda is non-issue.

Went there for a basketball tournament for a weekend. Stayed in the Sky Tower. Felt luxurious. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was amazing. So beautiful! Very satisfied. So much food choices. We never left the hotel. Will be back next year!

Yelp
We had a great experience here for dinner and a concert. Even the parking was easy. The show was super easy to access, find our seats, and enjoy a perfectly mixed sound performance (Earth, Wind, & Fire). There was plenty of everything to make us comfortable and happy. Next time, we'll arrive a few hours earlier to enjoy walking around, shopping, and taking in the art.

Yelp
We visitied the casino on a weekday just because we had nothing to do. U the way i am not a gambler but i like the slot machines. I felt like the casino has disconnected itself from customers all together. There were a few people sitting at the slot machines but nobody was really playing instead they were just seating around using the chairs as resting chair area. Weird? Definitely not worth the trek to Connecticut, then again i dont goto to casinos. My mother in law likes to gamble but even for her the experience was disappointing.

Yelp
Without the Seasons Buffet, Mohegan Sun is a shadow of its former self. Hint: Bring back the buffet!

Kimberley L.

Yelp
I don't even gamble. However if you sign up you get $10.00. This place is so clean. The stores are inviting especially the chocolate one. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Check out using ballet parking took a bit of patient waiting.

Yelp
I've been going to Mohegan Sun for years. This was the first time in a decade and it still looks the same. It's a casino located in CT on 240 acres and opened in 1996. It's owned and operated by a Native American tribe, the Mohegan Tribe. It also has an arena, cabaret theater, wolf den, meeting space, ballroom, and retail shopping. There are approximately 8,000 employees. Whenever I go, I enjoy shopping, dining, and playing the slot machines. I'm not much of a gambler but it's fun once in a while. The decor is pretty and I love the lights, sounds, and lively ambiance. It's like walking in a fancy shopping mall. I don't think you'll be too bored being at the Mohegan Sun since it has dining options, hotels, shopping, live entertainment, and sporting events. There are also spas, poker rooms, and various gambling games. There's a Tesla dealer there also. For the kids, there's an arcade, tiny tots area, gym, playscape, and cafe. Overall, a great option for entertainment if all other ideas were exhausted.

Lisa S.

Yelp
Had a great time here. The mall is beautiful with unique boutiques and restaurants. The air is crispy clean and clear of smoke. The temperature was just right for walking/strolling around. It was very pleasant and comfortable. With so much to do: bingo, shows, casino, kid zones and dining, there's something for every one of all ages. I won $210 on the Roulette table and couldn't be happier.

Sandra R.

Yelp
My favorite local getaway location. Great for family fun and dining. Plenty of parking and great shows and entertainment. Plenty of slot machines if you like to try your luck such as myself. I will occasionally try $20 just for fun.

Monica B.

Yelp
Always fun to walk around and see the Christmas decorations followed by some shopping and some dinner! The rooms in the Sky Tower are nice with spacious bathrooms and beautiful views! I loved the pop up bar this year next to Tao with all the festive vibes. Room service was great and we enjoyed a nice breakfast with some delicious hot cocoa and veggie omelette in the morning!

Amanda C.

Yelp
General experience here was fun. I was primarily here for dinner and a concert at the arena. Dinner at the Summer Shack was very good. Concert was excellent and I would come again in a heartbeat. The shops were cool - liked the general store and some clothing shops. Got ice cream at Ben and Jerry's (PB cup) I lost $ and had no winners at all on the slots. But again, the general experience as fun.

Marshall D.

Yelp
Service was terrible. Night manager William was unhelpful and disrespectful. I wish I never came here. Beware parking and valet system is unorganized and extremely slow.

Bob M.

Yelp
Attended the Trans Siberian Concert this past weekend which was terrific. The reason for the post is to recognize the event staff on how well they were organized on dealing with people with disabilities. The lines to get into the venue of course were long given the popularity of the band. But the event staff had a separate line for those in wheelchairs, walkers, and people with mobility challenges. This allowed them to get into the venue without having to wait for extended periods of time. Doing the security checks for these folks are also slower so by having a separate line this allowed other people to get into the venue quicker. And nice once on the floor to get seated the staff were very accommodating to get everyone seated and to take care of their personal mobility devices. All of the event staff made the event even more enjoyable by their attention and king care of all the people that needed assistance getting into the venue and their seats. And it was great to be able to take advantage of the valet parking which certainly save plenty of time getting in and out of the casino complex.

Yelp
This review is strictly for the Casino, not the hotel, as I stayed at an air bnb. Mohegan Sun is one of thee best Casinos I've visited to date. It was not over crowded like most Casinos and it is fresh and airy since there is NO smoking allowed! I LOVE THIS! I was able to gamble and explore without inhaling nasty secondhand cigarette smoke, it was such a breath of fresh air, literally lol. I admire the color schemes and the architectural design as well, it's gorgeous. Last but not least, there are tons of dining options to choose from including the lovely Michael Jordan steakhouse which is a must try! Also, the casino employees that I encountered were all pleasant and friendly. Everyone seems to enjoy working here, that is always a plus. I will definitely be back!! :-)

Brooke N.

Yelp
This place is GORGEOUS and easy to get lost in. So many options for dining which we loved and the decor is out of this world. I gave 4 stars only bc the beds were hard to sleep in but everything else was perfect!!

Nancy M.

Yelp
First time visiting here. Came for the Duran Duran concert. This place is well kept. It's spacious and clean. Will most definitely have to come here again, just to take it all in, and play a couple of machines

Adina S.

Yelp
I'm not much of a gambler, but I was in the area, so I decided to stop by. Mohegan Sun is a fun place to visit, even if it's just to walk around. The building is pretty modern and there's a lot of parking available. The nearby area doesn't have a ton of food options, so this is actually a good place if you're just looking for some food. They have a range of options, from fast food to steakhouses. I would come back, just for the overall entertainment benefit!

Alyssa D.

Yelp
I had a very disappointing experience at Mohegan Sun during my recent stay. Not only was I charged more than expected, but resolving the issue took an unreasonable amount of time. The staff was incredibly rude throughout the ordeal. When I recorded the bill at the front desk to document the issue, the lady working there actually called security on me, which was completely uncalled for and humiliating. On top of that, I had issues with my TV, and maintenance was in my room for two hours trying to fix it, wasting valuable time that I paid for to relax. As I was walking up to my room, a cleaning lady attempted to enter without my permission, adding to the feeling of disorganization and lack of respect for guests' privacy. To make matters worse, the vending machine took my money. When I reported it, they tried to excuse themselves by saying they didn't own the vending machine and didn't take any responsibility for the problem. They suggested I call room service for a drink instead, but room service never showed up. This entire experience was a disaster. The lack of professionalism, poor service, and outright rudeness from the staff made what should have been a relaxing stay absolutely miserable. I won't be returning and would strongly caution others against staying here.

Denise G.

Yelp
Nice casino- lots of food options! Very clean and dazzling with the holiday decorations too!

Dee C.

Yelp
Went to concert with Ojays last night- stopped at high rollers restaurant bar area. The buffet was great- roast beer, lobster bisque, salads, lemon asparagus, assorted desserts. The lobster bisque was creamy and yummy.

Yelp
I went to Mohegan Sun for the 7th of July weekend it was great I haven't been there since 2018 and prior to that I visited in 2006, It was a refreshing nice drive across The state of Connecticut and entering the Mohigan Tribe Nation inside Native American lands, I felt like entering a mystical place...my respects to The Mohegan Nation for there success, love this Casino, Great unforgettable place to visit and play. A note to the wise: By the way gamble responsibly and drink responsible, plenty of drinks. The Casino is still Gorgeous, Excellent Decor very cLean and spacious, plenty of machines to play with for every back ground and plenty of winners, even thought I had was n then got a little bit greedy and lost my $80 but made up by watching free Entertainment, It was Great My first live concert I have ever seen. The band was called VIxen Female Rockers and they really were rocking it. The people at the Casinos are awesome especially the staff, great services, very impressive decor with a indoor waterfall next to a bar, plenty of shopping, food and just a romantic place with that special someone, they also have hotel stays, still to pricey for me wish we could have gotten a deal but it don't matter we had a great time.

Steven W.

Yelp
I love that Mohegan Sun no longer allows smoking in the entire area of the casino, they just have designated areas so clothes don't smell that bad when you leave. I love the big fountain where the Tuscany Restaurant is under. Great decor and fun activities to do for all ages. The arena is relatively large and hosts good shows.

Joanna M.

Yelp
Not the first time I've been to a Casino, but the first time I felt like I was living luxury. When my partner and I arrived, we weren't aware that there was a valet service at the entrance of the casino (not sure if we have to pay for it or not). Instead, we self parked in winter lot and went to check-in. Reception was really nice and since we were checking in on a Monday, we were upgraded to Sky Tower on the 31st floor. When I tell you this room was luxurious, I mean it. The views are beautiful and we had a king size bed and sofa on the side. There's a desk if you wanna get some work done (work hard play hard!). The bathroom separates the toilet from the bath and you can close the door leading to the toilet if you want to use it while the other person is taking a shower. The room itself is also very new, clean, and modern. In addition to beautiful accommodations, Sky Tower has its own Casino. After gambling in both Casinos, Sky Casino is definitely better. You can tell the highrollers come to Sky Tower because the dealers are nicer, the service at the tables is more consistent, and the restaurants in Sky Tower are catered to a wealthier crowd. This also means that some of the tables have higher betting minimums. I only wish there were more tables open but I guess it makes sense for a weekday trip. The food at all the places was really good and not that expensive. Portions were also sizable so we could get back to gaming on a full stomach. Drinks at most of the bars are on the stronger side as well. I guess they don't need to charge a lot for food when the Casino makes the most money from the gamblers. Mohegan Sun also has shows and events on weekends. We were lucky to catch a dance party at Vista on Tuesday with a decent amount of people. If you want more than just the gambling experience, come on the weekend and see a show or have a party (it'll probably be a lot more expensive and crowded). If you wanna just chill and play the odds, then come on a weekday when it's less crowded.

Darrell P.

Yelp
Was recently at Mohegan Sun for a birthday party , my card was put on hold for x amount for accidentals along with a family member room. I few days after checking out i still haven't seen the refund, I called to ask questions about the manner and representative Taylor like Taylor Swift lol was absolute great and explain the process of the charges and how their procedure works. So calm and polite and understanding. By the end of our phone conversation Taylor help me become aware of the matter of someone charging room service on my card lol. Thank you, Taylor,

C S.

Yelp
One of my favorite casinos, very large but not so large that you can't find your way...has one of the best variety's of restaurants and venues, a ton of slots.....and location is right by the CT shore boarding RI, this really is a vacation destination. Now only if I can hit a jack pot........?

Wilson R.

Yelp
This rating is for the Tuscany Rest. I have eaten at the restaurant several times within the last few years. The attention to detail and the taste of food have gone down. I recently had some Calamari "burnt" with marinara sauce " tomato sauce taste" and ordered the 16oz prime cut medium. We'll it was cooked properly but it had no taste and it was it 3 sections. I expect better and was let down for the 1st time in Tuscany. Next time I go to the casino, maybe I'll try MJ23 and see how that turns out.

Jennifer A.

Yelp
This is my favorite casino in the tri-state. Originally it was Borgota, but Mohegan blackjack tables are better. Their progressive side bonus jackpot is the best! Last year I spent three weeks all together here, it was practically my home. It all started when they sent me free rooms up to four days so I came. This casino has a special smell all around, including the hallways of the hotel. Customer service is amazing, anything you have left at home you can ask front desk for extra toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, razors. Anytime you are thirsty, there's always free bottles of water all around. When you check into the hotel they already offer you water at the front desk. When you sign up for their players card, you can enjoy the breakfast buffet for $10. The seasons buffet breakfast ends at 11 AM, so I recommend you get here at 10:30 AM in case the lines are long. This way you get to enjoy breakfast selections for your first plate, and by the time you're getting your second plate of food, they already changed it to lunch selections. The indoor pool is a good size. Honestly the only thing that they are missing is an outdoor pool. The outdoor seating area next to the pool are just full of cabanas. If you're thirsty, there's cold bottles of their mohegan water at the bar. There are plenty of food selections here, they even have two different Johnny Rockets at opposite ends of the casino. On the second floor, there's a Chick-fil-A as well as a carlos bakery. Underneath that on the first floor, You can find soup, salad, pizza, seafood and sandwiches. Their VIP lounges are comfortable. My favorite one is the one right underneath the sky dome. It's amazing how the ceiling reflects the weather outside. I only realize this because one time it started raining outside and I noticed the dome ceiling was also raining. Every time I come to this lounge, I leave with higher cholesterol. This is a great place to study too. The lounge is not always full and you have unlimited food and drinks. Mohegan is my favorite mini-escape from New York. The mohegan bus also leaves from outside the flushing Main Street post office. Occasionally we take the bus for $13 and get the 3 $20 table match plays. One of those $20 match plays can also be for $20 food. You can use this for the dinner buffets to save money.

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
Still fun to go here for entertainment. The people who work there are always nice and friendly. Directions into the casino and hotels are easy to navigate. Views from the hotel are pretty nice. There is a river and plenty of trees to see from the rooms. Various gambling rooms and always something going on to make it a fun experience.

Eli M.

Yelp
The people hating or giving Mohegan Sun a bad review probably lost all their money here and to be honest I would be mad about that too but you gonna learn not to leave a bad review because you decided to waste your money so that is kinda on you there. I myself am doing a review on the concert that was in the arena they put on recently and that was a ringo the star concert where mid way he is going to get his tea in his green room and I'm like why can't I join you? I like tea. But personally fun event and really good seats for what we paid for I mean I had so many leg room because no one near me sat next to me so I got to stretch out

Annette M.

Yelp
One of the most beautiful casinos on the east coast!! It has tripled in size in the past 10 years with 2 casinos (earth & sky) separated by a mall and many eateries to choose from. It's a class 3 casino (top tier) and most people can agree the slots are "looser" here. It's been officially reviewed as the loosest tribal casino on the northeast. Remember to sign up for your players card so you can get comps every time you play. The earth casino is the original one and the setting is like a birds nest vibe. Very woodsy feel and vibe is low key. The sky casino is the newer one and has a high energy vibe. This doesn't take away from the earth casino at all. It's just great that you have not one, but 2 casinos to play at! Mohegan Sun is a must visit. It's such a beautiful property that can appeal not only to gamblers but shoppers, foodies and families. Highly recommended!

M P.

Yelp
The hotel is a rip off!! They overcharge you when you book it it's less than what you're charged! The manager at the front desk is a bitch! Go to Foxwoods'.

Kyle B.

Yelp
Mohegan is always fun just to go and walk around in. We did a little bit of gambling and lost most of our money but was else is new. So many places to shop, a ton of options on places and types of food to eat. Lots of fun to go to even if you aren't gambling, and there's a big arcade with prizes for kids as well

Linda S.

Yelp
Simply love visiting here whenever back in CT the food drinks and entertainment are always great.

Joelle S.

Yelp
I never write long reviews like this but I think this experience warranted an exception. I grew up in the area and have since moved but decided to stay for my birthday over Thanksgiving weekend. The price for our standard king room at the Sky Tower averaged $500 for staying Friday and Saturday night but I was willing to splurge for my birthday. When checking in for the front desk, the staff was super friendly and offered complimentary cold waters. The room was very nice and a decent size with a nice love seat. You could tell the room had been recently renovated and I chose the more expensive sky tower because it was on the same side as the spa. We had a wonderful time going to dinner and a few of the bars Friday night to celebrate my birthday and ended up going to bed very late. The plan was to sleep in and then have a relaxing spa day. Unfortunately, that is not at all what happened. At 7:30 am our hotel phone rang waking us from a deep sleep. I answered alarmed thinking there must have been some kind of emergency. Instead, the staff member informed me that each room has a detector for smoking or vaping and ours had gone off at 2:05 am and we would be charged $500. I had him confirm that he had the right room as I have never smoked anything a day in my entire life. He confirmed it was the right room and I said there must be some kind of mistake or malfunction. I asked what my options were and offered to let someone come to the room to smell that there was definitely no one smoking. He said that unfortunately I'd have to call back in 30-40 minutes when a manager was on duty. I stayed awake and called back at 8 am and was finally directed to a manager. At this point I was crying because this was on my actual birthday and it was a horrible experience. The manager told me that someone from housekeeping could come and do a smell test but that they couldn't come until 10:30 am. I said ok I guess because I didn't really have any options and I certainly didn't want to be charged for something that didn't happen. However, no one came at 10:30 am. After 10 minutes, I called back and no one knew what I was talking about. I was starting to get hysterical at this point but finally after being passed around, I spoke with someone who confirmed that someone from housekeeping would come and to call back in 15 minutes if they didn't show. I told them I couldn't do that because we had a spa appointment and needed to be down there at 11 am. They assured me someone would come right away and fortunately about 5 minutes later there was a knock. We answered the door and a woman barely poked her head in and smelled and said we were good and that she would make sure the charge was removed. I could not believe that was all she did after dealing with this issue for over 3 hours!!! We had planned to go to breakfast before our spa appointment but unfortunately didn't have time due to this debacle and were even late to our spa appointment. We enjoyed the spa though I was upset the steam room was broken as that is one of my favorite amenities and I was not alerted of this ahead of time. After the spa, I went straight to the front desk and asked to speak to a supervisor. I explained everything that had happened and how upset I was. When I asked why I had to be called at 7:30 am, I was told they are supposed to call right when the detector goes off but that sometimes they take longer to check for notifications on the system which may be fair but almost five and a half hours later seems excessive. I asked why instead of an early morning phone call that can't send a text or email and was told the 'tribal elders' demand it be a phone call. I had asked what he could do for us, suggesting perhaps a room upgrade to try to make me still feel special on my birthday but he claimed they were completely sold out. He said he could comp the ~$50 room service charge for breakfast. This hardly seemed like a reasonable exchange for our morning of agony so I also suggested we be allowed a late checkout in the hopes we get more sleep since we were woken up so early that morning to which he agreed to a 2 pm checkout. I asked how often the detectors malfunction and was told they are 95% accurate. I told him that I appreciate they have the detectors as someone who does not want to stay in a room that reeks of cigarette smoke, but that they should not be used at the expense of rule-abiding patrons being falsely accused and charged. We made the most of the rest of our stay but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't tainted by our experience. This was not the birthday experience I had so carefully planned for, especially considering how expensive everything was. I have always loved Mohegan Sun and while I will certainly come back to enjoy the restaurants and casino, but I will not be staying at the hotel and will recommend others avoid it as well.

Jen W.

Yelp
Mohegan Sun is by far my favorite East Coast casino to date, and I've made it a mission to check them all out. From Hard Rock Hollywood to Oxford in Maine, there's just something special about this property. Could be that it's located in Uncasville, CT, surrounded by gorgeous nature. Or maybe the fact that it's not loud, obnoxious or too bright like most big city casinos. This one blends in. It's smooth, suave, soothing. It's an odd thing for a casino to be calming, but that's why I enjoy it so much. There are two sides for gambling and food. Casino of the sky with its icy color scheme, and Casino of the Earth, with a forest feel, warm tones and wolves. In between is a promenade of shops and upstairs eateries. Concert venues, clubs, bars and meeting spaces. You can park in any of the garages or valet if it's not too full. When I stayed at the hotel, the line stretched out to the main street, but moved quickly. When you join their rewards club, you get lots of benefits but the best one so far was an invitation to stay for free. So I did. The hotel room was large, modern, beautiful and very clean. I requested a sunset view on a higher floor and it was honored. There's a big pool with an indoor and outdoor section, a bar and exercise room . So much to do and see. If I have any reason to go to CT, MA, or RI, I make sure to include a stop at Mohegan.

Kristin W.

Yelp
Love this casino resort! Beautiful and so clean! I love the fact that there's no smoking allowed. They have amazing restaurants here too. Recommend making reservations in advance. Hotel rooms are so nice, new and clean. Bed was comfortable and so are the pillows. Can't wait to go back here!

Mary S.

Yelp
slot machines are tight, spent 400 in one maching not a lousy win! It took all my money and screen shows up as if wining is coming anytime, nope!! Lady next me lost her money. We came happy, left SAD. MOHEGUN SUN IF YOU'RE READING THIS... stop scamming people gambling is win and loss but you can't win and we lose completely -be fair to customers. With this practice I will not return to your casino ever again so you lose business. WHoever is reading this--monitor your wallet they will take everything and pay nothing

Ed R.

Yelp
These machines are getting tighter by the day. After 20 years of coming here and being an elite member, I might have to start exploring other options. These machines are at their tightest, and it looks like they will never loosen anytime sooner. Sad, covid, and other casinos opening up have caused this

Yelp
Attended a conference at this venue and it was quite a comfortable experience. The staff were all very friendly, from check in staff, concierges to housekeeping. The Room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds, nice sitting area and strong shower pressure. Great Meeting spaces in their convention center area. Varied shops and restaurants, as well. What I really liked though, is that the property did not reek of smoke, like most casino properties, as it is currently smoke free. The native American designs and art pieces throughout the property makes this a unique and interesting place to visit.

Yelp
Terrible terrible. I've been to hundreds of casinos and never in my life have a had such a disappointing experience. I win on electric roulette machine and they machine malfunctioned and never payed me out. I figured no worries quick fix. They would of had to pay me approx $600. The pit boss refused to show me his name tag and refused to review the cameras. After 3 hours of trying to get my money they were essentially helpless. 0/10 never go to this place ever.

Yelp
I've always loved Mohegan Sun but it has now fully reviewed 5 stars from me! Because of COVID, there is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in the casino which is AMAZING! I've always hated the second hand smoke and there's no reason why others have to breathe in other people's bad habits. The casino smells so clean and it's easy to breath now. Mohegan has always been clean and well kept. I've never seen anything falling apart or broken. The restrooms are always cleaned and stocked. I love this casino so much and it's only gotten better! As for the poor reviews about losing money...that's a gambling issue. You should go in knowing you're going to lose money. Set aside $100 or whatever you can afford/lose and that's your limit. Gamble responsibly and have fun!

Yelp
Its been awhile since we were at the Casino, probably pre-Covid. Went to dine at one of the new restaraunts. Was surprised to see that a lot had changed on the casino floors. Seems like all new style slots and more tables. Area was clean as always and it didn't seem as noisy at we were used to. Maybe since it wasn't as crowed when we went. We did notice a few new shops there that we will be trying out in our next visits.

Yelp
Stayed here for a work event and it is very nice! Right as you walk in the lobby and scenery is very nice. Beyond the lobby at the base of the escalators you can see a nice waterfall with a bar at the bottom. To your left and right are stores and little eatery's. Also in each directions are casino areas. It is a very big building and lots to do there. Unfortunately I did not get to check out the pool and spa area. The room was very nice although the shower was a little bit dated. Bed was very comfortable and I had a nice view of the river. I would really like to come back someday.

Yelp
Update 2/22: I had just had knee surgery 2/6 and suck in a straight leg brace for 12 weeks but wanted out of the house badly. My bf called ahead and asked about mobility decided and they said wheelchairs were free but if that wasn't working out a scooter was $45 for the day. Well considering we didn't plan to be there all day we arrived after 2pm we went for the free wheelchair option (it was clean and had issues) picked it up at the sky hotel lobby entrance, was pretty easy getting around until it began to get busy around 5-6pm and then the rude people who pretend to not see wheelchairs or people crunching to the restroom all appeared. A woman tenant in the bathroom was super nice and got the stall door and even asked if I was ok which I appreciated a lot. One of the bellhops when we first arrived was super sweet and even pushed me into the lobby by the water to sit while I waited for my bf to park the car. Played slots until about 6:30-7 and then because of how crowded it had gotten we decided it best with my keg to get going. Returning the chair was easy, just brought it back to the same location, I sat and waited for my bf to bring the car around and then crutched out. One of the valet guys held the door for me and even was asking what happened to me. He was very polite. The service is always amazing I can't complain. But yet again my bf got offered more free rooms on his account and I still got nothing. I really dnt understand it I've spent the same amount almost as him. When is signed up back up in November 23 I must have missed some promotional thing i dont know. He signed up January 10th 24 and has gotten free rooms since that day and he had only spent $200. Confusing.

Yelp
They did not give me my full winnings ($80) so simple. If you bet 40 on red and win, you get 40 back additional. This place is a scam and you should not do any games here if you care about how much they give you in return

Yelp
Beautiful place. The facility is top notch. The entire area between the Sky and Earth casinos is breathtaking. Easy to get in and get around. It is very well organized. Love that there is no smoking. Now, on the other hand... The slots are the tightest I've ever played. I've been to probably 9 different casinos in the past year, and these were the most ridiculous. Even on the few machines that actually gave me a bonus after a ridiculous number of spins with anemic line pays, there was next to no reward. We stayed in the hotel, as well. The room was totally average. The mattresses were terrible and uncomfortable. I had my player card from their other facility and, for some reason, it was cancelled and I ended up paying full price for a very average room with uncomfortable mattresses. This leads me to the conclusion is that Mohegan Sun is suffering from too many casinos having popped up in recent years everywhere. The result? The money is not flowing in like it used to. So they gotta make it up somewhere... tight slots and not putting money into upgrades. It was otherwise a clean and gorgeous place. I hope short-sighted business decisions don't make you run it into the ground.

Yelp
What can I say? As soon as I valet my car and enter the hotel thru the automatic sliding doors on the left, the wafting scent envelops me and makes me happy I arrived. I haven't figured what their signature perfume is! Smells like Bvlgari green tea perfume. I love it! Don't judge, this is my happy place. Concert arena is amazing, every seat has great view. Plenty of places to eat n play n shop. I gamble a little, I eat, drink n be merry. It's good to have a VIP connection bc if you are just P it can become costly. 33 VIP lounge has reopened recently in May 2022 after covid. I love the pool at sky tower, always clean n bright. There's a bar that serves drinks n snacks. I haven't been to the pool in the earth tower. The hotel does a great job w entertainment n conventions. Make you keep coming back. I love it here. My favorite place to relax n unwind.

Yelp
Fun, beautiful, huge place. I didn't want to go at first but couldn't think of when I might be back in town area. My coworkers said it's "the biggest " casino in America so, definitely had to check it out. Glad we went. The place delivers. It's visually stunning and the scale is impressive. Key takeaway: I won $400 on roulette! "Always follow David!"

Yelp
well to start , at check in was met by an individual who told us nothing about the hotel who gave us our keys and pointed at the elevators, more intersted in his own self importance then assisting a customer. Our reservation was including breakfast was told not available. Asked for a king bed was given to doubles. we went to front desk did nothing gave me cards of managers I could contact, there was little to no effort to resolve. after spending 450 per night asked for reservations the first night and was told they were very busy and nothing was available till after 8:30 they have no availability even when staying in the hotel. more to come ..........
