I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa! She has so many wonderful qualities as a health professional: she's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, talented and effective. And she's personable, honest, and fun to spend time with. Working on health is quite personal and can be vulnerable and Lisa creates an atmosphere of ease and comfort. As a health professional myself, I respect and admire all of those qualities. I've sent clients to her and she has helped me personally. Within a few personal training sessions she resolved pain I had experienced for months, (even though I continued to do physical activities like gardening and heavy lifting that were aggravating).  I'm so happy she's a part of my health care team!

Only 5 stars because I couldn’t give her 6. I went to Lisa, with a developing tendinitis issue. 48 hours after seeing her, I am happy to say I woke up for the first time in weeks with a much improved arm. I appreciate her expertise, professionalism, and support. I would trust and refer anyone to her!

Lisa Citarella with Biomechanics and Bodywork is amazing. Lisa is knowledgeable and professional while still being thoughtful, understanding, and compassionate.Her extensive and varied background allows her to bring outside of the box thinking to corrective exercise. I have injured my hip twice in the last three years and it is Lisa, who I turn to first to get me out of pain. She has several modalities at her finger (or foot) tips that she expertly chooses from to customize the right plan. Her skills in fascial stretching and connective tissue release have been crucial to helping my hip heal. She has also worked with my son who is a sprinter for a local high school. His coach notice that he was losing time because of the way he came out of the blocks at the beginning of his races. Lisa work with him a few times showing him better biomechanics along with some exercises and stretches. He definitely had a marked improvement the following season. I would and have recommended Lisa without a doubt to people who want to move without pain, who want to prevent injury, who want to improve in sports or who just want their bodies to work better in life.

Quite possibly the most thorough and impactful movement session I have ever had. Lisa's knowledge of how the body works is extremely impressive. I had L4/L5 surgery and she was able to help me flex and get into comfortably within minutes. A true professional who knows what she is talking about.
