New World Mall Food Court Guide: Where to Eat in the Flushing, Queens, Food Court | Eater NY
"The bright yellow vendor has been around since the food court opened and offers pan-Asian street snacks like takoyaki, Hong Kong–style egg puffs, Beijing jianbing, and milkshakes. The ham-and-egg cheese jianbing had a soft, fluffy crepe-like texture with crispy edges and an abundant but not overbearing filling—good balance of flavors and textures—making it a fun, light addition to a food-hall feast." - Serena Dai
SO GOOD. Crispy inside, soft outside, with well-balanced sauce. I tried the pork floss version and couldn’t stop eating. Totally addictive.

Crispy, savory, and packed with bold flavors, this Jiang bing spot in Flushing nails the perfect street snack. Fresh scallions, crunchy crackers, and spicy sauces create an addictive, authentic bite every time.

Shrimp pancake was pretty good. Nice flavor, cilantro complemented the dish well, and that crunchy sheet was a nice touch. I got the chili on the side.

How do I explain this ? The savory crepes were unlike anything I have tried before both in texture and in flavor . I had the #4 which was large enough for two people . The sauce combines with fresh cilantro, the “crisp”, egg and sauerkraut came together perfectly albeit in a surprising way.

Savory Chinese Pancakes. Ask for the recommend because it is the best pancake of your life. The Tacoyaki only had one piece of squid. Come back for the savory Chinese Pancake.
